As a preparatory study for future hyperspectral missions that can measure canopy chemistry, we introduce a novel approach to investigate whether multi-angle Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS) data can be used to generate a preliminary database with long-term estimates of chlorophyll. MODIS monthly chlorophyll estimates between 2000 and 2015, derived from a fully coupled canopy reflectance model (ProSAIL), were inspected for consistency with eddy covariance fluxes, tower-based hyperspectral images and chlorophyll measurements. MODIS chlorophyll estimates from the inverse model showed strong seasonal variations across two flux-tower sites in central and eastern Amazon. Marked increases in chlorophyll concentrations were observed during the early dry season. Remotely sensed chlorophyll concentrations were correlated to field measurements (r2 = 0.73 and r2 = 0.98) but the data deviated from the 1:1 line with root mean square errors (RMSE) ranging from 0.355 μg cm−2 (Tapajós tower) to 0.470 μg cm−2 (Manaus tower). The chlorophyll estimates were consistent with flux tower measurements of photosynthetically active radiation (PAR) and net ecosystem productivity (NEP). We also applied ProSAIL to mono-angle hyperspectral observations from a camera installed on a tower to scale modeled chlorophyll pigments to MODIS observations (r2 = 0.73). Chlorophyll pigment concentrations (ChlA+B) were correlated to changes in the amount of young and mature leaf area per month (0.59   r2  0.64). Increases in MODIS observed ChlA+B were preceded by increased PAR during the dry season (0.61  r2   0.62) and followed by changes in net carbon uptake. We conclude that, at these two sites, changes in LAI, coupled with changes in leaf chlorophyll, are comparable with seasonality of plant productivity. Our results allowed the preliminary development of a 15-year time series of chlorophyll estimates over the Amazon to support canopy chemistry studies using future hyperspectral sensors.  相似文献

设计了玉米生长期日变化试验,同步获取玉米冠层光谱和通量观测数据,探究从植被发射荧光光谱角度实现植被光能利用率可靠反演的可能性。运用涡度相关法获取群体生态系统净生产力(NEP),通过呼吸作用拟合得到冠层总初级生产力(GPP);在此基础上结合吸收光合有效辐射(APAR)获取冠层光能利用率(LUE);同时,利用叶绿素荧光光谱分离算法,提取了光合作用叶绿素荧光绝对强度和相对强度。结论表明,植被发射荧光光谱与光合有效辐射(PAR)显著正相关,760nm波段荧光与PAR的复相关系数R2在0.99以上;叶绿素荧光绝对强度与NEP和GPP显著正相关,荧光和NEP对环境日变化具有类似的响应特征;688nm和760nm植被发射的叶绿素荧光相对强度与LUEGPP存在可靠负相关关系,即叶绿素荧光强度越大,光能利用率越低。同时,通过比较几种植被指数与各种光合参量的相关性表明,叶绿素荧光能够更好的跟踪植被光合状态的变化,更适宜于植被光能利用率的探测。  相似文献

目前,利用夫琅和费暗线提取叶绿素荧光的3种最常用的算法有标准FLD方法、3FLD和i FLD方法。上述3种夫琅和费暗线算法在叶绿素荧光反演中得到了广泛应用,但各算法的不确定性研究相对薄弱,尚缺乏系统的分析。因此,本文的目标是阐明氧气吸收波段叶绿素荧光反演的不确定性,优化叶绿素荧光遥感探测指标,提高叶绿素荧光反演精度。利用Fluor MOD模型,模拟不同植被冠层参数、光谱分辨率SR、信噪比SNR条件下的冠层光谱,并比较分析这3种反演方法在不同参数条件下的不确定性。结果表明:3种方法在O2-A波段的反演精度均比在O2-B波段精度高,其中,i FLD和3FLD算法的反演精度相对较高,标准FLD的反演结果较差;随着SR的下降,3种算法的反演精度均有不同程度的下降,标准FLD算法的荧光提取精度受传感器SR的影响最大;随着SNR的增大,3种算法的反演精度有不同程度的升高,i FLD算法的荧光提取精度受信噪比的影响最大。由结果可以得出,3种反演算法在不同的参数条件下有其各自的局限性和优势;利用氧气吸收波段进行叶绿素荧光反演存在诸多不确定性,不确定性主要来源于吸收线内外反射率和荧光比值的真实值与估计值的偏差,叶绿素含量是影响这种偏差的一个主导因素;传感器性能对荧光提取结果也有显著的影响。  相似文献

