This paper describes the application of the knowledge-based fuzzy logic method to integrate various exploratory geo-dataset in order to prepare a mineral prospectivity map (MPM) for copper exploration. Different geophysical layers which are derived from the magnetic and the electrical surveys, along with the ones extracted from the background geology (i.e., lithology, fault and alteration) and geochemical data are incorporated in such process. Seridune copper deposit located in the Kerman province of Iran is the case study to delineate its high potential zones of Cu-bearing mineralization for drilling additional boreholes. Four layers from the magnetic data involving upward continuation, analytic signal, reduced to pole and pseudo gravity are assigned in the multi-disciplinary geo-dataset to locate the intrusive complexes responsible for Cu mineralization. The apparent resistivity, chargeability and sulfide factor layers acquired from geo-electrical data are also included in the final preparation of MPM. Then the normalized weights of seven geophysical, three geological and one geochemical evidential layers as main criteria are determined based upon the knowledge of expert decision makers. Fuzzy operators (i.e., Sum and Gamma) are applied to integrate these exploratory features. To evaluate the performance and applicability of the approach, the productivity of the drilled boreholes (Cu concentration multiplied by ore thickness) are used to validate the produced MPMs. It is shown that an optimum correlation coefficient of 0.86 exists between the MPM values and Cu productivity criterion along drilled boreholes.  相似文献

针对工作区铅锌矿成因类型利用GIS空间信息系统对地质、物探、化探、遥感等各类异常综合分析与成矿要素的信息提取,并在矿产资源评价分析系统(MORPAS3.0)下建立了陕西旬阳地区铅锌矿证据权重法模型证据图层:赋矿地层、控矿构造、化探异常等18个,通过条件独立性检验确定证据权因子层15个,绘制了陕西旬阳地区铅锌矿资源远景预测区后验概率图,给出了陕西旬阳地区铅锌矿产远景定量预测区评价结论,取得了良好的预测效果。  相似文献

Identifying highly favorable areas related to a particular mineralization type is the main objective of mineral prospectivity modeling (MPM). The northwestern portion of Ahar-Arasbaran porphyry copper belt (AAPCB) is situated within the Urumieh-Dokhtar magmatic belt (UDMB). Because of owning many worthwhile Cu-Mo and Cu-Au porphyry deposits, this area is entitled to incorporate diverse spatial evidence layers for the MPM. In this paper, a hybrid AHP-VIKOR, as an improved knowledge-driven MPM procedure has been proposed for integration of various exploration evidence layers. For this, the AHP is used to calculate important weights of spatial criteria while the VIKOR is applied to outline ultimate prospectivity model. Six effective spatial evidence layers pertaining to the Varzaghan District are selected: (1) multi-elemental geochemical layer of Cu-Mo-Bi-Au; (2) remotely sensed data of argillic, phyllic, and iron oxide alteration layers; and (3) geological and structural layers of Oligo-Miocene intrusions and fault. In addition, a fuzzy prospectivity model (γ?=?0.9) is implemented to assess the AHP-VIKOR approach. Two credible validation methods comprising normalized density index and success rate curve are adapted for quantitative evaluation of predictive models and enhancing the probability of exploration success. The achieved results proved the higher accuracy of the AHP-VIKOR model compared with the fuzzy model in delimiting the favorable areas.  相似文献

One of the major strengths of a GIS is the ability to integrate and combine multiple layers of geoscience data for producing mineral potential maps showing favorable areas for mineral exploration. Once the data is prepared properly, the GIS, jointly with other statistical and geostatistical software packages, can be used to manipulate and visualize the data in order to produce a mineral prospectivity map. Many spatial modeling techniques can be employed to produce mineral potential maps. This paper demonstrates a technique to define favorable areas for REE mineralization with AHP technique using geological, geochemical, geophysical, alteration and faults density spatial data in the Kerman-Kashmar Tectonic Zone of central Iran. The AHP is a powerful and flexible multi-criteria decision-making tool for dealing with complex problems where both qualitative and quantitative aspects need to be considered. This approach is knowledgedriven method and can be applied in other areas for conventional use in mineral exploration.  相似文献

