应用MODIS卫星数据提取植被-温度-水分综合指数的研究

中分辨率成像光谱仪(MODIS)覆盖可见光、近红外和热红外的36个波段，其波谱分辨率高、信息量丰富。通过分析MODIS数据的波谱特性以及植被和土壤的反射波谱特征，选用可见光波段(0．66μm)、近红外波段(0．86μm、1．24μm)提取修正的土壤调整植被指数(MSAVI)和归一化植被水分指数(NDWI)；用两个热红外波段(8．6μm、11μm)反演植被冠层温度，并通过分析三者之间的耦合特征来提取反映植被水分状况的综合指标(VTWSI)。用实测的植被水分数据和模拟的叶片等效水分厚度数据验证所提取的VTWSI值，拟合结果表明呈显著正相关，说明所提取的VTWSI可有效反映植被的水分状况。该项研究探讨了一种直接从卫星遥感数据提取植被水分指标的新方法。为研究干旱、半干旱地区的区域缺水提供简便途径。

GF-5卫星高光谱影像数据质量评价与分析

目前遥感影像质量评价的指标与方法虽较为成熟,但尚未发现针对高分五号(GF-5)卫星AHSI影像数据质量评价及其可用性的全面研究。该文在分析高光谱影像质量评价方法的基础上,利用噪声标准差、清晰度和信息熵3个指标,对GF-5可见短波红外谱段的数据质量与可用性进行分析评价,结果表明:GF-5AHSI影像不同波段数据质量存在差异,影像信息主要集中在VNIR和SWIR第1-95波段内(受水汽影响的波段除外),SWIR中第43-50、96-112(1359.03~1418.17nm、1805.44~1940.15nm)共25个波段受水汽影响严重,不可用,第113-180(1948.57~2513.25nm)波段影像质量较差、噪声严重,阻碍了该波段的应用。研究结果可为GF-5AH-SI影像数据的处理与应用提供技术参考。     

基于支持向量机和Getis因子的高分辨率遥感图像分类

采用支持向量机对具有RGB 3个波段、分辨率为0.32 m的航空摄影图像进行实验,首次根据表示空间聚集程度的局部Getis因子完成分类。结果表明:1)当应用基于线性、多项式、径向基和Sigmoid 4种常用核函数的SVM进行分类时,基于径向基的SVM分类精度最高,总体精度超过91%。2)从原始图像计算出局部Getis因子,该指标可用于图像分类,且分类精度与局部Getis因子的步长有关;在步长小于变异函数变程的条件下,应用径向基SVM的总体分类精度达95.66%,高于直接使用原始图像RGB波段光谱信息的分类精度,因此局部Getis因子在高空间分辨率遥感图像分类中具有应用和研究价值。     

基于神经网络的超光谱热红外辐射传输模型快速算法

基于径向基函数(RBF)神经网络技术设计了一种新的超光谱热红外大气辐射传输模型快速算法,通过模拟实验,确定神经网络样本和输入输出数据,并对典型波段训练出相应的多层神经网络,用于快速计算超光谱热红外大气顶部辐射传输亮度.实验中分别训练了9 μm、10 μm和12μm波长处相应的神经网络,实验结果表明所建算法不仅具有较高的计算精度,而且每个波长对应亮温的计算速度比利用4A模型的计算速度最多可提高100倍以上,同时,在波段的选择上也具有更高的灵活性.     

不同空间分辨率影像的沼泽湿地分类研究(英文)

成功的生态系统的监测取决于准确的分类结果。本文试图对沼泽湿地的生态特征进行监测。遥感分类常被用于描述生态系统或土地覆盖的格局情况。不同空间分辨率的的遥感影像反映的景观类型,景观特征均存在差异。本文利用不同空间分辨率的遥感影像,对洪河自然保护区湿地生态系统在群落尺度上进行监测。洪河湿地自然保护区是典型的内陆原始沼泽湿地生态系统的保护地,以草本沼泽植被和水生植被为主。根据SPOT-5不同分辨率10 m×10 m、20 m×20 m、30 m×30 m的影像,以及30 m空间分辨率的Landsat TM影像,利用最大似然法(MLC)对洪河保护区进行分类。为了验证分类结果的精度,本文利用航空影像分类数据作为样本,对SPOT-5和TM分类结果进行KAPPA精度验证。由分类结果,得出以下结论:(1)分类结果验证数据对结果的影响很重要;(2)不同传感器的影像对地面生态系统的表达内容不一样,即使是处于相同的光谱波段,同一空间分辨率的情况下。分类结果不仅取决于生态系统类型的多样性和斑块形状,还取决于面积维数和斑块的聚合度。(3)洪河自然保护区核心区湿地保护最好,其次是缓冲区,最差的是实验区。实验区已经有大面积的湿地被人类开垦成农田,湿地生态系统已经退化的很严重。因此,对珍稀生态系统的保护应该与人类的活动区强制的隔离开,才能保护原始湿地生态系统多样性。     