红树林是世界上生产力最高、价值最高的湿地生态系统之一。冠层叶绿素含量CCC(Canopy Chlorophyll Content)作为红树林重要的生物物理参量,是估算其生产力和评价其健康状况的重要指标。本文利用珠海一号高光谱卫星(OHS)影像与Sentinel-2A多光谱数据计算传统植被指数与组合植被指数并构建了高维数据集,综合利用正态分布检验、最大相关系数法与变量重要性评价进行数据降维和变量优选;分别基于单一线性回归算法、机器学习回归算法和堆栈集成学习回归算法构建了红树林CCC遥感反演模型,探明北部湾红树林CCC的最佳遥感反演模型,验证OHS高光谱影像与Sentinel-2A数据反演红树林CCC的精度差异,评估SNAP-SL2P算法反演红树林CCC的适用性。研究结果表明:(1)通过数据降维和变量选择处理,从高维度OHS数据集选取了8个特征变量,其中RSI(12,17)、DSI(12,18)和NDSI(6,12)组合植被指数对红树林CCC反演精度的贡献率较高;(2)联合OHS数据和最优堆栈GBRT集成学习回归模型(Score=0.999,RMSE=0.963 μg/cm2)的训练精度优于最优RF机器学习回归模型(RMSE降低了7.531 μg/cm2),明显优于最优Lasso线性回归模型(RMSE降低了19.383 μg/cm2);(3)在最优堆栈集成学习回归模型下,OHS数据反演红树林CCC的精度(R2=0.761,RMSE=16.738 μg/cm2)高于Sentinel-2A影像(R2=0.615,RMSE=20.701 μg/cm2);(4)联合OHS和Sentinel-2A数据的最优堆栈集成学习回归模型反演红树林CCC的精度都明显优于SNAP-SL2P算法(R2=0.356,RMSE=49.419 μg/cm2)。研究结果论证了正态分布检验、最大相关系数法和基于XGBoost的特征选择方法有效降低了高维数据集的维度,并得到了最优特征变量;OHS数据的最优堆栈GBRT集成学习回归模型训练精度最高,是估算红树林CCC的最优反演模型;OHS和Sentinel-2A数据都能有效反演红树林CCC(R2均大于0.61),而OHS数据的估算精度更高(R2大于0.75);SNAP-SL2P算法不能有效反演红树林CCC(R2小于0.4),且对红树林CCC数值存在系统性低估。  相似文献

This paper reports a series of laboratory and field measurements of spectral reflectance under artificial and natural light conditions which demonstrate that effects of natural chlorophyll fluorescence are observable in the reflectance red edge spectral region. These are results from the progress made to link physiologically-based indicators to optical indices from hyperspectral remote sensing in the Bioindicators of Forest Sustainability Project. This study is carried out on twelve sites of Acer saccharum M. in the Algoma Region, Ontario (Canada), where field measurements, laboratory-simulation experiments, and hyperspectral CASI imagery have been carried out in 1997, 1998, 1999 and 2000 campaigns. Leaf samples from the study sites have been used for reflectance and transmittance measurements with the Li-Cor Model 1800 integrating sphere apparatus coupled to an Ocean Optics Model ST1000 fibre spectrometer in which the same leaves are illuminated alternatively with and without fluorescence-exciting radiation. A study of the diurnal change in leaf reflectance spectra, combined with fluorescence measurements with the PAM-2000 Fluorometer show that the difference spectra are consistent with observed diurnal changes in steady-state fluorescence. Small canopies of Acer saccharum M. have been used for laboratory measurements with the CASI hyperspectral sensor, and under natural light conditions with a fibre spectrometer in diurnal trials, in which the variation of measured reflectance is shown experimentally to be consistent with a fluorescence signature imposed on the inherent leaf reflectance signature. Such reflectance changes due to CF are measurable under natural illumination conditions, although airborne experiments with the CASI hyperspectral sensor produced promising but less convincing results in two diurnal experiments carried out in 1999 and 2000, where small variations of reflectance due to the effect of CF were observed.  相似文献

