The peculiar radial velocities ofHii regions in M33 varies with position angle in a manner that can be explained by an ellipsoidal distribution with minor axis in the direction of rotation. The amplitude of the variations, however, is too great as compared with theory or experience in the galaxy.

Die Indikatrix des Variationsproblems wird außer durch die Störungsdifferentialgleichung für die große Halbachse und die Exzentrizität durch einen Zusammenhang zwischen der Richtung des Impulsausstoßes und der exzentrischen Anomalie gegeben. Die Hamilton-Gleichungen einer Extremalen reduzieren sich dann auf eine Navigationsgleichung. Die restlichen Störungsgleichungen für die Perihellänge und die mittlere Länge der Epoche geben schließlich den sparsamsten zeitlichen Ablauf des Raketenausstoßes.

Sommaire L'analyse photométrique de la pénombre pendant 21 éclipses de 1921 à 1968 sur la base d'un matériau homogène d'observations revèle des anomalies explicables par la luminescence du sol lunaire excitée par les radiations UV-X solaires dont les sources se situent dans la basse couronne et au-dessus des plages K-3. L'influence de la haute atmosphère terrestre se manifeste au bord de l'ombre.
Photometric analysis of the penumbra during 21 eclipses between 1921 and 1968 based upon the homogeneous observational material reveals some anomalies which may be explained by the lunar luminescence excited by UV-X solar radiations whose sources are located in the low corona and above the K-3 plages. The influence of the terrestrial upper atmosphere is detectable on the border of the umbra.

Spectra of Nova Del 1967 have been obtained in the photographic infrared during the period March to November 1969. The gradient in the region 1.3–1.7 µ–1 has decreased from 3.06 in November 1968 to 2.57 in November 1969. The main spectral features occurring in the wavelength range 5800–9600 Å are described, while the profiles of some strong lines are displayed on Figures 2–6.

The steepening of the proton spectrum beyond 1000 GeV and the rise in inelastic cross sections between 20 and 600 GeV observed by the PROTON 1-2-3 satellite experiments may be explained by systematic effects of energy dependent albedo (back-scatter) from the calorimeter.
Résumé L'accroissement avec l'énergie de l'albedo dû au calorimètre peut expliquer l'augmentation de la pente du spectre primaire de protons au-delà de 1000 GeV et la croissance des sections efficaces inélastiques entre 20 et 600 GeV observés lors des expériences en satellite PROTON 1, 2 et 3.

The reductions of occultations show that it is necessary to densify the Atlas of Weimer which lacks profiles corresponding to a number of libration of the Moon.A method to measure automatically the lunar limb was presented. The profiles that were obtained are in very good agreement with Weimer's. This method will allow us to densify this Atlas, using already existing or new plates.

In star clusters and in galaxy clusters the exponentn of the generalized law of Schuster statistically decreases with increasing masses of the clusters or increasing numbersL of their members. In most casesn(gal. cl.) is smaller thann(st. cl.). It is confirmed, that in larger galaxy clusters the brighter members are somewhat more concentrated at the center than the fainter members.

According to the tangential method the productAR 0 is determined with 145.7 km s–1 from measurements of the line profiles of the 21-cm line of the neutral hydrogen by Weaver and Williams (1973). The recent individual measurements of Oort's constantA and of the distanceR 0 of the Sun from the galactic centre yields 138.5 km s–1. The mean value 142.1 kms–1 leads toA=14.56 km s–1 kpc–1 andR 0=9.76 kpc. At the galactocentric distanceR nearR 0 the angular velocity is represented by (R)=25.84–2.98 (R–9.76)+0.075 (R–9.76)2. The mass of the Galaxy amounts to 1-92×1011 .

L'influence de la haute atmosphère terrestre vers 25 km d'altitude se manifeste au bord de l'ombre.
Photometric analysis of the peripheric umbra during 20 eclipses between 1921 and 1968 based upon the homogeneous observational material reveals the existence of the lunar luminescence excited by solar corpuscular radiations. The influence of the terrestrial upper atmosphere at about 25 km height is detectable on the border of the umbra.

The mean velocities of the stars in 58 globular clusters are derived from the photometric measurements of Kron and Mayall (1960). The mass-visual brightness ratio is used. The velocities are falling in the interval 2.9v11.6 km s–1, their mean value is 6.75 km s–1.

Résumé L'intérêt de cet article est de montrer que des méthodes développées en Mécanique Céleste peuvent s'étendre à des domaines différents. Ainsi la méthode K.S, mise au point pour la régularisation de la collision Keplérienne, est ici appliquée pour rendre non dégénéré un Lagrangien dégénéré quelconque.
The aim of this paper is to show how methods of Celestial Mechanics can be applied to other problems. So the K-S method, about the regularization of the Keplerian collision, is here applied to degenerate Lagrangian in analytical mechanics.

Sommaire La discussion de l'éclipse du 16.IX.1978 basée sur la comparaison des mesures photométriques de l'ombre avec la théorie basée sur l'atmosphère terrestre (pure). Les différences de la densité observée et de la densité calculée sont partiellement dues à l'absorption dans la couche d'ozone, mais le reste doit être attribué à l'absorption dans le milieu situé au-dessus de la couche d'ozone.
The discussion of the eclipse 1978.IX.16 based on the comparison of the photometrical measurements of the shadow with the theory based on pure terrestrial atmosphere, is presented. The differences between the observed and computed density of the shadow are partly due to the absorption in the ozone layer, and the remainder can be attributed to the absorbing medium above the ozone layer.

An algorithm is given for normalizing conservative linear Hamiltonian systems. This one generalizes Siegel's method to the cases where the eigenvalues are multiple. We obtain by a canonical transformation a normal form of two blocks, one of which is the upper Jordan form, and the other, the lower Jordan form. We select real solutions from the solutions of these equations, and we apply the result to the restricted three body problem in the vicinity of the triangular points for Routh's critical mass ratio.
