Generalizing Poisson Regression: Including Apriori Information Using the Method of Offsets*

In a recent note in The Professional Geographer, Lovett and Flowerdew (1989) introduce the analysis of count data using Poisson regression. Concern here rests with generalizing their discussion to show how a priori information may be included into models that incorporate dependent variables enumerated as counts. These models can be calibrated using the OFFSET command in GLIM. The paper concludes with a brief discussion of the applicability of the method of offsets to other problems in spatial analysis.

该文将空间统计分析与GIS相结合,探讨天水市人口空间分布模式。研究表明,天水市人口空间分布呈现“西北-东南”模式,存在显著的空间集聚现象,四种类型的空间关联在空间分布上具有明显的规律性。利用空间统计分析方法能够扩展和加强GIS的空间分析功能,从而更深入地探索、分析、处理和解释人口分布的空间模式与空间关联,为进一步研究空间模式的发生尺度和塑造该模式的空间过程奠定基础。

基于GIS的滑坡危险性逻辑回归评价研究

该文针对地质灾害研究中的核心问题——灾害危险性评价,以万州滑坡地质灾害为例,将滑坡风险评价中的各种因子归一化处理后转换成相同分辨率的定量数据,根据特定模型进行运算,得到风险评价图,利用逻辑回归分析法,进行滑坡地质灾害危险性评价。以解决过去地质灾害危险性评价中效率低、精度差、费时费力等问题,实现滑坡地质灾害的信息化、科学化。     

河口河槽季节性冲淤变化及其对河流来水来沙响应的统计分析——以长江口南槽为例

利用长江口南槽1989年12个月的实测地形图和大通站相应的水沙资料,采用GIS技术和数理统计技术分析了南槽的地形变化与河流来水来沙的关系。结果表明:南槽水深与大通站各月平均流量、输沙率和含沙量之间有明显的相关性,说明河口冲淤对流域水沙变化有敏感响应;河槽的响应具有1~1.5月的滞后性。     

中国国家自然地图集Internet版的设计和研制

本文系统阐述了国家自然地图集Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ版的设计和研制过程中的若干问题,包括系统的概念设计、系统开发中的ＷｅｂＧＩＳ技术和策略,系统的主要功能和特色,以及系统维护和更新方案等。本系统从概念设计来看分为服务器端软件模块、浏览器端软件模块、国家自然地图集数据库支持等几个部分。系统开发中采取的ＷｅｂＧＩＳ技术和策略有:兼顾服务器端和客户端的综合型ＷｅｂＧＩＳ策略,基于Ｊａｖａ Ａｐｐｌｅｔ的 ＷｅｂＧＩＳ浏览器开发技术,基于Ｍａｐ Ｏｂｊｅｃｔ(ＭＯ)的ＷｅｂＧＩＳ服务器开发技术等３个方面。在系统的主要功能特色方面,本文从以下５个方面进行了论述:科学有序的内容结构、清晰精练并带导航的界面、富有特色的信息查询功能、多重表达的地图可视化效果、一定的空间信息分析和制图功能。在系统维护和更新方案上,本文从网络技术、数据更新、功能开发３个方面介绍了计划,并对今后的发展趋势进行了展望。     

基于GIS的长江三峡库区滑坡影响因子分析

利用GIS技术和统计方法,对三峡库区选定的研究区域(面积4539km2)滑坡空间分布和地形、地质等滑坡内部因子之间相关性进行统计计算。在建立地质、地形数据库等滑坡因子空间数据库和滑坡空间分布数据库(数据比例尺均为1∶10000)基础上,从地形数据库提取25m分辨率DEM,再派生出高程、高差、坡度、坡向、平面曲率、剖面曲率等地形影响因子;从地质数据库提取地层和岩性组合影响因子。将各个定性的因子按一定规则进行重分类、转换为25m分辨率的栅格数据格式,在GIS中进行地图代数运算、统计计算滑坡和各影响因子相关性。结果表明,滑坡分布和Q4、J1x,J1z、S岩性岩组;90m以下、90～135m和135～175m三个高程带;15～20m局部高差;10°～25°坡度;北、南和西北方向及-1～1曲率范围等影响因子相关性等级都大于1,为滑坡发生的主要影响因子类属。研究的结果是进行滑坡易发性评价的基础,可以指导库区滑坡灾害管理、土地利用等。     

湖南省山区范围划分初探

山地和山区范围的界定是山区数据库建设和数字山地战略实施的基础。该文在GIS空间分析和数理统计分析技术的支持下,选取高程、道路密度、林草地比例、耕地比例、人口密度和GDP 6个因子,通过构建基于栅格单元的边缘生长模型,计算非山地的栅格单元被划分为山区的概率,并设定一个阈值以区分山区和非山区,在湖南省山地范围的基础上探讨其山区范围的划分。计算得到湖南省山区面积占总面积的64.52%,相对于山地面积增长了43.47%,且将原本孤立的山地连接成片,山区更具连续性和完整性。
