ABSTRACT

Movement patterns of intra-urban goods/things and the ways they differ from human mobility and traffic flow patterns have seldom been explored due to data access and methodological limitations, especially from systemic and long timescale perspectives. However, urban logistics big data are increasingly available, enabling unprecedented spatial and temporal resolutions to this issue. This research proposes an analytical framework for exploring intra-urban goods movement patterns by integrating spatial analysis, network analysis and spatial interaction analysis. Using daily urban logistics big data (over 10 million orders) provided by the largest online logistics company in Hong Kong (GoGoVan) from 2014 to 2016, we analyzed two spatial characteristics (displacement and direction) of urban goods movement. Results showed that the distribution of goods displaceFower law or exponential distribution of human mobility trends. The origin–destination flows of goods were used to build a spatially embedded network, revealing that Hong Kong became increasingly connected through intra-urban freight movement. Finally, spatial interaction characteristics were revealed using a fitting gravity model. Distance lacked substantial influence on the spatial interaction of goods movement. These findings have policy implications to intra-urban logistics and urban transport planning.  相似文献

An assessment is made of the geoecological functions of the green infrastructure for the cities of Canada by using landscape-basin approach at three spatial levels: regional, intra-urban and local. The study revealed regional and functional differences in the green infrastructure of Vancouver, Toronto and Ottawa, and determined the quantitative relationships between territories that have biospheric, recreational, foodproducing and environment-regulation functions. It is shown that the general urban (average according to the spatial scale) level develops many important attributes of configuration of the green infrastructure which come to be intimately linked to the history and modern tendencies of urban development. It is established that for the intra-urban level (Toronto), the large-area elements have the functions of a stabilization of the environment and sustainment of biodiversity, whereas area-limited fragments most often serve as recreational places of the public nearest access. We calculated the proportion of the urban area corresponding to different (according to the functions of runoff formation) types of catchment units; almost one-third of the area is represented by catchment units with no permanent streams or with a transformed drainage system. It is found that the highest percentage of forest land corresponds to the downstream portions of river basins and to areas along valleys, whereas these indicators are much lower in the upstream regions and near drainage divides. It is established that there is almost no correlation between the size of the runoff cell and its percentage of forest land and the degree of development.  相似文献

以佛山市2004年、2008年和2013年3次经济普查数据库中的污染密集型企业为研究对象,采用格数据空间回归模型,研究了佛山市污染密集型企业空间格局变化特征,并探究了环境管制对污染密集型企业及不同行业的企业空间格局变化的影响。研究发现:环境管制严格程度的变化使其从影响企业区位变动次要因素逐渐成为推动企业空间格局变化的重要因素,说明了环境管制变化会引起其对污染密集型企业区位变动作用程度的变化。在城市内部尺度,地方政府权衡污染行业整治利弊后,针对不同区域不同行业制定的差异化环境管制力度和模式,形成了不同行业空间格局响应的差异。研究结果对理解环境管制影响污染行业空间格局变化提供更微观的视角,对环境管制政策实现企业更替和产业升级具有一定启示,也对政府产业和环境政策制定具有借鉴意义。  相似文献

Australian cities have seen continued growth in private car travel that has resulted in increasing vehicle energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions. While much research has shown that vehicle demand is related to urban spatial structure, very little research has investigated the spatial patterns of private vehicle fuel efficiency (VFE) and its association with socio-spatial circumstances in urban areas. This study has combined State-level motor vehicle registration datasets with standard vehicle efficiency measures that permit a comprehensive understanding of spatial variation of VFE in urban areas. A spatial-based technique was applied to explore intra-urban patterns in socio-spatial conditions of private vehicle efficiency in Brisbane and Sydney. In both cities, the VFE of the private vehicle fleet tends to be lower in outer suburbs than in middle and inner suburbs. The analysis further shows that by linking the standard vehicle efficiency measures to the entire urban fleet datasets the VFE outcome showed a moderate relationship to socio-spatial variables in both cities. The built environment and household economic status are more transferable factors that relate to the VFE across different urban contexts. Outcomes from this research are of relevance to policy makers charged with identifying highly oil-vulnerable communities and designing intervention strategies to improve household vehicle efficiency.  相似文献

