The earthquake that occurred on May 12, 2008, in Wenchuan County aroused a great deal of research on co-seismic landslide susceptibility assessment, but there is still a lack of an evaluation method that considers the activity state of the landslide itself. Therefore, this paper establishes a new susceptibility evaluation model that superimposes the active landslide state based on previous susceptibility evaluation models. Based on a multi-phase landslide database, the probabilistic approach was used to evaluate landslide susceptibility in the Miansi town over many years. We chose the elevation, slope, aspect, and distance from the channel as trigger factors and then used the probability comprehensive discrimination method to calculate the probability of landslide occurrence. Then, the susceptibility results of each period were calculated by superposition with the activity rate. The results show that between 2008 and 2014, the proportion of areas with low landslide susceptibility in the study area was the largest, and the proportionof areas with the highest susceptibility was minimal. The landslide area with highest susceptibility gradually decreased from 2014 to 2017. However, in 2017, 15.06% of the area was still with high susceptibility, and relevant disaster prevention and reduction measures should be taken in these areas. The larger area under the receiver operating characteristic curve(AUC) indicates that the results of the landslide susceptibility assessment in this study are more objective and reliable than those of previous models. The difference in the AUC values over many years shows that the accuracy of the evaluation results of this model is not constant, and a greater number of landslides or higher landslide activity corresponds to a higher accuracy of the evaluation results. 相似文献

In China, farmers employed in non-farm work have become important socio-economic actors, but few studies have examined the farmers' perspective in making their work location choices. Based on "push-pull" migration theory, this paper utilizes sectional data from a 2013 survey of farmers in China's Three Gorges Reservoir area to empirically analyze the factors influencing migrant workers' choice of employment location. The results indicate that 60.46% of laborers have migrated from their home province, whereas 39.54% have remained in their home province. Focusing on personal, household, and community characteristics—in addition to the economic characteristics of the sample counties—multinomial logistic regression models reveal that farmer-laborers' employment location decisions are influenced by their personal capital endowment(age, years of education and social networks), family structure(the number of laborers, elders, children and students), home village characteristics(location, economic development level and the degree of relief of the land) and home county economic development level. Notably, male and female laborers' location decisions reveal a converging trend, and their differences are not pronounced. Per capita arable land area has little influence on location decisions, whereas the educational level of laborers has a significant impact. The goal of land consolidation in China is still to develop agricultural production. The study of landscape effects of land consolidation projects (LCPs) faces many difficulties because of the lack of government's interest and data. This paper, taking Tianmen City of Hubei Province in Central China as an example, presents a methodology for analyzing landscape effects of LCPs by GIS and Fragstats3.3. It describes landscape effects with indexes of Patch Density (PD), Largest Patch Index (LPI), Landscape Shape Index (LSI), Interspersion and Juxtaposition Index (IJI), Aggregation Index (AI), and Shannon's Diversity Index (SHDI), showing more regular shape, simpler structure and less habitat diversity after LCPs. It computes ten landscape indexes of four categories of patches including Cultivated Land, Road, Water Channel, and River and Pond. The indexes show that 1) cultivated land becomes more fragmental in patch area, less irregular in patch shape and more concentrated in block; 2) the transport capacity of roads and irrigation and drainage capacity of water channels have been improved; 3) the landscape change of river and pond can be summarized as decreasing scale, more regular shape, reducing connectivity and diversity of the class. LCPs can facilitate agricultural production as well as protect cultivated land and food security. However, it is doubted that the increase of cultivated land from LCPs results from the reducing in landscape diversity of water area. 相似文献

Area of China attracts a lot of attention owing to the Three Gorges Dam building. The Three Gorges Reservoir Area becomes
one of the important research areas. This study analyzed the transforming processes and traits of each land use type and the
regional differences of land use changes during the past 30 years, summarized the distribution of different land use types
in different buffer zones and regresses the equation areas and different buffer distances based on buffer analyses and regression
analyses, and then analyzed the transforming rules in different buffer distances, got the optimal influence distances. The
research results indicate that, (1) cultivated land lies at the northwest of the reservoir and was decreasing, however, the
construction land was increasing, especially the urban construction land, a large number of land was flooded because of the
reservoir water level rise; (2) urban area was sprawling quickly in developed and neighboring areas, and a great deal of cultivated
land and a considerable amount of grassland were occupied; in the earlier time, rural settlements occupied lots of cultivated
land and a sum of forestry land in the later time; (3) the optimum influenced distances for cultivated land and forestry land
were 10–35 km, and for urban and rural settlements were in 5–20 km. Overall, this research can reflect the spatial-temporal
characteristics of land use changes during the 30 years, and it is helpful for urban planning and land use planning in the

