《2012中国矿产资源报告》：我国矿产品供应能力增强

记者从国土资源部信息中心获悉,全面反映我国年度矿产资源储量、勘查、开发、市场及矿产资源管理政策等综合信息的《2012中国矿产资源报告》显示,2011年,国土资源管理部门以找矿突破战略行动为主线,深入探索地质找矿新机制,加强地质调查和矿产勘查,完善和规范矿业权市场,矿产资源勘查开发及其管理工作取得重大进展。该《报告》首次以中英双语形式出版,将在中国国际矿业大会上发布。     

矿产资源区划常态化工作设想

进入21世纪,我国固体矿产勘查已由传统的政府行为逐步转变为市场经济下的矿产资源勘查工作,相应带来了成矿远景区划和资源评价工作机制的重大改变。成矿区划和资源评价工作将分为2个层次：一是国家计划,政府和地方需要进行矿产规划;另一项是矿业公司的成矿预测和靶区优选。目前,国家找矿战略行动和“十二五”地质工作规划正在实施,全国重要矿产资源潜力评价工作逐步深化并进入汇总,矿产资源区划常态化迫在眉睫,其对降低勘查风险、保障地质找矿突破有着重要的战略和现实意义。矿产资源区划常态化工作将围绕关于“两个市场、两种资源”及资源开发保护并举的国策开展,充分利用潜力评价成果完成国家整装勘查区及省级重点勘查区优选部署工作,结合重要成矿区带矿产远景调查评价,有计划地开展整装勘查区内中大比例尺矿产预测,为找矿突破战略行动的实施提供科学依据。同时跟踪国际矿产勘查态势,积极探索全球矿产资源区划工作,为我国资源勘查工作“走出去”提供技术支撑     

甘肃省实施新一轮找矿突破战略行动的几点思考

本文从矿产资源现状、地质勘查进展及矿业勘查开发等方面研究了甘肃省矿产资源及勘查开发基本情况。认为本省成矿背景优越,矿产资源丰富,地质勘查稳步推进,矿业开发持续向好。同时也分析了当下本省地质找矿工作程度低、找矿空间不断压缩以及找矿主力军的作用发挥不够等制约新一轮找矿突破战略行动实施的主要问题。提出了加强理论指导与科技创新、强化基础地质调查、推动矿产资源勘查、推进勘查成果转化、加强矿政管理、坚持绿色勘查开发及注重专业人才培养等推进新一轮找矿突破战略行动的若干建议。     

中国矿产资源战略性勘查进展(2013—2014年)

矿产资源战略性勘查是中国地质调查局组织实施的地质矿产调查评价专项中的一项重要任务,紧紧围绕找矿突破战略行动,突出重点矿种和重点地区,开展矿产远景调查、油气资源调查、战略性矿产调查评价、老矿山深部及外围找矿等工作。2013—2014年共实施矿产资源战略性勘查项目900余项,取得一批重要发现和进展,促进和拉动了商业性地质勘查,形成了一批重大找矿成果。     

1999～2014年我国铜矿勘查投入 与找矿成果分析

1999年以来,我国在基础地质调查和矿产资源评价方面,先后开展了新一轮国土资源大调查项目、全国危机矿山接替资源找矿专项、青藏专项、新疆358专项、找矿突破战略行动纲要（2011~2020年）、地质调查评价专项（2013~2020年）、整装勘查等工作。中央财政和省级地方财政在基础地质调查和矿产勘查投入上逐年增加。这些工程的实施和勘查投入的大幅增加,使得基础地质工作程度大幅提高,铜矿勘查取得了重大突破,发现和评价了一批具有重大影响的大型或特大型矿产地。本文对我国主要有色金属矿产在过去14年的找矿成果的系统梳理与找矿成果分析,期望为我国今后对主要有色金属的勘查工作的科学部署和实现进一步的找矿突破提供参考意见。     

我国三稀矿产找矿进展述评与新一轮找矿建议

三稀矿产资源包括稀土、稀有和稀散矿产资源,其安全供应关系到我国战略性新兴产业的发展壮大。近年来,我国在三稀矿产找矿方面取得了一系列新进展：以项目组2023年取得的找矿进展为例,在四川省冕宁牦牛坪超大型稀土矿床外围发现了品位高、厚度大的氟碳铈矿-萤石-重晶石-方解石矿脉;在四川省加达大型锂矿床外围钻获含锂辉石伟晶岩矿体。这些找矿新发现将为我国战略性新兴产业的发展提供资源保障。但是,我国关键的稀有金属如锂、铌、钽还需依赖进口。目前,我国在三稀矿产资源调查研究领域还存在很多理论难题(如关键典型矿床的成因、三稀矿产空间分布规律等),相关技术领域还存在诸多瓶颈(如探测技术、共生伴生资源采选冶技术等)。为了进一步提高三稀矿产资源的综合开发利用,并在新一轮找矿突破战略行动中取得成效,建议加强三稀矿产赋存状态、工业类型与成因类型以及成矿模式与勘查模型的综合研究。     

把非金属地质矿产工作推向新阶段——在地矿部第二次非金属地质矿产工作会议上的报告(摘要)

一、今后非金属地质矿产工作的战略目标和方针 今后非金属地质矿产工作的战略日标是:用12年的时间,基本查明我国主要非金属矿产资源远景,作好适需矿产资源的勘查、应用研究开发工作,力争创汇型非金屈矿产有一个大的发展,短缺矿产找矿争取有新的突破。 为了实现上述战略日标,今后非金属地质矿产工作的方针是:以改革为动力,依靠科技进步,面向国内外市场,从实际小发,统筹部署地质工作,加快创汇非金属矿地质勘查,切实加强应用研究,大力发展探、采、工、贸一条龙,努力提高找矿效果和经济、社会效益。     

