台湾土石流防灾体系之探讨

台湾地区因先天地质及气候的影响,加上后天人为不当的开发,致使土石流灾害频生,而一般民众在面对灾害来临时,大多是惊慌失措且无法实时应变,因而造成重大生命与财产的损失,因此如何加强民众对于灾害防救的认知,实为应尽速面对的防灾研究课题.土石流的防治从过去的硬件工程治理转而重视软件的避灾措施;本研究从法令、组织与实际运作三层面探讨土石流防救灾体系.     

台湾屏东县狮子乡坡地灾害潜势分析

以屏东县狮子乡为例,利用GIS探讨近年来致灾降雨事件之特性及空间分布趋势,并配合崩塌潜势与土石流(即泥石流,编者注)潜势溪流范围.首先将筛选出之地文因子,以曼一惠特尼进行崩塌相关性验证,具相关性之因子再以不安定(即不稳定)指数法计算出权重,并求得影响崩塌之主要因子;对于土石流潜势溪流之危险度并不予以评估,仅说明其集水区之地文特性;然后绘制崩塌潜感图,最后配合致灾降雨事件之日最大降雨量频率分析、特性与主要降雨空间分布进行灾害潜势分析,提供疏散避难发布决策之先后顺序.期望藉由分析坡地灾害潜势,能够达防灾、减灾之功效.     

人类产业活动对湿地环境的影响研究进展

人类产业活动对湿地环境影响很大。产业的大规模、高强度活动对脆弱的湿地生态环境产生了诸多不利影响,导致湿地环境的水文条件发生改变、水质遭到污染、湿地面积萎缩、湿地景观破碎化、动植物减少,并最终导致湿地环境的退化。通过综述产业活动对湿地环境的影响路径,从产业规模、产业布局、产业结构等方面总结了产业活动对湿地环境的影响及其动力机制,总结分析了湿地环境和产业活动两者协调发展的途径,提出了未来产业活动与湿地环境保护研究的重点。     

1950年以来汾河水沙演变规律及影响因素分析

利用汾河河津水文站1950 年以来的水文资料, 应用多种统计分析方法, 系统分析了汾河水沙的季节及年 际变化规律, 并且对人类活动导致的年径流变化影响进行了估算。研究表明, 汾河流域水沙年内分配极不均匀, 年 内不均匀系数有明显上升趋势, 且越到近期稳定程度越低。水沙的年际变化剧烈, 且在20 世纪80 年代之后年径流 基本都是枯水时段。应用累积滤波器对汾河水沙变化趋势进行分析, 结果显示, 汾河流域水沙均呈减少趋势, 且泥 沙变化幅度大于径流变化。通过降水—径流双累积曲线及对天然径流的还原分析表明, 径流变化趋势在1964 年发 生明显偏离, 从多年平均值来看, 人类活动导致的径流减少量占径流减少总量的75.912%, 人类活动是汾河流域径 流减少的主要因素。     

连云港藤花落遗址土壤粒度及重金属累积特征

对江苏北部连云港龙山文化时期藤花落遗址城市生活区(L1)剖面和农业生产区(L2)剖面土壤重金属累积及土壤粒度特征分析发现,龙山文化时期人类活动已经出现明显土壤重金属累积,但影响仅局限人类生活区,农业生产区无累积现象;Cu、Pb和Zn累积最为明显,富集指数分别达到1.91、1.35和1.29,该遗址文明已进入铜石并用时代。同时分析土壤粒度发现,遗址文明存在期间曾发生过大规模或长时间水患事件,破坏农业生产条件,最终导致整个文明走向衰落。重金属累积及土壤粒度的综合分析,揭示史前文明演变的过程及其与自然环境变迁的规律。     

松嫩平原湿地水禽多样性保护需要关注的问题与对策

松嫩平原地处我国东北半干旱区,内陆沼泽湿地分布集中,是东亚-澳大利亚鸟类迁徙路线上的重要栖息地,水禽多样性极为丰富。近年来,在特殊的自然地理条件与人类活动导致的环境变化共同作用下,该区的水禽多样性发生了较大变化。通过大量的资料收集、数据统计,结合野外实地调查,分析了松嫩平原半干旱区内陆湿地水禽多样性现状及变化趋势,探讨了影响水禽多样性变化的环境因素及存在主要问题,并就这些问题现状提出了切实可行的对策和建议。     

岷江上游山区生态福祉波动的人类活动干扰研究

探究人类活动对生态福祉的影响机制与作用规律,实现对人类活动的有效调控,是维持地区环境与社会经济可持续发展的重要途径.现有研究主要聚焦于人类活动干扰导致区域生态格局产生变化的过程和原因等,而相对缺乏人类活动与区域生态福祉间的相关性研究.本文利用当量因子法、突变理论及贬值率模型对岷江上游1995年、2005年和2015年生...     

黄河下游2300年以来沉积速率的变化

采用沉积学方法提取沉积速率的记录,利用历史文献研究的方法提取气候与人类活动变化的信息,对黄河下游2300年以来的沉积速率的变化及其与气候、植被及人类活动的关系进行了研究,揭示黄河流域地貌系统对气候变化及人类活动所导致的土地覆被、土地利用方式变化的响应过程。研究表明,黄河流域地貌系统中的下游沉积带对于中游侵蚀带的响应是灵敏的,流域植被和土地利用方式的变化,是导致下游河道沉积加速的主导因素;这种变化主要取决于人类活动,同时与气候的变化也有一定关系。在沉积加速的过程中,公元7世纪至10世纪以及18世纪中叶以来,表现为两个突变时期。     

岩溶地区人类活动的水文效应研究现状及展望

在全球气候变化背景下,加之岩溶生态系统的脆弱性及敏感性,地表水与地下水交换迅速,岩溶水动力系统对人类活动及其造成的生态环境变化反馈敏感。岩溶地区人类活动导致的植被退化、石漠化等环境问题已对岩溶地区的水文水循环过程造成了严重影响,水资源问题已成为岩溶地区发展的重要限制因素。本文在对岩溶生态系统及水文环境特性分析的基础上,从土地利用变化的水文效应,人类活动对降水—径流的影响、岩溶水资源的开发利用、岩溶地下水污染及水文模型在岩溶地区的应用等方面,概述了岩溶地区人类活动水文效应的相关研究现状与不足,总结了未来岩溶地区人类活动水文效应的5个研究趋势,并探讨了研究中的重点及难点问题。     

潮河流域降水-径流关系变化及驱动因子识别

基于1973-2010年长系列日降水、径流数据,利用降水径流双累积曲线、M-K统计检验和降水集中度等方法,结合HIMS模型模拟结果,分析了潮河流域降水-径流关系的变化及其原因。得到的主要结论如下：（1）近38年来,潮河流域降水变化较小,但径流下降趋势显著,降水-径流关系发生了两次突变,即在1973-1983年、1984-1998年和1999-2010年三个阶段降水-径流关系存在明显差异;（2）大雨日降水总和（P_≥20）与径流深关系较为密切,其变化是导致降水-径流关系在1983年发生突变的主要驱动因子;（3）HIMS模型模拟结果显示,1999-2010年潮河流域下垫面条件较前两阶段变化明显,人类活动引起的减水效应由第二阶段的14.93%增加至第三阶段的25.78%,人类活动是导致降水-径流关系在1998年发生突变的主要驱动因子。

Deserts and Aeolian Desertification in China: Book review and some thoughts

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.
