The solubility measurements of WO3 in NaCl-H2O system with 4.0% by weight salt were carried out to study the supercritical phenomena of solubility. These experiments were carried out using rapid-quench pressure vessels, with quantitative Na2WO4-2H2O, HCl, NaCl and H2O in Pt capsule to determine the solubility of WO3 from supersaturated solution. The pressure was kept at 34 MPa, which was near the critical pressure 31.4 MPa and the temperatures varied from 250°C to 550°C. The experimental results indicate that the solubility of WO3 has the features of supercritical phenomenon in critical region and is sensitive to the change of system temperature and solvent density. The temperature and pressure in this experiment are close to those of ore-forming fluids in many tungsten deposits, so the features of supercritical geofluids can be helpful to investigating the ore-forming mechanism of tungsten deposit.  相似文献

Cumulative absolute velocity (CAV) is an important ground motion intensity measure used in seismic hazard analysis. Based on the Next Generation Attenuation strong motion database, a simple ground‐motion prediction equation is proposed for the geometric mean of as‐recorded horizontal components of CAVs using mixed regression analysis. The proposed model employs only four parameters and has a simple functional form. Validation tests are conducted to compare the proposed model with the recently developed Campbell–Bozorgnia (CB10) model using subsets of the strong motion database, as well as several recent earthquakes that are not used in developing the model. It is found that the predictive capability of the proposed model is comparable with the CB10 model, which employs a complex functional form and more parameters. The study also corroborates previous findings that CAV has higher predictability than other intensity measures such as the peak ground acceleration. The high predictability of CAV warrants the use of the proposed simple model as an alternative in seismic hazard analysis. Copyright © 2012 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

First order removal rates for 15 polyaromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in soil, sediments and mangrove leaves were compared in relation to the parameters used in fate transport analyses (i.e., octanol–water partition coefficient, organic carbon–water partition coefficient, solubility, diffusivity in water, HOMO–LUMO gap, molecular size, molecular aspect ratio). The quantitative structure activity relationships (QSAR) and quantitative structure property relationships (QSPR) showed that the rate of disappearance of PAHs is correlated with their diffusivities in water as well as molecular volumes in different media. Strong correlations for the rate of disappearance of PAHs in sediments could not be obtained in relation to most of the parameters evaluated. The analyses showed that the QSAR and QSPR correlations developed for removal rates of PAHs in soils would not be adequate for sediments and plant tissues.  相似文献

海洋环境中天然气水合物的形成除了合适的温压条件外,还必须有充分的甲烷供给.本文介绍了甲烷-水体系的甲烷饱和溶解度、水合物体系中甲烷水合物溶解度计算方法.在气-液二相平衡甲烷饱和溶解度计算中,关键在于状态方程的选择和合适的混合规则的运用,Duan的计算模型在温度、压力和盐度变化上都具有很大的适用性,且易于应用.在含水合物的相平衡体系中,在已知组分和假定可能存在相的前提下,可利用模拟退火算法优化总吉布斯自由能,确定是二相还是三相体系,并求解甲烷水合物溶解度.在海水环境下盐的存在使平衡发生移动,利用德拜—休克尔理论或Pitzer电解质溶液理论校正盐度对于海水活度的影响,求解海水环境中甲烷水合物溶解度.基于气-液二相平衡理论的K-K方程,在临近水合物生成条件下实验或计算确定亨利常数等参数后,可计算三相平衡甲烷水合物溶解度,且简单易用.  相似文献

In this paper the problem of functional filtering of an autoregressive Hilbertian (ARH) process, affected by additive Hilbertian noise, is addressed when the functional parameters defining the ARH(p) equation are unknown. The maximum-likelihood estimation of such parameters is obtained from the implementation of an expectation-maximization algorithm. Specifically, a finite-dimensional matrix approximation of the state equation is considered from its diagonalization in terms of the spectral decomposition of the functional parameters involved (Principal-Oscillation-Pattern-based diagonalization). The Expectation step and maximization step are then computed from the forward Kalman filtering followed by a backward Kalman smoothing recursion in terms of the Fourier coefficients associated with such a decomposition.  相似文献

Results of studying Fe(III) hydrolysis and sorption of heavy metal compounds by organic matter of bottom sediments are discussed. The rate of Fe(III) hydrolysis is found to be largely determined by the concentration of dissolved organic substances. Values of kinetic parameters are obtained for heavy metal compounds sorption under static and dynamic conditions. Calculating the solubility of Fe, Cu, Cd, Zn, and Pb sulfides allowed the assessment of the amount of metals lost by bottom sediments due to the formation of metal complexes with dissolved organic substances contained in natural waters.  相似文献

