采用醋酸丁酯萃取矿样中的微量金,结晶紫显色,分光光度法测定,ＰＨ１．８－２．５。紫色有机相的最大吸收波长为５９６ｎｍ,表观摩尔吸光系数为９．３＊１０＾３Ｌｍｏｌ＾－１．ｃｍ＾１,Ａｕ的质量浓度在０．１０－５．００μｇ／ｍｌ范围内符合比耳定律,样品中Ａｕ的含量０．４μｇ／ｍｌ时的方法精密度为４．００％,加标回收率为９３－１１０％。     

1988／1989年夏季南极长城海湾生态环境观测

自１９８８年１１月至１９８９年３月，对南极长城湾（６２°１３′Ｓ，５８°５７′Ｗ）中５个站位的水温、ｐＨ值、海水透明度、水下照度、水中和海冰中叶绿素含量、磷酸盐含量、亚硝酸盐和硝酸盐含量等理化要素，每月进行１至２次不定期的常规测定。在整个调查期间，海水温度变化范围在－１．６～２．２°Ｃ之间，ｐＨ值变化范围在８．０～９．１之间，海水中叶绿素ａ的变化范围在０．３０～１．４８ｍｇ／ｍ３之间，叶绿素ａ的最大值出现在１１月２６日５号站的表层水中，海冰中叶绿素ａ的含量远远高于海水中的含量，海冰中叶绿素ａ的变化范围在２．５５～５６．８４ｍｇ／ｍ３之间。磷酸盐含量变化范围在１．０２３～２．１８７μｇＰ／Ｌ，亚硝酸盐含量变化范围在０．０９３～０．１８６μｇＮ／Ｌ之间，硝酸盐含量变化范围在１３．３０８～２６．５８４μｇＮ／Ｌ之间。本文对以上结果作了初步探讨     

水合碱式硫到镁晶须材料的水热合成

本文研究了合碱式硫酸镁ＭｇＳＯ４·５Ｍｇ（ＯＨ）２·３Ｈ２Ｏ（以下称ＭＯＳ）晶须的水热合成。良好的晶须可通过ＭｇＳＯ４·７Ｈ２Ｏ和Ｍｇ（ＯＨ）２间的水热反应生成。文中研究了各种合成条件对合成过程和产物品质的影响。当反应体系在温度为１３０℃￣１７０℃、压力为３０４．０￣８１０．４ｋＰａ的条件下，合成出的晶须具有很高的纯度，产率达９０％以上，纤维长可达２００μｍ，纤维直径为０．８￣１．２μｍ。     

南极中山站近岸海冰生态学研究 Ⅱ．1992年冰下水柱浮游植物生物量的季节变化及其与环境因子的关系

自１９９２年４月１２日至１２月３０日对中山站附近内拉峡湾冰下水柱中浮游植物生物量以及环境因子的季节变化进行了测定。水中叶绿素ａ含量在０．０３－２１．４０ｍｇ／ｍ３之间波动，在覆冰期间，生物量基本上随深度的增加而下降；５－９月份各层次的生物量普遍低于０．５ｍｇ／ｍ３，８－９月份低于０．１ｍｇ／ｍ３。各层次中以水表含量的季节变化最为明显，成冰后在９月份形成低谷，于１２月中旬紧接着冰底水华的消失而形成单一峰值。生物量中微型浮游植物（＜２０μｍ）的比重在４－９月份的多数层次占有一半以上，１０月份后随着生物量的上升而下降，在水华期水表的比重最低，仅占总量的３．２％。其柱总生物量基本上与冰中生物量处于同一数量级，在冰藻水华期其量值甚至低于冰中生物量。营养盐（μｍｏｌ／Ｌ）的波动范围为ＰＯ４－Ｐ：０．３２－０．７９，ＳｉＯ３－Ｓｉ：２６．４７－６９．９２，ＮＯ３－Ｎ：１．４１－３１．７５，尽管水华期水表营养盐含量降至观测期间的最低点，但仍能满足冰下浮游植物的生长所需。光辐照度由于在冰水界面的量值仅为冰表入射光的不足５．３％至低于１％，成为水中产量最为可能的限制因子。     

