To fulfil the need of development of offshore oil floating production system, the performance of turret assembly in an inboard turret mooring system has been investigated in the paper. By means of systematic evaluation, the optimal structure of the turret for single-point mooring systems has been determined. Through model tests of a turret mooring system, several groups of data such as forces, moments and displacements under different environmental conditions have been obtained. Stresses and strains of the turret structure have been calculated by means of the finite element method corresponding to the situation in the model experiment. The study shows that the selected turret structure and the designed turret assembly are technically feasible.  相似文献

- The present research has been made on the Disconnectable Riser Turret Mooring (DRTM) System which could be used in the oil fields of the South China Sea. The selection of the principal dimensions and their effect on the characteristics of the system have been discussed. By means of a computer program, the synthetical appraisement has been made in the ultimate mooring condition, disconnecting condition and reconnecting condition respectively. Mean-while, a comparison has been made between DRTM system and CALM system. It has been indicated that DRTM is suitable for the South China Sea and has technological and economical preponderance.  相似文献

Multi-component mooring systems become widely used in deep water position-keeping of drilling and production platforms. However, versatile materials make it difficult to design appropriate mooring lines made of several segments. Based on catenary equations of a multi-component mooring line at a specific water depth, this paper establishes a minimum model for designing this kind of lines. The model is solved by Genetic Algorithm and Multi-Objective Planning respectively. The model is verified by its application to a practical mooring design assigranent-a quasi-static analysis for a largesemi-submersible. The optimal result is finally obtained with the aid of design graphs.  相似文献

本文提供了一套设计图谱,用于转塔式锚泊系统的初步设计。图谱包含的水深范围为100~600m。锚泊线的布置形式分别为4根、6根、8根和10根均匀分布。锚泊线的构成有全链和索链组合二种方式。每种构成方式又对应着二种规格的索或链。从图谱中,设计者可以根据水深和定位浮体的运动及受力情况,方便地选择锚泊线的构成、尺寸及系统的布置状况,或对已选定的与图谱中参数相近的系统估算回复力。  相似文献

The longitudinal strength of turret mooring productive/storage tanker is studied.A numeri-cal example has been implemented according to the method presented in this paper to give practical il-lustration.From the results of the numerical example,it is concluded that the turret hole located near theforward of the amidships has small effect on the longitudinal strength of the ship hull.As for design ex-treme value of wave bending moment of storage tanker,statistic method is a more reasonablemethodology,especially with the consideration of the servere environmental conditions.The primary esti-mation of design section modulus of turret storage tanker can be determined by this design bending mo-ment.  相似文献

The floating oil storage system has been proposed as a new facility for Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR) in China. Mooring is one of the key technologies to ensure the safety, reliability, and performance of the oil storage system. This paper describes the concept, analysis, design and reliability of the mooring system. For mooring system design of these oil vessels, analysis is essential of the behavior of the vessel in connection with mooring facilities of nonlinear resilience. A nonlinear mathematical model for analyzing a moored vessel is established and solved. Some results of numerical simulations are presented. Assessment of the safety regarding the mooring system in terms of failure probability is carried out. Another simulation model for calculating the failure probability of the mooring system is proposed. The design parameters that have an influence on the characteristics of the failure probability have been identified. The simulation results show that the mooring system has an annual reliab  相似文献

This study describes an automatic berthing system with mooring lines. It is designed to be berthed by using mooring device on the upper deck of a ship. It is to berth once maintaining parallel with the quay by controlling both forward and aft breast lines. Berthing method is used through length adjustment of mooring lines connected between ship and quay by controlling the angular velocity and the torque of hydraulic motor in mooring device. The study is conducted under three changing conditions of draft, such as even-keel, rise of the gravity center and trim to stern. Variables affecting berthing stability are determined based on the control performance of each condition. Bond graphs method is used to model the system. Controller is designed as PID control method of reference-model algorithm. The control program is composed of synchronous control system based on the equations derived with the numerical analysis. The tank test is conducted to verify the usefulness of the control program.  相似文献

随着海洋石油向深水领域的拓展,SPAR平台以其诸多优点逐渐成为海上油气生产的主流设施。主要研究SPAR与系泊系统间的耦合响应问题,在讨论了浮体在波浪中运动求解方法之后,阐述了如何利用非线性有限元技术对系泊缆索和立管进行动力分析和张力计算,以及浮体与系泊系统耦合计算的相关理论,对浮体和系泊系统耦合计算模型进行了描述。通过对某SPAR进行系泊系统耦合计算和对计算结果的讨论,证明了深海SPAR系泊系统耦合计算的正确性。  相似文献

通过物理模型试验,得到了3种船型在不同工况组合下的偏荡幅度、偏荡周期以及系泊力实测数据。试验得出了船舶在台风与波、浪、流共同作用下,单点系泊力的主要影响因素为风速、流速、波浪、船舶种类、水线上下侧投影面积比和系泊系统的刚性。选出了本文理论意义明确合理的适合单点系泊系统使用的防风系泊力表达形式,即奎因公式。采用系泊力试验数据在奎因公式的基础上导出的防风系泊系统系泊力计算公式,并给出了公式中的重要参数表达式。  相似文献