为揭示青藏高原湿地浮游植物功能群时空分布特征与环境因子的关系,本文于2019年7月(丰水期)和2019年10月(枯水期)在麦地卡湿地调查浮游植物功能群组成和生物量,并运用Spearman相关性分析、冗余分析(RDA)和典范对应分析(CCA)等方法,对麦地卡湿地浮游植物功能群时空分布特征及其与环境因子的关系进行分析.结果表明:1)根据功能群分类方法,麦地卡湿地浮游植物可划分为27个功能群,分别为A、B、C、D、E、F、G、H1、J、K、LM、LO、M、MP、N、P、S1、S2、T、TB、TC、W1、W2、X1、X2、X3和Z;在时间维度上,丰水期有26个功能群,枯水期有23个功能群;在空间维度上,河流湿地有24个功能群,湖泊湿地有23个功能群,沼泽湿地有12个功能群.2)丰水期,以功能群A、D、LM、LO、MP、N、P、T、TB和X3为主,枯水期以功能群A、D、J、LM、LO、MP、N、P、T和TB为主,其中A和T功能群为2个水情期的共有绝对优势功能群,功能群J仅为枯水期的绝对优势功能群.3)生态状态指数(Q)范围为1.80~4.86,平均值为3.80,表明麦地卡湿地水质状态为“好”.4)相关性分析表明,浊度、CODCr、总磷和硝态氮与部分优势功能群生物量具有显著相关性;RDA分析表明,盐度和总氮是影响丰水期优势功能群生物量的主要环境因子.CCA分析表明,总氮和硝态氮是影响枯水期优势功能群生物量的主要环境因子.  相似文献

为了解青藏高原湖泊浮游植物功能群垂直分布特征与环境因子的关系,本文选取西藏东南部最大的高山冰川堰塞湖之一的巴松错为研究对象,于2017年11月(枯水期)和2018年9月(丰水期)在湖心利用挂锤式深水采样器进行浮游植物垂直分层采样,共设置7个断面,采集水样84个.应用浮游植物功能群、相关性分析、冗余分析(RDA)等方法,对巴松错浮游植物功能群垂直分布特征及其与环境因子的关系进行了研究.结果表明:1)巴松错水体稳定性强,水温有明显的分层现象,枯水期在30~60 m处形成温跃层,丰水期在1~15 m和30~60 m处形成双温跃层;2)巴松错浮游植物群落共鉴定7门76属242种,物种组成均表现为硅藻蓝藻绿藻型结构;3)根据浮游植物功能群分类方法,可划分为25个功能群,分别为A、B、C、D、E、F、G、H1、H2、J、L M、L O、M、MP、N、P、S1、S2、T、W1、W2、X1、X2、X3和Y,优势功能群从枯水期的MP、D、L O、P转变为丰水期的D、F、L O、MP、N、P,其中MP功能群为巴松错浮游植物群落绝对优势群;4)通过RDA表明,不同水情期浮游植物功能群垂直分布特征受环境因子影响差异较明显,整体上,pH、总氮和氨氮浓度是影响浮游植物功能群分布格局的主要环境因子.  相似文献

Comparison of groundwater quality data ten years apart and sampling of shallow level water and soil gas CO2 indicates that the groundwaters below Birmingham are becoming more acidic. Six potential causes are considered: (1) rise of water level into the carbonate-poor upper levels of the sandstone aquifer; (2) oxidation of the Quaternary deposits overlying the aquifer; (3) inorganic acid spills; (4) other acidic recharge; (5) oxidation of inorganic pollutants; (6) degradation of industrial organic pollutants. Chemical and hydrogeological data suggest that (3), (5) and (6) are dominant in different parts of the city. The rate of fall in pH of 0.6 units over ten years is worrying with regard to increased solubility of toxic metals.  相似文献