A regional multiple-objective water-resource and economic optimization model was developed using a quantitative method of systematic analysis.Input to the model includes indexes of economic structure and development,water-resource utilization,wastewater and pollutant discharge,and investment in wastewater treatment.The model,which consists of producton-structure and industrial-structure optimization modules,was applied to the Guanzhong region in the middle reaches of the Huanghe(Yellow) River basin in China.By evaluating several alternative production and industrialization schemes,the modal indicate that water pollution will get worsen though wastewater treatment improves if the economy continues to develop at the planned speed without structural adjustment.However,the results also show that not only economic goals but also water-resource protection and pollution-control targets can be achieved under an alternative,recommended production and industrial structure.This example illustrates that economic development and environmental protection can be improved coordinately by the regional multiple-objective water-resource and economic optimization model.It provides an operable approach to the simultaneous sustained development of water resources and economic growth. 相似文献

The nature heritages are the precious legacy of nature with outstanding scientific and aesthetic value. They are quite different
from other common ecotourism areas, because of its original and unique system, sensitive and vulnerable landscape, and peripheral
cultural features. Therefore, the tourism development in the nature heritage sites should be on the premise of ecological
security. The evaluation index system of tourism ecological security in nature heritage sites was constructed in this article
by AHP and Delphi methods, including nature ecological security, landscape visual security and local culture ecological security,
and the security thresholds of indices were also established. In the indices’ weights of the evaluation model, the nature
ecological security ranked the highest, followed by tourist landscape visual security and culture ecological security, which
reflected the influence degree of the limited factor to tourism ecological security. Then, this paper carried out an empirical
study of Kanas of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, China, which has the potential to be the World Nature Heritage. On the
basis of the data attained from survey and observation on the spot, as well as questionnaire answered by tourists and local
communities, the ecological security status in Kanas was evaluated. The result showed that the status of Kanas tourism ecological
security was better, but there had some limiting factors. Lastly, effective measures were put forward to ensure its ecological
security.

The impact of land-use on distributed groundwater recharge and discharge in the western Jilin (WJ) was analyzed in this study.
WJ is a transitional, semi-arid zone with a fragile, hydrological closed ecosystem in the Songhua River Basin (SRB). The research
tool includes a seamlessly linked MODFLOW, WetSpass, the Seepage packages, and ArcGIS. The model calibration showed good agreement
between simulated water table elevation and measured water table depths, while predicted groundwater discharge zones showed
strong correlations with field occurrences of drainage systems and wetlands. Simulated averages for distributed recharge,
water table elevation and groundwater drawdown were 377.42mm/yr, 194.43m, and 0.18m respectively. Forest vegetation showed
the highest recharge, followed by agricultural farmlands, while open-water and other drainage systems constituted groundwater
exit zones. When present land-use conditions were compared with the hypothetical natural pre-development scenario, an overall
loss of groundwater recharge (24.09mm/yr) was observed, which for the project area is 18.05 × 108m3. Groundwater abstraction seemed to be the cause of water table drawdown, especially in the immediate vicinities of the supply
wells. An important issue of the findings was the ability of the hypothetical forest vegetation to protect, and hence sustain
aquifer reserves and dependent ecosystems. The profound data capture capability of ArcGIS makes it particularly useful in
spatio-temporal hydroecological modeling.

This study explores the role of a traditional tillage method,i.e.,compensatory hoeing,for sustainable agro-ecosystem management in the hilly areas of the Chongqing municipality,south-western China.To validate the effects of compensatory tillage on the terraced slopes,the tillage method of noncompensatory hoeing was conducted on a linear slope.To acquire information about 137 Cs inventories and soil texture,soil samples were collected by a core sampler with a 6.8-cm diameter at 5.0-m intervals along the toposequence and the linear slope in the dry season(March) of 2007.Meanwhile,a tillage erosion model was used for evaluating the spatial pattern of tillage erosion.The 137 Cs data showed that on the terraced slope,soil was lost from the upper slope,and soil deposition occurred at the toe slope positions on each terrace.As a result,abrupt changes in the 137 Cs inventories of soil were found over short distances between two sides of terrace boundaries.Results obtained from the tillage erosion model and the 137 Cs data indicate that soil redistribution mainly results from tillage erosion in the terraced landscape.Consecutive non-compensatory tillage caused soil redistribution on the linear slope,resulting in thin soil profile disappearing at the top and soil accumulating at the bottom positions of the linear slope.This result further validates that compensatory tillage could avoid the complete erosion of the thin soil layer at the summit position.Therefore,this traditional tillage.method,i.e.,compensatory tillage,has maintained the soil quality at the summit of the slope in the past decades. 相似文献

