本文以江苏省溧阳县为例,研究地理信息系统技术在区域土地利用多目标规划中的应用,着重探讨地理信息系统支持的区域土地利用决策原理和方法。研究表明,在地理信息系统的支持下,通过单项适宜性评价模型和生产布局决策模型的建立与运行,可以有效地进行研究区合理的土地利用布局和为区域土地管理提供依据。  相似文献

在土地适宜性评价中,现有结合GIS的多准则决策方法难以适用于存在多个冲突决策目标的问题。该文对已有方法进行改进,提出一种适用于相互冲突双重目标的多准则决策方法。该方法应用矢量数据模型,逐个进行单一目标的多准则决策,根据决策结果建立决策平面;根据两个目标间的权重划分决策平面,采用图解算法实现双重目标的决策。与现有的线性整数规划、遗传算法等相比,该方法简单易用,适用于城市规划中具有大量候选项的土地适宜性评价和土地布局研究。  相似文献

黄土丘陵沟壑区典型小流域土地持续利用案例研究   总被引:24,自引:5,他引:24  
本文选择我国水土流失最为严重的黄土丘陵沟壑区作为研究地区,通过野外调查、土地利用填图,结合区域国民经济发展规划提出了4种基本土地利用规划方案附加2种保护性耕作措施;开展了生态适宜性、经济可行性和社会可接受性评价。提出:在得到大量外部经济支持的前提下,应积极实行15°以上的坡耕地全部退耕还林还草的方案,其中在中等坡度的地区(15°-25°)应发展果园和经济林;若缺少外部强有力的经济支持,该区土地利用调整应逐步开展,短期内(约0-5年),建议坡度大于25°的坡耕地逐步退耕还林还草,其中,坡度大于25°,地形条件较好的地区应种植果园和经济林;中期(约5-10年),坡度大于20°的黄土地区应逐步退耕还林还草,其中坡度介于20°-25°之间的地区应转变为果园和经济林;10年之后,建议大于15°的坡耕地全部转变为其他用途,其中坡度介于15°-25°的黄土地区应转变为果园和经济林,坡度大于25°的地区转变为林地/灌丛和草地  相似文献

基于GIS的防灾适宜度多准则评价(MCE)是土地利用防灾规划的关键。根据唐山市地质灾害资料,建立基于距离的防灾适宜度评价准则并量化评价指标。依据决策风险指标计算次序权重,应用层次分析程序(AHP)构建比较矩阵并计算准则权重,分析基于GIS的OWA方法、布尔决策和权重线性叠加(WLC)等多准则评价方法的决策风险,确定唐山市土地利用防灾评价策略。基于决策风险和指标补偿原则计算次序权重、准则权重和一致性比率,得到唐山市土地利用防灾适宜度评价结果,据此提出唐山市土地资源合理利用建议。  相似文献

The application of composite suitability mapping integrated with a geographic information system is progressing at a much faster rate than the methodological improvements necessary for optimal use in the public planning context. The use of value functions is suggested as an alternative scaling procedure that is scientifically and operationally preferable to existing procedures. Value functions limit the operational subjectivity and enhance the potential for replication and verification of the analysis. Value functions are conducive to increased automation of the land planning and decision process while being comprehensible to non-expert decision-makers and the public.  相似文献

以ALOS、RapidEye卫星数据为基础,结合ArcGIS和ERDAS软件,提取老挝琅南塔省现有耕地,并以现有耕地为基础,综合考虑海拔、坡度、坡向因素因子,采用统计方法,建立评价模型,进而采用空间分析、统计方法,得出老挝琅南塔省马铃薯种植适宜性评价等级分类。将马铃薯适宜性评价定为各耕地评价单元的土地适宜性,分为高度适宜(〉70)、适宜(60~70)、基本适宜(50~60)、不适宜(〈50)4个等级,并建立马铃薯种植区域适宜性评价等级矢量图。  相似文献

根据不同情景选择符合区域生态环境与社会经济特点的模型方法,已经成为区域土地利用生态安全格局构建的关键。本文以位于中国北方农牧交错带的鄂尔多斯市为研究区,基于自然地理数据、社会经济统计数据、土地利用/覆被数据,将最小累积阻力模型(MCR)引入土地利用生态安全格局的构建过程,并通过景观格局指数分析了基于MCR模型构建的安全格局与基于土地生态适宜性和多目标优化的安全格局的适用条件。结果显示:前者适宜于维持生态安全的情景,有利于降低土地系统中人类活动的生态风险;后者则适宜于维持生态适宜性的情景,有利于降低土地系统中自然因素的生态风险。研究结果对鄂尔多斯市土地资源的可持续利用具有重要的指导意义。  相似文献