日光诱导叶绿素荧光(SIF)是指示植被光合作用过程的无损探针,在不同时空尺度上对植被进行SIF的观测可以反映植被的实际光合作用及生理状态。然而在观测、分析和利用SIF的过程中,仍存在很多不确定因素。SIF的发生具有较为复杂的机理,从机理出发理解SIF与植被结构的相互作用,并分析影响SIF激发的主要因素将有助于更好地理解SIF与光合作用以及生物量的内在联系。因此,植被SIF辐射传输模型在解释和利用SIF遥感信号方面具有重要的作用。植被SIF信号相对较弱,且受环境、植被和生理等多种因子的影响,需要定量化描述,这为SIF辐射传输模型的构建带来挑战。近年来,大量学者已经发展一系列SIF辐射传输模型,为SIF遥感的发展提供了坚实的理论基础。本文回顾了叶片、冠层和生态系统尺度的SIF模型,从建模机理出发,对比模型优劣势,并对未来SIF模型的发展前景进行了展望。  相似文献

由于大气吸收和散射等大气辐射传输影响,叶绿素荧光卫星遥感反演存在很大的困难和挑战。本文利用日本温室气体观测卫星GOSAT的TANSO-FTS超光谱数据,选取770 nm附近受大气影响较弱的KI夫琅和费暗线,借助KPNO2010高分辨率太阳辐照度光谱,设计了加权最小二乘拟合的叶绿素荧光卫星反演算法,利用矩阵的谱条件数确定了算法中KI吸收线所采用的权重系数,获得了中国区域2010年1月至2011年6月的叶绿素荧光数据。并利用TANSO-CAI云标识数据剔除了受云影响的反演结果,并按照2°×2°格网逐月计算了荧光强度均值。将反演叶绿素荧光强度结果与同期MODIS的增强性植被指数EVI、光合有效辐射比例FPAR、总初级生产力GPP产品作对比分析,结果表明:荧光强度高值主要分布在中国西南、中南等植被覆盖度高、生长旺盛的地区,荧光强度季节性变化规律与EVI、FPAR、GPP等相似,但季节变化比上述各参数变化提前且更敏感,可以反映其他参数所不具备的独特信息。  相似文献

利用卫星遥感探测区域和全球尺度太阳诱导叶绿素荧光SIF(Solar-Inducedchlorophyll Fluorescence)近年来成为研究热点。由于地球大气吸收和散射的影响,卫星尺度的SIF反演问题较为复杂,科学界对该问题一直存在争议,不同科学团队提出了众多方法。本文介绍了大气层顶SIF反演的机理、难点及思路,总结了近10年来最新发展的大气层顶SIF反演算法,并将这些算法归纳为3类:基于辐射传输方程的算法、简化的物理模型算法和数据驱动算法,分析讨论了各算法的特点及适用性;以应用最广泛的数据驱动算法为例,基于GOME-2数据详细介绍了算法的中间环节及注意事项;最后回顾了卫星遥感反演SIF的发展历程,汇总了目前及未来具有荧光探测能力的星载传感器,并依据数据源的特点相应地给出了适用的SIF反演算法,为今后基于航空和卫星高光谱数据的SIF反演提供了依据。  相似文献