In order to reach the designated final water level of 175 m, there were three impoundment stages in the Three Gorges Reservoir, with water levels of 135 m, 156 m and 175 m. Baishuihe landslide in the Reservoir was chosen to analyze its displacement characteristics and displacement variability at the different stages. Based on monitoring data, the landslide displacement was mainly influenced by rainfall and drawdown of the reservoir water level. However, the magnitude of the rise and drawdown of the water level after the reservoir water level reached 175 m did not accelerate landslide displacement. The prediction of landslide displacement for active landslides is very important for landslide risk management. The time series of cumulative displacement was divided into a trend term and a periodic term using the Hodrick-Prescott (HP) filter method. The polynomial model was used to predict the trend term. The extreme learning machine (ELM) and least squares support vector machine (LS-SVM) were chosen to predict the periodic term. In the prediction model for the periodic term, input variables based on the effects of rainfall and reservoir water level in landslide displacement were selected using grey relational analysis. Based on the results, the prediction precision of ELM is better than that of LS-SVM for predicting landslide displacement. The method for predicting landslide displacement could be applied by relevant authorities in making landslide emergency plans in the future. 相似文献

After the impoundment of the Three Gorges Reservoir, some huge ancient landslides were reactivated and deformed, showing typical hydrodynamic pressure landslide characteristics. The Baishuihe landslide was a typical hydrodynamic pressure landslide. The management department conducted slope cutting treatments from 2018 to 2019. To evaluate the treatment effect of rear slope cutting, this study analyzed the data of the surface deformation survey and field monitoring over the past 20 years and the characteristics of the reservoir water-triggered Baishuihe landslide deformation, and calculated the seepage field, displacement field, and stability coefficient before and after landslide treatment. The results showed that the deformation of the Baishuihe landslide was primarily related to a decrease in the reservoir water level. Owing to the poor permeability of the landslide soil, the decrease in the reservoir water level produced a seepage force pointing to the outside of the landslide body, leading to the step deformation of the landslide displacement. Two relief surfaces that envelop the rock fall region in a part of Garhwal Himalayas around Chamoli have been identified. Relative relief and absolute relief have been analyzed and the enveloping surfaces recorded at two levels of relief in the landscape. All landslide activity lies within these surfaces. The lower enveloping surface (800 m) dips due south by 7-8 degrees,due to an elevation rise of 100 meters within 12 km from south to north,i.e.,a gradient of 8 percent. The nature of the surface is smooth. The upper enveloping surface (> 2500 m) is almost parallel to the lower one but its surface is undulatory due to landslides and denudation. The area has been a seismically active region and has undergone seismic activity up until recently,as evidenced by the Chamoli earthquake of 29th March 1999. The effects of earthquakes are seen at higher levels in the form of landslide imprints on the terrain. 相似文献

三峡库区大型-特大型滑坡发育,尤以层状岩质滑坡的危害性大。因库区各段地质条件差异使得滑坡成因模式各不相同,这影响了滑坡的运动形式和岩土体解体程度。在收集三峡库区51处典型的大型-特大型层状岩质滑坡调查资料基础上,根据堆积岩体结构和区段地质条件反推该段滑坡破坏成因模式,而不同成因模式下的滑坡坡体渗透性不同,分析已有滑坡对库水位变动存在的复活响应差异,据此得出以下结论:①在成因模式上,除顺层滑移型滑坡在库区中均有分布外,从库首至库尾随着岩层倾角的逐渐减缓,滑坡成因模式从崩塌型、反倾弯曲型逐渐过渡到平推式;②在坡体渗透性上,成因模式造成的岩体结构变化与坡体中的泥质含量共同作用,导致顺层滑移型滑坡前后缘渗透性存在较大差异;反倾型滑坡渗透性则整体变化较小;③在库水位变动影响下,不同坡体渗透性与滑面形态共同决定了滑坡的复活变形差异。 相似文献

结合略阳县城狮子山滑坡的治理,讨论了格构式锚杆框架结构治理松散堆积体滑坡设计的全过程。根据防治区的工程地质情况和相应的规范要求,确定了防治工程的安全等级。利用格构式锚杆框架结构所采用的小间距、小吨位锚杆及连续格构梁柱.从而使格构梁柱受力较均匀,适合松散堆积体滑坡治理的需要,即同时满足深层抗滑和浅层护坡。给出了坡面推力的计算模型和计算公式.对于格构式锚杆框架结构中的格构梁柱、锚杆和框架间面板也分别给出了相应的结构设计方法和公式.再就施工中应注意的事项给出了明确的建议和要求。 相似文献