Jiangyin was the earliest to conduct Non-development zone planning and has attracted the attention of people all over China because it is regarded as the Chinese version of Smart Growth. The planning process is as follows. Based on SPOT and TM satellite remote sensing images develop a regional land use map with high precision using artificial interpretation methods. Then, according to the relationship between anti-development suitability and disasters, agriculture, ecology, built-up area distribution and other geographical factors, generate a comprehensive evaluation chart of anti-development suitability using GIS analysis, such as buffer analysis and overlay analysis. Later, with a regional land use map and anti-development suitability evaluation chart, using the principle of ecological security network and learning from the management experience of nature reserves, draw the scope of Non-development zone and core area. Last, put forward a series of protective measures for the above Non-development zone, that is only allowed to develop agriculture and tourism, strictly restricted industrial projects and urban real estate activities, and all existing industrial factories must be moved to planned industrial parks. This is good practice whereby local governments keep land resources for future generations and more advanced than an urban expansion strategy. This method is very useful for promoting land use layout optimization in Southern Jiangsu Developed Areas.  相似文献

Land suitability classification (LSC) is an approach of land evaluation, which measures the degree of appropriateness of land for a specific land use. LSC is governed by a myriad of factors at the local and regional level including physiographic, pedologic and a host of socioeconomic and infrastructural determinants. This has called for the application of different multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) techniques in agricultural LSC. The present study has attempted and compared various MCDM-based agricultural LSCs for Malda District in Eastern India. The study is based on multiple parameters governing agriculture, considering not only the physiographic and pedological attributes (e.g., relief, slope, soil fertility, soil organic carbon, etc.) but also the socioeconomic ones (e.g., the percentage of people engaged in agriculture, cultivator–labor ratio, degree of electrification, etc.). Four major MCDM algorithms have been applied, i.e., composite ranks, composite Z-scores, analytical hierarchy process (AHP) and weighted principal component analysis (WPCA). The results were also compared with the crop productivity-based agricultural efficiency. It was observed that about 15.44% of the area of Malda District is highly suitable for agriculture, whereas limited suitability is displayed by about 12.68% of area. The remaining part falls under moderate and marginal suitability classes. Furthermore, WPCA and AHP are superior to the nonparametric techniques of MCDM, namely composite ranks and composite Z-score. Moreover, the results of WPCA are superior to those of AHP. Due to the inherent limitations of the AHP approach, this study proposes the use of WPCA in the domain of agricultural LSC.

在2016年国务院印发的《省级空间规划试点方案》所提出的“开展基础评价”和“绘制规划底图”两项主要任务中,城镇适宜性的评价与城镇空间、城镇开发边界的划定属于核心内容,同时也是一项具有较强探索性的工作。以国家对国土空间规划的基本设想为依据,对城镇空间和城镇开发边界的概念和内涵、空间关系、相关规则进行深入探讨,确定了城镇适宜性评价与城镇空间、城镇开发边界划定的主要思路和技术路线。结合福建省空间规划的案例,分析了城镇适宜性评价与城镇空间、城镇开发边界划定的过程、方法和结果。不同于以往各部门开展的空间性规划,城镇空间和城镇开发边界的划定建立在资源环境承载能力和国土空间开发适宜性的基础评价之上,这使得城镇开发建设活动的空间布局在资源环境本底方面得到合理保障,城镇空间和城镇开发边界的划定也有了较为科学、客观的依据。此外,把基础底图的研制与城镇发展潜能、城镇开发指向的评估,以及开发建设的规模管控、空间管控、开发强度管控系统地整合起来,使得规划底图的随意性得到了较好的控制。实践表明,本文的思路和技术方法是合理可行的,这一尝试可为空间规划理论和方法体系的完善提供参考。  相似文献

