自1984年, “点-轴开发”理论和中国国土开发、经济布局的“T”字型宏观战略提出以来,“T”字型空间结构战略在20世纪80~90年代得到大规模实施。海岸经济带和长江经济带2个一级重点经济带构成“T”字型,长江经济带将内地2个最发达的核心地区(成渝地区和武汉地区)与海岸经济带联系起来,其腹地几乎包括半个中国,其范围内资源丰富,农业、经济和技术基础雄厚,已经形成世界上最大的以水运为主的、包括铁路、高速公路、管道以及超高压输电等组成的具有超大能力的综合运输通道,其巨大的发展潜力是除海岸经济带以外的其他经济带所不能比拟的。“点-轴开发”理论和中国国土开发、经济布局的“T”字型宏观战略(海岸带和长江沿线作为全国的一级发展轴线)已经得到国内诸多知名学者和有关部门领导的认同,符合中国国土开发和经济布局合理化的要求,以海岸地带和长江沿岸作为今后几十年中国国土开发和经济布局的一级轴线的战略将是长期的。  相似文献

The dryland ecosystem is the dominant component of the global terrestrial ecosystem since arid regions occupy 45% of the earth’s land area and feed 38% of the world's population. The stability and sustainable development of the dryland ecosystem are critical for achieving the millennium development goal (MDG) in the arid and semiarid areas. However, there is still no scientific guideline for measuring and conserving the health and productivity of dryland ecosystems. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to develop the scientific conceptual framework of defining, monitoring and evaluating the ecological quality of dryland ecosystems. The ecological quality of dryland ecosystems is represented by a system of comprehensive indicators that are each extracted from the ecological elements, and structural and functional indices of the ecosystem. These indicators can be monitored by integrating satellites and unmanned aerial vehicles with ground-based sensor networks at the scale of either observational sites or regional scales. Finally, the ecological quality can be evaluated by evaluation models based on the normalized index values and their thresholds. This paper presents a conceptual framework for monitoring and evaluating the ecological quality of drylands, which provides a way of advancing the monitoring, diagnosis, and evaluation of the ecological quality of the dryland ecosystems.  相似文献

The Landsat images of the 2000, 2005, 2010, 2015, 2018 are selected as the data source to retrieve land cover and surface temperature data. The contribution of Sink-Source landscape pattern to the heat island and its ecological effects on urban and rural gradient were analyzed by using Heat Index (HI), Sink and Source Landscape Contribution (CIsink, CIsource) and Landscape Effect Index (LI) in Haikou. The results show that the heat island is concentrated on the West Coast, and in the central urban and Jiangdong New Area; the HI shows a pattern of decreasing value with the following land types: “Bare land>Artificial surface﹥Source landscape>Shrub grassland>Farmland>Sink landscape>Woodland>Water body”. In the central city section, the CIsink and CIsource are relatively large in these five periods. The LI decreases rapidly along the urban-rural gradient, promoting the Urban Heat Island (UHI) to a large degree. In contrast, the suburban area contributes to a lesser degree. Overall, the LI fluctuates, the proportion of mitigating UHI is large, and there is a second peak outside the city center. The existing Source-Sink Landscape contributes the most to UHI in the central urban area, and this contribution decreases along the urban-rural gradient. With the continuous expansion of city-town areas, the proportion of Sink areas has increased along the gradient, and the proportion of Source areas has subsequently declined, resulting in the spatial transfer and diffusion of UHI. Therefore, a UHI mitigation strategy based on the theory of regional landscape systems is proposed here.  相似文献

In the new era of the rapid development of economic globalization and the community of human destiny, the implementation of the “One Belt and One Road” (OBOR) construction model is designed to coordinate environmental protection and economic development. Most of the countries along the Silk Road in the 21st century are developing countries, and the majority of them are facing the same ecological and developmental difficulties as China. In this paper, under the background of the “OBOR” strategy and on the basis of the distribution of global climate types, we selected Central Asia and Northwest China, which have temperate continental climates, as the research objects. We sorted out and summarized the main ecological problems faced by Western China and Central Asia during the development of the “Belt and Road” initiative. At the same time, in combination with the major ecological governance projects implemented in recent years, we proposed key ecological governance technologies that have a certain degree of scalability, such as key technologies for water resource utilization and protection, sand prevention and control, and saline-alkali land governance. The aim was to offer the experiences and a reference for providing technological models for the “one belt along the road” region and the country to build an effective ecological governance system. Two suggestions are then proposed for improving the feasibility and rationality of ecological governance technology in the construction of the “One Belt, One Road”. 1) With the implementation of the strategy of “OBOR” construction, the ecological threats the OBOR countries are facing cannot be ignored. Every country needs to jointly act to build an “OBOR” ecological civilization. 2) The participants must pay attention to the spatial heterogeneity and temporal dynamics of ecological carrying capacity, and provide data reference and support for the reasonable allocation of ecological governance technology.  相似文献