整装勘查区矿床成因与成矿作用研究成果预告

正自2011年找矿突破战略行动实施以来,立足服务支撑找矿突破战略行动,引导企业增储勘查,中国地质调查局于2014年设置了"整装勘查关键基础地质研究"计划项目(2014—2015年),2016年设置了"整装勘查区找矿预测与技术应用示范"项目(2016—2018年)。通过两阶段地质调查工作,完成1∶5万矿产地质调查102 864km2,在甘肃大桥、新疆玛尔坎苏、青海沱沱河、西藏扎西康和江西大湖塘等整装勘查区取     

围绕中心勤耕耘 创新服务促发展

国务院常务会议通过了《找矿突破战略行动纲要（2011—2020年）》,确立了我国今后十年地质找矿工作的目标任务和基本思路,为贯彻落实《找矿突破战略行动纲要》,浙江省政府出台了《浙江省人民政府关于加强矿产资源勘查工作的意见》。围绕“找矿突破战略行动”这个中心,浙江省地质学会2012年将开展一系列工作。     

基于ArcGIS的整装勘查信息系统设计与建立

实施找矿突破战略行动是保障我国经济社会可持续发展、提高矿产资源保障能力的重大举措,整装勘查是实现找矿突破的重要途径。整装勘查信息系统利用地理信息系统技术、数据库技术,整合全国、整装勘查区、重点工作区、实施项目等四层次的基础地理、地质、矿产地、矿业权、潜力评价成果等数据,实现数据管理、信息浏览、地图浏览、查询检索、统计分析、数据输出、地图制作及动态评估跟踪等功能,为全面了解掌握整装勘查区地质背景、找矿潜力及找矿进展,开展整装勘查业务支撑与研究、整装勘查区进展与成果展示提供了平台支持。通过整装勘查信息系统建设,笔者建议建设全国矿产勘查信息系统,集成基础地质、物化遥、潜力评价预测成果、矿业权等,及时跟踪补充重大进展地区的空间位置、地形地质图、重要勘探线剖面图、重要进展描述等矿产勘查数据,为国内矿产勘查的宏观决策、微观工作部署提供信息支持。     

The terrestrial fauna of the Late Triassic Pant-y-ffynnon Quarry fissures,South Wales,UK and a new species of Clevosaurus (Lepidosauria: Rhynchocephalia)

Pant-y-ffynnon Quarry in South Wales yielded a rich cache of fossils in the early 1950s, including articulated specimens of new species (the small sauropodomorph dinosaur Pantydraco caducus and the crocodylomorph Terrestrisuchus gracilis), but no substantial study of the wider fauna of the Pant-y-ffynnon fissure systems has been published. Here, our overview of existing specimens, a few described but mostly undescribed, as well as freshly processed material, provides a comprehensive picture of the Pant-y-ffynnon palaeo-island of the Late Triassic. This was an island with a relatively impoverished fauna dominated by small clevosaurs (rhynchocephalians), including a new species, Clevosaurus cambrica, described here from a partially articulated specimen and isolated bones. The new species has a dental morphology that is intermediate between the Late Triassic Clevosaurus hudsoni, from Cromhall Quarry to the east, and the younger C. convallis from Pant Quarry to the west, suggesting adaptive radiation of clevosaurs in the palaeo-archipelago. The larger reptiles on the palaeo-island do not exceed 1.5?m in length, including a small carnivorous crocodylomorph, Terrestrisuchus, and a possible example of insular dwarfism in the basal dinosaur Pantydraco.     

The effect of water on accessory phase solubility in subaluminous and peralkaline granitic melts

The solubilities of columbite, tantalite, wolframite, rutile, zircon and hafnon were determined as a function of the water contents in peralkaline and subaluminous granite melts. All experiments were conducted at 1035 °C and 2 kbar and the water contents of the melts ranged from nominally dry to approximately 6 wt.% H₂O. Accessory phase solubilities are not affected by the water content of the peralkaline melt. By contrast, solubilities are affected by the water content of the subaluminous melt, where the solubilities of all the accessory phases examined increase with the water content of the melt, up to 2 wt.% H₂O. At higher water contents, solubilities are nearly constant. It can be concluded that water is not an important control of accessory phase solubility, although the water content will affect diffusivities of components in the melt, thus whether or not accessory phases will be present as restite material. The solubility behaviour in the subaluminous and peralkaline melts supports previous spectroscopic studies, which have observed differences in the coordination of high field strength elements in dry vs. wet subaluminous granitic glasses, but not for peralkaline granitic glasses. Lastly, the fact that wolframite solubility increases with increasing water content in the subaluminous melt suggests that tungsten dissolved as a hexavalent species.     

Quaternary stresses revealed by calcite twinning inversion: insights from observations in the Savonnières underground quarry (eastern France)

Calcite samples were extracted both from the rock matrix and the superficial coating of a karstified fault plane of an underground quarry, located in the eastern border of the Paris basin. The karstification is dated as Quaternary. Analysis of mechanical calcite twinning reveals that only the calcite matrix has also undergone a compression trending WNW that can be attributed to the Mio-Pliocene alpine collision. Both coating and matrix have undergone a strike-slip regime with σ₁ roughly trending north–south, that could correspond to the regional present-day state of stress, a strike-slip compression rather trending NNW, modified by local phenomena.