作为淡水水体的主要初级生产者,浮游植物群落对环境变化的响应十分迅速,因此被用来作为评估水体生态系统状况的指示性生物类群.如何利用浮游植物群落的种类组成信息,来解读其所响应的生态环境特征和变化,以及认识浮游群落结构变化的过程和驱动因素一直是淡水生态学研究的重要内容.根据生态位原理,生态学家们把生活习性和生存策略相似的浮游植物种类归于同一个"功能群",作为群落结构与响应分析的基本单元.浮游植物功能群已被广泛应用于各种淡水水体,功能群的分类和方法也得到了不断的改进和完善.应用较多的功能群划分系统有FG、MFG、MBFG和PFT.目前,我国浮游植物工作者也陆续开始采用浮游植物功能群来分析群落结构和反映水体环境特征,但常常会面临功能群划分上的困难.由于不同功能群划分方法存在较大差异,在使用上需要了解不同划分方法的原理和差别.本文综述了这4种功能群分类方法的特征和应用情况,并对它们的优劣进行了评价和对比,同时介绍了基于功能群的Q指数评价方法,为我国浮游植物群落水平上的相关研究和应用提供方便与参考.  相似文献

Humic acid plays an important role in the distribution of heavy metals in the environment. The aims of this study were conducted to evaluate the spectroscopic characteristics and aluminum (Al) adsorption of humic acids which were extracted from four composts. The functional groups were determined by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and solid‐state 13C nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (13C‐NMR). The results showed that the aromatic groups were all found in the humic acids of the four composts, and the surface of humic acids included carboxylic group, hydroxylic group, and amino group. The experiment of Al adsorption was described by Freundlich equation. It showed that the adsorption of Al by humic acid from compost of cattle manure was higher, but that from the compost of pig manure, lemon manure, tea manure in equal preparation was lower. The adsorptive behavior was different due to the interaction by functional groups ( OH and  COOH) with Al. These results can describe the fate and transportation of Al in the soil of different organic fertilizer.  相似文献

Five alternative regionalization approaches in two broad categories, named function‐free and functional approaches, have been proposed to predict periodic behaviours in the basic parameters of monthly stream flows throughout homogeneous regions defined. Function‐free and functional approaches rely on the standardized (or normalized) forms of raw and fitted values of the monthly periodic parameters considered. Homogeneous regions are identified based on these standardized/normalized parameters by means of the hierarchical clustering analysis. The proposed models are tested for two major river basins in south Turkey. It is concluded that the proposed regional models are very effective to estimate periodic behaviour of monthly flows. The functional approaches are quite plausible, and the function‐free approach needs much more parameters. Both types of regionalization approaches can be reliably used to get regional monthly flow estimates for the flow sections where monthly records are not available or too short. The dual geochemical character of paragenesis and fractionation between gold,arsenic and antimony in micro-disseminated gold deposits in southwestern Guizhou is discussed in terms of spatial distribution of independent deposits,lateral and vertical enrichment,mineralization stage and factor and correlation analyses.Thermodynamic calculations of solubility and speciation of gold and antimony minerals indicate that gold is transported in hydrothermal solution as Au(HS)-2 and antimony is mainly as Sb(OH)03 although HSb2S-4 may be of increasing importance in acid environment at low temperatures during the late stage of mineralization.Changes in physicochemical conditions hold the key to the association and fractionation between gold and antimony.Gold and antimony response differently to physicochemical variations because they are distinct from each other in soluble speciation and mineral solubility,leading to precipitation at different times and localities during hydrothermal evolution.  相似文献

Mobilization Potential of Hydrophobic Organic Compounds (HOCs) in Contaminated Soils and Waste Materials. Part II: Mobilization Potential of PAHs, PCBs, and Phenols by Natural Waters To evaluate the hazard potential of organic pollutants in a soil, the mobilization potential of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), and phenol derivatives in different waters was ascertained by elution experiments and compared to common elution procedures. Furthermore, dissolved organic matter from different sources was examined with regard to its influence on solubility. The results of the elutions pointed out that depending on the composition of the water sample, the leaching behaviour of the PAHs and PCBs is very different and is determined not only by the concentration of the dissolved organic carbon (DOC) but particularly by its quality. The separation of DOC-associated and “free” dissolved pollutants with the solid-phase extraction on C18-reversed phases revealed the responsibility of the sorption of the pollutants to the DOC for their solubility and mobilization. Moreover, an increase of association of pollutants to the DOC was observed with growing hydrophobicity corresponding to their octanol/water partition coefficient Kow. The comparison of the elutions showed that the exclusively used S4-elution (German standard DIN 38414 part 4) is not appropriate to evaluate the mobilization of hydrophobic organic pollutants realistically. The eluted PAHs (PCBs) of the S4-elution were exceeded in landfill leachate by a factor of 7 (7), in the pond water by a factor of 9 (15), and in the compost saturation extract even by a factor of 35 (56). In contrast, a realistic “worst-case” leaching could be simulated with a tensidic SDS-solution corresponding to an elution process evaluating the mobilization of organic pollutants. The DOC of real waters and surfactants has little influence on the mobilization of the comparatively polar phenols. Concerning a “worst-case” evaluation of mobilization, the S4-elution under alkaline conditions is doubtlessly useful for water-soluble phenols.  相似文献

