联合反演是综合地球物理研究的重要定量解释手段.本文在总结和分析重力与地震资料联合反演的研究现状基础上,利用改进的全局寻优的快速模拟退火算法,实现了重力和地震资料的约束同步联合反演.针对性地设计了密度和速度界面不完全一致的模型,理论模型的试验说明了方法的效果和适用性.结合最近完成的广东徐闻地区实际资料的处理和解释,表明该方法可准确确定复杂构造物性界面的密度和速度结构,在该地区的油气勘探中发挥了作用.在先验信息约束下,该联合反演方法要明显优于单独的重力反演.  相似文献

We present a novel approach for optimizing reservoir operation through fuzzy programming and a hybrid evolution algorithm, i.e. genetic algorithm (GA) with simulated annealing (SA). In the analysis, objectives and constraints of reservoir operation are transformed by fuzzy programming for searching the optimal degree of satisfaction. In the hybrid search procedure, the GA provides a global search and the SA algorithm provides local search. This approach was investigated to search the optimizing operation scheme of Shihmen Reservoir in Taiwan. Monthly inflow data for three years reflecting different hydrological conditions and a consecutive 10‐year period were used. Comparisons were made with the existing M‐5 reservoir operation rules. The results demonstrate that: (1) fuzzy programming could effectively formulate the reservoir operation scheme into degree of satisfaction α among the users and constraints; (2) the hybrid GA‐SA performed much better than the current M‐5 operating rules. Analysis also found the hybrid GA‐SA conducts parallel analyses that increase the probability of finding an optimal solution while reducing computation time for reservoir operation. Seismic detection of faults, dykes, potholes and iron-rich ultramafic pegmatitic bodies is of great importance to the platinum mining industry, as these structures affect safety and efficiency. The application of conventional seismic attributes (such as instantaneous amplitude, phase and frequency) in the hard-rock environment is more challenging than in soft-rock settings because the geology is often complex, reflections disrupted and the seismic energy strongly scattered. We have developed new seismic attributes that sharpen seismic reflections, enabling additional structural information to be extracted from hard-rock seismic data. The symmetry attribute is based on the invariance of an object with respect to transformations such as rotation and reflection; it is independent of the trace reflection amplitude, and hence a better indicator of the lateral continuity of thin and weak reflections. The reflection-continuity detector attribute is based on the Hilbert transform; it enhances the visibility of the peaks and troughs of the seismic traces, and hence the continuity of weak reflections. We demonstrate the effectiveness of these new seismic attributes by applying them to a legacy 3D seismic data set from the Bushveld Complex in South Africa. These seismic attributes show good detection of deep-seated thin (∼1.5 m thick) platinum ore bodies and their associated complex geological structures (faults, dykes, potholes and iron-rich ultramafic pegmatites). They provide a fast, cost-effective and efficient interpretation tool that, when coupled with horizon-based seismic attributes, can reveal structures not seen in conventional interpretations.  相似文献

A method is presented for optimal load dispatch in large-scale hydropower plants using a genetic algorithm integrated with simulated annealing. The genetic algorithm overcomes dependence on an initial value and provides parallel processing and fast convergence, whereas simulated annealing prevents prematurity and retrieving of the local instead of the global optimum. Thus, the integrated genetic-simulated annealing algorithm improves efficiency and robustness to obtain solutions close to the global optimum. We evaluated the proposed algorithm to determine the optimal load dispatch of 32 units of the Three Gorges Hydropower Plant in China. Test results show that the minimum water consumption obtained using the proposed algorithm is similar to the optimum obtained from a previously proposed “improved” genetic algorithm when the total load of the plant is relatively high. However, for reduced load, the proposed algorithm clearly outperforms the “improved” genetic algorithm.  相似文献

Toxic cyanobacteria have become a common nuisance in freshwater lakes and reservoirs throughout the world, sometimes resulting in the closure of sites with high amenity value. Cyanobacteria are able to regulate their buoyancy state in response to changing photosynthetic rates. Additionally, the cyanobacteria are liable to become entrained within wind-induced near-surface turbulent currents, resulting in mixing and mass transport. These movement processes have been modelled. A mathematical function is presented which describes light- and nutrient-limited cyanobacterial growth. The growth model is integrated with a previous movement model (SCUM: simulation of cyanobacterial underwater movement) as movement patterns and wind-induced lake mixing strongly affect the intensity and duration of light received by the cyanobacteria and thereby determine the photosynthetic potential. Results of the model suggest that cyanobacteria are resistant to periods of lake mixing and continue to increase their biomass, but at a depressed rate. Growth is most rapid under calm conditions. The results agree well with field-based findings, confirming the validity of the growth function.  相似文献

