本文依据26个天然水样品的氚同位素测试数据,分析了漳州盆地地下热水及其它天然水的氚值特征及其形成条件;利用“活塞模型”方法计算了漳州盆地地下水和地下热水的年龄;为弄清全盆地地下水的补给、迳流和排泄的总体格局和揭示地下热水的成因提供了依据。  相似文献

Groundwater of the southern Jornada del Muerto Basin, an intermontane basin structure associated with the Rio Grande rift located in south-central New Mexico, USA, was analyzed chemically and microbially. A microbial phospholipid fatty acids (PLFA) analysis revealed a sparse microbial population consisting of relatively simple microorganisms with no major population changes along the flow system. A nucleic acid (DNA) analysis of the groundwater resulted in the identification of ten eubacterial and one archeal species. Chemical analyses revealed that sulfate along with calcium, magnesium, iron, and manganese is removed by about an order of magnitude in concentration from the recharge area to the discharge area. The removal of iron, manganese, magnesium, and to some extent calcium can be explained by oxidation reactions and the precipitation of dolomite. Sulfate and additional calcium are most likely removed by the precipitation of gypsum. Thiobacillus spp. are oxidizing metal sulfides that occur as subsurface sulfide mineral deposits to sulfuric acid, which subsequently reacts with calcium carbonate and water to precipitate gypsum. The presence of these sulfide deposits exposed to oxygenated water in the deep groundwater flow system significantly alters its chemical and bacteriological composition. 地下水系统研究是正确评价和合理开发利用区域地下水资源的基础,也是区域地下水资源规划的重要依据。在对鄂尔多斯盆地白垩系岩相古地理和含水介质空间展布研究的基础上,应用区域地下水动力场、水文地球化学场和深井Packer系统所获得的不同深度的水位数据以及同位素资料,将白垩系地下水流系统概括为局部水流系统、中间水流系统和区域地下水流系统3种类型。以盆地中部的白于山地表分水岭为界,划分为南北2个地下水亚系统和5个分支系统,其中南部黄土高原地下水亚系统为典型的自流水盆地,而北部沙漠高原地下水亚系统则具有潜水盆地的特征。  相似文献

通过对昆明地热田深层基岩地下热水系统的地质、水文地质条件和开采现状的分析,建立了考虑温压变化和越流条件的岩溶热储层中地下热水的水流和溶质(污染物)运移的准三维非稳定流数学模型。对开采条件下地热田Ⅱ 块段地下热水系统中水位及F- 、Cl- 、NH+4 、SO2-4 浓度的模拟结果表明,所建立的模型合理、可靠,具有较高的仿真性。模型可预测不同条件下地热田地下热水的流场和溶质浓度的动态变化趋势,为防治地下热水环境的进一步恶化提供参考。   相似文献

广东三坑地热田位于吴川-四会深大断裂带的东北侧,三坑向斜岩溶盆地内。地下热水主要赋存于NE与NW向断裂构造及其交汇部位的岩溶裂隙发育带中。根据地热地质条件及水热对流系统分析,地下热水是在水热对流系统中由深循环高温构造裂隙水与浅循环8常温岩溶水混合而成。三坑地热田热水资源具有水温适中、水量丰富、水质良好、动态稳定等特点。开发潜力很大。  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to trace the groundwater flow system in the Nagaoka area using subsurface temperature distribution, stable isotopes and water quality. Temperature-depth profiles were measured four times in observation wells during the period 2000–2002. Water was sampled from both observation and pumping wells during the same period. A combination of tracers was used to conceptualize the groundwater flow system. The flow system appears to be divided into shallow, intermediate and deep systems. It is clear that land use, pumping and the infiltration rate are affecting the shallow flow system.An erratum to this article can be found at  相似文献

