哈尔滨市可持续发展的趋势分析

可持续发展评判的指标体系是对可持续发展进行科学评判和决策的一个重要组成部分.从经济、社会、人口、资源、环境5个方面构建了由35个指标构成的哈尔滨市的可持续发展指标体系,并对其1995～2004年的可持续发展趋势进行了分析.分析结果表明,哈尔滨市从1995～2004年经济发展一直呈现稳步上升的趋势,社会、人口、环境和资源子系统呈现比较波动的趋势.2000年后,逐渐进入环境质量提高、资源消耗量下降的时期,环境污染、资源消耗与发展的综合指数越来越低,发展趋势也渐好,说明哈尔滨市的可持续发展的能力在不断提高.     

资源环境承载力综合评价方法在西藏产业结构调整中的应用

经济的快速发展造成资源的过度消耗和环境恶化,资源环境承载力研究逐渐得以关注。本文构建了产业、人口、经济、资源、环境综合分析框架,该框架首先评价各产业对区域社会经济的重要性,确定产业结构调整方向;进而分析产业、人口与资源环境间相互作用机制,明晰产业经济、人口规模与资源利用、环境污染的关系;然后开展资源环境承载力综合评价,为实现环境友好、资源有效利用前提下的最大社会经济发展规模提供依据。西藏自治区案例研究结果显示,有色金属矿采选业、旅游业、酒饮料和精制茶制造业对当地社会经济系统有着重要作用,成为支柱产业;不同发展情景的资源环境承载力评价,确定了资源环境限制下各种产业结构调整所能支撑的最大人口和经济规模,为区域产业发展提供决策依据。本文所构建的分析框架可为实现“社会经济—资源环境”系统可持续发展提供决策支撑。该框架的建立增强了资源环境承载力评价方法在辅助决策方面的可操作性,有助于推进区域资源环境承载力理论研究和实践应用。     

中国区域可持续发展状态及类型划分

可持续发展的内涵就是人口、资源和环境的相互协调 ,目的是谋求社会和经济的持续发展。区域作为可持续发展的载体 ,在实施可持续发展战略中占据重要地位 ,它具有明显的区域性、复杂性和相对性等特征。影响区域可持续发展的主要因素有经济发展状况、社会发展状况、资源环境状况和可持续发展能力 ,据此 ,本文建立了区域可持续发展状态评价指标体系 ,对中国 31个省市区的可持续发展状态进行了评价 ,按照评价结果 ,全国共分为 6种不同类型 ,并得出中国区域可持续发展状态大体呈从沿海→沿边→中部→中西部递减的结论     

滇中城市经济圈可持续发展探讨——基于P-E-R区域匹配模型

承载力分析是对社会可持续发展能力评价的有效指标,朱宝树教授提出的P-E-R区域匹配模型通过相对经济承载力和相对资源承载力的分析可具体考察各区域内人口与经济、资源承载力3者的关系,进而阐释区域社会可持续发展的能力。滇中城市经济圈各地相对经济承载力和相对资源承载力各有不同,因而所存在的可持续发展问题各异。影响滇中城市经济圈可持续发展的问题主要是人口压力大、资源环境承载力脆弱、经济发展滞后、产业支撑力不够等。因此,针对这些影响滇中城市经济圈可持续发展的问题,制定一些合理的相关人口政策和经济政策对滇中城市经济圈的可持续发展是有必要的。     

三峡库区人口、资源、环境与经济的协调发展

全面分析了三峡库区的面临的人口,资源与环境问题及其对经济发展产生的影响,通过模型分析了人口,资源,环境可持续发展的相关指标;提出了经济与人口,资源及环境协调发展的相关措施。     

陕西省城市可持续发展系统协调性评价

以陕西省10个城市为研究对象,选取2002,2014年两个时间点,从经济、社会、人口、资源和环境5个方面,建立了城市可持续发展协调性评价指标体系。运用因子分析法、泰尔指数法、系统协调性等方法分析了陕西省城市可持续发展协调性。研究结果显示:(1)从时间上看,城市可持续发展协调性处于动态变化之中,各子系统发展能力均增强,但不等于协调性增加。(2)从空间上看,宝鸡、西安、铜川城市可持续协调性处于良好协调发展,其他城市协调性较弱。(3)从驱动力分析,城市可持续发展协调性空间差异大主要是由于人口、资源、环境子系统的空间发展差异大。     

世纪之交世界可持续发展型式研究

探讨了世纪之交世界社会经济发展与生态环境之间存在的矛盾, 提出了根据各国经济发展水平、国土面积、人口和对资源环境的开发利用与保护的差别, 把世界分为富国资源高消费型、新兴工业国资源大量需求型、穷国生态破坏型、石油输出国环境脆弱型, 以及各类国家的可持续发展型式。还提出要实现全球可持续发展战略, 必须采取的共同对策     

新时期中国区域发展状态的比较研究

９０年代以来,特别是“八五”计划期间,我国经济超高速增长。尽管各地区的社会经济取得了巨大进步,但各地的人口、资源与环境问题却逐渐显露。从区域的可持续发展的观战出发,建立了全国的区域发展指标体系,对全国３１个省市区的经济发展、社会进步、资源与环境保障及区域发展能力进行了综合评价。阐述了我国新时期经济高速增长条件下各省市区的区域发展状态。     

云南地理学会将主办两项学术交流活动

1997年12月中旬将在昆明召开“云南省可持续发展”学术研讨会。研讨会牵头组织单位是云南省地理研究所和云南省地理学会，另有十多个相关学会共同参与组织。研讨将主要围绕云南省的可持续发展问题进行，集中讨论云南省的环境、农业、人口、区域发展及产业布局等方面的可持续利用、保护和发展，研讨内容主要是资源的保护与永续利用、发展与环境的相互协调、人口的可持续发展、环境承载力、资源承载力、灾害与可持续发展。农村经济的可持续发展、区域可持续发展、产业的可持续发展、贫困与可持续发展的关系。城乡的可持续发展等方面。1998年7…     

关于协调福州市人口、资源、环境与社会经济发展的几点建议

Deserts and Aeolian Desertification in China: Book review and some thoughts

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.
