长江口海域表层水温的季节、年际变化   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
为研究长江口与黄东海SST变化的异同,根据长江口区引水船海洋站1959~2001年、大戢山海洋站1977~2000年月平均表层水温资料,安徽大通水文站1968~1999年月平均径流量资料,利用功率谱分析、Mann—Kendall突变检验及相关分析方法,分析长江口区表层水温的季节、年际变化特征。结果表明:长江口区表层水温最高值出现在8月份,最低值出现在2月份。长江口区表层水温的年际变化存在准2年和3~5年的显著振荡周期,东亚季风和长江径流对其变化有影响。长江口区表层水温突变出现在1989年。  相似文献

Laboratory bioassays were conducted to test the acute toxicity effects of sudden exposure to sodium cyanide (NaCN) on the endogenous rhythm of the oxygen consumption rate (OCR) in the black rockfishSebastes schlegeli. The OCR of the black rockfish (n = 14, total length = 20.4 ± 1.16 cm, wet weight = 158 ± 25 g) was measured with an automatic intermittentflow-respirometer. OCR decreased significantly when experimental fish were exposed to NaCN. When exposed to 10 ppb NaCN, fish were able to recover their OCR rhythmic activities. When fish were exposed to 20 ppb, however, the metabolic activity rhythms were not recovered. These results suggest that exposure to NaCN concentrations over 20 ppb cause severe physiological damage to the endogenous rhythms of black rockfish.  相似文献

龙须菜是一种重要的产琼胶海藻。本文分析了从青岛、石岛、龙须岛采集的龙须菜的光合色素组成、光谱特性、光合作用速率及生长速度,从而研究扑光色素的组成与光合作用、生物物质积累之间的关系。三个龙须菜的产地之间相距上百里到几百里,彼此之间进行遗传物质交流的机会较少,存在着地理隔离的可能性。本研究表明,不同产地龙须菜光合色素的组成有差异:青岛的材料藻红蛋白含量较高,石岛及龙须岛材料叶绿素α含量较高。不同产地的材料荧光光谱也有差异。与其他产地的材料相比,龙须岛材料光补偿点较低,生长速度较快。本文对今后的生产需要提供了一些生物学参数。  相似文献

Technologies for the analysis of time series with gaps are considered. Some algorithms of signal extraction (purification) and evaluation of its characteristics, such as rhythmic components, are discussed for series with gaps. Examples are given for the analysis of data obtained during long-term observations at the Garm geophysical test site and in other regions. The technical solutions used in the WinABD software are considered to most efficiently arrange the operation of relevant algorithms in the presence of observational defects.  相似文献

利用遥感和GIS技术提取了环渤海地区1980年、1990年、2000年和2010年4期海岸线信息,采用网格法计算每期海岸线的分形维数;分析了海岸线及其分形维数的时空变化特征、并探讨了其与海岸开发活动之间的关系。研究表明:在1980—2010年间,研究区海岸线长度持续增加,变化强度逐渐增大,海岸线共增加了1 074.35 km;从时间过程看,2000年以后海岸线长度进入快速增长时期;从区域范围看,以天津市和河北省所在的渤海湾地区海岸线的变迁最显著。研究期间,环渤海地区海岸线整体向海推进,海岸线分形维数逐渐增大,岸线形状趋于复杂。人为的海岸开发活动是海岸线变迁的主导因素,2000年之前海岸开发以围垦养殖、盐田为主;之后,港口码头建设和城镇建设型的海岸工程逐渐增多。海岸线的分形维数与海岸带的物质组成与演变过程有直接关系,大量规模不等的海岸工程的建设是海岸线分形维数变化的主导因素。  相似文献

