使用探索性空间分析技术,对首都圈制造业空间分布及其变化的地域与行业特征进行了研究,并建立空间计量模型重点分析了中心城市的空间溢出效应对产业空间格局变化的影响。2001-2009 年,多数制造业空间集聚程度表现出不断地加强的趋势,而且分行业的发展热点区在空间上有变化和迁移的现象,总体上工业发展表现出由中心向外围扩散的趋势,临近中心城市的外围郊县区成为工业集聚与发展的热点地区。中心城市发展对区域内的空间溢出效应是推动首都圈产业空间分布变化的重要因素。北京、天津两个中心城市对外围地区产业发展具有一定的空间溢出效应,但这种影响也因产业特征与中心城市产业结构及发展阶段的差异而有所不同。北京整体的发展环境相对有利于对资本、技术、人才需求较高的科技、资本密集型产业,北京本身这类产业的发展会袭夺外围地区的生产要素,引致负面的回流效应;而天津还处于工业化后期阶段,无论是经济总量增长还是分行业的发展对外围地区的空间作用并不具有明显的一致性。  相似文献

全球化成为近来影响空间研究的一个热门议题,甚至成为城市-区域研究的一个新世纪的讨论方向.从20世纪90年代以后,随着资本主义经济结构的变迁与全球市场供需失调的发展,伴随着经济、金融、服务业和通信设施等的集中化,使得全球化的现象反映在一个空间聚集的"全球"都市层级中.作者将试图透过全球化议题所产生在中国都市和区域空间的发展面向,提出一个新的观察与假设,作为对未来中国"都市与区域研究"的一个建议.文中从现有的全球化与空间研究着手,对未来在全球化所进行的研究主题提出初步的响应和可能的讨论,包括:世界城市、都市化、城市-区域的形构、跨国空间的联结、都市空间结构的转换、区域不均衡和社会极化等.  相似文献

北京市健身俱乐部多尺度空间格局   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
城市健身俱乐部是现代城市游憩空间中的新事物。利用点格局识别和探索性数据分析方法,借助GIS和地统计分析等软件,分析北京市健身俱乐部空间格局特征。最邻近距离系数和样方分析表明,健身俱乐部在全局尺度上存在明显空间聚集,但在行政分区和交通线路分割的单元中,则表现出聚集、随机和离散分布的不同空间格局。1~5km共5个尺度格网单元统计分析进一步验证了健身俱乐部空间格局具有显著尺度效应。样本密度、最邻近距离系数、Moran’s I系数分析发现,样本密度和最邻近距离系数均呈现明显的空间分异和空间自相关,其中2km、3km尺度反映的微观形态特征最为显著。证明全局尺度并非分析健身俱乐部空间格局的唯一和最好尺度,部分微观单元上空间格局将更明显,格局特征也可能会与全局尺度相反。因此多类型、多尺度统计单元能够更全面地反映点要素分布的规律。多尺度空间格局研究,为准确描述城市游憩空间中的点要素空间格局特征,提供了新的研究思路和具体实证。  相似文献

随着信息技术的快速发展,信息产业已成为世界经济中发展最迅速、规模最大的产业。台湾地区北部的信息产业是全球信息产业链的重要节点,在全球信息技术市场中起到重要的作用。在全球化的影响下,地方性的产业和空间组织形态也在重构之中。本文对台北都市区信息产业自1960年代的产业发展和空间组织进行了梳理和归纳。经过起步萌芽期、发展转型期到现在的多元成熟期,台北都市区信息产业顺利实现了产品升级和产业转型。在空间组织上形成产业发展走廊,参与到全球化的网络分工体系中。研究发现,以产品升级带动产业转型,以产业分工重塑产业空间组织,是台北都市区信息产业发展的主线。政府一方面出台政策力促产业做大做强,另一方面也在产业空间上进行指导和规划。  相似文献