The naming of streets after Martin Luther King, Jr. (MLK) is an importantarena for African Americans as they rewrite the landscape of southern identity and commemoration. While less ornate and ostentatious than museums and monuments, MLK streets are powerful and highly contested cultural geographies because of their potential to connect disparate communities and incorporate a vision of the past into the spatial practices of everyday life. They reveal the importance of location, particularly intra-urban location, to public memorialization. Naming streets for King is a significant part of the nonmetropolitan South as well as larger cities and dependent upon the relative size of a city's African-American population. When estimating the intra-urban character of MLK streets within several southern states, findings suggest that they are located in census areas that are generally poorer and with more African Americans than citywide averages. Analysis reveals a geographic unevenness in the frequency of businesses having an address identified with King. When compared with the stereotypical American thoroughfare of “Main” Street, the address composition of MLK streets appears to be more residential in nature, although there is significant state by state variation.  相似文献

本文旨在揭示互联网影响城市内部就业分布的净效应及其动态变化。首先,将互联网分散力与集聚力的相对变化纳入互联网动态影响的分析框架并提出相应理论假说;其次,利用中国2004年、2008年、2013年3次经济普查中289个地级市的2247万个企业的微观数据,以“邮区”为基本空间单元构建了城市内部就业集聚指数;最后,构造工具变量以缓解内生性问题。结果显示,平均而言,互联网能显著促进城市内部的就业集聚,但随互联网渗透率的提高,其促进作用呈现“边际递减”趋势,而城市就业的空间多中心性不断提升,即就业向远离城市主中心的次中心集聚;对于高发展水平的城市,互联网渗透率的提高促进了就业先短暂分散,而后“边际递增”式集聚。本文研究发现对于预判未来城市中经济活动的空间分布和指导空间规划具有重要意义。  相似文献

Numerous cities in developing regions worldwide are expanding at a tremendous rate. This requires adequate strategies to address the needs of these growing cities with diverse populations. Nonetheless, the development of urban policies is often hampered by the lack of reliable data or insight in the socio-spatial dynamics of this urban expansion. This paper therefore presents ASSURE, a spatially and temporally explicit model that can simulate urban growth and intra-urban social segregation, taking into account alternative policy strategies and expected social dynamics. The model has a flexible structure that allows incorporating specific city conditions that influence residential decision-making and adapting the simulation to the data available. This, in combination with the transparent model structure, makes ASSURE a potentially valuable decision support tool for urban planning. The potential is demonstrated with an example where the urban growth of and social segregation in Kampala (Uganda) is simulated based on (semi-)quantitative and qualitative data for ca. 800 households collected through interviews. The results of the simulations show that depending on the scenario, the spatial segregation and accessibility problems will evolve highly differently.  相似文献

论文通过对230家“新三板”文化产业挂牌企业总部—分支机构关联数据的收集、整理和分析,对文化产业视角下中国城市网络的空间结构特征进行研究,比较文化产业城市网络与其他类型城市网络的差异性,并探索影响文化产业城市网络空间格局的经济社会因素。结果表明:① 中国文化产业挂牌企业地理分布呈现出地域分散但数量集中的特点,城市网络空间分布高度不均衡,并未表现出常见的“菱形结构”;② 网络核心节点以东中部发达城市以及少数具有特殊资源的城市为主,多数城市的对外输出能力有限;③ 城市网络扩散以核心节点城市间的等级扩散为主,邻近城市间的扩散效应不明显,同时本地网络(即城市内部网络)对文化企业组织结构的贡献度低于跨地域网络;④ 不同类型文化产业在网络结构上表现出较为明显的差异,反映其市场需求和发展条件的不同;⑤ 地方政府作用和城市产业结构是影响中国文化产业企业布局和网络格局形成的重要因素,其他社会经济因素的作用则较为不明显,反映出中国文化产业的独特性。  相似文献

中国城市社会区分异的研究起步较晚,现有的研究成果基本都是讨论计划经济体制向市场经济体制转轨初期的城市社会区分异现象。本文以南昌市为例,利用分街道第五次人口普查数据,运用因子生态学的方法,对改革开放20年后社会主义市场经济体制作用下的城市社会区进行研究。研究结果显示,住房状况、文化与职业状况、家庭状况和外来人口状况是南昌城市社会区分异的主要影响因子,其中家庭状况因子的空间分布呈现出同心圆模式和扇形模式的复合特征,其他因子的空间分布则具有扇形模式的特征。根据主因子的分布情况,南昌城市社会区可以划分为七类,社会区的空间分布形成一种同心圆和扇形的复合结构。  相似文献