北太平洋副热带模态水形成区潜沉率的年际变化及其机制   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
根据Huang和Qiu 1995年的潜沉率计算公式,采用同化的海洋模式资料和海洋-大气界面的通量观测资料,计算了北太平洋副热带海域3个模态水形成区逐年的潜沉率,研究了潜沉率产生年际变化的机制.研究结果表明:西部、中部和东部3个模态水形成区潜沉率的年际变化主要周期分别为6,2~5和2 a;北太平洋副热带模态水的3个形成区的潜沉率都发现年代际的变化特征:在1985年以前,西部模态水形成区的潜沉率年际变化最为显著,但1985后年际变化振幅明显减小;在中部模态水形成区,1975~1992年间潜沉率随时间的变化的振幅较大,潜沉率在这段时间内的平均值也达到33.99 m/a,而在1970~1975年间和1993~1998年间潜沉率都小于20 m/a;西部副热带模态水形成区的潜沉率的年际变化与这里海面的净热通量的年际变化有很好的相关性,中部副热带模态水形成区潜沉率的年际变化则取决于局地Ekman流的年际变化,而在东部模态水形成区局地风应力旋度的变化直接影响潜沉率的大小.  相似文献

Based upon four decades of observations in the northwestern part of the Japan Sea, the seasonal and inter-annual variations of zooplankton abundance and species composition in the epipelagic layer are considered. Seasonal characteristics of the zooplankton community are described in detail for five domains that occur within this part of the Japan Sea. Inter-decadal variation was not significant, but inter-annual variation was considerable and generally opposite to water temperature changes in the upper layer. Exceptional years such as 1996 were noted when a maximum abundance of zooplankton in summer occurred along with a slowing of the seasonal pattern of succession.  相似文献

The problem of recognition of algal genera based on the remote sensing data requires the analysis of the algae biomass’s distribution. This study provides the analysis of the algae spatial and temporal variations in the Peter the Great Bay. While 116 algal genera were observed, only a few genera have dominated. Usually, the dominant genus contributed about 60% of the sample’s biomass (the minimal value is 20% usually) and 4 dominant genera contributed about 90% of the total phytoplankton biomass. The effective scattering crosssection of the algae in the samples is very changeable and this feature looks promising for the recognition problem. It was found that the spatial and temporal variations of the algal biomass are significant, but the percentage characteristics of a few dominant genera are relatively stable with no significant dependence on a region and a biomass value. The algae’s composition analysis has demonstrated that the same algal genera are propagated in different parts of the Bay. For a given region and month, the set of algae dominated that constitutes about 90% of the monthly biomass is rather small (not more than 10 genera usually). Most of the alga genera (∼75%) do not ever reach a mono domination state (more than 50% of the sample’s biomass).  相似文献

在波浪和水流的作用下,泥沙在不同时间尺度下的运动会引起沙滩的冲淤演变,对海岸资源有重要的影响。因此,了解沙滩季节性演变规律,并采取针对性的防护措施,是近岸沙滩亟须解决的问题。目前,现场观测是研究沙滩剖面冲淤演变的重要方法,通过沉积物组成、岸滩坡度及波浪动力的时空变化,了解沙滩剖面的变化特性,对于沙滩管理和海岸保护具有十分重要的意义。基于2017年9月—2019年11月在荣成楮岛南岸沙滩每个月采集一次的剖面数据,以及波浪动力数据,分别探究了沙滩在不同时间尺度下的变化特征,并对沙滩变化特征与波浪动力因素的相关性进行了探讨。研究发现:楮岛南岸沙滩形态变化具有较强的季节性特征,春季沙滩比较稳定;夏季沙滩受台风影响侵蚀严重,但在风暴过后的短时间内,沙滩泥沙恢复较快;冬季沙滩恢复速度逐渐减缓并趋于稳定。在夏季和冬季期间,波能流密度的向岸分量对楮岛南沙滩的演变产生重要作用,而且波能流密度向岸分量的均值(选取数据采集前15 d的波浪条件参与计算)与沙滩体积的相关性最好,并给出了两者的线性拟合公式。  相似文献