To study the anisotropy of vegetation indices (VIs) and explore its influence on the retrieval accuracy of canopy soil-plant analyzer development (SPAD) value, the bidirectional reflectance distribution function (BRDF) models of soybean and maize are calculated from the multi-angle hyperspectral images acquired by UAV, respectively. According to the reflectance extracted from the BRDF model, the dependences of 16 commonly-used VIs on observation angles are analyzed, and the SPAD values of maize and soybean canopy are predicted by using the 16 VI values at different observation angles and their combinations as input parameters. The results show that the 16 VIs have different sensitivity to angle in the principal plane: green ratio vegetation index (GRVI), ratio vegetation index (RVI), red edge chlorophyll index (CIRE), and modified chlorophyll absorption in reflectance index/optimized soil-adjusted vegetation index (MCARI/OSAVI) are very sensitive to angles, among which MCARI/OSAVI of maize fluctuated the most (138.83 %); in contrast, the green optimal soil adjusted vegetation index (GOSAVI), normalized difference vegetation index (NDVI), and green normalized difference vegetation index (GNDVI) hardly change with the observation angles. In terms of SPAD prediction, the accuracy of different VI is different, the mean absolute error (MAE) showed that MCARI1 provided the highest accuracy of retrieval for soybean (MAE=1.617), while for maize it was MCARI/OSAVI (MAE=2.422). However, when using the same VI, there was no significant difference in the accuracy of the predicted results, whether the VI from different angles was used or the combination of multi-angles was used. The present results provide guiding significance and practical value for the retrieval of SPAD value in vegetation canopies and in-depth applications of multi-angular remote sensing.  相似文献

在植被遥感领域,遥感植被指数在过去30年极大地促进了从宏观尺度上来理解和认识地球生物圈,但是以"绿度"观测为主的植被指数仅表征植被"潜在光合作用",而不能直接量化"实际光合作用"。植被叶绿素荧光在光合作用探测上具有优势,是"实际光合作用"的直接探测方法。日光诱导叶绿素荧光(SIF)遥感是近年快速发展起来的新型遥感技术,尤其是2011年实现全球尺度卫星反演以来,在反演算法、植被监测和碳循环应用等方面发展迅速,是近10年来植被遥感领域最具突破性的研究前沿。本文阐述了现阶段(2011年以来)SIF遥感反演及其在碳循环应用方面的进展。本文首先介绍了卫星SIF遥感的发展及其反演算法现状;然后重点剖析了其在陆地生态系统总初级生产力(GPP)估算、全球碳循环监测、物候和植被胁迫监测等方面的应用现状和特点;最后从卫星SIF反演算法优化、SIF-GPP关系机理、SIF多尺度综合观测和全球碳循环监测等方面对今后植被SIF遥感的发展前景进行了展望。  相似文献

本文分析了高光谱反射率及红边位置与叶片绿度的相关性,建立了基于敏感波段和红边位置的叶绿素估算模型。通过对不同叶绿素含量高光谱曲线特征的分析,提出了基于高光谱曲线峰度和偏度的叶绿素估算新思路,并分别建立基于原始光谱560-760nm波段和一阶导数光谱660-760nm波段对应峰度、偏度的叶绿素反演模型。结果表明,法国梧桐、无花果和白毛杨基于敏感波段的叶绿素含量反演模型的拟合度,与传统估算模型相比,本文提出的新估算模型可以明显提高高光谱反演叶绿素含量的能力。  相似文献

采用现场实测和室内培养两种方式测定了甲藻、赤潮异弯藻、海洋蓝绿藻、叉角藻赤潮和新月菱形藻、叉鞭金藻、塔胞藻、扁藻和小球藻等非赤潮藻类光谱曲线,采用度量太阳激发的叶绿素荧光峰高度的Rmaxred/R560比值法,建立了不同藻类Rmaxred/R560与叶绿素a浓度的关系,R>0.82。随藻类的不同,Rmaxred/R560与叶绿素a的关系发生较大的变化,其关系方程的系数a的变化范围为0.037—1.135之间,b的变化范围为0.094—0.727之间。同时建立了不同藻类荧光峰位置与叶绿素a浓度的关系,除海洋蓝绿藻为0.57外,R均大于0.75。随叶绿素浓度的增加,浮游植物反射光谱荧光峰的位置向红光方向移动。随藻类不同,移动的幅度有所差异,赤潮异弯藻的移动幅度最大,其它藻类每10mgm-3浓度的移动幅度介于0.1—0.3nm之间。叉鞭金藻和塔胞藻在实验的浓度范围内未见移动。  相似文献

