采用谱分析的方法,对冰区作业的海上风机支撑结构进行疲劳损伤评估。基于风冰散布图,将海上风机所受的风载荷和连续挤压冰载荷作为系统输入,热点应力作为输出,运用随机振动理论与主应力线性化方法,对冰区海上风机支撑结构进行疲劳评估。以某2 MV海上风机支撑结构为计算实例,验证频域疲劳评估方法的准确性。频域方法与时域方法计算结果吻合较好,证明了频域方法的快速有效,可用于快速评估风机支撑结构的疲劳损伤。  相似文献

为了拓展主S-N曲线法,使之更好地适用于低温、极地环境下船舶与海洋工程结构物的疲劳评估,进行了EH36材料T型焊接接头的低温疲劳性能试验,收集了国内外多个焊接节点低温疲劳数据,建立了疲劳试验试件的有限元模型,运用等效结构应力法,计算焊接节点的等效结构应力,构建低温环境下焊接节点的主S-N曲线。使用该曲线,预测低温疲劳试验的寿命,并与疲劳试验结果、常温主S-N曲线、常温中值D曲线的预测结果进行了比较,结果表明,所提低温主S-N曲线预测方法具有较高精度,可用于低温环境下船舶与海洋结构物疲劳寿命的预测。  相似文献

针对导管架平台上部组块与火炬臂进行整体拖航的情况,提出考虑拖航累积损伤的火炬臂全寿命疲劳分析流程。采用MOSES和SACS软件建立上部组块带火炬臂整体拖航水动力模型和导管架平台整体有限元模型,计算拖航驳船运动惯性载荷、在位波载荷和在位风载荷引起的火炬臂管节点疲劳损伤,对火炬臂进行全寿命疲劳分析。引入拖航疲劳损伤率系数,量化拖航驳船运动对火炬臂各管节点疲劳损伤的影响。结果表明:拖航工况驳船运动惯性载荷造成的火炬臂疲劳损伤不容忽略,特别是对靠近火炬臂根部的管节点影响显著。因此,在对整体拖航下的火炬臂进行疲劳设计时,应对其进行全寿命疲劳分析。  相似文献

疲劳破坏是海洋结构物发生破坏的一种主要形式,深水半潜平台在海上运输、作业、停滞时会受到交变的风、浪、流载荷作用,进而引起结构关键节点处的疲劳损伤,影响平台安全性。以"海洋石油981"半潜钻井平台为研究对象,利用光纤光栅应变传感器对结构高应力区进行应力监测,获取测点处应力时历数据。将监测位置划分为四个监测板块,采用四点雨流计数法对测点应力进行处理,得到以离散形式给出的应力循环幅度与相应循环周次。参照DNV《海上钢结构疲劳设计规范》推荐的S-N曲线,基于Miner线性疲劳累计损伤原则,得到各个测点处的总体疲劳损伤度。选取具有最大疲劳损伤度的危险测点,并结合海上实测总时长,预测半潜平台的总体疲劳寿命。  相似文献

Sandwich panel is commonly used in ship and marine engineering equipment, such as side structure and superstructure deck of a ship, which is of good anti-explosion performance. This paper addresses a study on the dynamic response of the U-typed sandwich panel under explosion load through the numerical simulation and theoretical methods. Based on the orthotropic plate theory, the U-typed sandwich panel is simplified and transformed into a single degree of freedom (SDOF) spring system, the equivalent motion equation of the SDOF system and the expression of triangular explosion load function are established based on the SDOF theory, and the maximum response spectrum of the SDOF system is obtained. Then, the response of the equivalent SDOF system of the U-typed sandwich panel under explosion load is analyzed, and the theoretical results match well with the numerical simulation results, which verifies the accuracy of the theoretical method proposed in this paper. The theoretical method proposed in this paper could have good engineering applications for the structural anti-explosion design, and provide a reference for the evaluation of the anti-explosion performance of ship and offshore platform structures.