Abstract. The slow rate of change in hydrocarbon seep communities on the upper ­Louisiana slope prevents the use of direct observation in studying successional trends. We used a chronosequence consisting of three presumed stages – juvenile, adult and senescent – to test a previous model which proposed that sulfide availability and vestimentiferan growth and physiological health decline over the lifespan of a vestimenti­feran aggregation. We replicated the chronosequence at two sites to simultaneously ­explore the influence of spatial heterogeneity on the characteristics of these communities. We determined environmental sulfide concentrations and vestimentiferan growth and condition in at least two vestimentiferan aggregations representative of each stage at each of these two sites. Hydrogen sulfide concentrations were highly variable both above and below the sediment's surface, and sulfide was present in high concentrations to sediment depths of 70  cm. Vestimentiferan growth and condition varied significantly on multiple spatial scales from sites separated by tens of kilometers, to aggregations separated by tens to hundreds of meters within a site, to individual vestimentiferans ­separated by tens of centimeters within an aggregation. The striking variability in both environmental sulfide and vestimentiferan growth and condition within individual ­aggregations suggests a crucial role for microhabitat variability in the persistence of vestimentiferan aggregations at these sites. Few significant successional trends in ­environmental sulfide or vestimentiferan growth and condition were found over the three stages tested.  相似文献

The dynamics of phytoplankton diversity constitute crucial data in environmental monitoring, food-web studies and ecosystem modeling. Proper assessment of phytoplankton community composition requires large investments in offshore sampling and taxonomic competence because these communities can change fundamentally on a weekly scale. Cheap and high-frequent offshore phytoplankton sampling can be achieved by using ships-of-opportunity, and in the present study we used the Alg@line facilities onboard a passenger ferry during its regular route between Finland and Sweden in the northern Baltic Sea. The first aim was to test if pigment analysis, as a cheaper alternative to cell counts, can be used to detect environment-correlated variation in phytoplankton communities. It has been shown that spatial variation (salinity differences) and variation throughout one annual cycle (changes in temperature and nutrients) were strongly reflected by pigment composition. The second aim was to test if pigment analyses and cell counts detect environment-correlated variation in phytoplankton communities equally well. It has been shown that spatial and seasonal variations were reflected by pigment composition while cell counts reflected seasonal variation only. This suggests that the pigment analyses detected aspects of the phytoplankton that were neglected or misinterpreted by cell counts. It is advocated that available resources of long-term studies, such as environmental monitoring, can be used more efficiently by utilizing the high ecological resolution of pigment composition in combination with high-frequent ships-of-opportunity sampling. To assess heterotrophic and/or toxic species, such programs could also include sampling for cell counts in a complementary manner, with actually performing counts only for crucial samples (e.g. between large community changes) as indicated by multivariate statistical analysis of pigment composition. Some aspects of analyzing phytoplankton data with multivariate statistics are also discussed.  相似文献

On the basis of the analyses of significant periods for the sea level observation data taken from recent several decades at 12 tide stations, the monthly mean sea level observations are fitted by a model of linear trend of sea level change superimposed with several variations of different fixed periods. The trends of sea level relative changes and their errors are estimated by the LS method. The results are reduced to the isostatic datum proposed and established in the paper (Huang et al. , 1991, Seismology and Geology , 1, 1-15). The trends of sea level changes in the near future along the coast of China are studied. It is pointed out that the general trend of the sea level change along the coast of China is going up slowly and the rate of the change is not the same in different segments of the coasts. In a few segments, the sea level is even relatively going down. The numerical results given in this paper provide a basis for the predictions of the future sea level changes and their effects.  相似文献

This review assesses the degree of resilience of mangrove forests to large, infrequent disturbance (tsunamis) and their role in coastal protection, and to chronic disturbance events (climate change) and the future of mangroves in the face of global change. From a geological perspective, mangroves come and go at considerable speed with the current distribution of forests a legacy of the Holocene, having undergone almost chronic disturbance as a result of fluctuations in sea-level. Mangroves have demonstrated considerable resilience over timescales commensurate with shoreline evolution. This notion is supported by evidence that soil accretion rates in mangrove forests are currently keeping pace with mean sea-level rise. Further support for their resilience comes from patterns of recovery from natural disturbances (storms, hurricanes) which coupled with key life history traits, suggest pioneer-phase characteristics. Stand composition and forest structure are the result of a complex interplay of physiological tolerances and competitive interactions leading to a mosaic of interrupted or arrested succession sequences, in response to physical/chemical gradients and landform changes. The extent to which some or all of these factors come into play depends on the frequency, intensity, size, and duration of the disturbance. Mangroves may in certain circumstances offer limited protection from tsunamis; some models using realistic forest variables suggest significant reduction in tsunami wave flow pressure for forests at least 100 m in width. The magnitude of energy absorption strongly depends on tree density, stem and root diameter, shore slope, bathymetry, spectral characteristics of incident waves, and tidal stage upon entering the forest. The ultimate disturbance, climate change, may lead to a maximum global loss of 10–15% of mangrove forest, but must be considered of secondary importance compared with current average annual rates of 1–2% deforestation. A large reservoir of below-ground nutrients, rapid rates of nutrient flux and microbial decomposition, complex and highly efficient biotic controls, self-design and redundancy of keystone species, and numerous feedbacks, all contribute to mangrove resilience to various types of disturbance.  相似文献