The application of a modified version of dynamic TOPMODEL for two subcatchments at Plynlimon, Wales is described. Conservative chemical mixing within mobile and immobile stores has been added to the hydrological model in an attempt to simulate observed stream chloride concentrations. The model was not fully able to simulate the observed behaviour, in particular the short‐ to medium‐term dynamics. One of the primary problems highlighted by the study was the representation of dry deposition and cloud‐droplet‐deposited chloride, which formed a significant part of the long‐term chloride mass budget. Equifinality of parameter sets inhibited the ability to determine the effective catchment mixing volumes and coefficients or the most likely partition between occult mass inputs and chloride mass inputs determined by catchment immobile‐store antecedent conditions. Some success was achieved, in as much as some aspects of the dynamic behaviour of the signal were satisfactorily simulated, although spectral analysis showed that the model could not fully reproduce the 1/f power spectra of observed stream chloride concentrations with its implications of a wide distribution of residence times for water in the catchment. Three dimensional seismic operation of Gorgan Plain was studied around a well, which is situated in North of Iran following the hitting of a thin overpressure gas layer (thickness of 9.6 m), with the purpose of the accurate modeling of geological structures and determining the approximate gas storages. The geological structures of the reservoir were modeled using the seismic attributes (coherence, instantaneous amplitude and spectral decomposition (FFT)). The obtained results clearly demonstrated the shape and volume of the existing structural traps in the studied area. In order to estimate the thickness of gas layer in the 3D seismic volume and determining the gas storage, the thickness changes based on the seismic amplitudes were used because its thickness was less than the critical resolution thickness for this layer. However, due to its low thickness, the lack of indicator peak in seismic sections and strong faults of area, it was difficult to pursue this layer in the seismic volume and map its exact amplitude. Considering this issue, a new method with integrating of seismic attributes was recommended. First, the instantaneous amplitude attribute of the thin reservoir layer reflector in computed synthetic seismogram were fabricated and then the frequency regarding the highest amount (dominant frequency) was chosen by Fourier Transform. Finally, spectral decomposition (FFT) with the resulting frequency was gained over the cross-section of the layer's instantaneous amplitude attribute in the 3D seismic volume choosing a proper time window. In such a situation, an increase of its thickness was seen as its amplitude increase and the minimum gas storage of this reservoir was calculated using the area of the restricted part of high thickness (over 9.6 m).  相似文献

Each volcano has its own unique seismic activity. The aim of this work is to construct a system able to classify seismic signals for the Villarrica volcano, one of the most active volcanoes in South America. Since seismic signals are the result of particular processes inside the volcano's structure, they can be used to forecast volcanic activity. This paper describes the different kinds of seismic signals recorded at the Villarrica volcano and their significance. Three kind of signals were considered as most representative of this volcano's activity: the long-period, the tremor, and the energetic tremor signals. A classifier is implemented to read the seismic registers at 30-second intervals, extract the most relevant features of each interval, and classify them into one of the three kinds of signals considered as most representative of this particular volcano. To do so, 1033 different kinds of 30-s signals were extracted and classified by a human expert. A feature extraction process was applied to obtain the main characteristics of each of them. This process was developed using criteria which have been shown by others to effectively classify seismic signals, based on the experience of a human expert. The classifier was implemented with a Multi-Layer Perceptron (MLP) artificial neural network whose architecture and training process were optimized by means of a genetic algorithm. This technique searched for the most adequate MLP configuration to improve the classification performance, optimizing the number of hidden neurons, the transfer functions of the neurons, and the training algorithm. The optimization process also performed a feature selection to reduce the number of signal features, optimizing the number of network inputs. The results show that the optimized classifier reaches more than 93% exactitude. identifying the signals of each kind. The amplitude of the signals is the most important feature for its classification, followed by its frequency content. The described methodology can be used to classify more seismic signals to improve the study of the activity of this volcano or to extend the study to other active volcanoes of the region.  相似文献

The determination of seismic attenuation (s) (dB/cm) is a challenging task in earthquake science. This article employs genetic programming (GP) and minimax probability machine regression (MPMR) for prediction of s. GP is developed based on genetic algorithm. MPMR maximizes the minimum probability of future predictions being within some bound of the true regression function. Porosity (n) (%), permeability (k) (millidarcy), grain size (d) (μm), and clay content (c) (%) have been considered as inputs of GP and MPMR. The output of GP and MPMR is s. The developed GP gives an equation for prediction of s. The results of GP and MPMR have been compared with the artificial neural network. Tidal circulation in the Cochin Estuary, a moderately polluted estuary along the southwest coast of India, was studied using a 2D hydrodynamic model. The predicted tides and currents showed very good agreement with measured tides. Particle trajectories and residual currents computed from the model have been used to classify the study region into three zones: northern estuary, central estuary, and southern estuary. The central estuary is dynamic, whereas the other two zones are relatively weak. An amplification of measured tides in the south estuary during March indicates the presence of standing waves caused by the hydraulic barrier at Thanneermukkom. Model results suggest that the northern and southern zones are sensitive to environmental pollution. The present level of pollution in the northern estuary is due to the direct release of industrial effluents into the river Periyar, which can be minimized if they are brought down to central estuary for disposal. The concept of different zones in the estuary will be useful to planners in protecting the vulnerable regions of this productive ecosystem from human interventions.  相似文献

