豫西地区的铝土矿中含有丰富的镓资源。由于对矿石中镓的赋存状态研究程度很低,使镓未能有效回收。通过对铝土矿石的扫描电镜观察、电子探针成分分析、X射线衍射分析,并且完成了在盐酸介质中浸取镓的条件实验,初步得出了元素镓在铝土矿石中的赋存形式主要为:以类质同象置换的形式存在于矿物晶格之中;部分以吸附的形式存在于粘土矿物微粒和铝、铁的氢氧化物表面。 相似文献

采用高压水热活化法对预先烧制的粉煤灰进行碱溶实验,探讨钙硅摩尔比、碱液浓度、液固比、苛性比、反应温度、反应时间等影响因素对于氧化铝溶出率的影响。考虑到氧化铝溶出率及反应成本等各方面因素,得出氧化铝溶出的适宜条件。结果表明:碱溶条件下,钙硅摩尔比为1.0,溶液碱浓度为350 g/L,液固比为10∶1,苛性比为14,反应温度280℃,活化时间为2 h。通过氧化铝溶出工艺条件的优化,可使氧化铝提取率达到95%以上。 相似文献

According to the chemical and mineral composition characteristics of the fly ash, alumina can be extracted from fly ash through the calcining method by using sodium carbonate and calcium carbonate additives. The effects on leaching rate of alumina have been investigated. The results showed that the fly ash can be activated effectively and the leaching rate of alumina can be improved to more than 92% through this method. The best process parameters were the ratio of raw materials, i.e. the material weight ratio of fly ash, calcium carbonate and sodium carbonate was 1.0:1.2:0.9. The activating temperature was 850℃-900℃, activating time was 3 h. This process has a potential application prospect and improves the value of comprehensive utilization of fly ash. 相似文献

Incubation experiments are carried out to study the exchange rates of dissolved inorganic nutrients including silicate, phosphate, ammonium, nitrite, and nitrate (vSiO3-Si, vPO4-P, vNH4-N, vNO2-N and vNO3-N) at the sediment-water interface in the Jiaozhou Bay. Major factors influencing the exchange rates are discussed in detail, which include the dissolved inorganic nutrient concentrations in porewater (Cpw), water and clay contents, and grain size of the sediments (CH2O, Cclay and GSsed). The results may provide insight into the dynamics of nutrient transport and the environmental capacity of nutrients in Jiaozhou Bay, and should be beneficial to solving the problems caused by excessive nutrient input this area. 相似文献

Little has been done in measurement and research of the flux of CH4 emission from paddy fields in Changchun area, Jilin Province, China before 1994. So the purpose of the study is to offer
available regional data of CH4 emission flux and to discuss the factors which affect CH4 emission from paddy fields. Experimental paddy fields are chosen using TM pictures respectively in Xinlicheng (43°49′N, 125°20′E)
of the Yitong River’s and in Wanchang (43°44′10″N, 125°53′11″E) of the Yinma River’s alluvial plain. The fluxes of CH4 emission from paddy fields are measured by the method of static chamber in Changchun area in 3 consecutive years. The research
results show that the peak of CH4 emission from paddy fields occurs during the booting stage. The mean fluxes of CH4 emission are 7.056 mg/m(2 · h) and 0.489 mg/(m2 · h) in the paddy fields of flood and discontinuous irrigation respectively. The contrastive study holds that climate condition,
the way of water management and fertilizer variation have significant influence on fluxes of CH4 emission from paddy fields. The difference of climatic conditions causes the interannual change of the flux of CH4 emission from paddy fields. In general, the flux of CH4 emission from paddy fields of flood irrigation is greater than that from paddy fields of discontinuous irrigation. To change
the way of water management perhaps in an available way to reduce CH4 emission flux from paddy fields.
