欧洲边境区合作模式探析——以上莱茵边境区为例   总被引:10,自引:3,他引:7  
边境区研究是政治地理学的重要组成部分。经济全球化和区域集团化趋势为边境区合作创造了良好的机遇,边境区合作研究也日益成为区域经济学的一门新分支。欧洲国家通过其悠久的合作传统在边境区合作研究方面积累了丰富的理论和实践经验。在欧洲所有的边境区合作中,上莱茵地区一直被认为是最成功的案例。本文从上莱茵边境区合作的发展历史入手,着重分析其组织机构设置和运行经验,试图为我国边境区合作提供有益的启示。  相似文献

企业区位选择是理解城镇化内在机制的重要微观视角。应用西方区位因素分析框架,探讨中国东南沿海地区企业区位特征、影响因素及其城镇化效应。问卷调查结果显示,企业区位选择背离了西方工业区位理论中倾向于选择位于或接近大城市的预期,而呈现出以镇村行政区域为主以及“大分散,小集中”的分布格局;同时,大多数企业没有过搬迁的经历,或属于近距离搬迁且迁移至开发区或大中城市的意愿并不强烈。根据调查结果,探讨了影响企业区位选择的区位因素(运费、技术成本、交易成本、集聚经济、劳动力、土地成本、资本因素、个人因素等),并揭示了导致该地区就地城镇化现象的微观机制,验证与完善了西方工业区位理论。  相似文献

企业区位选择研究是从微观角度理解城市结构变动的重要视角,本文构造了一个制造业区位选择作用于城市空间重构的理论框架,并以南京为例进行了实证研究.在理论框架的基础上,首先采用计量模型检验了制造业企业郊区化扩散和重新集聚一系列影响要素,其次从要素空间分布及集聚经济的角度分析制造业的扩散和集聚的微观行为对城市空间重构的作用机制.研究发现,由于土地有偿使用、城市外围交通改善、政府"退二进三"的规划管理、城市开发区建设等因素的作用,南京制造业明显的郊区化扩散和集聚,对南京城市的郊区化和空间重构具有显著影响.研究还发现,污染密集型制造业较其他制造业具有更加强烈的郊区化趋势,这对提升城市功能和改善城市环境具有重要意义.  相似文献

区域产业集聚研究是人文地理学重要的研究领域,是人地关系地域系统研究的重要方面,在全球化背景下,区域发展要响应全球化,促进区域产业集聚形成,培育区域发展优势,提高竞争力,融入到全球生产网络。文章重点回顾了近10年来区域产业集聚的研究进展。区域产业集聚的理论研究取得了很大进展,集中体现在新产业区理论、新经济地理学理论、产业簇群理论、点-轴理论、公司地理论等方面。学者们从不同侧面,对区域产业集聚机制进行了研究,注重集聚经济、贸易与市场拉动、企业联系、知识传播等方面的研究。区域产业集聚研究是对全球经济一体化的重要响应,区域企业集群与推进企业的培育是区域产业集聚的关键。要不断调整区域产业集聚要素,以形成产业集聚的最佳状态和效果,要加强传统工业基地的产业集聚研究。既要培育合理的产业集聚,又要注重与区域人口、资源环境相协调。  相似文献

本文从地理学角度首先介绍厂边境区及边境合作的基本概念和理论,强调边境对边境合作所产生的积极和消极作用。其次从政治地理和经济地理的角度回顾了地理学研究边境区及边境合作的历史渊源,现状以及发展趋势。然后对国外不同类型边境合作模式作了简要总结和概括。最后探讨了我国边境地区合作的特点和前景,提出我国内陆边境合作的口岸经济和通道作用的特征。  相似文献

“全球集群网络”理论是经济地理学领域的新兴主题,是在产业集群研究方向上对“网络外部性”进行探讨。本文构建了网络外部性和集聚外部性影响企业TFP(全要素生产率)的理论分析框架,利用企业层面的专利数据和供应链合作数据,描绘中国汽车制造业产业集群之间的创新合作网络和供应链合作网络,并采用固定效应面板回归模型检验和对比网络外部性和集聚外部性对企业TFP的影响,结果显示:集群之间的供应链合作网络对企业TFP产生异质性的作用。对于具有稳定的供应链合作关系的企业,其所在的产业集群与其他集群的供应链合作有助于增加企业TFP;对于缺少稳定供应链合作关系的企业,其TFP的增加主要得益于集群内部密集的供应链合作引发的集聚外部性。进一步中介效应分析发现,网络外部性对TFP的影响是源于“学习机制”和“匹配机制”,即集群间的供应链合作能够提升企业研发能力、提高对供应链合作企业的匹配效率,从而提高企业TFP。研究结论丰富了全球集群网络的理论框架,并具有重要的政策参考价值。  相似文献

