南麂岛邻近海域底栖生物群落结构分析   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
本文首次报道南麂岛邻近海域底栖生物的种类组成及数量分布规律,调查海域共获底栖生物199种,其中,多毛类占39%,软体动物占23%,种类组成上存在明显的季节演替现象。年平均生物量为45.04g/m2,秋季高于春季;平均密度为384个/m2,春季高于秋季,南麂岛西北面有一个高生物量区。本文还应用群落特征指数及多维调节(MDS)方法分析了底栖生物群落结构,探讨环境因子对群落结构的影响。结果表明,除了可分出代表该海域底栖生物群落的基本特征的沿岸区外,尚可再分出4个特殊的区域,各区有自己特有的优势种;各区的群落结构与水深有一定关系。  相似文献

Coastal lagoons can be characterised by strong environmental changes along the outer marine‐inner brackish gradient, which are reflected in the patterns of distribution of organisms and composition of assemblages. Close to the sea the assemblages are dominated by marine animals, while in the innermost confined areas, there would be estuarine taxa and organisms typical of organically‐enriched areas. During the last decades, human impact has been severe in these habitats and has often profoundly altered the distribution of animals and plants along the gradient. In this study we have analysed the distribution of macrofauna along the outer marine‐inner brackish gradient in five Italian lagoons, affected by severe human disturbance on the Adriatic, Tyrrhenian and Sardinian coasts. We aimed to measure changes in the composition of assemblages according to the distance from the sea, consistent among lagoons and time, after the occurrence of eutrophication, repeated distrophic crisis and other human interventions. We considered existing data from campaigns done during 1994, 1995 and 1999. We arranged different datasets according to the available data, in order to measure the spatial distribution of macrofauna genera with distance from the sea and through time. Analyses showed differences among assemblages related to the gradient. Nevertheless, the species characterizing the assemblages were all typical of organically‐enriched areas, which testified to an impoverishment of diversity and functioning of all these systems.  相似文献

Deep-sea benthic ecosystems are sustained largely by organic matter settling from the euphotic zone. These fluxes usually have a more or less well-defined seasonal component, often with two peaks, one in spring/early summer, the other later in the year. Long time-series datasets suggest that inter-annual variability in the intensity, timing and composition of flux maxima is normal. The settling material may form a deposit of “phytodetritus” on the deep-seafloor. These deposits, which are most common in temperate and high latitude regions, particularly the North Atlantic, evoke a response by the benthic biota. Much of our knowledge of these responses comes from a few time-series programmes, which suggest that the nature of the response varies in different oceanographic settings. In particular, there are contrasts between seasonal processes in oligotrophic, central oceanic areas and those along eutrophic continental margins. In the former, it is mainly “small organisms” (bacteria and protozoans) that respond to pulsed inputs. Initial responses are biochemical (e.g. secretion of bacterial exoenzymes) and any biomass increases are time lagged. Increased metabolic activity of small organisms probably leads to seasonal fluctuations in sediment community oxygen consumption, reported mainly in the North Pacific. Metazoan meiofauna are generally less responsive than protozoans (foraminifera), although seasonal increases in abundance and body size have been reported. Measurable population responses by macrofauna and megafauna are less common and confined largely to continental margins. In addition, seasonally synchronised reproduction and larval settlement occur in some larger animals, again mainly in continental margin settings. Although seasonal benthic responses to pulsed food inputs are apparently widespread on the ocean floor, they are not ubiquitous. Most deep-sea species are not seasonal breeders and there are probably large areas, particularly at abyssal depths, where biological process rates are fairly uniform over time. As with other aspects of deep-sea ecology, temporal processes cannot be encapsulated by a single paradigm. Further long time-series studies are needed to understand better the nature and extent of seasonality in deep-sea benthic ecosystems. 西门岛红树林区大型底栖动物的群落结构   总被引:20,自引:0,他引:20  
浙南乐清湾西门岛红树林区是中国红树林的最北分布地,为研究该区红树林与底栖动物的生态关系,于2004年5月和8月对红树林区大型底栖动物进行现场采样,共发现大型底栖动物42种,其中软体动物20种、甲壳类11种、多毛类5种、其它类6种。平均生物量和平均栖息密度分别为74.26g/m2和340个/m2,软体动物和其它类动物分别占总生物量的43%和39%,它们的栖息密度分别占动物总栖息密度的66%和30%。红树林区底栖动物的特征种为可口革囊星虫Phascolosomaesculenta,在中潮区其生物量和栖息密度分别高达84.33g/m2和304个/m2。该红树林区底栖动物群落结构的分析结果表明:底栖动物种类与红树林发育状况呈负相关、底栖动物生物量与红树林发育状况呈正相关,红树林主分布区(中潮区)底内群落结构较低潮区简单、生物量高、物种多样性低,而无红树林的低潮区则与之相反,生物量低、种间分布均匀、多样性高。多样性指数低潮区(2.44)>中潮区(1.21)>高潮区(1.0);均匀度指数为0.30~0.73,中潮区为最低。  相似文献