通过对网箱框架、网衣在风、浪、流作用下的受力分析 ,建立网箱锚泊系统缆绳受力计算的数学模型。以国家十五“86 3”计划课题—“深海抗风浪网箱的研制”所设计的网箱为例 ,选定山东荣成市寻山海域 1 0年一遇的灾害海况为设计计算条件 ,根据 Morison公式 ,采用 Goodman- L ance方法求得单个网箱的锚泊力为 6 5 .6 7k N。在此基础上对网箱的锚泊系统进行设计 ,确定了锚泊系统每只锚重 2 5 0 kg,锚链重为 1 5 0 kg,缆绳长度为 33m。  相似文献

- In this paper a series of model experiments of resistance on buoys and mooring system components are described. The experiments include: experiments of hydrodynamic resistance on buoys and mooring system components, and experiment of air resistance on buoys in wind tunnel. The results are compared with the Beto's results (1980) and some analyses are conducted. 随着海洋油气资源开发逐渐向深海转移,传统的悬链式系泊系统在技术和经济上遇到难以逾越的障碍。作为一种新型的适用于深水和超深水环境的系泊系统,绷紧索系泊系统面临广阔的应用前景。文章对这种新型系泊系统的发展情况进行了介绍,基于有限元数值分析技术,对系泊系统的两个关键特性,即系缆的绷紧-松弛特性以及纤维系缆的动刚度特性进行了分析和处理,通过算例考察了深海平台运动引起的系缆力响应。  相似文献

The key consideration in controlling the dynamic response of an offshore guyed tower subjected to environmental loading is the selection of the stiffness characteristics of the cable mooring array. In the present study, each cable in the array consists of three segments: a leading segment attached to the tower, a short heavy middle segment, and a seabed trailing segment attached at the extremity to an anchor pile. A nonlinear static model is presented in algorithmic form that defines the stiffness characteristics of the cable array. The model involves the inelastic static catenary equations coupled with conditions of geometric compatibility, formulated in terms of seven nondimensional system parameters. The effects of varying each of the system parameters on the stiffness characteristics of example cable arrays are presented and the implications for cable design are discussed.  相似文献

In this paper, the motions are studied of a multi-body which is composed of two plates hinged together and moored by eight mooring lines in regular waves. The experimental results are compared with computational results. The linear po-tential theory and the perturbation method are combined to study this complicated system. The former is used to calculate the wave forces acting on the plates and the motion responses of them, while the latter is used to describe the dynamic character of the eight mooring lines coupled with the two hinged plates. Some response results of each plate are presented and comparisons between calculated results and experimental data are given. All the calculations are confined to regular beam waves.  相似文献

In this paper, the impact analysis of air gap concerning the parameters of mooring system for the semi-submersible platform is conducted. It is challenging to simulate the wave, current and wind loads of a platform based on a model test simultaneously. Furthermore, the dynamic equivalence between the truncated and full-depth mooring system is still a tuff work. However, the wind and current loads can be tested accurately in wind tunnel model. Furthermore, the wave can be simulated accurately in wave tank test. The full-scale mooring system and the all environment loads can be simulated accurately by using the numerical model based on the model tests simultaneously. In this paper, the air gap response of a floating platform is calculated based on the results of tunnel test and wave tank. Meanwhile, full-scale mooring system, the wind, wave and current load can be considered simultaneously. In addition, a numerical model of the platform is tuned and validated by ANSYS AQWA according to the model test results. With the support of the tuned numerical model, seventeen simulation cases about the presented platform are considered to study the wave, wind, and current loads simultaneously. Then, the impact analysis studies of air gap motion regarding the length, elasticity, and type of the mooring line are performed in the time domain under the beam wave, head wave, and oblique wave conditions.  相似文献

A design of semi-submersible platform is mainly based on the extreme response analysis due to the forces experienced by the components during lifetime. The external loads can induce the extreme air gap response and potential deck impact to the semi-submersible platform. It is important to predict air gap response of platforms accurately in order to check the strength of local structures which withstand the wave slamming due to negative air gap. The wind load cannot be simulated easily by model test in towing tank whereas it can be simulated accurately in wind tunnel test. Furthermore, full scale simulation of the mooring system in model test is still a tuff work especially the stiffness of the mooring system. Owing to the above mentioned problem, the model test results are not accurate enough for air gap evaluation. The aim of this paper is to present sensitivity analysis results of air gap motion with respect to the mooring system and wind load for the design of semi-submersible platform. Though the model test results are not suitable for the direct evaluation of air gap, they can be used as a good basis for tuning the radiation damping and viscous drag in numerical simulation. In the presented design example, a numerical model is tuned and validated by ANSYS AQWA based on the model test results with a simple 4 line symmetrical horizontal soft mooring system. According to the tuned numerical model, sensitivity analysis studies of air gap motion with respect to the mooring system and wind load are performed in time domain. Three mooring systems and five simulation cases about the presented platform are simulated based on the results of wind tunnel tests and sea-keeping tests. The sensitivity analysis results are valuable for the floating platform design.  相似文献

针对单自由度多点锚泊系统的纵荡运动模型,研究系统在浪和流作用下的多吸引子和吸引域。以布锚参数,来流和波浪尺度为变参数,运用数值积分和胞映射分析相结合的方法,求得系统的多种形式的振动解,与前人采用完全数值积分方法相比,结果一致。认为在实际中只需研究解的定范围渐近稳定性。文中采用胞映射法,计算了多种振动解的定范围吸引域,以及混沌吸引子的吸引域。并由此分析了吸引子的渐近稳定特性和对初值的敏感性  相似文献
