针对高压产生系统在非挥发性存储器中的重要作用,推导出一个用于电流模DC-DC升压转换器稳定性分析的精确模型。该模型综合了传统的脉冲宽度调制模型的简洁性以及离散时间采样系统的精确性,得到一个精确的、具有较强指导意义的传输函数模型。同时,根据推导的结果搭建了一个简洁、直观的仿真电路模型。通过此传输函数模型以及仿真电路模型,可以方便快捷的分析、仿真得到电路中的每一个参数对转化器的增益、电流环稳定性、右半平面零点、输出极点的影响。所介绍的方法也可以直接用于其他DC-DC转化器传输函数的推导。  相似文献

本文选取长江下游地区7个地电台站,对2013-07-25 3:00~5:00同里高压直流换流站接地极注入4 516 A大电流,分析入地电流引起的地电场扰动方向的差异特性;另获取2015-06-22~06-23特大磁暴急始阶段的地电场变化幅度,通过将扰动下变化量对正常日变化量进行放缩(取比值),对比2种扰动源的方向性规律。结果显示:1)同里极高压直流的入地电流引起的地电场阶变量具有与距离的平方负相关的特征,距离越近、引起的阶变量越大,经过日变化放缩后此关系更为显著;2)把入地电流引起的阶变在正交分量上进行合成,其合成量的方向基本指向(或远离)电流注入极,即入地电流的响应能够定位电流注入极的位置;3)对比空间磁暴急始引起的地电场变化发现,其扰动量大小不具有明显规律,正交合成的方位指向内陆。这一研究结果对定位高压直流干扰源有参考价值,本文的方法也有助于认识不明干扰源引起的地表电磁响应。  相似文献

为改进传统磁刺激治疗仪需要使用脉冲大电流产生磁场,以及在临界阻尼震荡条件下电路的RLC参数匹配难度大等缺点,根据感应电场产生的原理,提出一种基于低电压,脉冲小电流,用RL电路代替RLC电路的设计。该电路在产生磁场的回路中用+5V低电压电源代替电容器,通过加快电流的变化速率产生与脉冲大电流同样的刺激效果,具有安全,易调控的优点,也推进了磁刺激治疗仪面向小型、便携、低功耗等方向的发展。  相似文献

对被均匀导电介质包围的球形地质体的瞬变电磁响应作了解析研究。激发场源为通有阶跃电流的圆形回路,在轴对称条件下,建立起关于德拜位的偏微分方程,直接在时间域用分离变量法求解,得出了解析解。给出了几种特殊情形下的解式,还得出了在导电球体被弱导电介质包围条件下的近似解式。  相似文献

JCZ─1超宽频带地震计是为中国甚宽频带数字地震观测试验系统研制的新型仪器,由一个垂直向和两个水平向地震计组成,频带为DC─20Hz。每个地震计分别有两个通道输出:20Hz─360秒的速度平坦输出和360秒─DC的加速度平坦输出,复盖了从短周期地震波至固体潮汐的宽广频带。仪器具有高灵敏度、低噪声特点,动态范围大于140dB。地震计采用力平衡式的负反馈系统,传递函数稳定,具有密封、磁屏蔽和高精度恒温功能的环境保护装置,有效地抑制了大气压力、外部磁场及温度变化对仪器的影响,使地震计在超低频端也能稳定工作。  相似文献

为了研究磁刺激对大鼠脑缺血再灌注功能恢复的影响,利用储能电容对线圈放电产生脉冲磁场的原理,设计制作了一套磁刺激电源电路。晶闸管作为开关元件控制电容的充放电,结果在负载回路中得到脉冲大电流,电流流经线圈在其周围空间产生强脉冲磁场。实验有助于进一步探索磁刺激对生物体的保护作用机理。  相似文献

天然水CaCO3侵蚀量与沉淀量的计算是岩溶地球化学研究中的一个重要问题,本文在指出有关文献对这一问题的处理存在严重问题的同时,提出了天然水CaCO3侵蚀量与沉淀量计算的新方法。该方法以水溶液相对CSCO3饱和度的计算为基础,对CaCO3溶解或沉淀所引起的水溶液pH值、组分的活度系数以及水溶液中各组分存在形式含量的变化统一地作了考虑,且区分开放系统与封闭系统两种不同的情况分别进行了计算。实际水样的计算结果表明,计算中若不考虑上述的种种变化,则计算结果的误差将是相当大的。  相似文献

本文确定了黄土中古土壤有四种双层淀积类型。第一和第二种是由两层CaCO3结核构成的,第三种是由CaCO3和CaSO4构成的,第四种是由CaCO3与Al2O3、Fe2O3构成的。根据CaCO3淀积层成因分析得知,西安附近第一层古土壤具二元发生特点。该层古土壤上部的CaCO3淀积层代表碱性土壤发育时期。下部的CaCO3淀积层代表中酸性土壤发育时期。因为有些古土壤发育时出现过气候变化,所以具CaCO3淀积层的古土壤不一定是碱性的。具CaCO3与Fe2O3·Al2O3构成的双层淀积是酸性土壤的标志。  相似文献

Results of numerical simulation of currents in the western North Tropical Pacific Ocean by using a barotropic primitive equation model with fine horizontal resolution agreed well with observations and showed that the Mindanao Cyclonic Eddy located north of the equator and east of Mindanao Island exists during most of the year with monthly (and large seasonal) variations in scope . strength and central location . In June , an anticyclonic eddy occurs northeast of Halmahera Island, strengthens to maximum in August , exists until October and then disappears . The observed large-scale circulation systems such as the North Equatorial Current . the Mindanao Current and the North Equatorial Countercurrent are all very well reproduced in the simulations.  相似文献