全国重要固体矿产重点成矿区带划分与资源潜力特征   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
成矿区带是区域成矿规律研究成果最集中反映,同时也是地质找矿勘查部署最直接依据。利用全国重要矿产潜力评价成果重新厘定我国重要成矿区带,部署我国重要成矿区带有重要实际价值。成矿区带划分一方面要以区域构造环境及演化为纲,对成矿域、成矿省进行科学划分;同时要研究成矿本身时空分布规律,研究矿床的多元地物化遥等成矿信息,使得成矿区带符合成矿实际,能够直接找矿。部署区带是根据国家找矿工作部署出发,对成矿区带进行优选排序,具有引导导向作用,往往也能大大促进部署区带地质找矿突破。本次工作以23个矿种圈定成矿靶区,重要矿产地、物化遥异常等信息,并在最新划分的90个三级成矿区带基础上,划分了26个全国固体矿产勘查重点成矿区带,并进一步优选10个重点部署区带。  相似文献

The aim of the present study is to analyze relationships between epithermal Au‐Ag deposits of the hydrothermal type and related geological factors and integrate the relationships using probabilistic and statistical models in a geographic information system (GIS) environment. A variety of spatial geological data were compiled, evaluated and integrated to produce a map of potential Au and Ag deposits in the Gangreung area, Korea. This empirical approach assumes that all deposits shared a common genesis. The method consists of three main steps: (i) identification of spatial relationships; (ii) quantification of such relationships and (iii) integration of multiple quantified relationships. A spatial database containing Au and Ag deposits, topographic, geologic, geophysical and geochemical data was constructed using a GIS. The factors relating to 103 Au and Ag mineral deposits are the geological data such as lithology and fault structure, geochemical data including the abundance of Al, As, Ba, Ca, Cd, Co, conductivity, Cr, Cu, Eh, Fe, HCO3–, K, Li, Mg, Mn, Mo, Na, Ni, Pb, pH, Si, Sr, V, W, Zn, Cl?, F?, PO43?, NO2?, NO3? and SO42?, and geophysical data including Bouguer and magnetic anomalies. Using the constructed spatial database, the relationships between mineral deposit areas and 36 related factors are identified and quantified by probabilistic and statistical modeling; that is, likelihood ratio, weights of evidence and logistic regression. All the factors were combined to produce a map of the regional mineral potential using the overlay method in a GIS environment. The mineral potential map was then verified by comparison with known mineral deposits. The verification results give respective accuracies of 82.52%, 72.45% and 81.60% for the likelihood ratio, weights of evidence and logistic regression models, respectively. The mineral potential map can be used as a source of basic information for mineral resource development.  相似文献

文章在对沽源盆地内的地质、物化探等信息与铀成矿的关系进行深入分析的基础上,借助MORPAS平台,对区内各控矿要素定量化,利用GIS的空间分析功能提取了断裂Buffer、潜火山岩Buffer、航磁异常等在内的16个证据图层,并将研究区划分为1 km×1 km大小的9 562个单元,利用证据权重法对研究区铀矿进行预测,圈定了3级成矿远景,为该区进一步找矿指出了方向.  相似文献

For applications of data mining techniques in geosciences, through mining spatial databases which are constructed with geophysical and geochemical data measured in fields, critical knowledge, such as the spatial distribution of geological targets, the geophysical and geochemical characteristics of geological targets, the differentiation among the geological targets, and the relationship among geophysical and geochemical data, can be discovered. Due to the complexity of geophysical and geochemical data, traditional mining methods of cluster analysis and association analysis have limitations in processing complex data. In this paper, a clustering algorithm based on density and adaptive density-reachable is presented which has the ability to handle clusters of arbitrary shapes, sizes, and densities. For association analysis, mining the continuous attributes may reveal useful and interesting insights about the data objects in geoscientific applications. An approach for distance-based quantitative association analysis is presented in this paper. Experiments and applications indicate that the algorithm and approach are effective in real-world applications.  相似文献

随着中国国民经济持续快速发展,中国对矿产资源的需求呈现了快速增长的趋势,资源短缺已经成为制约中国经济又好又快发展的主要瓶颈之一。为了解决矿产资源短缺问题,对陆地近地表未查明矿产资源潜力的区位、数量和质量的评价工作已经成为当前十分迫切的任务。文章对矿床模型综合地质信息预测技术体系进行了详细、系统的介绍。该体系以地球动力学、成矿动力学和成矿系列理论为指导,深入开展区域地质构造研究,最大限度地分析地质构造的成矿信息,以各级成矿区带为单元,划分主要矿产的矿床预测类型,建立矿床模型,总结区域成矿系列。全面利用物探、化探、遥感等资料所显示的地质找矿信息,运用体现地质成矿规律内涵的预测技术,全面、全过程应用空间数据库及GIS技术,在圈定成矿预测区的基础上估计潜在资源量。  相似文献