This paper provides a geologic and hydrologic framework of the Yucca Mountain region for the geochemical papers in this volume. The regional geologic units, which range in age from late Precambrian through Holocene, are briefly described. Yucca Mountain is composed of dominantly pyroclastic units that range in age from 11.4 to 15.2 Ma. The principal focus of study has been on the Paintbrush Group, which includes two major zoned and welded ash-flow tuffs separated by an important hydrogeologic unit referred to as the Paintbrush non-welded (PTn). The regional structural setting is currently one of extension, and the major local tectonic domains are presented together with a tectonic model that is consistent with the known structures at Yucca Mountain. Streamflow in this arid to semi-arid region occurs principally in intermittent or ephemeral channels. Near Yucca Mountain, the channels of Fortymile Wash and Amargosa River collect infrequent runoff from tributary basins, ultimately draining to Death Valley. Beneath the surface, large-scale interbasin flow of groundwater from one valley to another occurs commonly in the region. Regional groundwater flow beneath Yucca Mountain originates in the high mesas to the north and returns to the surface either in southern Amargosa Desert or in Death Valley, where it is consumed by evapotranspiration. The water table is very deep beneath the upland areas such as Yucca Mountain, where it is 500–750 m below the land surface, providing a large thickness of unsaturated rocks that are potentially suitable to host a nuclear-waste repository. The nature of unsaturated flow processes, which are important for assessing radionuclide migration, are inferred mainly from hydrochemical or isotopic evidence, from pneumatic tests of the fracture systems, and from the results of in situ experiments. Water seeping down through the unsaturated zone flows rapidly through fractures and more slowly through the pores of the rock matrix. Although capillary forces are expected to divert much of the flow around repository openings, some may drip onto waste packages, ultimately causing release of radionuclides, followed by transport down to the water table.  相似文献

漳州热田属对流型地热田,是我国东南沿海地区目前所见温度最高(90m深处121.5℃)的一个。温度场研究表明,热田中心区具有最高温度和最大的地温梯度,此乃漳州盆地的排泄区。在盆地补给区,由于岩体中的热量被冷的地下水“冲刷”带走,该区见到低地温和低的地温梯度。显然,漳州热田温度场与盆地地下水活动密切相关。在分析研究152个钻孔测温资料的基础上,本文着重讨论了地下水的垂向和水平运动对热田温度场的影响。  相似文献

西藏亚东—谷露裂谷中—北段的羊八井地热田是我国著名的高温地热田,研究其水热蚀变的时空演化有助于更好地认识藏南地热的发育特征。通过对羊八井地热田及其水热蚀变岩开展地表调查、显微特征与X衍射分析等工作,总结了其主要蚀变类型特征,划分出黄褐色蚀变中心带、灰白色中强蚀变带、灰白色中等蚀变带和浅灰白色弱蚀变带4个不同的水热蚀变带,并区分出红褐色—黄褐色蚀变期、灰白色蚀变期和淡黄色—灰色蚀变期共3期蚀变。研究结果揭示,羊八井地热田高温地热活动中心一直在北区硫磺沟区域,其水热蚀变活动主要受亚东—谷露裂谷内部的活动断裂构造控制,并与断裂构造活动具同步性;地热水的排泄方式早期为沿北东向断裂构造直接排泄,晚期为经浅层第四系径流后再排泄,由直接排泄向间接排泄转变;中高温地热水的排泄区由北区硫磺沟地区向南区藏布曲迁移。根据研究结果推断,硫磺沟区域的北东向断裂与北西向断裂交汇区可作为羊八井热田北区深部地热勘查的主要方向。  相似文献

黄河在山东境内属地上河,常年补给两侧地下水,是沿河地带地下水资源的重要组成部分.依据黄河聊城段东阿县境内的艾山侧渗断面1986~1994年地下水位资料,在分析水文地质条件和地下水流态的基础上,应用水均衡原理分析计算导水系数T,并通过同位素示踪试验得到了验证.利用达西公式计算单侧年侧渗量,建立艾山水位、年径流-侧渗量关系,并与应量平衡法和地下水非稳定流公式计算的成果作了对照分析.  相似文献

Karstic limestone formations in the West Mountain area are important water resources for Taiyuan City in Shanxi Province, northern China, which is also known for its large-scale coal mining production. In this study area, groundwater is not only exploited for water supply purposes but also drained because of coal mining. The process of coal mining changes both the quantity of the karst springs and the quality of karst groundwater system because of overexploitation and overdrainage. In this paper, the influence of coal mining on the groundwater is analyzed from a qualitative and quantitative perspective. The hydrochemical analysis results reflect the relationship of the recharge, runoff, and drainage; the features of the medium; and water-rock interactions. Based on a qualitative understanding of the geological deposition and characteristics of the groundwater flow system, three-dimensional groundwater flow models are established and applied to several scenarios to explore the quantitative influence and allow better protection of the groundwater environment and better utilization of water resources.  相似文献