本文利用龙格库塔法求解球坐标系下微分方程组, 基于自重、可压缩和连续分层地球模型研究地震引起的地球变形, 优化相关算法.首先对传统的两次同向积分法进行调整, 对微分方程的齐次部分进行两次相向积分, 分别由地心向上积分至震源和由地表向下积分至震源.接着利用震源间断条件求解震源上方和震源下方通解的组合系数, 得到微分方程组的解矢量.基于该积分方法可以避免高阶微分方程组求解中精度丢失的问题.接着与均质地球模型下微分方程组解析解的比较, 发现自重效应对走滑震源低阶求解结果的影响较大, 对垂直引张震源变形解y4的影响超过100阶.最后比较了均质地球模型和层状地球模型下高阶求解结果, 发现两者的比值趋于稳定, 当均质地球模型参数设置为震源所在层参数时, 并且变形深度和震源处于模型同一层, 两种地球模型下高阶变形解的比值趋于1.基于该发现, 结合均质地球模型下渐近解, 可解决实际分层地球模型下震源附近地震变形发散的问题.

在松辽盆地深层发现了含气火成岩储层。由于火成岩矿物组成复杂和含量的变化,使得选择用于测井评价的解释参数很困难。基于IUGS提出的QAPF分类方案,本文提出了采用遗传算法,利用测井数据确定火成岩矿物含量的方法。根据QAPF分类方案,将火成岩中的矿物分为五类:Q-石英;A-碱性长石;P-斜长石和方柱石;F-副长石(研究区未出现);M-铁镁矿物。本文提出用包括孔隙度在内的QAPM模型对储层进行分析。建立密度、视中子孔隙度、声波时差、自然伽玛和体积光电吸收截面指数的测井响应方程,各矿物参数从斯伦贝谢的矿物参数手册中得到。用遗传算法计算骨架中四种矿物的体积,根据四种矿物的体积含量,依据QAPF分类对火成岩命名。基于解释参数计算的孔隙度可与岩心分析的孔隙度相比,本文给出的火成岩命名与岩心化学分析的命名相一致。  相似文献

Summary An algorithm for the optimum distribution of any number of regional seismic stations is formulated. The information needed from a given region is the relative distribution of seismic intensity and the travel times of seismic waves used in earthquake location procedure. To define the optimum distribution of a regional network, some generalization of D-planning (minimization of the ellipsoid volume of earthquake location errors) was applied. The D-optimum criterion is generalized for a case where equations describing the process are nonlinear and when the most probable values of the sought parameters (origin time and earthquake focus coordinates) are not known.As an example of the algorithm application, the optimum distribution of seismic stations in the central district of the Lublin Coal Basin in Poland is given.  相似文献

A sensitivity study of elastic parameters in amplitude-variation-with-slowness (AVS) for small- and large-offset seismic data is presented. In order to handle the non-linearity associated with waveform or amplitude beyond the critical slowness, an inversion algorithm based on Bayes' theory is used. A genetic algorithm was used to obtain the a posteriori probability density (PPD) function. The sensitivity analysis is performed on synthetic data containing P-wave as well as converted S-wave reflections. Four different two-layer models, which represent the typical range of AVS responses associated with the gas-sands normally encountered in exploration, were used to examine how well the elastic parameters can be inverted for different parametrizations by comparing the PPD functions. The sensitivity study results suggest that including wide-angle data in the inversion can greatly enhance the quality of inversion. The converted S-wave reflections can provide valuable extra information that can be used to extract elastic parameters. The results with noisy data demonstrate that the contrast of density and three velocity ratios can be estimated robustly with wide-angle reflection data.  相似文献

This paper presents a method for velocity analysis in tilted transversely isotropic (TTI) media by combining CDP mapping with a genetic algorithm. CDP mapping is a velocity analysis method for determining anisotropic velocity but has difficulties due to the following factors: (i) it involves a non-linear and multimodal objective function; (ii) it is prohibitively expensive in the evaluation of candidate solutions, which often involves the calculation of images in the depth domain; (iii) there is often a very large parameter space. Recognizing the global and multimodal nature of the problem, a genetic algorithm is employed to search for the optimal velocity model. The efficiency of the method contributes to two critical processes: rapid model evaluation, achieved by generating CDP mapping only in the neighbourhood of specific reflectors, and fast computation, based on Fermat's principle, of the CDP points and traveltimes in TTI media. The method produces subsurface structure images in the depth domain, and can also solve for Thomsen's anisotropic parameters (ɛ and δ), the vertical velocity and the dip of the symmetry axis in the model space, simultaneously.  相似文献

