混凝土在海洋暴露过程中的氯离子渗透研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
将矿粉掺量0%~65%、粉煤灰掺量0%~30%混凝土置于海洋大气区、潮汐区2年,研究海洋不同区域、矿粉掺量、粉煤灰掺量对混凝土中氯离子渗透规律的影响。结果表明:混凝土在海洋环境下暴露2年,氯离子质量分数随着渗透深度的增加而减小,最后趋于稳定;海洋潮汐区腐蚀混凝土氯离子传输受扩散机制控制,而大气区腐蚀混凝土受到扩散和毛细吸附双重机制控制。随着腐蚀龄期的增加,混凝土中氯离子侵蚀深度增加,表面层氯离子浓度线性增加。潮汐区腐蚀混凝土的氯离子浓度高于大气区腐蚀混凝土,但其表观氯离子扩散系数小于大气区腐蚀混凝土。粉煤灰和矿粉掺量对于混凝土的抗氯离子渗透能力而言,其最优值分别为15%、30%。  相似文献

针对海洋环境条件,重点研究了粉煤灰混凝土的抗冻性和氯离子渗透性能的相互关系.试验分别研究了水胶比、粉煤灰等量取代水泥掺量大小、引气剂掺量等因素对抗冻性和抗氯离子渗透性能的影响,并与普通混凝土进行了对比.结果表明,粉煤灰不增加混凝土的抗海水冻融耐久性;粉煤灰增加混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性能,但是掺量超过30%,抗氯离子渗透性能下降;粉煤灰对混凝土抗冻性和抗氯离子渗透性的耦合影响在30%左右存在一个最佳掺量.为评估混凝土的抗冻性和氯离子扩散性的耦合性能,提出了新的评价方法--冻渗比(R值方法),并进行了试验验证.SEM和MIP微观分析与R值方法评价的结果是吻合的.  相似文献

海洋环境中温湿度变化对混凝土氯离子传输研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
氯离子渗透到混凝土内部诱发钢筋锈蚀是海洋钢筋混凝土面临的耐久性关键问题。构建考虑骨料、浆体集料界面区的混凝土模型,建立了环境温度、湿度影响的氯离子传输模型,基于COMSOL数值模拟软件分析了材料、环境对混凝土氯离子传输的影响规律,并通过试验进行了验证。结果表明:模拟结果和试验数据具有较高的吻合度;随着温度的升高,氯离子扩散加快,而混凝土中氯离子的渗透深度随着内部湿度的增大而呈现减小趋势。混凝土中高致密骨料存在阻碍了氯离子传输,但界面区存在使得氯离子沿界面区传输并在骨料背后形成传输前锋。  相似文献

氯离子侵蚀已成为影响海洋及近海环境中混凝土结构耐久性的主要因素。考虑材料组成的非匀质特性,将混凝土看作由粗骨料、硬化水泥砂浆及二者界面过渡区组成的三相复合材料的细观层次方法,是开展物质传输过程研究的新途径。建立非饱和混凝土中氯离子传输的一维非线性对流扩散方程,并利用伽略金加权余数法给出了该方程的有限元形式,采用适用于物质传输的细观格构网络模型开展了水分及氯离子在非饱和混凝土中传输过程及分布规律研究,分析了干湿循环周期和循环机制对水分及氯离子传输性能的影响规律。数值计算结果表明,干湿交替下,相同的干燥时间,非饱和混凝土内水分及氯离子的侵入深度主要取决于湿润时间,而干燥时间和循环周期数则影响混凝土表层氯离子含量,并在混凝土表层10 mm处有浓度集中现象。  相似文献

基于对乍浦港混凝土结构现场检测数据,分析干湿交替区域氯离子侵蚀状况存在差异的原因,建立表面氯离子浓度和扩散系数随高程、季节、材料、及服役时间的关系,提出基于海域气象条件推定扩散模型统计参数的经验计算公式,并根据设计潮位确定氯离子严重侵蚀区域范围,可为耐久性设计和维护提供理论依据。  相似文献

表面氯离子含量(C_s)是研究海洋环境条件下混凝土结构耐久性和服役寿命的氯离子扩散方程的边界条件,是海洋混凝土结构耐久性分析和定量设计的重要参数。依据国内外大量自然暴露试验与工程实测数据,通过采用Excel、Origin等数据分析软件进行数据统计和回归分析,确定了海洋混凝土结构表面自由氯离子含量(C_(sf))与表面总氯离子含量(C_(st))之间的相互关系,探讨了海洋混凝土结构的C_(sf)时变规律,建立了C_(sf)与暴露时间之间的关系表达式及其取值范围,并运用可靠度理论和修正氯离子扩散理论分析了C_(sf)时变性对海洋混凝土结构寿命的影响。结果表明:C_(sf)与C_(st)线性相关,且C_(sf)随着暴露时间的延长呈指数或者幂函数的增长关系;采用不同的C_(sf)时变性规律,对海洋混凝土结构寿命具有重大的影响。  相似文献

