ASTATIC软件是美国Zonge公司生产的GDP系列大地电磁仪的配套数据处理软件,主要用于CSAMT数据的静态校正。但该软件功能有很大的局限性:①不能直接通过鼠标或键盘上的功能键进行编辑;②该程序只能显现编辑卡尼亚视电阻率数据,不能对电场振幅、磁场振幅、电场相位、磁场相位、相位差进行显现、编辑和输出;③在输出AVG数据文件的同时,不能根据需要输出便于直接成图的数据。这使得在生产矿山深边部资源勘探和工业发达、人文干扰大的地区工作时,有时为了剔除或编辑个别受干扰较大频点的数据时深感不便。为了更好地方便地球物理工作者处理数据和进行二次开发,这里对ASTATIC软件进行了改进,编写了功能更加完善的ASTATIC软件,并对软件的开发难点和功能作了详细的解释,同时给出了部分程序代码,以便地球物理工作者进行软件的二次开发。 相似文献

Much effort is presently being given in Canada to the development of a national system for storage and retrieval of geologic data. Coordination of these efforts is directed by the secretariat of the National Institute for Geoscience Data under guidance of the Geological Survey of Canada. Most files are project oriented but archival files are justified for data whose observations cannot be repeated, such as those for mineral deposits. Presently, extensive file systems have been created for storage of information obtained in petroleum exploration and exploitation, mineral deposits, field mapping, and geochemistry and geophysics. A Canadian Index to Geoscience Data has been prepared and contains references to all maps and reports, published or unpublished, data banks, and all documents on open file for the federal and provincial agencies.SAFRAS, a general, self-adaptive free-format retrieval and storage system, is employed to retrieve data in plain language. Monitoring of extreme events requires accurate measurement of rainfall intensities and merging weather radar data with ground information is a very common technique used to obtain the required precision. In order to do this, several methods exist but very few open source implementations are available. CondMerg is the first open source software developed in R language implementing the conditional merging method and some other experimental variants based on it. It is a cross-platform software, easily adaptable to different needs, optimized for batch processing of multiple events but also usable in near real time applications. For its execution it requires two inputs: a CSV file with rain gauges measurements and a geo-referred TIF file with weather radar quantitative precipitation estimations; main outputs are TIF files with merged observations although the code also returns information about cross-validation, with scatter plots and indexes. All TIF files are ready to be managed by common GIS software for easy visualization and analysis. Use of the program is very simple: execution can be interactive or non-interactive and, in both cases, it just requires to set some parameters at the beginning of the program and run it. The code has been tested on different extreme rain events occurred in the Piedmont region (northwestern Italy) showing improved accuracy of reconstructed rainfall fields. 相似文献

Autoplot is software developed for the Virtual Observatories in Heliophysics to provide intelligent and automated plotting capabilities for many typical data products that are stored in a variety of file formats or databases. Autoplot has proven to be a flexible tool for exploring, accessing, and viewing data resources as typically found on the web, usually in the form of a directory containing data files with multiple parameters contained in each file. Data from a data source is abstracted into a common internal data model called QDataSet. Autoplot is built from individually useful components, and can be extended and reused to create specialized data handling and analysis applications and is being used in a variety of science visualization and analysis applications. Although originally developed for viewing heliophysics-related time series and spectrograms, its flexible and generic data representation model makes it potentially useful for the Earth sciences. 相似文献

在大地电磁法勘探中,为了快速从工区项目众多文件中选出与某一特定点位具有重叠采集时间的点位文件,并进行远参考处理或便捷地读取一些实测点位信息,常用的方法是利用SSMT2000处理软件,找出具有重叠采集时间的点位文件和从处理输出结果EDI文件中,逐一读取相应参数。如果采用编程的思想直接从原始TBL参数文件中读取相应参数,便可快速达到此目的。鉴于MATLAB语言最近在地学领域内越来越被广泛使用,这里利用MATLAB平台对V5—2000大地电磁测深仪TBL参数文件进行了分析,并给出相应读取程序,在提取所需信息后可以快速提高此类问题的工作效率。 相似文献

A diverse set of computer programs has been developed at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL)to process geophysical data obtained from boreholes. These programs support such services as digitizing analog records, reading and processing raw data, cataloging and storing processed data, retrieving selected data for analysis, and generating data plots on several different devices. A variety of geophysical data types are accommodated, including both wireline logs and laboratory analyses of downhole samples. Many processing tasks are handled by means of a single, flexible, general-purpose, data-manipulation program. Separate programs are available for processing data from density, gravity, velocity, and epithermal neutron logs. The computer-based storage and retrieval system, which has been in operation since 1973, currently contains over 4400 data files. Most of this data was obtained from the Nevada Test Site (NTS)in conjunction with the nuclear test program. Each data file contains a single geophysical parameter as a function of depth. Automatic storage and retrieval are facilitated by the assignment of unique file names that define the storage location of each data file. Files of interest to the user may be located and retrieved by means of a search program that examines the catalog. A convention recognized by all programs in the system is that of a zero ordinate denoting a gap in an otherwise continuous data trace. This convention provides a simple mechanism for editing and displaying data files in an automated and consistent manner. 相似文献

METPET is a package of three interactive microcomputer (IBM PC or compatible) programs. FILEMAN is a utility program to create, edit and print 'composition files', i.e. files containing the records of chemical compositions of minerals or rocks, expressed in terms of primary chemical components. PROJECT recalculates selected compositions in terms of new ( secondary ) components. It then projects these compositions onto a subspace defined by two, three or more of the secondary components, first giving a plot on the screen and then, if requested by the user, on a selected graphic device. REACT calculates a possible set of independent reactions between a set of phases, whether pure compounds or solutions. 色谱文件是决定地球物理影像质量与分辨率的重要因素。作者在本文中借鉴了图像直方图平滑化方法的思想,给出了一种在SURFER软件中自动确定基于直方图分析的色谱文件的方法。该方法能克服常用确定方法的局限性,应用该方法生成的色谱文件使得影像具有色彩层次感强、分辨率好的特点。 相似文献

TSP超前地质预报系统目前在我国已得到了比较广泛的应用,但厂家未提供其数据文件存储格式.为此,在举例说明TSP的应用效果后,笔者采用UltraEdit软件对多个TSP数据文件进行分析,弄清了其原始数据的总体存储结构.另外,还简单介绍了国际标准地震数据SEG-2文件的存储格式,并在Matlab语言环境下编制了读取SEG-2数据文件与TSP数据文件的程序,实现了将SEG-2文件转换成TSP数据文件的功能.因此,在今后的工作中可直接应用TSP的数据处理软件包TSPwin来处理国产的超前地震数据. 相似文献

This paper describes the DUST-2 (Data Utilization software Tools) software, which is a possibility in visualizing and processing ozone and water vapor data of the Earth atmosphere as measured by satellite instruments (TOMS, GOME, MAS) and provided by different data centers.