The seafloor of central Eckernförde Bay is characterised by soft muddy sediments that contain free methane gas. Bubbles of free gas cause acoustic turbidity which is observed with acoustic remote sensing systems. Repeated surveys with subbottom profiler and side scan sonar revealed an annual period both of depth of the acoustic turbidity and backscatter strength. The effects are delayed by 3–4 months relative to the atmospheric temperature cycle. In addition, prominent pockmarks, partly related to gas seepage, were detected with the acoustic systems. In a direct approach gas concentrations were measured from cores using the gas chromatography technique. From different tests it is concluded that subsampling of a core should start at its base and should be completed as soon as possible, at least within 35 min after core recovery. Comparison of methane concentrations of summer and winter cores revealed no significant seasonal variation. Thus, it is concluded that the temperature and pressure influences upon solubility control the depth variability of acoustic turbidity which is observed with acoustic remote sensing systems. The delay relative to the atmospheric temperature cycle is caused by slow heat transfer through the water column. The atmospheric temperature cycle as ‘exiting function’ for variable gas solubility offers an opportunity for modelling and predicting the depth of the acoustic turbidity. In practice, however, small-scale variations of, e.g., salinity, or gas concentration profile in the sediment impose limits to predictions. In addition, oceanographic influences as mixing in the water column, variable water inflow, etc. are further complications that reduce the reliability of predictions.  相似文献

Metal ions bound to particulate matter represent the greatest portion (i.e. > 95%) of the total metal content found in leachate from reactor experiments where solid waste material was anaerobically digested. This seems true even though strong complexing agents are in solution which increase the solubility of Pb and Cu by a factor up to 104… 105 over that theoretically predicted according to the solubility of the corresponding sulfide mineral. A titrimetric characterization of the metal ion binding sites of the particulate matter suggests that the metal binding properties of the particulate matter are mainly due to organic, aminoacid-type compounds (amines. thio groups, carboxylic groups) probably of bacterial origin. The change of the concentration of the binding sites with time, together with the change of the composition of the particulate matter indicates that bacterial flocs are suspended in the leachate during the switch from acidogenic to methanogenic conditions — either due to the detachment of bacterial films from the solid material by the intensive gas production or due to the formation of syntrophic methanogenic bacterial associations or a combination of both. A combination of the two factors, strong affinity of bacterial mass to metal ions on the one hand, and suspending of the bacterial mass in the leachate on the other hand, will therefore imply a great mobilizing potential for trace metals. Consequently, the highest concentrations of particulate bound Cd were found in reactor experiments where sewage sludge contaminated with Cd was added to the waste material. An increase of the concentration of dissolved cadmium over the solubility of cadmium sulfide, however, could not be observed.  相似文献

This paper presents, within the performance‐based earthquake engineering framework, a comprehensive probabilistic seismic loss estimation method that accounts for main sources of uncertainty related to hazard, vulnerability, and loss. The loss assessment rigorously integrates multiple engineering demand parameters (maximum and residual inter‐story drift ratio and peak floor acceleration) with consideration of mainshock–aftershock sequences. A 4‐story non‐ductile reinforced concrete building located in Victoria, British Colombia, Canada, is considered as a case study. For 100 mainshock and mainshock–aftershock earthquake records, incremental dynamic analysis is performed, and the three engineering demand parameters are fitted with a probability distribution and corresponding dependence computed. Finally, with consideration of different demolition limit states, loss assessment is performed. From the results, it can be shown that when seismic vulnerability models are integrated with seismic hazard, the aftershock effects are relatively minor in terms of overall seismic loss (1–4% increase). Moreover, demolition limit state parameters, uncertainties of collapse fragility, and non‐collapse seismic demand prediction models have showed significant contribution to the loss assessment. The seismic loss curves for the reference case and for cases with the varied parameters can differ by as large as about 150%. Copyright © 2015 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献