The excessive expansion of urbanized areas has resulted in haphazard land utilization, immoderate consumption of superior agricultural land and water resources, significant fragmentation of agricultural landscape, and gradual deterioration of the agro-ecological environment. Combined, these factors cause poor land use efficiency. Under these circumstances, comprehensively assessing land use efficiency for urban agriculture is a key issue in land use research. Currently, evaluation methods for agricultural land use efficiency narrowly concentrate on aspects of economic input and output. However, urban agro-ecosystems can provide diverse economic, social, and ecological services and functions. In particular, the social and ecological services and functions originating from agricultural land, which have a higher value than economic services, play a significant role in ensuring regional social, ecological, and environmental security. However, recent research has rarely taken these benefits into consideration. Therefore, land use value has been greatly underestimated, which has resulted in mishandled and poor land use policies. In this study, we apply Landsat imagery and social and economic statistical data for the Xi’an metropolitan zone (XMZ) to investigate agricultural multi-functionality. We develop an evaluation framework for urban agricultural land use efficiency and identify agro-ecosystem services and functions as important outputs from agricultural land. The land use efficiency of urban agriculture is then evaluated using ecosystem services models, providing a mechanism for assessing spatial-temporal changes in land use efficiency in the XMZ from 1999 to 2015. Four important conclusions are reached from this analysis. First, the rapid urbanization and agricultural transformation from traditional cereal cultivation to modern urban agriculture has resulted in steadily increasing costs, outputs, and land use efficiency of urban agriculture. The total output value increased 41% and land use efficiency per hectare increased by 33.13% on average. Second, the spatial patterns of comprehensive output and land use efficiency were dominated by economic outputs from agricultural land. Areas near cities, which are dominated by orchard and arable land, provide more economic functions. These areas support and regulate services due to the transformation from extensive cereal production to intensive modern urban agriculture; therefore, they have higher output value and land use efficiency. In contrast, areas distant from cities, towns, and high traffic roads, namely, remote rural areas, provide more support and regulating services, but have relatively lower economic function due to inaccessibility to urban markets and slow agricultural transformation. Therefore, these areas have lower output value and land use efficiency. The spatial change in agricultural output and land use efficiency in urban areas is strongly dependent on the degree of urbanization and agricultural transformation. Third, the total output value and land use efficiency of urban agriculture measured with our approach are much higher than evaluations using traditional methods. However, the spatial patterns measured using the two approaches are in agreement. The evaluation framework integrates ecological services and economic and social functions into a comprehensive output from agricultural land. This approach is more methodical and accurate for evaluating the comprehensive efficiency of land use based on quantities and spatial scale because they are at the pixel scale. Finally, the evaluation results have important implications for enhancing current agricultural subsidies and even implementing ecological payment policies in China. Most importantly, they can be directly applied to agricultural transformation regulations, decision- making, and guidance for rational land utilization.  相似文献

利用北京市第二次基本单位普查资料,以邮政编码区为空间单元,采用泊松回归模型探讨了在京外资企业的城市内区位选择及其影响因素。研究涵盖了2001年全部的在京外资企业,模型估计中有效样本240个。外资企业具有显著的向中心城区集聚的分布态势,相对于制造业而言,服务业外资企业更为集中。分析结果表明,区位的通达性和城市结构对在京外资企业区位选择具有显著的影响。接近高速公路、高等院校、外国使馆以及工业园区等对外资企业具有显著吸引作用,离城市中心、火车站和机场距离过远则不利于吸引各类外资企业。研究也发现,制造业外资企业和服务业外资企业以及投资来源地不同的外资企业,在进行城市内部区位选择时存在显著的差异。  相似文献

城市集聚增长日益显著以及城市间连接性的增强等是20 世纪90 年代以来中国城市发 展的显著特征。通过运用GIS 环境下的Moran's I 等技术方法, 探讨了1990-2005 年中国城市 人口的空间集聚特征及其演变规律, 结果表明: 尽管总体上城市人口的正空间集聚性不强, 但局部空间集聚特征明显, 存在较强的规律性, 主要表现为“T” 字型和沿主要铁路交通线 的发展态势, 而其演变过程体现了中国城市体系空间结构正处在不断优化之中; 三大地带城 市人口空间集聚的特征反差明显, 东部城市区域基本表现为一体化发展趋势, 而中西部城市 区域则趋向于极化发展或表现出较差的整体协调能力; 进一步来看, 城市人口空间集聚的不 平衡性, 不仅体现于区域之间也体现于区域内部的城市之间, 且其作用范围进一步扩大, 集 聚区位有所变化。总体来看, 这一典型转型时期里, 中国城市人口的空间集聚特征及其演变, 体现出了市场力量、经济发展状况、基础设施建设及国家空间开发政策等的积极作用。  相似文献

