Design and development of Indian Remote Sensing Satellite, IRS‐1A and the successful operation of the space and ground segments of IRS‐1A over the past three years form a major milestone in the Indian Remote Sensing Programme. 为了克服高分辨率遥感影像配准与变化检测作为单独环节处理的局限,该文提出了一种基于变分理论的配准与变化检测一体化处理方法。该方法将配准误差作为一种光谱变化决策因子,变化信息以权值的方式迭代反馈给变分配准模型的解算过程。为了更准确地检测建筑物这个特定目标的真实变化,该文采用多尺度最大形态学轮廓建筑物检测指数的差异作为另外一个决策因子。最后将配准误差反映的变化和建筑物检测指数的差异这两个决策因子在D-S证据理论框架下建立概率模型进行融合处理,进而得到建筑物的变化检测结果。该文选取WorldView-2数据进行实验,实验结果表明,一体化处理思路可以有效地解决单独处理的局限,从根本上解决配准误差对变化检测结果的影响以及由于变化而使配准精度降低的问题,进而提高配准和变化检测的质量。 相似文献

针对目前使用数字正射影像图(DOM)作为控制资料,纠正卫星影像,容易造成几何形变的误差传递的问题,该文提出了构建原始影像基准网,进行大区域卫星影像区域网平差的方法。该方法使用外业控制点作为地面控制资料,激光点云生产的数字高程模型(DEM)数据作为高程资料,利用区域网平差技术解算基准网影像的有理多项式系数(RPC)文件,配合DEM辅助弱连接点检测技术增强基准网的稳健性,而后利用高精度连接点匹配基准网解算同源待平差影像的RPC文件。该文使用该方法建立了基于39景高分二号影像的河南安阳、鹤壁地区的基准网,并对两景新增影像进行平差处理。结果表明,平面中误差为1.6m,达到1∶10 000数字正射影像生产的精度要求,相邻影像之间的几何拼接精度优于1个像素,满足了无缝拼接。 相似文献

A method is proposed to separate active discharge, recharge and intermediate zones from the digital Thematic Mapper TM data. A case study-was carried out in a natural reserve Welenbos (Walen Forest) and adjacent areas in Belgium comprising a total area of 174:3 sq. km. A microcomputer based Geographic Information and Image Processing System have been utilised for the identification of the characteristic of Remote Sensing TM data favourable for hydrological applications. The histogram of remote sensing data showing the characteristics of discharge, recharge and intermediate zones are unique and can be utilised for mathematical modelling purposes. 针对卷积神经网络的特征表达方法难以满足大规模遥感图像检索需要的问题,该文将卷积层特征和全连接层特征进行联合,提出一种基于卷积神经网络多层特征联合的遥感图像检索方法。该方法提取不同卷积层特征作为图像的局部特征,提取全连接层特征作为感兴趣区域,并对二者进行跨层整合得到新的图像特征并应用于图像检索。实验结果表明,与利用单一的全连接层或者卷积层特征以及传统的经典检索方法相比,该方法取得了很好的检索结果,能够更好地保留图像的全局信息和空间结构信息,提高遥感图像检索的性能。 相似文献
