旅游资源市场价值提升的对策研究

虽然近年来旅游业得到了长足的发展，但旅游资源还没有得到充分发掘，旅游产业的带动作用还没有得到充分发挥。提升旅游资源的市场价值，提高景点、景区档次，打响品牌，增强旅游企业核心竞争力显得尤为迫切。以科学合理地整合旅游资源为思路，预期可产生调整旅游产品结构、调整旅游企业规模、整合旅游资源的品牌形象、促进再就业、维护社会政治稳定、带动贫困地区脱贫致富和经济社会协调发展等效益。旅游资源市场价值的提升可通过对市场品牌信息共享、基础设施和生态环境共建、建立战略联盟和旅游企业的集团化发展等几种模式实现。     

城市战略联盟的内涵与运作形式研究

经济全球化不断加剧城市之间的竞争,城市的发展也越来越受到自身发展条件的限制.借鉴企业战略联盟的思想,建立城市战略联盟成为提升城市竞争力、互惠共利、协同发展的重要手段.从城市战略联盟的缘起入手,初步分析了城市战略联盟的概念、内涵、联盟的主要形式以及建立途径.城市战略联盟是城市政府之间为了充分发挥自身优势,弥补自身弱势的一种战略选择;是在保持城市自身行政权利独立性、平等自愿的基础上,共享城市的基础设施和发展条件,整合优势资源,城市之间互补协作的一种新的合作形式.     

主题性旅游协作联盟及其构建——以运河文化主题协作联盟为例

主题性旅游协作联盟是一种新型的旅游合作战略模式,其协作基础为相似的空间认知要素、现代化的信息技术支撑和物态化的整合营销品牌。在分析国内外20多个旅游协作联盟的基础上,从地域联系、主题类型、空间结构和组织形式等4个视角,总结了主题性旅游协作联盟的12种基本类型,指出协作的基础理论是注意力经济学、协作网络共生理论和旅游产业集群理论。选取江苏扬州至山东济宁段运河为研究区域,分析其文化资源和旅游发展状况,提出"千年运河,世纪风情"的运河文化主题,从组织体系、品牌营销、产品体系、保障机制、信息平台等5个方面进行主题性旅游协作联盟的构建。     

中国旅游产业发展中的政府职能定位分析

由于市场经济存在着自身难以克服的缺陷，需要政府进行干预。因而在中国旅游业发展过程中实施政府主导型发展战略是必然的选择，政府对旅游业的干预极大地促进了中国旅游业的发展。但由于旅游相关信息的分散性，使得政府并不能掌握完全信息，政府本身的能力不一定完全符合旅游发展的需要，还有政府本身利益的影响等，都导致了政府在进行旅游行政管理时的局限性，使得其在职能实施时出现了“缺位”与“错位”的现象。唯一的解决办法是找准政府在旅游业发展中的定位，实行积极而有效的政府职能。     

滑雪旅游开发布局影响因素与对策研究——以内蒙古自治区滑雪旅游开发为例

滑雪度假旅游成为欧美山地旅游开发的主要形式。近十几年来，山地滑雪旅游在中国迅速发展，并成为东北一些地方旅游产品的主打品牌。本文从滑雪旅游开发布局影响因素研究出发，通过对中国滑雪旅游市场的需求与供给这对矛盾的全面分析，对照发达国家的滑雪旅游开展状况，总结出中国目前比较缺乏中高端的旅游滑雪场所。据此，作者提出内蒙古应以发展中高端滑雪旅游作为切入点，以阿尔山国际滑雪场为主，建立山地型滑雪网络和滑雪天堂的旅游形象。这些重要结论，对内蒙古发展冰雪旅游业、突破冬季无旅游、延长旅游季节性等方面有重要的指导意义。     

基于PPT战略的广东省乐昌市生态旅游扶贫模式探讨

以贫困人口受益为出发点,基于有利于贫困人口发展的旅游(Pro-Poor Tourism,PPT)战略,以广东省乐昌市为例,开展适用于中国南方林区生态旅游扶贫开发的发展模式和旅游扶贫产业的发展路径研究.结果表明:1)政府部门、旅游企业、乡村社区和非营利社会组织都应在提升贫困人口参与度、减轻贫困和生态保护方面承担责任,具体...     

乡村旅游创新的理论框架与研究展望

乡村旅游是新时代落实乡村振兴战略和创新驱动发展战略,推动中国乡村经济社会实现高质量创新发展的重要产业载体和关键产业路径。乡村旅游业态的迭代发展,不仅重构了乡村经济社会形态,更重塑了乡村空间性质,新产业和新业态的不断涌现推动了乡村生产功能的转型,空间创新要素及资源配置突破地域限制反馈并赋能乡村旅游创新发展。本文在批判和继承熊彼特创新理论的基础上,解读乡村旅游创新的内涵与特征,构建“一个核心”与“五大支撑”的乡村旅游创新体系,展望未来中国乡村旅游创新研究的重点领域。结果表明：首先,乡村旅游经历了从无到有、逐步摸索、由弱变强的创新发展过程,具有时代性、融合性和地域性等特征。其次,在乡村旅游创新体系中,业态创新是乡村旅游创新的核心表征形式与物质空间载体,制度创新是顶层设计与逻辑起点,金融创新是坚实基础与动力支持,技术创新是重要引擎与突破力量,组织创新是关键支撑与有效保障,社会创新是现实路径与核心驱动。最后,分别从理论体系、实践样态、演化过程、动力机制和优化对策方面构建乡村旅游创新的研究框架。以期为理解、阐述和探索乡村旅游的发生、演替和创新发展提供重要的知识贡献和理论指引,也为中国情境下的乡村旅...

鄂西与渝东在地缘和旅游开发上有着密切的关系，是一个跨省级行政区的特殊旅游区域，在旅游开发上很有必要进行比较优势分析和实施区域旅游一体化战略，以促进三峡区域旅游业的可持续发展。在探讨鄂西与渝东旅游开发关系和区域比较优势分析的基础上，提出了实施旅游区域整合战略的具体对策，即通过资源开发、旅游线路设计、旅游区划、交通与资讯建设、市场营销、极点对流辐射、组织机构设置、旅游发展规划等途径进行全方位的整合，这些有效措施的实施，将有力促进鄂西与渝东的区域旅游一体化建设和三峡地区旅游业的可持续发展。     

旅游小企业成长路径及其驱动机制——以世界文化遗产地宏村为例

以世界文化遗产地宏村为例,借助企业成长理论,采用深度访谈和非参与观察等研究方法,探求遗产地旅游小企业成长路径及其驱动机制。宏村旅游小企业的创立、发展、退出是一个动态的过程。在企业家精神和市场需求双重因素作用下,社区居民利用民居开展经营,实现了身份转化和场所转变,创立了旅游小企业。发展过程中,受遗产保护限制和市场竞争压力,旅游小企业主群体分化,成长意愿不足的小企业主通过租售退出市场,推动新的小企业创立;具有成长意愿的旅游小企业通过模仿创新、代际传承、连锁扩张、抱团经营和品牌加盟等路径实现企业成长。研究发现,一体化、多元化、跟随、抱团等企业成长战略,以及家族企业的内部传承等共同构成了旅游小企业成长路径;同时,遗产保护、市场消费升级等旅游发展因素驱动了旅游小企业成长的循环更新。
