A Computational Method for Estimating the Demand of Retail Stores on a Street Network and its Implementation in GIS 总被引:9,自引:0,他引:9
This paper describes a computational method for estimating the demand of retail stores on a street network using GIS. First, the 'network Huff model' is formulated on a network with the shortest-path distance as an extension of the ordinary Huff model (which assumes a continuous plane with Euclidean distance). Second, using this model, a formula for estimating the demand is derived. This estimation formula is similar to that with the ordinary Huff model, but it has an advantage in that the formula exactly computes the demand on a network. Third, a practical method for computing the formula is developed. Finally, a method of implementing this computational method in a GIS environment is shown. 相似文献

燃气管网及附属设施的统计分析,离不开行政区界数据,目前市区级的行政区界可通过网络地图获取,但街道级的行政区界数据大多数的网络地图并不提供。由于城市的快速发展,行政区范围在不断调整变化中,如果能获取时效性较高的街道级行政区界,会给燃气行业的科学管理带来较大的帮助。结合我公司现有纸质规划图,通过图像增强、去噪及图像分类技术提取市区及街道级行政区界数据,建立街道级燃气管网及附属设施的GIS数据库,运用克里金插值研究燃气低压管网的分布,探索GIS在燃气管网预测性分析方面的应用,为构建智慧燃气信息管理体系,提供了一种较好的解决方案。 相似文献

基于人文地理学、城市地理学理论,运用历史文献和统计分析方法,运用GIS,并参阅呼和浩特市地名志、呼和浩特市新城区志等资料,对近百年来的呼和浩特市街道信息变迁进行分析。研究结果表明,近百年呼和浩特市街道数量明显增多;新建街道主要向东南方向扩展;街道名称的变化反映了不同时期的社会背景。 相似文献

Many social phenomena have a spatio‐temporal dimension and involve dynamic decisions made by individuals. In the past, researchers have often turned to geographic information systems (GIS) to model these interactions. Although GIS provide a powerful tool for examining the spatial aspects of these interactions, they are unable to model the dynamic, individual‐level interactions across time and space. In an attempt to address these issues, some researchers have begun to use simulation models. But these models rely on artificial landscapes that do not take into account the environment in which humans move and interact. This research presents the methodology for ‘situating’ simulation through the use of a new modeling tool, Agent Analyst, which integrates agent‐based modeling (ABM) and GIS. Three versions of a model of street robbery are presented to illustrate the importance of using ‘real’ data to inform agent activity spaces and movement. The successful implementation of this model demonstrates that: (1) agents can move along existing street networks; (2) land use patterns can be used to realistically distribute agent's homes and activities across a city; and (3) the incidence and pattern of street robberies is significantly different when ‘real’ data are used. 相似文献

This paper examines the use of multi‐agent simulations (MAS) to model the petrol market. The development of a purely agent based model for petrol prices is presented. Failings within this model are discussed and an alternative strategy for controlling the price of each petrol station based on population of customers is considered. Individual level modelling of customers is too computationally intensive; therefore a spatial interaction model was used to estimate the sales and linked to the agent system to create a hybrid model. To evaluate how effective this hybrid model was, a comparison was made with an existing data set of real petrol prices collected over a two month period. This was achieved both statistically and visually with the use of a Geographical Information System (GIS). Experimentation revealed that the hybrid model outperformed the agent model. Investigation into the behaviour and sensitivity of the system (for example, how prices diffuse spatially) was undertaken by means of idealised simulations. 相似文献

现有的大多数管网信息系统仅仅局限于管网信息管理或者是管网信息服务,同时管网的三维可视化能力较弱。为了实现管网信息的综合管理和服务,作者提出一个基于C/S与B/S相结合的供水管网管理与服务的计算机应用解决方案,该方案以组件式G IS实现管网信息管理,以W ebG IS实现管网信息服务,同时基于Java3D实现管网信息的三维浏览和信息查询,实现了管网信息的综合管理和服务。本文以某园区供水管网管理与服务系统的建设为例,对系统的结构与功能,数据库设计、空间数据组织以及系统开发与集成模式等方面进行了探讨。该系统从应用角度为城市地下管网的管理和服务提供了一个可行的解决方案。 相似文献

This article presents a novel open source toolbox for street network comparison based on the Sextante geoprocessing framework for the open source Geographic Information System Quantum GIS (QGIS). In the spirit of open science, the toolbox enables researchers worldwide to assess the quality of street networks such as OpenStreetMap (OSM) by calculating key performance indicators commonly used in street network comparison studies. Additionally, we suggest two new performance indicators for turn restriction and one‐way street comparisons specifically aimed at testing street network quality for routing. We demonstrate the use of this toolbox by comparing OSM and the official Austrian reference graph “Graph Integration Platform” (GIP) in the greater Vienna region. 相似文献