国土空间均衡是生态文明建设与国土空间治理的重要目标。本文首先在“两山”理论与强弱可持续理论的指导下,基于生态财富与物质财富的二分法,探究国土空间均衡的内涵要义及状态评估模型;其次,通过生态财富与物质财富的特性差异及互动机制分析来探讨国土空间均衡的实现机制;最后,基于具体国土空间单元均衡状态的演进分析,研究整体国土空间均衡实现的可行路径。结果显示:① 基于两种财富的国土空间均衡的内涵即人均物质财富以及人均生态财富在空间上的双收敛,且各空间均收敛于较理想的水平值。② 整体性的国土空间均衡状态将会出现“一均衡、三失衡”四种情形。促进两种财富的良性互动,增强协同效应,减少权衡关系,是实现国土空间均衡的关键。③ 国土空间单元的均衡状态可划分为低等均衡或全面失衡、发展失衡、生态失衡、协调均衡四种,促进各具体国土空间单元向高阶均衡状态演进是实现整体国土空间均衡的可行路径。依循两种财富的互动机制与国土空间单元均衡状态的演进规律来指导具体国土空间单元的开发与保护,有利于实现整体的国土空间均衡。  相似文献

研究利用MODIS地表温度数据产品,引入概率阈值算法提升城市热岛斑块空间识别精度。在此基础上,构建城市热岛扩张指数将城市热岛斑块时空变化过程分解为飞地型、边缘型、填充型扩张模式和缩减型模式。基于土地利用变化过程,开展城市热岛斑块空间扩张模式的路径分析,准确识别城市热岛斑块空间扩张路径的来源和归趋。研究表明:2020年北京市夏季昼夜城市热岛斑块总面积分别为3932 km2和2 266 km2,占北京市总面积比例23.96%和13.81%。2005―2020年夏季昼夜城市热岛斑块面积比例分别增加43.40%和24.44%。增长型城市热岛斑块面积大于缩减型城市热岛斑块面积。边缘型扩张模式是增长型城市热岛斑块最主要的模式。耕地、城市建设用地、农村居民点是增长型城市热岛斑块主要的空间扩张路径。研究结果为揭示城市热环境形成过程和精细化管理提供理论依据和数据支撑。  相似文献

在文献研究、访谈(网站用户、景区管理人员、旅游研究者)的基础上初步提出旅游景区网站绩效评估体系,构建了测评模型和评价等级标准,运用德尔菲(Delphi)法对评估体系进行修正,为获得关键指标的定量评价权重,采用了专家意见和层次分析相结合的方法确定指标权重,最终确立一套客观可行的评估体系。运用构建的评估模型,以广州长隆旅游度假区网站为评估对象,对评估体系的合理性和可行性进行检验,并提出改善该旅游景区网站建设的合理建议。  相似文献

随着现代交通技术的不断进步,城市空间扩展呈现新的特点.以济南市为案例,总结城市规模及空间形态与交通模式的脉动变化规律.在不同的交通模式下,济南先后呈现点状、飞地状、轴状和组团状发展形态,而区位优势提升、产业的拉动和乘数效应、机动可达效应和区域协调发展效应则是交通脉动规律的主要动因.  相似文献

This paper analyzes panel data from 2003-2012 to identify the factors driving the expansion of construction land in Ningbo city; it uses panel data, regional-level, and year-by-year regression models. The results indicate the following: (1) For each 1% increase in the size of the economy, urban population, and industrial structure adjustment coefficient, the amount of construction land increased by 0.35%, 0.52% and -1%, respectively. (2) The factors driving the expansion of urban construction land differed across regions. In more highly developed areas such as Yuyao, Cixi, Fenghua and the downtown area, population growth was the most obvious driving factor with coefficients of 4.880, 1.383, 3.036 and 0.583, respectively, in those areas. Here, the impact of industrial structure adjustment was lower than that of population growth (with coefficients of 1.235, 0.307, 0.145 and -0.242), while economic development was an increasingly insignificant factor (with coefficients of -0.302, 0.071, 0.037 and 0.297). On the other hand, economic development was the most important factor for the expansion of construction land in relatively less developed areas such as Xiangshan and Ninghai counties with coefficients of 0.413 and 0.195, respectively. Here, population growth (with coefficients of -0.538 and 0.132) and industrial structure adjustment (with coefficients of -0.097 and 0.067) were comparatively weaker driving factors. (3) The results of the year-by-year regression indicate the increased impact of economic development as a driving factor (from -1.531 in 2005 to 1.459 in 2012). The influence of the population growth factor slowly declined (from 1.249 in 2005 to 0.044 in 2012) and from 2009 on was less influential than the economic development factor. The industrial structure coefficient remained negative and its influence diminished from year to year (from -5.312 in 2004 to -0.589 in 2012).  相似文献