The contingency of variations in parameters of the background infrasonic waves and changes in parameters of human EEG during different time intervals has been revealed with the use of synchronized monitoring. The results suggest that the variations of the background infrasound could be considered an external pacemaker (synchronizing factor). It has been established that there is a significant contingency of changes in a sufficiently wide range of infra- and ultradian periodicities; for different ranges the positive and negative correlations alternate.  相似文献

潮滩垂向沉积韵律层的形成主要取决于周期性的潮汐条件,包括涨落潮、大小潮、季节性及更长时间尺度的潮汐特征,为探究大小潮周期对潮滩沉积物垂向层理形成机制的影响,应用一维潮流泥沙与底床分层数学模型,对周期性潮汐条件作用下潮滩垂向沉积韵律层形成机制进行了数值模拟研究。结果表明,大小潮的周期性是模型中沉积层理表现韵律性的主要原因之一,韵律层中单个层理结构对应于1个大小潮周期过程,层理结构由形成于小潮期间的泥质层及形成于大潮期间的砂质层组成,层理的厚度也呈旋回性变化,大潮时层理较厚而小潮时层理较薄。水体边界含沙量是影响潮汐层理结构的重要因子,边界含沙量中粉砂占比增大会使潮汐韵律层整体粗化且砂质层厚度增大,当边界含沙量整体显著增大时,潮滩上的垂向潮汐韵律层会更加完整且厚度明显增大。潮汐层理的形成与特征是多种因子共同作用的结果,后续需进一步探究包括波浪、风暴潮、潮滩生物等其他因子的作用。  相似文献

This paper presents an updated review of our knowledge about Centropages typicus development and growth based on a synthesis of all data found in the literature on stage durations, development rates, size, weight, and C:N ratios. Developmental and growth characteristics have been recorded during field time series and cruises, as well as in controlled laboratory experiments. A few laboratory studies have contributed to an understanding of the impact of food quantity, food quality and temperature on growth and development.C. typicus has a sigmoidal development pattern when the contribution of the different stages to total development time is considered, CIV and CV having much longer durations than preceding stages. The development times of this species are closely related to temperature with a nearly equiproportional development. In turn, food conditions, both in quantity and quality, have less effect on development than on growth rate, leading to large variations in weight within stage, even larger than those predicted from changes in length and biovolume. Actual measurements of weight and biochemical composition are required to better understand the growth of C. typicus in relation to food composition. As a consequence, our review shows that weight–length relationships obtained in particular environmental conditions may be inadequate for others.The combination of a temperature-dependent development rate and a food-dependent growth rate may explain why shelf regions are a more favourable environment for C. typicus as compared to offshore regions, as they support large females, production of more and better quality eggs, and probably better survival of the offspring.  相似文献

重力场恢复与气候试验(GRACE)卫星为高分辨率地监测全球冰川质量变化提供了一种新的手段。本文利用2003年1月至2014年12月Level-2 RL05的GRACE产品,进行去相关误差滤波、高斯滤波和海洋-陆地信号泄漏改正后,得到了格陵兰岛冰盖质量变化的时间序列,分析了格陵兰岛冰盖质量变化的长期趋势项,并与ICESat的结果进行了比较验证。研究表明,在2003年1月至2014年12月之间,格陵兰岛冰盖质量减小速率约为(-260±43)Gt/a,对全球海平面的贡献约为(0.72±0.12)mm/a,对同时期海平面上升的贡献占25.8%,并且格陵兰岛冰盖消融有着很强的区域差异性,冰盖消融的区域主要集中在边缘区域,中部内陆地区的冰盖质量则有增加的趋势。并进一步和ICESat的结果进行了比较分析,ICESat的结果显示格陵兰岛冰盖质量减小速率约为(-174±43)~(-184.8±28.2)Gt/a,而GRACE的结果则为(-209.4±26.3)Gt/a,有着较好的一致性,并且区域分布特征也符合较好。  相似文献