极限波浪载荷是导致海上结构物疲劳失效的主要载荷之一。固定在海洋基础结构物上的直立开孔墙对减小波浪载荷具有一定的效果。基于不可压缩黏性流体流动理论和N-S方程,采用VOF与Level-set相结合追踪自由表面的方法,首先建立数值波浪水槽,然后对开孔墙本身的开孔率和开孔墙与直立墙之间的相对距离,在降低反射系数和波浪力两个方面进行分析。研究结果表明,开孔墙可以明显降低作用在结构物上的波浪力,开孔墙本身的开孔率和与直立墙的相对距离会对其产生明显影响;不同波浪参数下会存在一个最佳的开孔率,但是不同波浪参数时最佳开孔率会略有不同;当开孔墙和直立墙的相对距离在0.2到0.3之间时,开孔墙的消波减载效果最佳。研究结果可为海洋工程相关设计提供一定的参考。  相似文献

This paper introduces the process and result of fatigue test of steel (Z direction steel) welded T tubular joints used in offshore engineering. Detailed measurement of stress concentration factor, stress distribution, fatigue life and crack development has been performed. 海上施工栈桥作为一种可以快速装配的施工辅助设施,在跨海大桥建设中得到广泛应用。为研究海上施工栈桥在极端波浪作用下的结构性能,基于波浪增量分析(IWA)理论,提出海上施工栈桥承载性能评估方法。以某在役海上施工栈桥为例,考虑杆件弹塑性和节点局部柔性建立结构非线性分析模型,评估了海上施工栈桥在不同方向极端波浪荷载作用下的结构承载性能及倒塌失效模式。研究表明,随着极端波高逐渐增大,栈桥依次出现首次屈服、塑性铰和倒塌起始三种非线性行为点,结构将依次经历正常使用、可以使用、临近倒塌和倒塌破坏四个承载性能状态;波浪入射方向对于海上施工栈桥的承载性能和倒塌失效模式影响较大;海上施工栈桥的主要薄弱部位位于钢管桩桩底及其与支撑框架下横撑相交的节点处,应在设计中重点关注。  相似文献

Loal flexibility of tubular joints has important effect on the static and dynamic behaviour of offshore platforms, therefore, the determination of it becomes an important research subject in the field of offshore engineering. In this paper, the local flexibility of TY-type tubular joints, which are widely used in offshore platforms, is calculated by using semi- analytical method. Based on the calculated results, parametric formulae for evaluating element in the local joint flexibility matrix of TY- type tubular joints are derived by regression. A test on PVC models of TY-type tubular joints to measure the local joint flexibility is also reported. A comparison of the results calculated from the parametric formulae presented in this paper with those measured from the model test shows that the parametric formulae are reliable. It is recommended that these formulae be used in the global structural analysis of offshore platforms.  相似文献

海上支撑结构的优化设计是海上风机技术发展的必然趋势,降低支撑结构的载荷是保证风机安全运行的有效途径。海上支撑结构受到风浪复杂环境荷载作用,风、浪载荷决定着塔底承受较大的剪力和倾覆力矩,同时风浪的随机性和周期性会影响塔架的疲劳载荷。基于海上风机支撑结构频率对载荷影响的研究,分析海上支撑结构频率对叶片根部挥舞和摆振响应的影响,探究频率对风机响应的影响机理。研究表明:波浪频率诱导是基础疲劳载荷响应的主要原因;开展单桩基础设计,当整机频率确定时,基础变径段可设置于浪溅区下部区域范围;叶片摆振响应受1P频率影响较大,在风机设计时可增加叶片摆振方向的阻尼;当整机频率邻近3P频率时,塔筒刚度变化对基础载荷响应的影响大于基础刚度变化;海上支撑结构设计时可优先考虑塔筒刚度。  相似文献

涡激振动是钢悬链立管疲劳损伤的重要诱导因素之一,因此涡激振动分析在钢悬链立管设计中占据重要地位。OrcaFlex在海洋工程领域功能强大、应用广泛,能够提供两种涡激振动疲劳损伤预报方法,分别是基于模态叠加法的频域预报方法和基于Iwan-Blevins尾流振子模型的时域预报方法。OrcaFlex的涡激振动时域预报模型只考虑了横流向涡激振动造成的疲劳损伤,基于OrcaFlex的时域预报方法开发了双自由度涡激振动尾流振子模型的接口,考虑了浮式平台运动对钢悬链立管的涡激振动激励作用,实现了钢悬链立管双自由度涡激振动疲劳损伤预报。  相似文献