伴随着消费文化的蔓延以及城市空间的拓展,乡村空间功能形态、组织关系和运行逻辑的都市消费化转型趋势日益显著。本文在厘清乡村空间都市消费化转型概念内涵的基础上,搭建了中国乡村空间都市消费化转型的分析框架及其与乡村振兴的衔接逻辑,并以典型乡村为例剖析其空间转型过程及振兴机制。主要结论如下:(1)乡村空间都市消费化转型是在全球化、城镇化和消费化背景下,乡村空间从侧重物质生产功能转向侧重非物质生产和消费功能的过程,表现为城市元素注入与消费倾向加深,包括物质空间的消费化与商品化、空间主体的多元化与现代化、外部资本运作与文化介入、空间组织的制度化与市场化。(2)中国乡村空间的都市消费化转型与乡村振兴的衔接逻辑体现在物质空间再造与乡村产业转型升级、城市外部群体介入与乡村发展主体强化、城市资本运作与乡村社会结构优化、空间组织转变与乡村治理现代化4个方面。(3)典型案例乡村的实证表明,乡村空间都市消费化转型伴随着乡村产业转型和业态多元、发展主体强化、社会活力增强和治理效果提升。经济形态、社会结构、组织关系和制度体系等方面的变革与重塑成为推动乡村振兴的内在逻辑,城市资本和主体是推动乡村空间转型的关键。对乡村...  相似文献

镶嵌于城市地域的都市型工业,有着其独特的区位特征和空间格局。基于2008年上海都市型工业微观企业数据,探讨工业郊区化背景下都市型工业空间分布、集聚特征以及行业间的空间邻近关系。研究表明:上海都市型工业企业区位选择具有中心城区与近郊区双重指向性,在距离城市中心10~20 km区间都市工业分布最密集,空间分布的非均质特征明显。空间集聚以城市内各类园区(商业楼宇、都市工业园、工业园区)为主要载体,集聚格局在行业间存在一定差异。在空间邻近关系方面,各行业间呈现出基于相同要素投入、生产关联、共同市场、政策导向的邻近布局以及基于异质排他性、环境要求的弱邻近布局特征。  相似文献

全球化空间是中国大城市发展新阶段的空间问题,它是城市经济、社会、生活全球化在内部空间的表现、状态和结果。全球化下跨国要素与地方制度的互动,引导城市向(国内)内生因素和(国际)外生因素深度交互作用的方向发展。为此,基于空间生产理论视角,通过实地考察、问卷调查、深度访谈、网络舆情相互结合相互佐证的方法,对广州天河北地景变化的跨国要素、制度解绑与全球化空间生产的关系进行研究,分析了国家权力、地方政府、(跨国)资本在全球化空间生产中的作用模式。研究表明:① 天河北全球化空间的跨国资本是在国家政府推动的渐进式制度变革过程中介入的,并与政府结成被管理、配合、合作的关系,是一种国家全球主义的空间生产模式;② 节事活动、跨国职业阶层赋予了天河北全球消费主义的“文化符号”,实现了空间的跨国生产;③ 天河北全球化空间经历了去地方化—跨国化—全球化—再地方化的数次重构,既是政治性空间生产过程,也是工具性空间生产过程。  相似文献

城市土地供给是城市扩张的重要支撑,分析城市不同类型的土地价格空间分布特征对于城市土地的合理开发具有重要意义,并已成为学者们研究城市扩张过程的重要视角。采用传统统计学与地统计学方法,以住宅、工业、商服三种不同土地利用类型的出让价格为样本,分析了南京市2001-2010年土地交易价格的统计特征及空间分布特征。结果表明,土地用途不同,其出让价格的空间分布特征也不同。商服用地对商服繁华度要求较高,价格高值区集聚在市中心,以新街口、夫子庙等商贸商务区为中心,向外围价格逐渐降低,为典型的单中心布局模式;住宅用地对环境质量要求较高,价格高值区相对商服用地集聚度有所下降,并呈现出由市中心向外迁移的趋势,圈层布局态势明显;工业用地由于有较高的对外交通条件要求,以及环境成本约束和政策导向,除部分对研发及基础设施等条件要求较高的高新技术等工业外,大多布局在远离市中心,区位条件良好的沿江产业园区及工业区内,呈现多中心发展格局。  相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world's largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.  相似文献