珠三角新晋跨境制造业企业地理集聚与区位选择   总被引:2,自引:2,他引:0  
珠三角的跨境资本因其文化多元性、地缘特殊性而受到国际经济地理学家的广泛关注,“多元资本主义”等多种理论框架被提出以解释其特殊性。然而,由于数据、方法的限制,相关研究多停留于理论及定性探讨层面,基于微观企业样点的研究较为欠缺,特别是纳入企业异质性等新经济因素的定量模型研究更为缺乏。论文基于微观企业样点数据,综合考虑传统一般经济因素与制度、集聚、创新、企业异质性等新经济因素,采用核密度分析方法以及空间回归分析,研究了2005—2009、2009—2013年2个时段的珠三角新晋跨境制造业企业(new-born cross-border manufacturing firms, NCMF)的空间分布格局与差异,并重点关注金融危机前后(2005—2009年)这一特殊的经济转型时期,珠三角NCMF区位选择的影响机制。结果表明:①珠三角NCMF的空间集聚程度较以往有所降低,2005—2009年与2009—2013年2个时段的NCMF在结构与分布特征上呈现出较大的差异,热点区位在2005年后开始由珠三角东岸地区向西岸拓展,2009年后则再次呈现以东岸为主的集聚特征;②金融危机前后,珠三角的发展动力发生了根本性的变化,以往吸引跨境制造业企业的劳动力成本优势与开发区政策优势逐步弱化,而集聚因素、创新因素以及企业异质性成为影响跨境制造业企业空间集聚与区位选择的关键影响因素;③处于动力转换期的珠三角,需要通过构建完善的制度环境、建立创新网络、增强要素集聚、根据企业偏好制定多元化引资政策来重新获得发展的新优势。论文旨在从企业微观层面揭示经济区域内部的外商直接投资区位,同时也为理解转型时期中国以珠三角为代表的外向型经济区域的动力转换与空间重构提供实证参考。  相似文献

当前,新一轮国际产业转移与我国经济转型形成历史性交汇,表现出不同以往的多元化过程与不同尺度的空间响应。我国以珠三角为代表的外向型经济区内部出现企业迁入与迁出并存、旧产业区衰退与新产业区增长并存的新现象。这一新现象与经典的“核心-边缘”理论所描述的核心与外围之间的集聚、扩散过程有很大区别,是核心区域内部,在集聚、扩散效应的共同作用下,同时出现增长与衰退的空间分化。需要深入研究新时期制造业企业集聚、扩散的多元化过程、经济区域演化的多尺度空间效应、制造业空间重构的多重动力机制等科学议题,从“多元化区位过程-多尺度空间效应-多重动力机制”,建立一个从企业区位到经济区域演化的理论分析框架,探索符合时代背景与我国国情的产业集聚和扩散理论,为我国外向型经济区积极应对新一轮国际产业转移,主动谋划转型与发展提供科学依据。  相似文献

近年来,印度凭借软件产业的迅猛发展,一跃成为仅次于美国的世界第二大软件生产和输出大国。印度软件业在发展过程中呈现出明显的产业地理集聚与扩散现象。借助国内外关于集聚与扩散理论的研究框架,利用印度官方统计数据,从时间和空间两个维度对印度软件产业发展阶段进行了划分,分析了各阶段软件产业的企业内部的集聚特征。把影响印度软件业集聚与扩散的影响因子概括为智力资源,区域环境,供应链环境,政策扶持以及印度特殊的历史文化和社会结构。研究近年来印度软件产业的集聚与从工业中心发生扩散的现象及原因,有利于对我国软件业的发展和集聚地的建设提供启示和借鉴  相似文献

当前时代,中国的出口企业面临出口市场维度和产品维度的两大风险。前者体现为贸易政策不确定性对企业生产组织和出口决策的影响,后者体现为高技术品出口对企业技术水平和生产能力的高要求,其可被纳入GPN 2.0框架中的“监管风险”和“产品风险”两个维度进行分析。本文指出,面对上述风险,企业会寻求集聚分布,以受益于信息溢出效应和生产率效应,从而实施相应的企业策略以抵御风险。本文基于2008—2016年中国海关进出口贸易数据获取企业位置信息,测度企业集聚水平,同时基于非关税壁垒和产品复杂度数据测度企业所面临的监管风险和产品风险。实证结果表明,当企业的出口市场贸易政策不确定性越高、企业所生产的产品复杂度越高,企业在本地越集聚,一定程度上验证了上述假设。本文尝试融合GPN 2.0和经典的集聚理论,对于风险环境下企业空间重构的模式和机制进行定量测度,并给予全球生产网络的空间组织机制更为动态且微观的解释,具有一定的理论和实践意义。  相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world's largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.  相似文献
