应用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法(GFAAS)测定煤、地球化学样品、土壤、空气等不同基质中的铍,关键是基体改进剂的选择问题。本文采用一体化平台石墨管,通过缓慢升温燃烧灰化煤炭样品,在硝酸介质中,比较了7种基体改进剂(硝酸镧、硝酸镁、硝酸铝、磷酸氢二铵、氯化钯、碳酸钙、酒石酸)对煤样中铍的增敏效果,同时探讨了基体干扰及消除的问题。实验结果表明,在2%的硝酸介质中,以硝酸镧为基体改进剂,石墨炉灰化温度提高到1100℃,原子化温度仅为2300℃时,即可消除基体中铝、铁、钙、镁、磷等共存元素的干扰。铍的浓度在0~8μg/L范围内线性关系良好,方法检出限为0.008μg/g,定量限为0.025μg/g,精密度(RSD,n=11)为1.8%~2.8%,标准样品的测定值在给定值的误差范围内。其作用机理是镧与干扰元素结合生成了热稳定的难熔、难蒸发、难解离的化合物,将铍释放出来,镧起到既提高灰化温度,又相对降低原子化温度的双重作用,消除了基体干扰的同时,又延长了石墨管使用寿命。本方法操作简单,无需对石墨管预处理,降低了检测成本,具有很强的稳定性和适应性,适用于煤中铍的测定。  相似文献

银是高纯铟的常检痕量元素,由于银含量低,一般的分析方法难以达到期望的检出限。本研究样品用硝酸溶解,强酸性阳离子交换树脂分离,试液蒸发浓缩后用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定高纯铟中痕量银。通过溶样方法、离子交换分离条件和仪器测定条件实验,结果表明,以0.7 mol/L硝酸作为淋洗液进行分离,样品中痕量砷、铝、铁、锡及大量的铟可被分离除去;铜、镉、镁、镍、锌、铅、硅和铊不能与银分离,但对测定无影响。方法线性范围为0~50 pg,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=8)小于10%,银的检出限为0.3 pg,测定下限为0.8ng/g,比文献方法的0.02~1μg/g中最低者低2个数量级,加标回收率为93.3%~110.0%。本方法由于分离了基体铟,避免了铟对银测定的影响,兼之将试液浓缩,有效地降低了检出限,且测定时无需使用基体改进剂,成本低,灵敏度较高,适合于高纯铟中痕量银的分析。  相似文献

基体改进剂用于石墨炉原子吸收技术,近年来日渐受到重视。应用基体改进剂塞曼石墨炉原子吸收法直接测定痕量银的报导不多,林绍军等用铱作基体改进剂,提高了银的灰化温度,消除了基体干扰,并应用于化探样品分析。用NH_4H_2FO_4作基体改进剂,也可提高银的灰化温度,N.Bloom用NH_4H-2PO_4作基体改进剂,测定了海洋沉积物中痕量银。作者用硫脲和(NH_4)_2HPO_4作混合基体改进剂,免除了大量基体对银的干扰,简化了操作手续。硫脲的引入,提高了银的原子吸收灵敏度。用本法测定地球化学标准参考样品中痕量银,结果与推荐值相符。本法的绝对灵敏度为4.1×10~(-12)g/1%,对银含量为0.067ppm的样品进行12次分析,分析结果的变动系数为9.2%。  相似文献

应用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定地球化学样品中的痕量银,一般采用盐酸-硝酸-氢氟酸-高氯酸电加热溶样,铱、铂为基体改进剂,以硫脲作为介质可能会导致大量铜与硫脲发生沉淀,干扰测量结果,分析流程繁琐、成本高。本文采用50%的王水水浴溶样,以湿加方式加入50 g/L硫脲基体改进剂,避免了铜在溶液中与硫脲络合,消除了干扰。方法检出限为0.01 μg/g,准确度和精密度好,内外检合格率符合地质矿产行业标准。该方法简化了样品处理步骤,提高了工作效率,分析成本降低,适合批量样品的分析,且溶解样品的溶液还可继续用于氢化物发生法测定砷、汞、铋、锑等元素。  相似文献

应用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定磷矿石中微量铅和铬,优化了仪器工作参数及石墨炉升温程序,探讨了不同酸溶体系、基体改进剂及共存元素的影响。方法检出限为铅0.25μg/g,铬0.29μg/g;测定结果的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=12)在2.2%~7.0%;加标回收率为93.2%~107.7%。方法灵敏度高,干扰少,操作简便,应用于磷矿石中微量铅、铬的测定获得了满意的结果。  相似文献