Multiscale variability of a macrobenthic community inhabiting fine sediments on the West African Equatorial margin was assessed during three cruises as part of the BIOZAIRE research program. Spatial scales ranged from 15 to 550 m (within station) and from 1000 to 7000 m (between stations). Principal Coordinates of Neighbour Matrices (PCNM) allowed the detection of multiscale patterns of variability within a location, while a binary coding of the sampling stations was used at broad spatial scales. Significant patterns were observed at 170 and >4000 m. The two spatial scales displayed similar biotic responses, with the Scaphopoda and Bivalvia having patterns that were opposite to the Pholoidae. A spatio-temporal patchwork of environmental variables might explain the observed patterns. Practically, these results emphasis the need to develop balanced and crossed designs among the sources of variation (geography, time, depths).  相似文献

Deployed for diverse purposes, artificial substrata can, theoretically, act as fish attractors or as fish producers. We tested these hypotheses by comparing fish assemblages on two artificial hard substrata, the Ca’ Roman and Sottomarina jetties, before (1994 and 2003) and after (2005 and 2006) the deployment of a new breakwater in the area. Our results support the fish production hypothesis. A remarkable increase in richness and abundance of sedentary species was observed on the extant substrata with the presence of the new barrier. More mobile species showed less definite trends. The net result has been a total increase in abundance and richness in the area. While fish assemblage showed important temporal variation in composition before deployment (Ca’ Roman, comparison between 1994 and 2003), clear trends of increasing abundance were concurrent with the presence of the new barrier. This increase in abundance, particularly of sedentary species, may be attributed to enhanced connectivity and/or an improvement in larval retention due to the changes in water circulation connected with the new breakwater, or to an increase in juveniles and/or adults promoted by changes in environmental conditions. Indeed, changes in benthic cover were recorded, with an increase of uncovered rock and the appearance of previously unrecorded algae after breakwater deployment.  相似文献

珠江口东南部海域大型底栖生物群落特征研究   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
根据2006年的3月和7月在珠江口东南部海域进行的大型底栖生物调查,初步鉴定出大型底栖生物共156种,其中多毛类种类最多(79种),其次是甲壳动物(37种)。7月(116种)比3月(92种)种类多。3月大型底栖生物平均生物量和平均密度分别为6.703g/m2和679.4ind/m2,7月分别为22.436g/m2和576.3ind/m2。大型底栖生物种类数、生物量、密度和多样性指数(H’和J’)在调查海区东南部相对较低。采用Bray-Curtis相似性系数聚类分析和多维排序尺度(MDS)分析了3月和7月大型底栖生物群落的相似性,认为相同季节各站大型底栖生物相似性系数较高,大型底栖生物群落季节性差异相对较大。大型底栖生物群落在40%相似性以上,3月和7月分别可以划分出2个和3个生物群落。3月大型底栖生物群落Ⅱ和7月群落Ⅰ受到中等程度的扰动,其它生物群落处于轻微扰动状态。大型底栖生物种类数、密度、种类均匀度和种类丰富度与水深和沉积物特征相关性显著。  相似文献