Silicic peralkaline volcanic rocks of the afar depression (Ethiopia)   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Three main types of recent volcanism may be distinguished in the Afar Depression: 1) oceanic volcanism of the axial ranges; 2) volcanism along the margins where an attenuated sialic crust probably occurs; 3) mainly fissural volcanism of Central-Southern Afar, with associated central volcanoes, similar as a whole to the volcanism of the Ethiopian Rift Valley. Peralkaline silicic volcanic rocks are found in all the three groups but showing some different characteristics which seem related to their geological location and which probably reflect different sources. Moreover emplacement of peralkaline granitic bodies, associated with volcanics of the same composition, marks the first stage of formation of the Afar Depression, in the Early Miocene. Axial Ranges: Erta’Ale and Boina volcanic ranges indicate that peralkaline rocks are the final liquids produced by fractionation of basalt in shallow magma chambers of central volcanoes. The parental magma is a transitional type of basalt with a mildly alkalic affinity, which fractionated under lowpH2O-pO2 conditions. Transition to peralkaline liquids is realized without passing a «true» trachytic (low silica) stage. The first peralkaline liquid is a low silica comendite and evidence exists that «plagioclase effect» was active in determining the first peralkalinity. Within the peralkaline field a fractionation mainly controlled by alkali feldspar progressively increases the peralkalinity and silica oversaturation of residual liquids (transition from comendites to pantellerites). The most peralkaline pantellerites of Boina are produced by fractionation of an alkali feldspar of constant composition (Ab65–68 Or35–32) suggesting that these liquids lie on a «low temperature zone» of the peralkaline oversaturated system. Marginal Units: On the borders of the depression peralkaline silicics are found in volcanic massifs mainly made of metaluminous silicic products. Petrology and geochemistry suggest a complex origin. Crystal fractionation, contamination with sialic crust and chemical changes related to a volatile rich phase, all these processes probably played a role in the genesis of these peralkaline silicic rocks. Central-Southern Afar Fissural Volcanism: Mildly alkaline basalts are associated with peralkaline and metaluminous silicics; intermediate rocks are very scanty. Fractionation from deep seated magmatic bodies with selective eruptivity and partial melting at depth of associated basalts or of a common source material are possible genetic mechanisms.  相似文献

通过研究译码软、硬判决实现理论,比较在GMSK系统中两种判决对误码率的差别,在Simulink中设计基于GMSK调制方式、卷积编码、软判决与硬判决译码相对比的通信仿真系统,分析不同信噪比对误码率的影响.仿真结果证明了所建立系统的正确性,说明使用GMSK调制方式,在误码率为10-3 -10-2区间内,使用软判决要比硬判决译码提升信噪比约3 dB.因此,数传电台采用Viterbi译码是保证地震信号传输质量的有效方法.  相似文献

In recent years (1970–72 and 1982–84) two inflation episodes took place in the Campi Flegrei caldera (Italy), characterized by significant ground uplift and gravity variations. An elastic half-space model with vertical density stratification is employed to compute the displacement field and the gravity variations produced by the deformation of buried layers, following the inflation of a spherically symmetric deformation source. Contributions to gravity variations are produced by dilation/contraction of the medium, by the displacements of density interfaces (the free surface and subsurface layers) and of source boundaries and, possibly, by new mass input from remote distances into the source volume. Three cases were examined in detail: In case I, the magma chamber is identified as the deformation source and volume and pressure increase in the magma chamber is due to input of new magma from remote distances; in case II deformation is due to magma differentiation within the magma chamber (deformation source with constant mass); in case III the geothermal system is identified as the deformation source and a pressure increase, possibly driven by the exsolution of high temperature and high pressure volatiles in the magma chamber, is assumed to play a dominant role. From the comparison between measured and computed gravity residuals (free-air-corrected gravity variations) we can assess that, in case I, an inflation source with constant density would predict gravity residuals compatible with observations, whereas an expansion at constant mass (case II) would predict gravity residuals much lower than observed. The resolving power of gravity data however prevents accurate assessment of the density of the emplaced material. In case III, the pervasive density increase of the geothermal fluids induced by pressure increase is assumed to be the main source of gravity variations. The average porosity value required for this model to match both the ground deformation and the gravity residuals is found to be ˜10%, a value which is compatible with measured porosity values at Campi Flegrei in deep wells. The subsidence phases following both inflation episodes and the gravity residuals during subsidence lead us to consider case III as more plausible, even if a suitable combination of cases I and III cannot be discarded.  相似文献