中国改革前的城乡不平等关系已演变成城市中拥有本地户口的居民与没有本地户口的流动人口的不平等关系。目前的城市化可以说是不完全和排斥性的城市化。要达到完全的城市化,必须关注三个重要方面,包括常规的城乡迁移、城市对流动人口的融合与包容以及城市边缘区的城乡一体化。流动人口地位低下的情况,政府和企业对此负有部分责任。讨论在户口制度背景下城市化的基本理论和城市流动人口融合的理论,认为应使用系统方法去研究城市化和城乡一体化的课题,该方法可应用于不同尺度的人与自然共生系统的规划、发展、建设和扩展,同时以香港的马鞍山新市镇作为例子来展示如何规划和发展一个可持续社区,以满足现代城市居民的期望。  相似文献

既有低收入居民空间困境的研究以居住空间研究为主,关注低收入者受到的住房与社区隔离,难以刻画低收入者在整日尺度面临的时空制约。行为空间作为行为地理学与时间地理学的重要概念,为描述低收入居民在日常生活中面临的移动性与可达性相关的问题提供了有力的工具。本文提出利用潜在活动空间和实际活动空间共同描述居民行为空间,分析低收入居民在时空可达性和实际利用城市空间能力上的劣势。基于2012年北京市上地—清河居民活动与出行日志,利用路网分析、最小多边形分析等方法刻画居民每日的潜在活动空间和实际活动空间。通过对不同收入群体的比较,发现低收入居民比其他居民的潜在活动空间和实际活动空间都要小。进一步构建模型分析潜在活动空间和实际活动空间的影响因素,发现包括收入在内的个体社会经济属性、空间属性和行为属性对潜在活动空间和实际活动空间存在影响,但是二者的影响因素存在差异。对行为空间的测量有利于增进对于不同群体社会分异与空间隔离的认知,对未来的研究具有重要的意义。  相似文献

以发病数和发病率为依据,利用ArcGIS 10.3软件和地理探测器,探究湖南省2020-01-21—02-28间COVID-19疫情的时空变化及其影响因素,结果显示:1)疫情演变具有时序阶段性。湖南省COVID-19流行过程可分为扩散期—鼎盛期—衰减期—消亡期4个阶段;所有发病县区中84.47%的首发病例为武汉输入。2)疫情传播具有交通依赖性。确诊患者和高发病率地区集中在铁路干线附近,“地级市早发、主城区多发”特征明显。3)疫情程度具有距离衰减性。邻近武汉的湘中、湘北、湘东北地区发病数和发病率最高。4)疫情分布具有空间集聚性。发病数和发病率集聚水平先增大后保持高位,疫情热点区位于长株潭及岳阳市,冷点区位于湘西州。5)疫情流行具有因子交互性。无风、寒冷、干燥的天气更利于疫情传播;人口密度、路网密度和GDP是影响疫情空间分异的主要因素;自然因子与社会因子的交互作用最强。6)影响因子具有空间异质性。空间距离、人口密度对发病数和发病率两者的影响都有空间异质性,空间距离对湘东北地区疫情的影响最大,人口密度对湘西北、湘北地区疫情的影响最大;人口流动性、卫技人员数仅对发病数的影响有空间异质性,人口流动性的影响程度由北向南递减,卫技人员数的影响程度以长株潭城市群为核心向外围圈层递减。  相似文献

运用主成分分析法对2002-2015年的中国社会保障水平进行测算,分析其时空分异特征,同时运用地理加权回归模型分析其影响因素及驱动机制。研究表明:① 中国社会保障总体、地区水平在逐年提高,但区域相对保障水平差距有扩大趋势。② 中国社会保障水平发展不均衡,社会保障水平的“东—中—西”的格局与中国地区发展的格局相吻合。社会保障水平的热点区和冷点区表现出较明显的空间演变特征,高热点区在东部地区扩散并向中部地区辐射,冷点区在西部地区分布并不断加深和强化。③ 人均GDP、农村人均纯收入、城镇化率、教育水平、财政转移支付5个因素,形成经济、教育、财政和社会四大驱动力引致社会保障水平的时序变化和空间布局。  相似文献

本文以多伦多都市普查区和蒙特别尔都市普查区为研究区域,通过剖析城市地域内部五个圈层(CBD、内城区、成熟郊区、新郊区和远郊区)居住人口的分布现状,分析不同社会经济阶层的住户居住选址的基本倾向,考察居住选址行为与住宅类型的空间分布和居住区位要素制约关系。分析表明:中等经济收入和文化程度、有未成年子女的家庭倾向于居住在城市边缘地区;经济收入、文化程度较低和较高的青年单身、无子女夫妻住户和老年住户倾向于居住在城市中心区;城市内部的居住迁移主要迁往城市外围地区,外来居民(包括国内和国外)倾向集居在城市中心区。居住选址行为是受住宅空间分布差异和居住区位条件的交互制约。一定社会经济结构的住户是从各类住宅和居住区位的各种构成要素的优化配置中选择居住定位。  相似文献