An individual-based mathematical model was developed to investigate the biological and environmental interactions that influence the prevalence and intensity of Brown Ring Disease (BRD), a disease, caused by the bacterial pathogen, Vibrio tapetis, in the Manila clam (Venerupis (= Tapes, = Ruditapes) philippinarum). V. tapetis acts as an external microparasite, adhering at the surface of the mantle edge and its secretion, the periostracal lamina, causing the symptomatic brown deposit. Brown Ring Disease is atypical in that it leaves a shell scar that provides a unique tool for diagnosis of either live or dead clams. The model was formulated using laboratory and field measurements of BRD development in Manila clams, physiological responses of the clam to the pathogen, and the physiology of V. tapetis, as well as theoretical understanding of bacterial disease progression in marine shellfish. The simulation results obtained for an individual Manila clam were expanded to cohorts and populations using a probability distribution that prescribed a range of variability for parameters in a three dimensional framework; assimilation rate, clam hemocyte activity rate (the number of bacteria ingested per hemocyte per day), and clam calcification rate (a measure of the ability to recover by covering over the symptomatic brown ring deposit), which sensitivity studies indicated to be processes important in determining BRD prevalence and intensity. This approach allows concurrent simulation of individuals with a variety of different physiological capabilities (phenotypes) and hence by implication differing genotypic composition. Different combinations of the three variables provide robust estimates for the fate of individuals with particular characteristics in a population that consists of mixtures of all possible combinations.The BRD model was implemented using environmental observations from sites in Brittany, France, where Manila clams routinely exhibit BRD signs. The simulated annual cycle of BRD prevalence and intensity agrees with observed disease cycles in cultured clam populations from this region, with maximum disease prevalence and intensity occurring from December to April. Sensitivity analyses of modeled physiological processes showed that the level of hemocyte activity is the primary intrinsic determinant of recovery of infected clams. Simulations designed to investigate environmental effects on BRD suggested that the outcome of the host–parasite interaction is dependent on food supply (high values being favorable for the host) and temperature. Results of simulations illustrate the complex interaction of temperature effects on propagation and viability of the bacterium, on the phagocytic activity of the hemocytes, and on other physiological processes of the host clam. Simulations using 1 °C and 2 °C increases in temperature generally favored disease development, indicating that climate warming might favor the spread of BRD.  相似文献

本研究基于1956—2018年31个气象站月值降水数据,采用M-K检验、Pettitt检验、Morlet小波分析、ARIMA模型等方法,分析青海省黄河流域近63年包括趋势、突变、周期在内的降水量特性以及验证未来5年降水趋势预测变化的合理性。结果表明:(1)近63年青海省黄河流域降水具有集中程度高、年内分配不均、丰枯季明显的特点;不同年代的月均降水量均集中在4—10月,且未来月均降水量有上升的变化趋势。(2)年降水量呈显著增长趋势,增长率为(9.07 mm/10 a),春季和冬季降水增长趋势显著,夏季和秋季降水无显著的增长趋势,2004年为该流域大的降水转折年。(3)年降水时间序列存在23~32 a,15~20 a,9~13 a以及4~6 a的周期变化规律,四级降水主周期分别对应30、15、11和6 a时间尺度。(4)ARIMA(2,1,4)模型能够较好地拟合1956—2018年降水序列并对2019—2023年降水数据合理预测;线性回归及M-K检验分析结果显示1956—2023年降水序列呈显著增长趋势,增长率为(9.22 mm/10 a),与趋势预测结果相一致;ARIMA(2,1,4)模型可以对青海省黄河流域进行短期年降水量预测,为当地水资源合理规划和管理提供参考。  相似文献