基于改进植被指数土壤水分遥感反演

以渭-库绿洲为例,基于Landsat8 OLI遥感数据,考虑到短波红外特征与土壤水分有很好的关联,将短波红外波段引入可见光-近红外波段构成的传统植被指数中,旨在建立新的植被指数监测土壤水分。基于改进前后共8种植被指数,通过灰色关联分析（GRA）筛选出3种高关联度植被指数,再用偏最小二乘回归（PLSR）进行建模,然后用该模型对研究区土壤水分反演,并对其空间分布格局进一步分析。结果显示：（1）在传统植被指数的基础上引入信息量较大的短波红外,可大幅度降低植被指数间的VIF,消除其多重共线性。（2）通过GRA分析可知,改进后的植被指数与土壤水分之间的关联度均要高于传统植被指数。（3）通过GRA分析筛选出3种高关联度植被指数建立得到精度较高,稳定性较好的PLSR模型,并反演研究区土壤水分分布状况,土壤水分总体上至西向东,由北到南降低,然而土壤水分最小值主要分布在绿洲—荒漠交错带,使得交错带成为“生态裂谷”。研究表明：将短波红外波段引入到可见光-近红外植被指数中,建立的新植被指数可获得较好的土壤水分空间分布反演结果。     

Landsat 8 OLI影像新增特征对土地覆盖遥感分类的影响分析

本研究针对OLI影像在辐射分辨率、近红外波段和全色波段的光谱范围以及波段数量等方面进行的调整,与ETM+进行比较分析,探究其对土地覆盖遥感分类的影响。实验发现:1)辐射分辨率的提高有利于地类之间的区分,进而提高分类的总体精度;2)近红外波段范围的调整有利于识别水体边界,对分类总体精度影响不大;3)新增的深蓝波段可明显提高水体、不透水层的分类精度,进而提高总体分类精度,卷云波段的加入不利于地类之间的区分,降低分类精度;4)全色波段范围的收窄可明显提高林草地、耕地的分类精度,裸土的分类精度也有所提高,有利于区分植被与非植被信息。研究结果能够推广OLI影像的使用,并对应用OLI影像进行土地覆盖分类具有借鉴意义。     

腾冲县高光谱各波段间的相关性分析

为揭示高光谱遥感数据的信息量差异和相关性特征,对腾冲县北部机载高光谱遥感数据进行了统计分析和相关性分析。研究表明:在所有波段中,信息量最大的是波段24(2.217～2.249μm),其次是波段19(2.063～2.094μm),其组内相关系数均在0.93以上。相关系数的分布呈现两边高、中间低的特点,强相关系数(相关系数在0.9以上)出现的频率最高,为38%。针对强相关系数的谱间分布特征,在波段间隔为0时,其出现的频率最高,为20%。该研究对遥感波段的设计和选择具有应用价值。     

基于LBV数据变换方法的海岸带多光谱影像分类方法研究

在传统的海岸带多光谱影像分类方法的基础上,提出了运用LBV数据变换方法对海岸带多光谱影像进行地物分类识别的方法,通过图像数据变换能够分别提取出表示地物总辐射水平、可见光-近红外辐射平衡和表示波段辐射变化矢量(方向和速度)L、B、V的值.通过应用青岛海岸带TM多光谱影像,提取LBV变换图像并与原始假彩色合成图像比较,分别进行监督分类试验.运用LBV数据变换方法获得的图像信息量更丰富,地物类别更鲜明,有利于图像的目视解译,分类精度提高约3.12%.

Deserts and Aeolian Desertification in China: Book review and some thoughts

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.
