空间数据挖掘技术研究进展   总被引:22,自引:0,他引:22  
空间数据具有海量、非线性、多尺度、高维和模糊性等复杂性特点,空间数据挖掘技术是对空间数据中非显性的知识、空间关系等模式的自动提取。该文从空间数据挖掘的知识类型、方法、体系结构、过程以及与GIS系统集成等方面对其进行综述。重点阐述空间特征及区分规则、空间分类及聚类规则、空间分布及关联规则、空间序列及演化规则等知识类型以及统计分析、机器学习、探索性数据分析、可视化分析等数据挖掘方法。通过对空间数据挖掘理论、应用和系统实现等方面研究方向、存在问题的分析,指出集数据库、知识库、专家系统、决策支持系统、可视化工具、网络等技术于一体的空间数据挖掘系统是其主要发展方向。  相似文献

空间关联规则是空间数据挖掘的重要内容,其结果表明了各种空间对象之间的关联关系.本研究以福州地区作为试验区,以DEM、坡度、坡向等地形特征以及2009年福州地区土地利用现状作为基础数据,利用Apriori算法从中提取出地形特征与土地利用现状之间的关联关系,讨论并分析两者之间关联规则的提取结果及空间关联规则提取方法的优缺点;研究结果表明了2009年福州地区的土地利用现状分布,即林地多,耕地、住宅用地等偏少的情况,林地分布在各种地形上且与坡向之间无强关联性;而且对于不同的最小置信度和支持度,该算法所提取的结果有所不同,如何提高算法效率、合理的设置最小置信度和支持度以及提取结果的评价与解释等将是今后进一步研究的重点.  相似文献

从空间数据挖掘的角度谈地理案例推理方法,认为地理案例推理是面向问题的一种空间数据挖掘方法。针对这一思想进行了基于地理案例的空间数据挖掘具体算法介绍。首先在明确地理案例具体定义的基础上,给出了面向问题的空间数据挖掘地理案例界定和组织方法;其次,鉴于地理空间的自然地带性和区域分异性规律的影响,深入探讨了地理案例自身或其间所可能存在的相互依赖和相互制约关系,并给出了采用粗糙集方法进行地理案例内蕴空间关系的定量挖掘方法;第三,针对地理案例表达时考虑的空间特征和空间关系的不同,给出了三种状况下的空间相似性计算模型;最后,以土地利用这一典型的地学现象为例,给出具体实例,一方面进行土地利用问题的定量分析与推测;另一方面,通过实例展示地理案例推理方法在地学问题求解以及空间数据定量分析上的特点和优势。  相似文献

Colocation mining is one of the major spatial data mining tasks. When discovering colocation patterns, spatial statistics or data mining approaches are commonly used. Colocation mining results are typically presented in a textual form and do not provide any spatial information; thus, the results lack an intuitive approach to obtain cognition of colocation rules. Here, we propose a visualization approach to discover colocation patterns for two independent point distributions and generate visual results. This approach makes use of the ability of human color perception. For two geographic features, our approach first generates density surfaces of the input features and then visualizes the density surfaces using a red or green light with different intensities. Then, based on the law of additive color mixing, our approach mixes the colors of the two density surfaces to generate a colocation rule map. The visualization approach can also provide local details of colocation and be used for local colocation analysis. Users can detect colocation patterns and their distribution from the colocation rule maps. We use both synthetic data and real data to test the performance of our approach.  相似文献

This paper presents a new method to discover knowledge for geographical cellular automata (CA) by using a data-mining technique. CA have the ability to simulate complex geographical phenomena. Very few studies have been carried out on how to determine and validate the transition rules of CA from observed data. The transition rules of traditional CA are usually expressed by mathematical equations. This paper demonstrates that the explicit transition rules of CA can be automatically reconstructed through the rule induction procedure of data mining. The explicit transition rules are more intuitive to decision-makers. The transition rules are obtained by applying data-mining techniques to spatial data. The proposed method can reduce the uncertainties in defining transition rules and help to generate more reliable simulation results.  相似文献

