Understanding urban functions and their relationships with human activities has great implications for smart and sustainable urban development. In this study, we present a novel approach to uncovering urban functions by aggregating human activities inferred from mobile phone positioning and social media data. First, the homes and workplaces (of travelers) are estimated from mobile phone positioning data to annotate the activities conducted at these locations. The remaining activities (such as shopping, schooling, transportation, recreation and entertainment) are labeled using a hidden Markov model with social knowledge learned from social media check-in data over a lengthy period. By aggregating identified human activities, hourly urban functions are inferred, and the diurnal dynamics of those functions are revealed. An empirical analysis was conducted for the case of Shenzhen, China. The results indicate that the proposed approach can capture citywide dynamics of both human activities and urban functions. It also suggests that although many urban areas have been officially labeled with a single land-use type, they may provide different functions over time depending on the types and range of human activities. The study demonstrates that combining different data on human activities could yield an improved understanding of urban functions, which would benefit short-term urban decision-making and long-term urban policy making.  相似文献

北京市土地利用空间格局演化模拟及预测   总被引:5,自引:2,他引:3  
土地利用空间格局的演化模拟可定量地从空间尺度揭示区域土地利用变化的驱动因素,是厘清未来时期内土地变化的重要途径。基于CLUE-S模型,以北京市为研究案例,结合1985、2000和2010年三期土地利用数据,运用Logistic逐步回归方法识别了北京市各种土地利用类型演化的驱动因素,对北京市土地利用空间格局进行模拟。在此基础上,基于北京市社会经济发展、土地利用规划、资源禀赋及生态保护等不同情景,对北京市2020年土地利用空间分布格局进行模拟及预测。结果表明:①不同的时期内,驱动因子对不同土地利用类型的影响呈现差异性,其中交通因素及社会经济因素对土地利用类型的转化率影响较显著,坡度对各个土地利用类型的影响较大。②通过对2010年北京市土地利用变化的模拟结果来看,Kappa指数为87.03%,说明预测结果与实际土地利用情况有较好的一致性。③预测结果显示,北京市的城市发展均表现为继续向外扩展,且以东南、东北为主要扩展方向,但扩张的程度存在差异。  相似文献

Urban land use information plays an important role in urban management, government policy-making, and population activity monitoring. However, the accurate classification of urban functional zones is challenging due to the complexity of urban systems. Many studies have focused on urban land use classification by considering features that are extracted from either high spatial resolution (HSR) remote sensing images or social media data, but few studies consider both features due to the lack of available models. In our study, we propose a novel scene classification framework to identify dominant urban land use type at the level of traffic analysis zone by integrating probabilistic topic models and support vector machine. A land use word dictionary inside the framework was built by fusing natural–physical features from HSR images and socioeconomic semantic features from multisource social media data. In addition to comparing with manual interpretation data, we designed several experiments to test the land use classification accuracy of our proposed model with different combinations of previously acquired semantic features. The classification results (overall accuracy = 0.865, Kappa = 0.828) demonstrate the effectiveness of our strategy that blends features extracted from multisource geospatial data as semantic features to train the classification model. This method can be applied to help urban planners analyze fine urban structures and monitor urban land use changes, and additional data from multiple sources will be blended into this proposed framework in the future.  相似文献

城市土地利用变化模拟是优化土地资源配置的科学依据,提高其精细化程度和可靠性有助于准确把握城市用地发展趋势,对城市土地资源精准调控具有重要意义。基于宏观遥感分类的土地利用变化模拟,难以在街区尺度上揭示城市用地社会功能变化及精细化模拟中空间尺度效应来源和作用机理。本文联合遥感影像和POI数据识别出城市土地利用精细化特征,运用响应面法率定土地利用精细化模拟的最优空间尺度组合,在此基础上,利用CA-Markov模型开展了未来土地利用变化的精细化模拟。以武汉市中心城区为应用案例,研究结果表明:基于POI 的城市土地利用精细化识别方法,可以深度解析城市建设用地的社会功能,极大改善了传统基于遥感的土地覆被宏观解译效果;研究区土地利用变化元胞自动机精细化模拟的最优空间尺度组合是30 m元胞、7×7邻域以及冯诺依曼邻域类型,采用最优空间尺度组合能够提高土地利用变化精细化模拟的可靠性。响应面试验设计结果可有效识别精细化模拟过程中空间尺度效应的主要来源,并区分其对模拟精度的影响程度与正负效应;预计到2025年,研究区建设用地范围将继续向周边扩张,各类型用地之间互为交织,土地利用空间格局将呈更加破碎化趋势。  相似文献