针对安徽省池州市建设用地快速扩展的现状, 运用空间分析模型、STIRPAT模型, 采用文献分析、对比分析、偏最小二乘回归数理分析方法, 对建设用地扩展特征进行了动态分析, 并对其驱动因子进行了定量测度。结果表明:①2000-2010 年, 池州市建设用地年平均扩展速率为3.36%;2000-2005 年为1.70%;2006-2010 年为4.62%。②人口、人均GDP、第二产业贡献值、社会固定资产投资、人均绿地面积、城镇化水平、非农人口占总人口比例对建设用地扩展的边际弹性系数分别为0.1835、0.0779、0.1320、0.5821、0.3419、0.1939、0.0415。制定土地利用规划, 强化土地利用功能分区, 严控房地产和工业经济建设用地, 明晰发展思路, 优化经济结构, 适度控制景观用地及城镇化水平, 强化政府土地监管是减缓池州市建设用地扩展的主要举措。  相似文献

在以“空间流”为逻辑的区域空间组织下,借由城际交通与信息网络的全面发展改变着社会经济空间结构的深度与广度,由此产生的“时空压缩”效应大幅度增强城市信息联系,促使现代城市在“空间流”的作用下不断扩展城市网络空间。针对中国在城镇化发展过程中出现的沿海三大城市群:长三角、京津冀以及珠三角城市群,对其进行城市空间网络分析,结果表明:公路运输、普通列车、高速列车、信息网络在一定程度上把相互连接的城市转变成为城市空间对外拓展的网络节点,拉近节点城市与周边城市的时空距离,带动城市群区域信息“网络化”结构的形成;长三角城市群城市空间网络主要以上海(沪)、南京(宁)核心节点城市构成,北翼网络化程度较高于南翼线性联系程度,其区域联系密度以“沪-宁”“沪-杭”沿线向两侧递减;其城市群城市网络拓展流向主要是以上海→湖州、上海→宁波、上海→泰州、南京→扬州、南京→镇江、南京→无锡、南京→苏州、南京→上海、杭州→宁波等城市流向,呈现典型多中心结构;京津冀城市群城市空间网络主要以北京、天津为核心向外辐射,形成了以廊坊、沧州、承德、张家口等次级城市网络连线。其城市群城市间网络的拓展流向主要是以北京→天津、北京→石家庄、北京→秦皇岛、北京→廊坊、天津→秦皇岛、天津→石家庄等城市流向,呈现典型的双核心结构,这些城市彼此之间呈现复杂网状联系特征,其中,北京-天津-石家庄围成度中心网络的核心圈层,度中心值较低的其他10个城市节点组成外围低密度圈层;珠三角城市群城市空间网络主要以广州、深圳、珠海为核心向外辐射,形成了以佛山、惠州、江门等次级城市网络连线。其城市群城市网络拓展方向主要以广州→深圳、广州→肇庆、广州→东莞、深圳→广州、深圳→东莞、珠海→东莞等城市流向。其中,广东、深圳处于网络的绝对中心位置,广东-深圳-东莞-佛山围成度中心网络的核心圈层,度中心值较低的其他5个城市节点组成外围低密度圈层,多核心网络结构特征显著。  相似文献

为了更好地解决城市化进程中城市用地规模迅速扩大给城市交通和规划管理等带来的一系列问题,就需要对城市空间扩展进行研究.以济南市为例,以5个不同时相遥感影像为数据源,利用RS专题信息提取与GIS空间叠加分析技术对济南城区扩展及其驱动机制进行深入分析,探讨了城市空间格局演变与自然、政治、经济、社会、交通、文化等城市发展环境因素变迁之间的内在关系,揭示出济南城市空间格局演变的规律及趋势,并为今后济南城市发展合理布局提出相应对策与措施.  相似文献