漳州热田是我国东南沿海地区目前所见温度(121.5℃)最高的一个。热田地热地质、地球化学以及地温场的研究结果表明,漳州热田属于深循环对流型热田。为了计算热田的热水循环深度,本文采用管道模型的方法,利用热田中心钻孔的测温资料计算地下热水上涌的流速,利用热田内水化学资料计算热储温度,然后用图解法求出漳州热田热水的循环深度为3.4—4.0 km,为漳州热田的成因分析和热水资源的评价提供了依据。  相似文献

Studies on groundwater recharge are essential for sustainable exploitation of groundwater resources, especially in areas of extensive groundwater exploitation such as the Anyanghe River alluvial fan (ARAF) in the North China Plain (NCP). However, the recharge sources and processes and the contribution of each recharge flow component remain unclear. This study used hydrochemistry, stable isotopes, and tritium to investigate sources and underlying processes of groundwater recharge, along with the steady flow Mixing Cell Model (MCMsf) to quantify the proportion of each source flow for the shallow confined groundwater system in the medial fan. The results showed that groundwater mainly originates from precipitation occurring on the eastern Taihang Mountain area with average elevation estimated at 700–1,000 m above sea level during the East Asia summer monsoon period since 1952. Recharge mechanisms are: (1) river water seepage for the unconfined aquifers of the proximal and medial fan; (2) lateral flow for the confined aquifers of the medial and distal fan; and (3) precipitation infiltration for the phreatic water system. The MCMsf simulation showed that the shallow confined groundwater system in the central zone of the medial fan mainly recharged by the lateral flow from the proximal fan, a constant and considerable recharge flow from the southwestern and southern hills, and river water seepage in the medial fan; the lateral recharge flow from the Zhanghe alluvial aquifer was insignificant by comparison. The results of this study can act as a valuable reference for sustainable groundwater management in the ARAF.

According to the chemical composition of thermal water from Geothermal Well DR2010 located in the Weiyuan Geothermal Field of Huzhu County in Qinghai Province, the groundwater recharge, age and geothermal resource potential of the thermal water are discussed by using the methods of Langelier-Ludwig Diagram, isotopic hydrology and geochemical thermometric scale. The analysis results indicate that the Weiyuan Geothermal Field is located in the northern fringe of Xining Basin, where the geothermal water, compared with that located in the central area of Xining Basin, is characterized by greater water yield, shallower buried depth of thermal reservoir and easier exploitation. Due to its active exchange with the modern cold water, the thermal water here shows relatively younger age. These findings provide a hydro-geochemical evidence for the exploitation of Weiyuan Geothermal Field.  相似文献

雄安新区蓟县系雾迷山组热储层中具有丰富的中低温地热资源,研究其地热流体水文地球化学特征可分析地热资源的形成机制,对推动雄安新区深部地热资源有效开发利用具有重要意义.太行山区雾迷山组为基岩裸露区,雄安新区雾迷山组基底埋藏较深,两个系统的地热流体经历不同的水岩相互作用,导致水化学特征有一定差异.通过对保定以西太行山区-雄安新区共26组蓟县系雾迷山组地热流体样品的水化学及同位素数据进行分析,研究地热流体的补给来源及经历的深部地热循环过程.太行山区雾迷山组流体水化学类型以HCO3-Ca·Mg型为主,雄安新区以Cl·HCO3-Na型为主.地热流体均来源于大气降水,通过断裂、裂隙等通道入渗,在长距离运移过程中伴随有矿物的沉淀和溶解现象,水岩相互作用逐渐增强.深部热循环深度为2 880.26~4 143.42 m,均值为3 700 m,深部热储温度为160℃左右;地热流体在深部通过断裂上升过程中,由于传导冷却、冷水混入及深部热源通过结晶基底的热传导作用,在750~2 100 m的凸起处雾迷山组碳酸盐岩地层中封闭聚集形成热储层,热储平均温度为70℃左右,属于对流-传导型地热系统.   相似文献