Land use classification has benefited from the emerging big data, such as mobile phone records and taxi trajectories. Temporal activity variations derived from these data have been used to interpret and understand the land use of parcels from the perspective of social functions, complementing the outcome of traditional remote sensing methods. However, spatial interaction patterns between parcels, which could depict land uses from a perspective of connections, have rarely been examined and analysed. To leverage spatial interaction information contained in the above-mentioned massive data sets, we propose a novel unsupervised land use classification method with a new type of place signature. Based on the observation that spatial interaction patterns between places of two specific land uses are similar, the new place signature improves land use classification by trading off between aggregated temporal activity variations and detailed spatial interactions among places. The method is validated with a case study using taxi trip data from Shanghai.  相似文献

定量分析轨道交通对城市内部精细土地利用复杂变化影响的时空效应,对于预测未来新建站点对土地利用的影响以及规划方案的调整与优化具有重要的指导意义。本文提出结合历史高分遥感影像与POI数据获取多时间节点精细土地利用信息的方法,并以广州市二号和八号地铁线为例,结合逐步回归模型与站点用地功能分类,从时间和空间两个维度定量研究地铁对土地利用转变的复杂影响过程与空间差异规律。结果表明,轨道交通促使站点周边低密度居住用地向商业用地、高密度居住用地等高效益土地利用方式的转变;轨道交通在规划、建设、运营不同阶段对于周边土地利用的影响呈现显著的差异规律;地铁站点对土地利用变化影响规律具有明显的空间异质性特征,与站点在城市里的位置以及站点周边的土地利用有关,对城市中心区域的影响较小,对郊区的影响主要与可用的非建设用地面积相关,而工业用地对土地利用变化具有限制作用;轨道交通还带来用地功能和性质的转变,这样的转变大多发生在地铁站点开通运营的时间点。  相似文献

“统一用地分类,系统整合土地利用现状分类、城市用地分类,形成空间规划用地分类标准”是新时期国家推进空间规划和统一规划基础的重要任务之一。在梳理总结国内外土地利用分类体系演化特点和解析中国现行土地利用分类体系存在问题的基础上,结合空间规划和不同部门对用地分类的要求,通过历史继承、部门融合和综合集成,提出既希望服务空间规划、又能满足部门行业需求的基础性土地利用分类方案。研究表明:20世纪20年代以来国内外土地利用分类体系的演化进程大致以1960年和1985年为界分为前、中、后三个不同时期;中国现行的土地利用/覆被分类体系在分类方法、分类主体、分类层级、类型构成、类型命名以及适用的数据采集方式和精度等方面存在着巨大差异,不同体系的成果数据相互之间缺乏可比性;研究建立的空间规划土地利用分类方案由7个一级类型、27个二级类型、79个三级类型构成,与中国现行的分类体系相比,该分类除了在林地三级类型、建设用地部分三级类型吸纳了现行林地分类体系和城市用地分类体系中的合理成分外,对耕地的三级类型、园地的三级类型、草地的二级和三级类型、水域的二级类型等做了重大改进和调整。  相似文献

利用多期遥感数据,采用目视解译和人机交互计算机分类技术提取1984至2004年间龙口市海岸带土地利用信息,从土地利用总量变化、土地利用变化速度、土地利用类型之间的相互转化、土地利用类型变化的海岸区位效应等方面分析龙口市海岸带动态变化特点。研究结果表明,20年间龙口市海岸带一半以上的土地类型发生了变化,变化速度逐年增加,后期明显大于前期;转化方向上主要表现在耕地向园地的转化,其次是耕地、园地、林地向建设用地的转化;变化的区位特征是距海越近,海岸带特征地类的变化越明显,反之,距海越远,内陆土地利用变化的特点表现得越突出。  相似文献