The fauna associated with sea-bed accumulations of decomposing Laminaria saccharina has been studied by year-round SCUBA diving at two sites in the Clyde Sea area. Seasonal changes in density of 64 species are reported. In the autumn, large quantities of kelp are detached by storms. This weed carries with it to the sea bed a large part of its normal fauna. Additional species settle onto the weed from the plankton whilst others migrate onto it from the surrounding sea bed. Peak densities of associated species were recorded in autumn. Litter bag experiments in situ showed that, except during the summer, weed is lost from sea-bed accumulations at a faster rate when macrofaunal animals are excluded. The macrofauna therefore inhibits decomposition. The relative importance of interactive cropping by three macrodetritivores, Psammechinus miliaris (Echinodermata), Platynereis dumerilii (Polychaeta) and Gammarus locusta (Amphipoda) was studied by in situ containment of different species combinations. The presence of Gammarus with Psammechinus resulted in less weed being lost than when Psammechinus was isolated. This is because Gammarus selectively crops rotting weed, retarding frond disintegration by microbes. Platynereis retards microbial colonization of frond tissues ruptured during its feeding by repeated cropping of the same region. Weed would decompose very rapidly were it not for macrofaunal cropping. Macroalgal decay thus differs profoundly from that of vascular plants.  相似文献

本文利用2008年8月在渤海23个站位采集的样品对大型底栖动物的丰度、生物量、群落结构及其与环境因子的关系进行了研究。共鉴定出大型底栖动物300种,主要类群包括环节动物多毛类、节肢动物甲壳类、软体动物、棘皮动物等。研究海域大型底栖动物的平均丰度为1 094.7ind/m2,平均生物量为11.78g/m2,其中丰度最高区位于辽东湾,最低区位于渤海湾;生物量最高区位于渤海中部,最低区出现在渤海海峡湾口处。依据丰度和生物量进行了CLUSTER聚类和MDS标序图分析,结果可将研究站位划分为6个站组,均与沉积物底质类型密切相关。所研究海域底质类型包括黏土质粉砂、砂、砂质粉砂、粉砂质砂、砂-粉砂-黏土5种。通过BIOENV分析,发现影响大型底栖动物群落结构和分布的主要环境因子有水深、黏土粉砂含量、脱镁叶绿酸含量、叶绿素含量等。与20世纪90年代历史数据的对比发现,本次研究大型底栖动物的物种数目明显减少,平均丰度也减少,特别是优势物种表现出了小型化趋势,传统的大型种类,如心形海胆、双壳类等,被小个体的多毛类和甲壳类所取代。本研究表明渤海近年来受人类活动影响,出现了不同程度的污染,导致大型底栖动物群落结构发生了变化。  相似文献

Field investigations were performed in a low-energy subtidal muddy sediment in Loch Creran, a sea-loch on the west coast of Scotland where the impact of Melinna palmata, a tube-building polychaete, on the meiofaunal community structure was assessed. This polychaete was found in high densities and forms prominent faecal casts on the sediment surface. Samples were retrieved from the casts, the feeding area of the polychaete and from an unaffected control area. The number of nematodes, the dominant taxon, did not vary significantly between areas. Of the five most abundant nematode species one was significantly more abundant in the cast area. Diversity and trophic structure of the nematode component of the meiofauna was very similar in all three areas. Copepods were more than twice as abundant in background sediments as in faecal mounds and feeding areas; however, Longipedia spp. were more abundant in the cast areas. For the copepods these findings support models which state that natural disturbances create a mosaic of patches that have different species compositions depending on their states of recovery.  相似文献