Leaf and canopy nitrogen (N) status relates strongly to leaf and canopy chlorophyll (Chl) content. Remote sensing is a tool that has the potential to assess N content at leaf, plant, field, regional and global scales. In this study, remote sensing techniques were applied to estimate N and Chl contents of irrigated maize (Zea mays L.) fertilized at five N rates. Leaf N and Chl contents were determined using the red-edge chlorophyll index with R2 of 0.74 and 0.94, respectively. Results showed that at the canopy level, Chl and N contents can be accurately retrieved using green and red-edge Chl indices using near infrared (780–800 nm) and either green (540–560 nm) or red-edge (730–750 nm) spectral bands. Spectral bands that were found optimal for Chl and N estimations coincide well with the red-edge band of the MSI sensor onboard the near future Sentinel-2 satellite. The coefficient of determination for the relationships between the red-edge chlorophyll index, simulated in Sentinel-2 bands, and Chl and N content was 0.90 and 0.87, respectively.  相似文献

植被偏振特性研究对于植被监测与组分定量反演具有极其重要的作用。植被冠层的反射辐射具有偏振特性,这种特性与入射辐射和植被冠层结构相关。本文分析了偏振对光子—叶片—冠层之间细微相互作用及其变化的有效探测能力,并利用研究型扫描式偏振辐射仪RSP(Research Scanning Polarimeter)数据系统对比分析了偏振对不同叶倾角分布的估测。通过上述研究得出以下结论:(1)偏振观测能够对光线在冠层立体结构中的透射反射再出射过程给出精细刻画,若不用偏振手段对这一过程进行甄别并去除,则直接测算的植被散射系数会产生高达140%的误差;(2)利用偏振手段可以为高精度大倾角、多时相遥感观测提供可能,以此可改变目前光学遥感小角度、垂直观测的较严格约束;(3)偏振辐射呈现出随波长的稳定特性(相关系数0.96),使得利用偏振手段可以更好地研究冠层结构;(4)不同叶倾角分布对入射辐射存在不同的偏振反射,为利用多角度偏振信息进行遥感植被精细分类提供了新的途径。本文详细描述冠层结构和植被偏振特性的相互作用,通过对冠层立体结构与叶倾角的研究,刻画了植被定量遥感的方向性信息与高精度实现,为高分辨率遥感定量化的有效信息挖掘提供了新手段。  相似文献

Global positioning systems (GPS) have in recent years been increasingly used to monitor the deformations of large structures, particularly the deflections of long suspension bridges. When appropriately employed, and with the presence of a strong satellite geometry, GPS can supply timely and accurate structural deformation information. However, the three-dimensional (3-D) positioning accuracies in a local coordinate system are uneven. For instance, the vertical component of 3-D coordinates is less accurate than the horizontal component. In addition, GPS satellite availability tends to be a function of the latitude of the observation site and its surrounding obstructions. As a consequence, the accuracy of the north–south component is typically worse than that of the east–west component in mid-latitude areas (>45), and in some of the worst situations the horizontal positioning accuracy could even degrade to the same level as that of the vertical component. With such measurements it might not be possible to correctly interpret the real structural deformations. Furthermore, an insufficient number of satellites, caused by signal obstruction, could make it impossible to use GPS alone for kinematic positioning, even when integrated with other sensors such as triaxial accelerometers. With the aim of improving 3-D positioning accuracies for the monitoring of structural deflections, especially in vertical and northern directions, the optimal location selection of an array of ground-based pseudolites to augment GPS satellite geometry using an analytical simulation technique proposed by the authors is considered. Achievable 3-D positioning accuracies are estimated by simulating a real bridge deformation scenario using augmented transmitter geometry and compared with actual positioning accuracies calculated from the measurements gathered from a bridge trial. The results show that with an augmented satellite geometry and multipath mitigation it is possible to achieve uniform 3-D positioning accuracies of a few millimetres.  相似文献

为了借助系统论中的信息论为城市土地利用结构的优化提供决策支持,文章基于吉林市1996—2008年的土地利用变更数据和特征年份的遥感影像,选取信息熵、均衡度与优势度等评价指标,对该地区土地利用变化进行时空分析,并探索影响其结构变化的主要驱动因子。结果表明,吉林市近年来土地利用的信息熵在逐渐降低,其土地利用结构在稳步趋于有序化;信息熵的空间差异明显,表现出由市区向周边市县递减,东南低西北高的趋势;经济增长及产业结构调整、人口增长与相关政策等作为驱动因素均在不同程度上制约其发展变化。  相似文献