Economy and ice-resistance are two factors that must be considered in the design of offshore oil platforms in the Bohai Gulf. This paper focuses on the optimal design of ice-resistant offshore jacket platforms in the Bohai Gulf in consideration of fatigue life of tubular joints, with the minimum initial weight and satisfying dynamic properties. An efficient fatigue analysis procedure based on spectral analysis is proposed, in which a hybrid finite element model is adopted to simulate the jacket platform and the tubular joints, and the pseudo-excitation method is used to calculate the power spectral density of the hot spot stress. Finally, a practical jacket platform with an ice-breaking cone in the Bohai Gulf is optimized, and the results demonstrate that the fatigue life of tubular joints could be improved and the weight of jackets decreased simultaneously.  相似文献

讨论海洋平台钢质悬链线式立管SCR(Steel Catenary Riser)的涡激疲劳损伤问题。对于悬链线立管外的流体,给出涡脱落频率和升力对立管作用的计算方法。悬链线立管采用索结构模型,进行动力学分析并利用模态叠加法对其进行动力响应分析。根据Palmgren-Miner线性累积损伤准则并结合S-N曲线,分析在不同流速下立管的涡激疲劳损伤。以工程中实际使用的1 500 m Spar海洋平台悬链线立管为例,对立管的涡激疲劳损伤进行了预报。并通过立管的参数研究,分别就立管外不同来流速度、立管壁厚、内部流体密度和柔性接头刚度对其疲劳损伤的影响进行了分析,得到了一些有意义的研究结果。  相似文献

A method for stochastic fatigue analysis of offshore platforms is presented. The method accounts for the nonlinearity in the drag loading term, and for the systematic deviation from a Gaussian process for a platform response. The method is based on an assumed form of the stress response process at a hot spot. A number of full scale measurements for elements in fixed platforms and for marine risers show very good agreement with this assumed form. A conventional spectral fatigue approach with stochastic linearization of the drag term in the basis for the new method, which uses results from linearizations in two or more sea states. The method is easily implemented in standard computer programs presently used within the offshore oil industry for fatigue analysis.  相似文献

The Soft Yoke Mooring System (SYMS) is a single point mooring system for shallow water. It is composed of a mooring framework, mooring legs, yoke, and single point, and is located at the Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) through 13 hinge joints, such as universal joints and thrust bearings. Mooring restoring force, motions and postures of mooring components, and mechanical behaviors of hinge joints are major criteria for the structural design of the SYMS. Aiming at the difficulties of the multibody dynamics in traditional design of the SYMS, a multi-body dynamic mathematical modeling with seven independent degrees of freedom (DOFs) which is applicable to prototype field engineering was developed in this study. The proposed mathematical modeling of the SYMS multibody dynamic system has several advantages: 1. Internal tribological behaviors in hinge joints are considered within the presented multibody dynamics model to illustrate the good dynamic effects of the SYMS. 2. The multibody dynamic model can be applied in field service. Correctness and feasibility of the proposed multibody dynamic simulation method for describing motions and postures of hinges and single-body were validated by the prototype monitoring data. 3. The horizontal restoring force of the SYMS was calculated according to field measurement data. The motion state of each single body and internal stress distributions at each hinge joint in the SYMS are given. 4. The multibody dynamics calculation program can be directly used for the real-time monitoring of mechanical behaviors of the SYMS under the service state. The simulated results can provide real-time guarantee for safety alarming of the system. The vulnerability of the mooring system in service was evaluated based on long-term monitoring data analysis.  相似文献

The identification of variations in the dynamic behavior of structures is an important subject in structural integrity assessment.Improvement and servicing of offshore platforms in the marine environment with constant changing,requires understanding the real behavior of these structures to prevent possible failure.In this work,empirical and numerical models of jacket structure are investigated.A test on experimental modal analysis is accomplished to acquire the response of structure and a mathematical model of the jacket structure is also performed.Then,based on the control theory using developed reduction system,the matrices of the platform model is calibrated and updated.The current methodology can be applied to prepare the finite element model to be more adaptable to the empirical model.Calibrated results with the proposed approach in this paper are very close to those of the actual model and also this technique leads to a reduction in the amount of calculations and expenses.The research clearly confirms that the dynamic behavior of fixed marine structures should be designed and assessed considering the calibrated analytical models for the safety of these structures.  相似文献