缩短钢筋混凝土结构使用寿命的主要原因之一是氯离子对混凝土的扩散侵蚀。研究各种因素对氯离子扩散的影响,准确预测氯离子侵蚀程度是修复和加固钢筋混凝土结构的重要依据。作者基于Fick第二定律,推导出混凝土氯离子综合机制扩散迁移模型,确定了温度、时间、混凝土结合作用以及结构劣化效应与氯离子扩散系数之间的关系,并对各种影响机制的内在相关性和重要性进行了敏感性分析。经过工程实验验证,证明了改进后的氯离子扩散迁移模型的正确性和合理性。  相似文献

针对目前实验室内模拟潮差区混凝土受氯盐侵蚀干湿循环试验方法中存在的难点,提出了一种新的海洋潮汐环境的室内模拟试验方法。以实际码头工程为参照,设计了相应的室内模拟试验,通过对现场混凝土墙及室内混凝土试件的取样分析从浸润时间比的角度讨论了两者之间的相关性。试验结果证明该模拟试验方法能有效模拟混凝土结构在实际海洋潮汐环境下的氯盐侵蚀情况。  相似文献

采用自然扩散法研究了珊瑚混凝土在海水环境中的氯离子扩散特性,探讨了养护龄期、暴露时间和环境差异性对珊瑚混凝土表观氯离子扩散系数的影响。结果表明:随着暴露时间的延长,珊瑚混凝土的表观氯离子扩散系数呈幂指数衰减规律;且延长养护龄期可降低珊瑚混凝土的表观氯离子扩散系数;随着强度等级增加,混凝土的表观氯离子扩散系数降低。我国实际海洋工程中珊瑚混凝土结构的表观氯离子扩散系数比实验室条件要提高3个数量级。因此,适当延长养护时间、提高强度等级有助于延长珊瑚混凝土结构在海洋环境的服役寿命。  相似文献

To study the inhibitory effects of chloride ions on concrete sulfate attack in the marine adsorption environment, a series of cubic concrete specimens was fabricated. These specimens were totally submerged or partially submerged in 10% Na2SO4 solutions with 0, 0.5, 2, and 5% NaCl concentration. Three specific aspects, namely, superficial phenomenon, compressive strength degradation, and X-ray fluorescence spectrometry analysis, were studied during 450 days of long-term exposure. Results showed that Na2SO4 solution had a strong corrosive effect on concrete in both the adsorption and submersion zones, especially in the adsorption zone. Chloride ions exerted inhibitory effects on concrete sulfate attack in both the submersion and adsorption zones, and higher concentration of chloride ions will produce stronger inhibitory effects. However, given the different inhibitory effects of chloride ions on concrete sulfate attack with different corrosion mechanisms, the inhibitory effect of the same chloride concentration on concrete sulfate attack was a little lower in the adsorption zone than in the submersion zone.  相似文献

Water penetration into concrete by capillary absorption plays a very important role in the ingress of contaminative substances when the structures are built in aggressive environments. In the present paper the lattice network model is proposed based on the unsaturated flow theory to predict the water penetration into concrete. On the mesocale level, concrete is treated as a three-phase composite. By means of the Voronoi diagram meshing strategy, the lattice network model of concrete with different types of lattice elements is developed. The corresponding transport properties are assigned to the lattice elements in the network falling in different phases. As a result, the lattice elements are idealized as conductive “pipes” in which uni-directional flow can be realized between the two nodes of the elements. Parameters in the lattice network model, such as the sorptivity and porosity of the mortar and the ITZs are quantitatively determined. With help of the approach, the water content distribution within a concrete sample after any elapsed time, especially the penetration depth of water frontier, can be easily predicted. The cumulative water absorption calculated by the lattice network model is shown to be well agreed with the experimental results.  相似文献

Handling of heavy structures demand unusual crane capacity. Availability of such cranes may be limited in developing countries. An innovative way to construct and launch heavy concrete structures in a developing country, where crane availability is rare, to lift, transport and handle heavy structures, is discussed in this paper. Heavy caissons are used in the marine environment as breakwaters, as berthing facilities for vessels, as gravity structures to absorb energy from waves, etc. The methodology for constructing multi-caissons on-board a barge and then on-board a floating dock is the subject of this paper. The respective feasibilities are discussed.The free floating condition of the caisson and its righting arm stability are described. At first the caisson was considered as its lip wall opened to the sea. The case of lip wall closed for more buoyancy is also considered. The stability of the barge and floating docks is shown for various stages of completion of construction. After investigating many factors, a safe procedure for construction and launching thereafter is described in this paper. The problem of handling a heavy concrete structure from the view point of a naval architect is highlighted.  相似文献