数字地质调查系统是中国地质调查局在MapGIS基础上二次开发的区域地质调查工作的专业软件,具有地质调查数据与遥感、地球物理、地球化学等多源数据整合功能.目前该系统只在大比例尺区域、矿产地质调查得到完全应用,并形成相应规范,在物化探工作中并未完全要求使用,物化探原始和成果资料未填入相关记录卡中,这对物化探资料查询及与地质结合使用带来不便.利用MapGIS的库管理-属性库管理模块和实用服务-投影变换模块功能,按照数字地质调查系统的多源数据的记录卡格式,能快速实现地物化遥数据数字化入库,解决地物化遥数据数字化问题,为地物化遥多源数据整合提供基础平台.  相似文献

This paper presents a Geographic Information System (GIS)-based spatial analysis scheme to account for spatial patterns and association in geological thematic mapping with multiple geological data sets. The multi-buffer zone analysis, the main part of the present study, was addressed to reveal the spatial pattern around geological source primitives and statistical analysis based on a contingency table was performed to extract information for the assessment of an integrated layer. Mineral potential mapping using multiple geological data sets from Ogdong in Korea was carried out to illustrate application of this methodology. The results obtained from the case study indicated that some geochemical elements and residual magnetic anomaly dominantly affected spatial patterns of the mineral potential map in the study area and the dominant classes of input data layers were also extracted. This information on spatial patterns of multiple geological data sets around mines could be used as effective evidences for the interpretation of the integrated layer within GIS.  相似文献

三维空间中地质曲面模拟是矿产勘查、大比例尺成矿预测等地学领域的重要研究内容之一.与地球化学、地球物理数据的曲面拟合相比,地质界面拟合更加复杂且具有一般性.从功能需求角度出发,地质界面拟合需要处理层状地层、不整合地层以及存在构造的地层等多种情况;从算法实现角度讲,该拟合过程不同于物化探数据通过某一属性值进行曲面拟合的情况,因为在地质界面模拟过程中,不存在这样的特征值进行曲面拟合,因此不能直接使用物化探数据等值面提取的思想模拟地质接触界面.针对上述问题,提出了一种基于反距离加权法移动立方格算法的层状地层曲面拟合算法.该方法模型适合绝大多数层状地学三维曲面模拟.  相似文献

根据四川省铅锌矿资源潜力评价空间数据库成果,应用GIS评价技术研究了康滇地区典型铅锌矿矿床的地质-地球物理-地球化学特征、找矿标志及成因,提取了成矿有利的地质信息、构造信息、物探信息及化探信息等,进行康滇地区铅锌矿的资源潜力预测,建立了成矿模式和找矿模型。根据铅锌矿的时空分布规律预测了找矿远景区,在康滇地区圈定了5个矿集区、7个重点找矿远景区,确定主攻类型为黑区式和大梁子式,其次为小石房式和乌依式。  相似文献

在分析了黑龙江西北部地区金矿床成矿特征的基础上,建立了区域金矿找矿模型,然后提取了各类找矿信息,并在GIS中构成了与成矿有关的地层、构造、岩浆岩、遥感、物探、化探异常等11个证据图层。用证据权重模型统计综合证据图层生成研究区成矿后验概率图。按照后验概率相对大小把预测区成矿可能性划分成三级,圈定5个Ⅰ级成矿远景区,为在黑龙江省西北部进一步找矿奠定了基础。  相似文献

西秦岭温泉—中川一带实施的1:5万矿产地质调查项目,共圈定1:5万局部高磁异常33处,1:5万地球化学综合异常11处,发现矿点2处,矿化点5处,矿种有金、钼、铁、铜、铷等。通过分析研究区成矿地质条件、1:5万地球物理和地球化学综合异常特征、矿(化)点特征及分布规律等,阐明了该区成矿时空分布规律和矿产共生组合规律,划分成矿远景区9处,提交找矿靶区6处。对其中2处找矿靶区进行槽探验证的结果为: 关子镇幅玉杨观找矿靶区圈定了4条含铷矿化伟晶岩脉和多处铁矿化破碎蚀变带,具有形成伟晶岩型铷矿的潜力; 礼县幅李坝金矿床南侧百叶沟—河西沟找矿靶区圈定了14条蚀变破碎带,在矿化蚀变带内圈定了11条金矿(化)体,具有形成构造蚀变岩(微细粒浸染状)型金矿床的潜力。  相似文献