海南省土壤中的硒

土壤中硒含量异常,通过食物链会影响人畜健康。化学分析结果表明,海南省土壤全硒量为０．０４３￣０．７８５ｍｇ／ｋｇ,平均０．２９５ｍｇ／ｋｍ;土壤水溶态硒含量为３．５０￣２０．５μｇ／ｋｇ,平均８．２５μｇ／ｋｇ,平均８．２５μｇ／ｋｇ。土壤硒的含量取决于母质、土壤形成因素和发展过程以及土壤性质等。土壤腐殖质、粘土矿物、铁的化合物等对硒有明显的吸附固定作用。土壤硒含量有明显的地理分异,东部湿润地区硒     

塔克拉玛干沙漠的起沙风速

起沙风速根据观测高度、风速时距以及流体或冲击起动性质分别确定。本文建立了塔克拉玛干沙漠腹地肖塘地区不同高度、不同时距的流体起动与冲击起动风速的相关方程。结果表明：该地天然沙的瞬时冲击起动风速（２ｍ高度）５．０ｍ／ｓ，流体起动风速６．０ｍ／ｓ；１分钟平均流体起动与冲击起动风速为５．２ｍ／ｓ和４．３ｍ／ｓ。气象站观测高度（１１．４ｍ）瞬时流体起动和冲击起动风速为７．８ｍ／ｓ和６．６ｍ／ｓ；１０分钟平均值为７．４ｍ／ｓ和５．９７（≈６．０）ｍ／ｓ。     

若尔盖RM孔有机碳、总氮和碳氮比值的垂直分布

分析了ＲＭ孔岩心样５９５个．孔内总有机碳含量ＴＯＣ变动范围较大，低者１—２％，高者１０—２０％；总氮含量ＴＮ多０．１—０．２％，少数０．４—０．８％；碳氮比值Ｃ／Ｎ较低（≤８）段属浅湖沉积，Ｃ／Ｎ较高（＞８）段属湖滨沼泽沉积；ＴＯＣ，ＴＮ和Ｃ／Ｎ明显有四个波动段．     

碱性液中锂的在线监测

设计了小流量流通池，制备了低阻锂离子选择电极，模拟在线监测核反应堆一回路含铵水质中的氢氧化锂，９：１体积比混合液样和ＰＨ５．５的Ａｘ１０＾－２ｍｏｌ／ＬＮＨ４Ａｃ－ＨＡｃ离子强度调节缓冲剂，泵入由聚醚三（二环己酰胺）ＰＶＣ膜锂电极和Ａｇ／ＡｇＣｌ参比电级构成的流通池，电位法测定，锂含量大于２×１０＾－５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ时，误差在５％以内。     

黄淮海平面原沙地不同治理利用措施下土壤性质的差异

延津站经过７－８ａ改造后,试区的０农业用地,果园地用,封育沙垄地较试区未封育裸露沙垄地,粉粒含量增加９－１６．６４倍,物理性粘粒含量增加１．１７－３．６７倍,土壤有机质含量增加８．４－１２．６倍,全Ｎ含量增加３．６－５．２５倍,全Ｐ含量增加１．５２－２．１９倍。     

南极拉斯曼丘陵湖泊水化学特征

本文介绍南极拉斯曼丘陵湖泊水化学特征。对１３个湖泊的调查和统计分析表明，湖水以Ｎａ＋和Ｃｌ－为主要优势离子，不含有ＣＯ３２－离子，营养物质（Ｎ、Ｐ、ＳｉＯ２）在湖水中普遍偏低，而且湖水和雪样无机氮组分均以ＮＨ４＋为主，水化学类型比较单一，都属氯化物Ｎａ＋型贫营养水体。Ｎａ＋、Ｃｌ－、ＳＯ４２－的高浓度，特别是Ｂｉｇ湖、莫愁湖和Ｈｅａｒｔ湖水中离子含量明显的高，指示拉斯曼丘陵地区的降水来源以海洋气团为主，并受海洋环境影响强烈。微量元素分布在０．０１～２．０μｇ／ｌ之间，接近于水圈这些元素的浓度值。