Measured concentrations of dissolved oxygen, phosphate, silicate, total alkalinity and calculated total CO2 in a section between 121° E and 125° E across the Kuroshio near 22° N off Taiwan and the geostrophic velocity were used to estimate the gross transport of oxygen, nutrients and carbonates. The flux of dissolved oxygen is 6.7×106 mol/s northward and 0.9×106 mol/s southward. The net flux equals 5.8×106 mol/s down-stream. The northward flux of phosphate is 22.6×103 mol/s; the southward flux is 1.4×103 mol/s. The net phosphate flux is 21.2×103 mol/s northward. The flux of silicate is 967×103 northward and 59×103 mol/s southward; the net transport is 908×103 mol/s down-stream. The flux of alkalinity is 75.5×106 mol/s northward, and 10.8×106 mol/s southward, the net flux is 64.7×106 mol/s northward. For total CO2 the transport is 73.4×106 mol/s northward and 10.8×106 mol/s southward, or a net transport of 62.6×106 mol/s horthward.  相似文献

The Simple Ocean Data Assimilation (SODA) package is used to better understand the variabilities of surface current transport in the Tropical Pacific Ocean from 1950 to 1999. Seasonal variation, internnual and decadal variability analyses are conducted on the three major surface currents of the Tropical Pacific Ocean: the North Equatorial Current (NEC), the North Equatorial Countecurrent (NECC), and the South Equatorial Current (SEC). The transport of SEC is quite larger than those of NEC and NECC. The SEC has two maximums in February and August. The NEC has a small annual variation. The NECC has a maximum in October and is very weak in March and April. All currents have remarkable interannual and decadal variabilities. The variabilities of the NEC and the SEC related to the winds over them well, but the relationship between the NECC and the wind over it is not close. Analysis related to El Niño-Southern Oscillation (ENSO) suggests that before El Niño (La Niña) the SEC is weaker (stronger) and the NECC is stronger (weaker), after El Niño (La Niña) the SEC is stronger (weaker) and the SEC is weaker (stronger). There is no notable relationship between the NEC and ENSO.  相似文献

As it is well-known, the North Equatorial Current (NEC) bifurcates into the Kuroshio flowing northward and the equatorward Mindanao Current, which is well depicted by Munk’s theory in 1950 in terms of its climatology. However, Munk’s theory is unable to tell the NEC bifurcation variability with time. In the present paper, a time-dependent baroclinic model forced by wind, in which temporal and baroclinic terms are added to Munk’s equation, is proposed to examine the seasonal variability of the NEC bifurcation latitude. An analytical solution is obtained, with which the seasonal variability can be well described: NEC bifurcation reaches its northernmost position in December and its southernmost position in June with a range of about 1° in latitude, consistent with previous results with observations. The present solution will degenerate to Munk’s one in the case of steady and barotropic state.  相似文献

In this part, Levitus‘ climatological temperature and salinity are incorporated in the numerical model developed in Part I. Diagnostic and prognostic experiment on the thermohaline circulation were conducted. The smooth Levitus‘ data do not include any information on the South China Sea Warm Current (SCSWC), so it is not in the model-produced diagnostic thermohaline circulation. Although the SCSWC does not appear in the wind-driven circulation in the barotropic case, it appears in the prognostic wind-driven circulation in the baroclinic case. This implies that the differing circulation pat-terns between barotropic case and bareclinic case are due to the stratification. The prognostic thermohaline circulation with wind stress and inflow/outflow transports at open boundaries are also discussed. Coupling of density and dynamic forces makes the circulation pattern more complicated, Even though the stratification is not always a direct cause of the formation of the SCSWC, it is at least an indirect cause.  相似文献

In this work, Princeton Ocean Model (POM) was used to study the formation of the South China Sea Warm Current (SCSWC) in the barotropic case. Monthly averaged wind stress and the inflow/outflow transports in January were used in the numerical simulation which reproduced the SCSWC. The effects of wind stress and inflow/outflow were studied separately. Numerical experiments showed thatthe Kuroshio intrusion through the Luzon Strait and the slope shelf in the northern SCS are necessary conditions for the founation of the SCSWC. In a flat bottom topography experiment, the wind stress drivennortheast current in the northern SCS is a compensatory current.  相似文献

Analysis using historical data on the phosphate sources in Changjiang (Yangtze River) estuary show that phosphate was supplied equally from the east, south, west and north of the estuary. These sources include the Changjiang River, the Taiwan Warm Current (TWC), a cyclone-type eddy, and the 32°N Upwelling, supplying different phosphates in different times, ways and intensities. The magnitude of their supplying phosphate concentration was related with the size in the order of the Changjiang River 〈 the TWC 〈 the 32°N Upwelling 〈 the cyclone-type eddy, and the duration of the supplying was: the Changjiang River 〉 the TWC 〉 the cyclone-type eddy 〉 the 32°N Upwelling. The four sources supplied a great deal of phosphate so that the phosphate concentration in the estuary was kept above 0.2 pmol/L in previous years, satisfying the phytoplankton growth. The horizontal and vertical distribution of the phosphate concentration showed that near shallow marine areas at 122°E/31°N, the TWC in low nutrient concentration became an upwelling through sea bottom and brought up nutrients from sea bottom to marine surface. In addition, horizontal distribution of phosphate concentration was consistent with that of algae: Rhizosolenia robusta, Rhizosolenia calcaravis and Skeletonema, which showed that no matter during high water or low water of Changjiang River, these species brought by the TWC became predominant species. Therefore, the authors believe that the TWC flowed from south to north along the coast and played a role in deflecting the Changjiang River flow from the southern side.  相似文献