随着空间数据获取技术的进步, 空间数据量日益增大, 已超出人们的分析能力。传统的空 间数据分析方法只能进行简单的数据分析, 无法满足人们获取知识的需要。空间关联规则是空间 数据挖掘一个基本的任务, 是从具有海量、多维、多尺度、不确定性边界等特性的空间数据中进行 知识发现的重要方法。本文从基本概念、分类、挖掘过程、挖掘方法、目前研究成果等方面对其进 行综述, 重点阐述了空间关联规则挖掘效率的改进策略、基于不确定空间信息的挖掘方法、挖掘 过程及结果的可视化、弱空间关联规则的挖掘方法等。通过对现有空间关联规则研究成果和存在 问题的深入剖析, 指出了其未来主要的发展方向。  相似文献

This study aims to introduce contextual Neural Gas (CNG), a variant of the Neural Gas algorithm, which explicitly accounts for spatial dependencies within spatial data. The main idea of the CNG is to map spatially close observations to neurons, which are close with respect to their rank distance. Thus, spatial dependency is incorporated independently from the attribute values of the data. To discuss and compare the performance of the CNG and GeoSOM, this study draws from a series of experiments, which are based on two artificial and one real-world dataset. The experimental results of the artificial datasets show that the CNG produces more homogenous clusters, a better ratio of positional accuracy, and a lower quantization error than the GeoSOM. The results of the real-world dataset illustrate that the resulting patterns of the CNG are theoretically more sound and coherent than that of the GeoSOM, which emphasizes its applicability for geographic analysis tasks.  相似文献

This paper proposes a novel rough set approach to discover classification rules in real‐valued spatial data in general and remotely sensed data in particular. A knowledge induction process is formulated to select optimal decision rules with a minimal set of features necessary and sufficient for a remote sensing classification task. The approach first converts a real‐valued or integer‐valued decision system into an interval‐valued information system. A knowledge induction procedure is then formulated to discover all classification rules hidden in the information system. Two real‐life applications are made to verify and substantiate the conceptual arguments. It demonstrates that the proposed approach can effectively discover in remotely sensed data the optimal spectral bands and optimal rule set for a classification task. It is also capable of unraveling critical spectral band(s) discerning certain classes. The framework paves the road for data mining in mixed spatial databases consisting of qualitative and quantitative data.  相似文献

A method is presented to explicitly incorporate spatial and scale vagueness – double vagueness – into geomorphometric analyses. Known limitations of usual practices include using a single fixed set of crisp thresholds for morphometric classification and the imposition of a single arbitrary number of scales of analysis to the entire digital elevation model (DEM). Among the advantages of the proposed method are: fuzzification of morphometric classification rules, scale-dependent adaptive fuzzy set parametrization and an objective definition of maximum scale of analysis on a cell-by-cell basis. The method was applied to several DEMs ranging from the ocean floor to surface landscapes of both Earth and Mars. The result was evaluated with respect to modal morphometric features and to characteristic scales, suggesting a more robust method for deriving both morphometric classifications and terrain attributes. We argue that the method would be preferable to any single-scale crisp approach, at least in the context of preliminary hands-off morphometric analyses of DEMs.  相似文献

A fuzzy multivariate rule-building expert system (FuRES) has been devised which also functions as aminimal neural network.This system builds rules from training sets of data that use featuretransformation in their antecedents.The rules are constructed using the ID3 algorithm with a fuzzyexpression of classification entropy.The rules are optimal with respect to fuzziness and can accommodateoverlapped and underlapped clusters of data.The FuRES algorithm combines the benefits obtained fromsimulated annealing and gradient optimization,which provide robustness and efficiency respectively.FARES classification trees support OR logic in their inference.The system automatically generatesmeaningful and consistent certainty factors during rule construction.Unlike other neural networks,FuRES uses local processing which furnishes qualitative information in the rule structure of itsclassification trees and variable loadings of the weight vectors.  相似文献

A real-world mining application of pair-copulas is presented to model the spatial distribution of metal grade in an ore body. Inaccurate estimation of metal grade in an ore reserve can lead to failure of a mining project. Conventional kriged models are the most commonly used models for estimating grade and other spatial variables. However, kriged models use the variogram or covariance function, which produces a single average value to represent the spatial dependence for a given distance. Kriged models also assume linear spatial dependence. In the application, spatial pair-copulas are used to appropriately model the non-linear spatial dependence present in the data. The spatial pair-copula model is adopted over other copula-based spatial models since it is better able to capture complex spatial dependence structures. The performance of the pair-copula model is shown to be favorable compared to a conventional lognormal kriged model.  相似文献