针对山地城市复杂的城市地貌和下垫面类型,本文使用TM、DEM、ETM+等遥感影像资料,提取了重庆市土地利用覆盖类型;借助TM、MSS等遥感数据的红外波段,反演出1988年和2000年的地表温度。分析了重庆市近十年的土地覆盖变化及其对地表温度的影响,结果表明,在1988~2000年间,研究区土地覆盖变化明显,特别是城市土地覆盖面积有显著增加。土地覆盖类型的变化会改变地表温度的空间分布,尤其是城市土地的扩展会提高地表温度。对山地、丘陵、平坝、陡坡四种耕地的地表温度进行了深入分析与研究,结果表明:山地城市土地覆盖变化引起了植被覆盖度的变化,而植被覆盖度的变化又相应地影响了地表温度的变化,植被覆盖度每下降10%,地表温度上升0.49K。  相似文献

利用福州中心城区的社会调查、POI、道路网、用地性质等数据,在社区尺度探究城市建成环境对居民休闲型中高强度体力活动的影响。研究发现:低密度土地利用与体力活动时长呈正向关联,功能单一和邻近主干道则对体力活动起到抑制作用。体力活动目的地对不同人群具有差异化影响,体育用地和付费运动场所仅能促进中高阶层和中高收入者的体力活动,而周边公共运动设施的丰富程度更具普适性意义。通过纳入运动偏好和单独分析保障房、单位大院及房改房住户达到规避居住自选择的目的,证明上述建成环境特征对体力活动的影响是独立且稳健的。  相似文献

Knowledge on urban land-use change and its driving forces has vital significance in the practice of urban planning and management. However, the characteristics of historical, long-term changes and their quantitative relationships with the urban environment are still poorly understood. Based on multi-source data, including remote sensing imageries, large-scale topographic maps, historical maps, multi-temporal city maps, and other urban thematic maps, high-quality spatial information on urban land use in the built-up area of Changchun has been extracted for 1898, 1932, 1954, 1976, 1990, 2002, and 2012 by means of geographic information systems and remote sensing. We found that the land-use structure and spatial configuration has undergone tremendous alterations according to urban function in the 100-year history of Changchun city. The built-up area of Changchun expanded from 2.26 km2 in 1898 to 328.12 km2 in 2012, increasing about 144 times over the past century. Historically, the development of Changchun can be categorized into three stages: the initial forming stage, the old industrial development stage, and the modern metropolis development stage. Commercial and industrial land expanded rapidly following the founding of the People’s Republic of China in 1949, with an increase from 1.74 km2 in 1954 to 15.91 km2 in 2012, and from 16.45 km2 in 1954 to 107.05 km2 in 2012, respectively. Although there was substantial growth in residential land use (from 1.81 km2 in 1898 to 113.95 km2 in 2012), the area percentage of residential land decreased continuously (from 80.09% in 1898 to 34.73% in 2012). Moreover, it was noted that the spatial configuration and structural percentage for commercial, industrial, and residential lands and others had tremendous divergences at different stages. These divergences of land-use structure occurred between the stages and were associated with social regimes and the functional orientation of urban society across the 100 years of historical development. Socio-economics, population growth, and planning policies from specific stages, especially after 1949, had strong effects on the divergence of urban structure.  相似文献

遥感技术以其具有宏观、快速、准确、及时等特点为城市变化趋势分析提供了快速便捷的途径。选取郑州市1988年TM、2001年ETM+和2007年CBERS遥感数据,经过一系列数据预处理后,采用决策树分类算法,进行基于知识遥感分类及专题图的制作。对分类结果利用土地利用结构变化、动态变化率、转移矩阵等指标进行变化分析,分析结果揭示了不同时期城市扩张与植被、水体和农村居民点的变化关系,对于地区土地可持续利用具有重要参考作用。研究数据表明,20年来郑州市城市用地以年均8%的速度增长,植被减少25%,水体减少30%。  相似文献