以南京市江宁区为例,基于2004~2011年住宅用地出让数据,利用空间扩展模型和GWR模型对都市新区住宅地价空间异质性及其驱动因素进行研究。结果表明:① 空间扩展模型与GWR模型分别可解释采样区63%、61%的住宅地价变化,较全局回归模型(47%)有显著提升,更有利于研究土地市场的空间异质性。② 空间扩展模型可有效表征各解释变量及其交互项对住宅地价作用的空间结构总体趋势,其拟合效果相对较优。GWR模型则在局部参数估计方面存在优势,借助GIS可将各变量的地价作用模式可视化,从而比空间扩展模型更能有效刻画住宅地价影响因素的空间非平稳性特征,各因素对地价的平均边际贡献排序为水域> 地铁> 大学园区> CBD> 商业网点> 医院,且商业网点、 医院系数值具有方向差异性。③ 距地铁站点、水域、大学园区以及CBD的距离是研究区住宅地价的关键驱动因素,各自存在特有的地价空间作用模式,可为研究区住宅土地市场细分提供科学依据。  相似文献

近年来,在全国耕地面积持续减少的背景下,西北干旱区耕地呈扩张趋势,现有研究关注其自然因素驱动力,对人文因素驱动力,特别是灌溉设施和方式、政策、经济利益和市场导向等因素关注较少。选取干旱区典型绿洲——且末绿洲,采用最大似然法和人机交互式分类相结合的方法从1972,1990,2001,2011年影像中提取耕地信息,结合统计学方法分析且末绿洲耕地变化的时空趋势、耕地复种指数的动态变化;在充分考虑人口因素的前提下,增加灌溉设施和方式、政策、经济利益和市场导向等因素,探讨了绿洲耕地扩张的人文驱动力。研究结果表明:1970年以来,且末绿洲耕地面积时增时减,总体呈增长趋势;耕地复种指数波动上升;人口增长、灌溉设施和方式、政策、经济利益和市场等因素在不同阶段以不同方式影响着该绿洲耕地面积的扩张。政策、经济利益和市场因素是近10年绿洲耕地迅速扩张的主要驱动因素。  相似文献

Tourism symbiosis is a social phenomenon consisting of many complex factors, and the reciprocal cooperation among multiple tourist agents at tourist destinations is the crux of the sustainable development of tourism. This study is from the perspective of tourist enterprises, and introduces the Symbiosis Theory of genecology. A quantitative evaluation is used to analyze both the equilibrium state of the combined symbiotic behavior routes and the behavior patterns of tourist enterprises with local governments, community residents, tourists and tourist enterprises around Qinghai Lake. The findings reveal: (1) the symbiotic behavior routes of the multiple tourist agents “E→G-R-T-E” in the Qinghai Lake area are constituted of intense symbiotic indications, while the maximum dimensionality of symbiotic interest of “E→G-R-T-E” is still in the state of disequilibrium and dissymmetry; (2) the symbiotic model of multiple tourist agents “E→G-R-T-E” in the Qinghai Lake area is an asymmetrically positive symbiotic model. It is proposed that, by establishing symbiotic mechanisms for guidance, decisions, supervisory control and profit distribution, the participation mechanism for multiple agents “E-G-R-T” can be further standardized. Moreover, tourist enterprises should be regarded as the primary agents to optimize the symbiotic model for “E→G-R-T-E” through the reinforcement of integrative supply and the construction of integrative effect, and finally promote the integrative symbiotic model of symmetrical reciprocity of the E-R-G-T model “driven by scenic areas, responsive to community residents, affected by local governments and enjoyed by tourists.”  相似文献

城市网格化管理系统经过多年运行积累了大量历史事件数据, 这类事件数据在空间上呈现明显集聚分布。确定事件发生的空间分布以及衡量空间分布的集聚程度, 能够为城市管理资源的合理调配、划分提供重要的决策支持。本文应用空间点模式分析方法, 对2011 年1-8 月间武汉市江汉区城市网格化管理系统中的两类主体事件(占道经营和垃圾处理类)进行分析, 研究发现:占道经营事件的“热点”区域1-8 月总体呈减少趋势, 而垃圾处理事件的“热点”区域整体呈递增趋势;两类事件呈现明显的空间集聚, 其特征空间尺度都为1000 m左右。研究表明, 空间点模式分析方法能够为城市管理者提供一种针对城市事件空间集聚模式的直观的可视化分析手段, 以及对空间集聚程度的定量分析方法, 并可为进一步统计建模分析奠定基础。  相似文献