巴丹吉林沙漠湖泊中的钙华和根状结核的存在证实这些沙丘和湖泊形成的时间约3万年,而且基本上没有发生大的改变。同位素和水化学研究结果证实湖泊水与祁连山深大断裂中的地下水有关,湖泊群正好位于阿尔金断裂东端,祁连山断裂与阿尔金断裂在玉门一带相交,祁连山断裂的地下水汇入阿尔金断裂后最终补到巴丹吉林沙漠的湖泊群中;而钙华与根状结核是地下水通过碳酸盐岩地层后形成的。   相似文献

利用3H法和CFCs法对河南平原第四系浅层地下水年龄进行计算,为河南平原浅层地下水可更新能力评价和水循环的研究提供依据。结果表明:2种方法计算出的年龄拟合误差较小(2 a),均可代表河南平原浅层地下水年龄。总体上,河南平原浅层地下水主要为近50 a以来补给的现代水。太行山、伏牛山、大别山山前地区以及开封西部的黄河两岸等地区浅层地下水年龄均小于30 a,并且顺着地下水流向年龄逐渐增大。从山前地区和黄河两岸至平原区,浅层地下水开采潜力逐渐减小。总体上:平原北部地下水系统地下水年龄较小,地下水循环交替较快;平原南部地下水系统次之;平原中部地下水系统地下水年龄最大,地下水循环交替最慢。  相似文献

Microbial biomineralization in submarine hydrothermal environments provides an insight into the formation of vent microfossils and the interactions between microbes, elements and minerals throughout the geological record. Here, we investigate microbial biomineralization of a deep-sea vent community in the Edmond vent field and provide ultrastructural evidence for the formation of microfossils and biogenic iron-rich minerals related to Archaea and Bacteria. Environmental scanning electron microscopy (ESEM) analysis shows that filamentous and spiral microbes are encrusted by a non-crystalline silica matrix and minor amounts of iron oxides. Examination by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) reveals acicular iron-rich particles and aggregates that occur either intracellularly or extracellularly. A culture-independent molecular phylogenetic analysis demonstrates a diverse range of Bacteria and Archaea, the majority of which are related to sulfur metabolism in the microbial mats. Both Archaea and Bacteria have undergone silicification, in a similar manner to microorganisms in some terrestrial hot springs and indicating that silicification may be driven by silica supersaturation and polymerization. Formation mechanisms of intracellular and extracellular iron oxides associated with microbes are discussed. These results enhance our understanding of microbial mineralization in extreme environments, which may be widespread in the Earth's modern and ancient hydrothermal vent fields.  相似文献

Discovery of high contents of methane gas in coals of the Mist Mountain Formation in the Elk River valley, southeastern British Columbia, Canada, has led to increased exploration activity for coal-seam gas (CSG). CSG production requires groundwater abstraction to depressurize the coal beds and to facilitate methane flow to the production wells. Groundwater abstraction will have hydrodynamic effects on the flow system, and an understanding of the groundwater flow system is needed to evaluate these effects. The purpose of this paper is to describe the groundwater flow system in the area by means of a groundwater flow model and interpretation of hydrochemical and isotopic analyses of groundwater and surface water. Groundwater flow for the Weary Creek exploration area is modeled in two vertical sections. The model domains, based on classic upland–lowland conceptual flow models, are approximately 10,000 m long and 4,000 m deep. Each consists of a fixed water-table boundary and no-flow boundaries along the traces of major faults. Steady-state groundwater flow is calibrated to hydraulic-head, streamflow, and groundwater-recharge data. Simulated steady-state velocity fields define regional and local flow components consistent with the conceptual model. The results are consistent with regional trends in δ2H, δ18O, tritium, and TDS, which define two distinct groundwater groups (A and B) and a third of intermediate composition. An active, shallow, local flow component (group A) is recharged in beds cropping out along subdued ridges; this component discharges as seeps along lower and mid-slope positions in the southern part of the study area. The waters are tritiated, relatively enriched in δ2H and δ18O, and have low TDS. A deeper regional flow component (group B), which originates at a higher altitude and which discharges to the Elk River valley bottom, is characterized by non-tritiated groundwater with relatively depleted δ2H and δ18O, and higher TDS. Groundwater contributes less than 10% of the total direct flow to the Elk River, as indicated by flow measurements and by the absence of group A and group B characteristics in the river water. Thus it is hypothesized that groundwater extraction during CSG production will have little impact on the river.