以遥感数据为基础数据源,通过人机交互判读提取广西大化县1988-2006年土地利用类型数据,并分析该区土地利用变化过程及其驱动力。基于中国陆地生态系统单位面积生态服务价值,对各地类生态服务价值重新赋值,估算近18年来研究区生态服务价值变化过程。结果表明:研究区土地利用变化明显,园地、城乡建设用地、裸岩砾石地持续增加,水田、中覆盖荒草地持续减少,旱地、水域先增后减,有林地、灌木林地、低覆盖荒草地先减后增,土地利用变化有明显的区域差异。脆弱生态环境与生存型经济双重驱动、库区建设、移民安置、人口增长、经济发展及国家政策是导致区域人地关系变化的主要动因。研究区土地利用变化对生态服务功能产生了显著影响,生态系统服务价值经历了先增后减的变化过程。调控区域土地利用方式,加大对国家生态政策实施力度,合理控制城镇建设用地的发展,是喀斯特库区持续发展的有效途径。探讨喀斯特地貌单元中土地利用变化的敏感区县,寻找区域土地利用类型的组合,是促进红水河梯级电站喀斯特库区生态服务价值良性发展的关键。  相似文献

Beijing is facing a huge challenge to manage the growth of its built-up area whilst also retaining both productive arable land and land for conservation purposes in order to simultaneously realize the three aims of economic development,protecting arable land and generating environmental improvements. Meanwhile,London,as a world city with more than 200 years of industrialization and urbanization,has accumulated rich theoretical and practical experiences for land use planning in a major urban area,such as the creation of Garden Cities,a designated Green Belt and New Towns. This paper firstly analyzes the main characteristics of the spatial distribution of the built-up area,arable land and conservation land in Beijing. Then,some of the key aspects of urban fringe planning in the London region are examined. Lastly,several implications from the experience of London are provided with respect to land-use planning for Beijing,concentrating on a re-appraisal of land-use functions around Beijing,measures to improve the green belt,the development of small towns to house rural-urban migrants and urban overspill,and effective implementation of land-use planning.  相似文献

论文采用RS方法解析遥感影像,并结合镇(乡)级行政区划图,界定无锡市1979~2008年6个时段的城乡结合部范围,结果表明城乡结合部范围与同时期城市建成区大小及经济发展水平呈正相关。参照我国土地利用分类体系对提取的历年城乡结合部用地类型进行重新划分,运用GIS属性表的统计功能及景观生态学方法对重新划分的用地类型进行结构分析,结果表明城乡结合部建设用地比重随城乡结合部范围变化不断提高,耕地比重大幅度下降;除建设用地在1998年以后用地形态趋整,其他各类用地形态均趋于破碎化,反映出各种规划的力量更多体现在对建设用地的控制;耕地相邻边界长度变化表明城乡结合部范围内农业活动的主体地位被非农产业活动替代。  相似文献

地铁站点是城市各种社会经济活动的关键节点,不同类型的地铁站点在城市中的区域条件、交通功能、土地利用类型等方面均存在差异,科学的站点分类有助于了解城市功能分区及评价轨道交通基础设施建设状况。本文基于2013年3月份14天工作日地铁刷卡客流量数据,运用引入客流特征的时间序列聚类方法,对北京市195个地铁站点进行分类。研究表明:①地铁站点客流量存在时空差异,也是城市功能分区时空差异的表现之一。②通过引入客流特征的时间序列方法,将地铁站点分为居住导向型、就业导向型、职住错位型、错位偏居住型、错位偏就业型、混合型、综合型及其他型8种不同类型。③利用地铁站点客流量数据,是将空间行为和实体空间进行关联比较的有效途径。  相似文献

利用BP算法进行新疆MODIS数据土地利用分类研究   总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7  
土地利用信息获取已经成为遥感技术的重要应用领域之一。本研究以MODIS数据产品为信息源,用神经网络分类中的反向传播网络(BP)算法对新疆进行了土地利用分类研究。以新疆石河子为实验区,比较了BP算法与最大似然法的分类精度,前者的精度提高近10%。用BP算法对新疆全省进行了土地利用分类,统计分类结果各类别的面积和百分比,所得数据与相关部门公布数据非常接近。研究结果表明,250mMODIS数据对新疆地区的土地利用的类别信息获取比较实用:BP算法对中分辨率的MODIS数据能取得较高的分类精度。  相似文献
