资源、人口与产业结构对广东区域经济的影响

分析全省不同地区的区域特点、人口素质及产业结构,认为自然资源的基础作用、政策的导向作用造成省内经济发展的不平衡及人口素质和产业结构的分化,这种分化又反过来影响了经济的发展,加剧了这种不平衡.当经济发展到一定阶段后政府有责任、义务和条件促进区域协调发展,因为市场机制并不具有自动削减贫富差距、促进社会公平的功能,要实现市场导向作用下的区域经济协调发展,离不开地方政府对市场的合理调控.     

河南省经济空间格局演化特征分析

以县域为基本单元,运用ESDA空间分析技术,对河南省经济空间格局演化规律进行定量分析.河南省经济发展水平具有空间分布非均衡性,以京广、陇海铁路为轴线形成了发达区俱乐部和不发达区俱乐部;经济热点分布表现为以郑州、洛阳、焦作为核心的圈状空间结构;京广线以西、陇海线以北形成全省经济发展的热点极,京广线以东、陇海线以南形成全省经济发展的冷点极;区域经济发展的空间惯性难以突破;核心区经济辐射带动作用仍然较弱.据此提出优化全省经济空间格局、促进区域经济协调发展的对策建议.     

中原城市群产业竞争力的空间偏离-份额模型研究

中原城市群是河南省经济发展较快的区域,研究中原城市群产业竞争力具有重要的现实意义.将偏离-份额空间模型应用到中原城市群2006-2011年各产业经济增长分析中.结果表明,中原城市群整体的结构效益与产业竞争力优于全省水平,相对于邻近区域,具有较强的空间竞争力,而空间结构分量为负;郑州作为中原城市群的中心城市,无论与河南省相比,还是与邻近区域相比,其第一、二、三产业都具有明显的竞争优势.对比中原城市群9个省辖市在偏离-份额传统模型和空间模型结果中的竞争偏离分量,进而提出提高中原城市群产业竞争力的建议.     

中国县域综合实力评价与区域分异特征

以县域为研究单元,采用SPSS软件包与GIS技术,对中国各县域的社会经济发展水平进行综合评价,并揭示了其空间分异特征。认为,形成中国区域发展差距的主要因素是社会经济结构、经济水平和人口素质,而不单单是经济因素;以综合指数方法测度的区域差距明显低于经济差距;北方沿边地区较高的经济水平与低下的社会经济结构水平呈现明显的错位;社会综合发展水平自沿海向内陆表现出高-低-次高-低的4元结构;从全国尺度看,社会经济发展空间结构呈轴线开发模式,而在区域尺度上则表现为由核心区向周边地区逐步下降的"凸"字型空间格局;全国县域综合发展可分为高度协调发展型、中等协调发展型、社会经济结构滞后型、初级协调发展型、整体发展滞后型。     

基于不同地貌单元的江西省区域经济差异研究

江西省国土分别由山地、丘陵和平原组成,不同的地貌类型为各区域带来不同的发展条件,形成区域内和区域间的经济发展差距.在进行全省区域经济差距总体分析和区域经济差异分析的基础上,用锡尔系数对江西省区域经济差异按地貌单元进行空间分解,揭示不同地貌条件下区域经济发展差异形成的原因和基本规律,为江西统筹区域发展服务.     

广东交通建设占用耕地的特征及其趋势预测

1990～2000年是广东省交通建设大发展时期和耕地减少的高峰期。通过对这一时段的分析,发现交通建设占用耕地已成为广东省非农建设占用耕地的主要成分和耕地减少的一大因素。在空间分布特征上,利用土地扩展集中指数和扩展强度两个指标进行计算分析,结果是广东省交通占用耕地分布区域不均匀,扩展区域主要集中于清远、广州等市;而占用最为严重的地区是深圳和汕头两市。根据广东交通发展的需要,预测到2030年,全省由于交通建设还需占用土地118295.26hm2。     

汕头市的城市性质和功能定位

汕头市由于其优势的地理位置，自古以来就是商贸和海运发达的港口城市，目前，其主要经济表现为以劳动密集型、民营经济占主导。改革开放后，尤其是“八五”以后，汕头市的基础设施得到较大改善，由此带动经济的迅速发展，然而人才、政策的局限以及改革开放以后珠江三角洲地区的迅速发展，使汕头市历史上具有的区域中心的地位受到严重挑战，结合汕头市实际发展状况和特点，建议本次规划把汕头市的城市性质定位为：中国经济特区之一；粤东地区中心城市；外向型，以区域生前性服务为主，劳动密集型制造业发达的港口城市。     

泛珠三角区域合作背景下的广东东西两翼经济发展思路探究

“泛珠三角”区域政府间合作为广东东西两翼加速经济发展带来了机遇,通过分析两翼在泛珠三角区域中的地位、经济发展面临的挑战与机遇;提出了泛珠三角背景下两翼实现经济跨越式发展的思路.     

区域经济竞争力研究--以晋江市为例

在分析晋江市区域经济发展现状后，总结区域经济竞争力的基本状况，在此基础上就产业集群竞争力、产业的技术创新能力提升区域经济竞争力。     

关于"极速"城市化的理性思考——以汕头市为例

分析汕头市近年来推进城市化发展的情况,对照国内外城市化历程,认为汕头市的城市化并不具备一般城市化内涵,属虚假城市化模式,其超越历史发展阶段,是人为因素的产物.这种"极速"城市化可能带诸来多负面效应,如造成严重"城市病";改变土地用途,促使市区无序扩张;加速农业萎缩和农村环境恶化.为实现汕头城市化,应采取有效措施:1)发展工业和第三产业,创造更多就业机会;2)加强专业技术培训以适应就业需要;3)增加农业投入,促进第一产业发展;4)实行城乡统一规划,实施乡村城市化模式;5)落实计划生育政策,做好社会保障工作.

Deserts and Aeolian Desertification in China: Book review and some thoughts

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.