针对中国现有土地资源人类活动适宜性评价方法存在的问题,搭建了适用于青藏高原的评价流程框架,建立了基于栅格单元的建设用地和耕地适宜性定量评价模型,提出了空气密度、气温、坡地适建、坡耕地土壤抗蚀等关键参数的普适性算法,并以藏东南米林县为例进行了实证研究。结果表明:① 米林县建设用地和耕地适宜性可划分为适宜、较适宜、一般适宜、欠适宜、不适宜5个等级类型,30 m精度建设用地各适宜性等级面积占土地面积比例依次为1.26%、2.92%、2.12%、2.77%和90.93%;50 m、100 m各等级面积较30 m误差±0.34%,250 m误差 ±1.11%,500 m、1000 m误差较大。30 m精度耕地各适宜性等级面积占土地面积比例依次为0.72%、3.07%、2.62%、1.35%和92.25%;50 m、100 m、250 m与30 m误差±0.52%,500 m、1000 m误差较大;② 米林县现状城镇村及工矿用地主要分布在建设用地较适宜、适宜和一般适宜等级类型,30 m精度三者合计占比达95.96%,50 m、100 m占比分别为95.96%和94.74%。现状耕地和种植园用地主要分布在较适宜、一般适宜和适宜等级类型,3种栅格精度下三者合计占比大于96%;③ 业已建立的评价方法、定量模型及参数算法是可行的和适用的,青藏高原建设用地和耕地适宜性评价的适宜栅格精度为100 m,最大不超过250 m;④ 建立了可应用于青藏高原的土地资源建设用地和耕地适宜性等级类型与地形高程及坡度对应谱系。  相似文献

Model simulation and scenario change analysis are the core contents of the future land-use change (LUC) study. In this paper, land use status data of the Three Gorges Reservoir Region (TGRR) in 1990 was used as base data. The relationship between driving factors and land-use change was analyzed by using binary logistic stepwise regression analysis, based on which land use in 2010 was simulated by CLUE-S model. After the inspection and determination of main parameters impacting on driving factors of land use in the TGRR, land use of this region in 2030 was simulated based on four scenarios, including natural growth, food security, migration-related construction and ecological conservation. The results were shown as follows: (1) The areas under ROC curves of land-use types (LUTs) were both greater than 0.8 under the analysis and inspection of binary logistic model. These LUTs include paddy field, dryland, woodland, grassland, construction land and water area. Therefore, it has a strong interpretation ability of driving factors on land use, which can be used in the estimation of land use probability distribution. (2) The Kappa coefficients, verified from the result of land-use simulation in 2010, were shown of paddy field 0.9, dryland 0.95, woodland 0.97, grassland 0.84, construction land 0.85 and water area 0.77. So the results of simulation could meet the needs of future simulation and prediction. (3) The results of multi-scenario simulation showed a spatial competitive relationship between different LUTs, and an influence on food security, migration-related construction and ecological conservation in the TGRR, including some land use actions such as the large-scale conversion from paddy field to dryland, the occupation on cultivated land, woodland and grassland for rapid expansion of construction land, the reclamation of woodland and grassland into cultivated land, returning steep sloping farmland back into woodland and grassland. Therefore, it is necessary to balance the needs of various aspects in land use optimization, to achieve the coordination between socio-economy and ecological environment.  相似文献

This study aims to understand GIS based ecotourism potential of Munessa Shashemene Concession Forest and its surrounding area in Ethiopia. Landsat images from 2009/2010 and 2013 were used to drive baseline data including land cover, land use, stream and road. Elevation based agro-ecology and slope map were derived from SRTM DEM. Rapid wild animals survey, identifying the location of known historical, cultural and unique features were carried out in the filed with the help of key-informants. A suitability model was designed in GIS environment to assess the suitability of an area for tourism considering suitability factors such as land cover types, wild animal zone, unique features, topography and distance to a road. The result showed areas which are highly suitable, moderately suitable, marginally suitable, or unsuitable for tourism. The old giant, Podocarpus (Podocarpus falcatus) trees that serve as habitat of the endangered and endemic mountain nyala (Tragelaphus buxtoni), were identified as very high suitable areas for tourists. The highly suitable areas include forest area along the lake which is seasonally visited by mountain nyala and areas of plantation forest that are found adjacent to natural forest. These areas follow remnants of the natural forest and found along boundary between the mid-highland and the highland agro-ecologies. The agricultural land use types consisting of maize/haricot-bean and wheat/barley were evaluated as marginally suitable, nevertheless these could be considered as potential for agri-tourism. The study revealed that the concession area is found to be a suitable area with its huge potential for ecotourism development.  相似文献