传统的应用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定化探样品中的痕量银,一般采用盐酸-硝酸-氢氟酸-高氯酸电热板加热溶样,使用铱、铂为基体改进剂,但存在分析流程繁琐、成本高等缺点。相比于电热板消解法,微波消解技术的高压密闭消解和微波快速加热等特点,具有酸用量少、消解完全、消解过程损失少等优点。本文对传统的微波消解和仪器工作参数进行了改良,确定了最佳测定条件。建立了HNO_3-H_2O_2高压密闭消解样品,石墨炉原子吸收法测定水系沉积物、土壤、岩石中痕量银的方法。采用65%的HNO_3和H_2O_2微波消解溶样,加入12 g/L硫脲为介质,消除了基体干扰。方法检出限为0.018μg/g,将所建立的分析方法用于沉积物标准物质(GBW07309、GBW07311)、土壤标准物质(GBW07402、GBW07404)和岩石标准物质(GBW07103、GBW07104)验证,结果显示测定值与推荐值吻合,准确度△lg C(GBW)≤±0.024、RE(GBW)≤±5.71%,精密度RSD(GBW)≤5.97%。该分析方法适用于大批化探样品中痕量银的测定。  相似文献

本文论述了一种聚氨酯泡塑预富集—石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定土壤样品中痕量铊的方法。样品经盐酸—硝酸—高氯酸—氢氟酸分解后,再加入10%硝酸。在Fe件和过氧化氢介质中,痕量铊被聚氨酯泡塑富集。用蒸馏水在沸水浴中解脱,以抗坏血酸作基体改进剂消除基体影响后,用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定痕量铊。方法检出限为0.2ng/g。用本方法测定土壤国家一级标准物质中痕量铊,结果与推荐值相符,12次检测结果的精密度(RSD)为:5.05%~8.74%。  相似文献

提出了悬浮液进样石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定环境样品中痕量铅的分析方法.讨论了悬浮颗粒粒径、悬浮液浓度、悬浮稳定剂、基体改进剂等因素对测定结果的影响.实验结果表明: 样品粒径 < 38μm, 以0.2g/L的Triton - 100为悬浮剂, 3g/L的(NH4)2HPO4为基体改进剂, 电磁搅拌进样可简便快速地测定地质样品中的痕量铅, 方法的检出限为0.10ng/g, 精密度为3.31% (n =10).43GSD标样测定结果与推荐值一致   相似文献

Pant-y-ffynnon Quarry in South Wales yielded a rich cache of fossils in the early 1950s, including articulated specimens of new species (the small sauropodomorph dinosaur Pantydraco caducus and the crocodylomorph Terrestrisuchus gracilis), but no substantial study of the wider fauna of the Pant-y-ffynnon fissure systems has been published. Here, our overview of existing specimens, a few described but mostly undescribed, as well as freshly processed material, provides a comprehensive picture of the Pant-y-ffynnon palaeo-island of the Late Triassic. This was an island with a relatively impoverished fauna dominated by small clevosaurs (rhynchocephalians), including a new species, Clevosaurus cambrica, described here from a partially articulated specimen and isolated bones. The new species has a dental morphology that is intermediate between the Late Triassic Clevosaurus hudsoni, from Cromhall Quarry to the east, and the younger C. convallis from Pant Quarry to the west, suggesting adaptive radiation of clevosaurs in the palaeo-archipelago. The larger reptiles on the palaeo-island do not exceed 1.5?m in length, including a small carnivorous crocodylomorph, Terrestrisuchus, and a possible example of insular dwarfism in the basal dinosaur Pantydraco.  相似文献

The solubilities of columbite, tantalite, wolframite, rutile, zircon and hafnon were determined as a function of the water contents in peralkaline and subaluminous granite melts. All experiments were conducted at 1035 °C and 2 kbar and the water contents of the melts ranged from nominally dry to approximately 6 wt.% H2O. Accessory phase solubilities are not affected by the water content of the peralkaline melt. By contrast, solubilities are affected by the water content of the subaluminous melt, where the solubilities of all the accessory phases examined increase with the water content of the melt, up to 2 wt.% H2O. At higher water contents, solubilities are nearly constant. It can be concluded that water is not an important control of accessory phase solubility, although the water content will affect diffusivities of components in the melt, thus whether or not accessory phases will be present as restite material. The solubility behaviour in the subaluminous and peralkaline melts supports previous spectroscopic studies, which have observed differences in the coordination of high field strength elements in dry vs. wet subaluminous granitic glasses, but not for peralkaline granitic glasses. Lastly, the fact that wolframite solubility increases with increasing water content in the subaluminous melt suggests that tungsten dissolved as a hexavalent species.  相似文献

Calcite samples were extracted both from the rock matrix and the superficial coating of a karstified fault plane of an underground quarry, located in the eastern border of the Paris basin. The karstification is dated as Quaternary. Analysis of mechanical calcite twinning reveals that only the calcite matrix has also undergone a compression trending WNW that can be attributed to the Mio-Pliocene alpine collision. Both coating and matrix have undergone a strike-slip regime with σ1 roughly trending north–south, that could correspond to the regional present-day state of stress, a strike-slip compression rather trending NNW, modified by local phenomena.