Surf zones are highly dynamic, physically stressful parts of sandy beach ecosystems. The high wave energy of surf zones has in the past severely hampered ecological surveys of these systems. Here we used a novel technique to collect fauna from this environment along the Dutch coast. A large vehicle in the form a tripod that drives along the sandy seafloor and supports a sampling platform 11 m above the water line can collect both infaunal (grabs) samples and pull beam trawls for epibenthos. The distribution and diversity of macrofauna were studied at different depths in the surf zone along the Dutch coast. Species diversity and abundance increased with increasing depth of the water column. This increase was especially noticeable on the seaward side of the outer breaker bar. Within the surf zone, in the trough between the two breaker bars, there were spots of high diversity and abundance of macrobenthic infauna. Moreover, the area is also important for epibenthic and fish species, like the commercially important flatfish sole. Spatial patterns of species richness and abundance across an onshore-offshore gradient from the beach to seawards of the breakers suggest the presence of faunal zonation in this environment. The high abundance recorded in troughs was primarily caused by patches of juvenile Sand mason Lanice conchilega. The management implications of these results are that we suggest to protect the surf zone, including the trough between the two breaker bars, as a potential area of high diversity and abundance and to reconsider the objectives of the EU-Habitat Directive and the Water Framework Directive for the coastal area.  相似文献

根据2003年8月至2004年5月间夏、秋、冬、春4个季度月,对位于胶州湾内女姑口潮间带的高潮带、中潮带和低潮带所设的3个站进行的大型底栖动物生态调查并分析所获得的资料,采用Shannon-Wiener指数(H′)、物种丰富度指数(D)和物种均匀度指数(J)以及Jaccard的群落种类相似性指数Ja分析该潮间带不同潮区大型底栖动物的物种多样性和群落种类组成的相似程度。结果表明,本次调查共采到大型底栖动物57种,其中软体动物24种,占42.11%;甲壳动物和多毛类各15种,占26.32%;鱼类2种,占3.51%;螠虫1种;女姑口潮间带高、中和低潮区生物种类和生物组成均差别较大,两两群落相似性系数也比较低;3个多样性指数H′,D,J的值大小顺序为低潮区>中潮区>高潮区;女姑口潮间带物种多样性指数季节性变化明显,H′和J为春季最高、冬季最低;D为秋季最高、春季最低。  相似文献

利用2003年8月至2004年5月(夏、秋、冬、春季)4个季度月在胶州湾辛岛潮间带的3个不同潮区的调查资料进行分析。结果共获得大型底栖动物43种,其中低潮区出现27种,中潮区和高潮区20种和19种,有6种属于3个潮区共有种。大型底栖动物总平均栖息密度为102.5个/m2,5月最高,为144.67个/m2,2月最低,为52.66个/m2;总平均生物量为60.01g/m2,11月最高,为102.99g/m2,2月最低,仅为11.87g/m2。本区大型底栖动物的栖息密度和生物量有明显的季节变化。  相似文献

基于2014年9月和2015年4月辽东湾西海岸潮间带10个断面3个潮区的调查数据,对12个优势种的生活型、生态位宽度和生态位重叠度进行了分析,结果表明:12个优势种分别隶属于3门4纲12科;面上生活类群和面下生活类群的比值GS/GSB表现为春季秋季;秀丽织纹螺、日本大眼蟹和丽核螺的生态位宽度较宽(2.171、2.170和2.169),猫爪牡蛎和短角双眼钩虾的生态位宽度较窄(0.637和0.173);生态位重叠较为显著的种类有四组,均是生态位宽度较宽的物种。以上结果也从一个侧面反映了底栖生物对季节和生境的适应情况,由于季节变化和生境不同,使物种生态位宽度值发生了变化,从而影响物种之间的生态位重叠值。  相似文献

根据2003年8月至2004年5月(夏、秋、冬、春季)4个季度月,对位于胶州湾内红石崖潮间带的高潮带(H1站)、中潮带(H2站)、和低潮带(H3站)所设的3个站进行了综合生态调查并分析所获的资料。结果表明,红石崖潮间带大型底栖动物的总平均栖息密度、总平均生物量和总种数分别为718.67个/m2、123.21g/m2和62种。平均密度、平均生物量和种数在高潮带分别是1765.5个/m2、342.53g/m2和12种;中潮带分别是248个/m2、11.31g/m2和35种;低潮带分别是142.5个/m2、15.74g/m2和44种。3个潮带的平均密度(D):大小顺序为DH1>DH2>DH3,平均生物量(B):BH1>BH3>BH2;种数(S):SH3>SH2>SH1。定性采集在3个潮区共采到大型底栖动物44种,其中有27种在定量采集中没采到,3个潮带共采到大型底栖动物89种。  相似文献