The cadastral model has played a key role in Indigenous dispossession in settler states. Yet, the recognition of Indigenous land rights, which has increased globally since the 1960s, frequently requires Indigenous communities to directly engage with this spatial model. In Australia, native title claimants must use entity-based models of space to delineate their traditional territories during the claim process. They must also engage with planning and development documents which use the cadastral model of space to assert and defend their rights following native title recognition. This is often problematic as Indigenous spatial ontologies emphasise complexity and continuity which is inimical to the ‘crisp’ representations of cadastral space.This study explores the potential of a fuzzy index modelling approach to represent cultural values using a case study from Broome, Western Australia. Sketch mapping, fuzzy index modelling and combinatory techniques were used to produce a model of several cultural values held by the Yawuru community for the in-town foreshore of Roebuck Bay. This model was overlaid on local planning documents to provide the Yawuru community with strategic intelligence for post native title governance. The experience of co-producing this model suggests that such techniques may assist Indigenous communities to engage with settler structures. This implies that policies which fail to extend analytical capacity to interested native title groups as part of programmes of spatial enablement continue to perpetuate historical processes of colonial domination.  相似文献

An application of the theory of fuzzy sets to the mapping of gold mineralization potential in the Baguio gold mining district of the Philippines is described. Proximity to geological features is translated into fuzzy membership functions based upon qualitative and quantitative knowledge of spatial associations between known gold occurrences and geological features in the area. Fuzzy sets of favorable distances to geological features and favorable lithologic formations are combined using fuzzy logic as the inference engine. The data capture, map operations, and spatial data analyses are carried out using a geographic information system. The fuzzy predictive maps delineate at least 68% of the known gold occurrences that are used to generate the model. The fuzzy predictive maps delineate at least 76% of the unknown gold occurrences that are not used to generate the model. The results are highly comparable with the results of previous stream-sediment geochemical survey in the area. The results demonstrate the usefulness of a geologically constrained fuzzy set approach to map mineral potential and to redirect surficial exploration work in the search for yet undiscovered gold mineralization in the mining district. The method described is applicable to other mining districts elsewhere.  相似文献

This article uses rough set theory to explore spatial decision rules in neural-tube birth defects and searches for novel spatial factors related to the disease. The whole rule induction process includes data transformation, searching for attribute reducts, rule generation, prediction or classification, and accuracy assessment. We use Heshun as an example, where neural-tube birth defects are prevalent, to validate the approach. About 50% of the villages in Heshun are used as the sample data, from which all of the rules are extracted. Meanwhile, the other villages are used as reference data. The rules extracted from the training data are then applied to the reference data. The result shows that the rules' generalization is reasonably good. Moreover, a novel relationship between the spatial attributes and the neural-tube birth defects was discovered. That is, the villages that lie in Watershed 9 of this district and that are also associated with a gradient of between 16° and 25° are vulnerable to neural-tube birth defects. This result paves the road for predicting where high rates of neural-tube birth defects will occur and can be used as a preliminary step in finding a direct cause for the disease.  相似文献

利用K-means聚类算法和GIS组件SuperMap Objects,开发了基于连续文化序列的空间数据挖掘系统,运用该系统对郑州—洛阳地区史前3个连续文化时期的聚落进行数据挖掘,提取聚落遗址群的聚类规则。通过对聚类规则的分析可知,在仰韶文化后期和龙山文化时期,那些靠近聚落群中心且面积较大的高等级聚落,在位置和交通方面都具有很大的优越性,具备中心聚落的特点,成为中心聚落的潜力大,有发展成为王都的趋势。  相似文献

信息技术与电商平台的发展,产生了各种各样的大数据。在城市服务业中,商家在电商平台上注册自己带有坐标的信息,构成了空间服务业的空间大数据源。首先建立限定距离阈值的空间关联规则数据模型,介绍该模型产生频繁项集和关联规则的方法与步骤。最后利用Python爬取糯米网南宁站的商家信息,用Apriori算法做出了10~1 000 m 6种距离阈值的空间关联规则和服务业空间频繁项集。  相似文献
