苏北废黄河三角洲海岸侵蚀脆弱性评估

随着全球气候变化、海平面上升、人类活动加剧以及巨量泥沙来源断绝的影响,苏北废黄河三角洲海岸正面临前所未有的侵蚀灾害风险。本文基于研究区特点和脆弱性指数法(CVI),选取岸线变化速率、等深线变化速率、岸滩坡度、水下坡度、沉积动力环境、年平均含沙量、年平均高潮位、海岸利用类型、海岸开发适宜性等9个评估指标,采用层次分析法(AHP)确定各评估指标权重,结合遥感(RS)和地理信息系统(GIS)技术对废黄河三角洲海岸侵蚀脆弱性进行评估。结果表明废黄河三角洲整体表现为较高的侵蚀脆弱性,其中较高以上脆弱性超过50%,中度以上脆弱性超过75%。评估得出的海岸侵蚀脆弱性分布可为海岸带资源保护、防灾减灾、规划管理等提供重要的参考。     

土地利用/覆被变化对海岸环境演变影响的研究进展

土地利用/覆被变化是影响海岸带环境演变的一个重要方面。文章着重从土地利用/覆被变化对温室气体释放、入海物质通量、生物多样性影响以及海岸特有自然覆被的生态环境效应角度评述了土地利用/覆被变化对海岸环境演变影响研究的内容与进展。分析指出该领域未来研究将朝更宏观综合(全球环境影响)与更微观深入(环境生物地球化学过程)两个趋向发展。可持续土地利用评价与调整、海岸环境生物地球化学过程与模拟、海岸生物多样性保护和海岸带综合管理将成为未来研究的重点。     

珠江三角洲脆弱性研究进展

珠江三角洲是我国第二大河三角洲。随着全球变暖、海平面上升和人类活动的加强,珠江三角洲自然的固有脆弱性和人为的特殊脆弱性显著增强。自然的固有脆弱性包括基底沉降、新构造运动、地震、软土层、海平面变化、海水入侵、风暴潮与洪水等;人为的特殊脆弱性包括污染、过度采砂和抽水、人工填土及人工建筑等。通过对目前珠江三角洲各项脆弱性分散研究文献和资料的收集汇总,把珠江三角洲作为一个整体系统进行归纳分析研究。结果表明这些脆弱性的研究还存在初级定性描述、相互矛盾、缺乏整体性和系统性,监测-预警-应急机制不够完善。认为珠江三角洲脆弱性研究还应加强定量分析,采用新的方法和手段,重视各脆弱性之间的耦合作用及珠江三角洲脆弱性变化对人类社会经济发展的影响,重点研究珠江三角洲对脆弱性变化的自适应性。     

评估滨海湿地应对海平面上升的脆弱性的研究范式

滨海湿地是海陆交界的生态过渡带,也是对气候变化极为敏感的、脆弱的生态系统,海平面上升对全球滨海湿地构成了严重威胁.为了精确预测未来海平面加速上升背景下滨海湿地的变化趋势,有必要深入开展滨海湿地应对海平面上升的脆弱性评估研究.概述了评估滨海湿地应对海平面上升的脆弱性的研究范式,评估过程包括4个步骤:确定滨海湿地的高程资本...     

海南岛海岸带滨海湿地资源现状与保护对策

海南岛为海南省的主体,也是我国第二大岛,地理位置与地形独特,拥有丰富的海岸带滨海湿地类型与资源。近年来受到海平面上升、沿岸风暴潮灾害等自然因素以及旅游开发活动、港湾工程建设和围垦、养殖等人类活动共同作用,红树林、珊瑚礁以及砂质海岸等海岸带滨海湿地遭到大面积破坏,退化趋势明显。通过对海南岛海岸带滨海湿地类型、分布特征以及存在问题的深入分析,提出科学合理的保护对策。     

龙口市海岸带土地利用动态变化分析

利用多期遥感数据,采用目视解译和人机交互计算机分类技术提取1984至2004年间龙口市海岸带土地利用信息,从土地利用总量变化、土地利用变化速度、土地利用类型之间的相互转化、土地利用类型变化的海岸区位效应等方面分析龙口市海岸带动态变化特点。研究结果表明,20年间龙口市海岸带一半以上的土地类型发生了变化,变化速度逐年增加,后期明显大于前期;转化方向上主要表现在耕地向园地的转化,其次是耕地、园地、林地向建设用地的转化;变化的区位特征是距海越近,海岸带特征地类的变化越明显,反之,距海越远,内陆土地利用变化的特点表现得越突出。     

渤海西岸平原海平面上升危害性评估

本文按照ＩＰＣＣ第三工作组海岸管理小组拟定的国际共同研究大纲与方法，在对渤海西岸平原海平面上升的危害性进行评估时，应用ＴＭ遥感影像与地理信息系统，由土地利用类型、海岸蚀积动态叠加１─６ｍ等高线编制成环境地形图，再与地面形变图等辅助图件对照分析，预测海平面上升对环境和社会经济的危害。     

海平面上升对长江三角洲和苏北滨海平原海岸侵蚀的可能影响

本区海岸现有30％的岸段为侵蚀海岸,海平面上升将使海岸侵蚀加剧。海平面上升因素在海岸侵蚀诸因素中的比重较国外同类研究结论偏小,这与本区海岸的特殊演变原因有关。海平面上升通过潮流、波浪和风暴潮作用增强,海岸潮滩和湿地损失,岸滩消浪和抗冲能力减小等途径引起海岸侵蚀加剧。其结果是,侵蚀岸段扩大,淤涨岸段减少甚至转为侵蚀,潮间带宽度变窄,坡度加大,从而使沿岸海堤等挡潮工程的标准要相应提高。     

海平面上升对中国沿海重要工程设施与城市发展的可能影响

由于自然和人为双重因素作用，２１世纪前半期中国沿海平原地区相对海平面上升幅度可能达到全球平均值的２－３倍，由此将给沿海地区自然环境演变和社会经济发展带来一系列不利影响，本文分析了未来相对海平面上升５０ｃｍ对中国沿海重要的海岸防护、水利与港口码头工程以及城市供水、防洪与滨海旅游业的可能影响方式与程度。     

2000—2020年南非海岸带土地开发利用强度时空变化研究

以南非海岸带为研究区域，利用2000、2010和2020年3期TM、OLI遥感影像提取6类土地利用类型数据，基于土地利用转移矩阵、土地利用类型动态度及土地利用开发强度模型，分析了南非海岸带2000—2020年土地开发利用的结构、程度以及时空变化特征。结果表明（：1）研究期间南非海岸带土地利用类型变化方式主要以草地萎缩和林地扩张为主，其次是未利用地和建设用地扩张，最后是耕地和水体萎缩（；2）土地利用变化过程中，草地与林地相互转化、耕地与草地之间的相互转化是土地变化的主要类型；（3）南非海岸带土地利用开发强度呈现空间聚集状态，形成了以开普敦、伊丽莎白港、东伦敦和德班等为中心的高聚集地区。20年间，南非海岸带土地的开发利用强度整体变化不明显，但2010—2020年以来强度呈现下降的趋势。

Deserts and Aeolian Desertification in China: Book review and some thoughts

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.
