于1991年3 - 9月和1992年3 - 9月,在中国沿海广东、海南、福建、浙江、江苏、山东、河北、天津和辽宁等9个省市的养殖场采集中国对虾、斑节对虾和长毛对虾3种对虾标本,运用显微和亚显微观察方法,对养殖对虾的微型生物污着症进行研究。结果表明,患该症的对虾其体表污着生物群落通常由微型生物组成,包括各种细菌、藻类和原生动物,主要类群是具柄的缘毛美纤毛虫;其他观察到的常见类群包括丝状和非丝状的细菌、附着性藻类和吸管虫类;在养成期偶尔发现有营薛虫和藤壶等大型污着生物。对育苗期和养成期中国对虾体表的扫描电镜观察发现:在某些对虾体表,污着群落具有明显的分层现象。对虾体表的不同污着程度与其体表污着群落的不同发育阶段有关。据此,认为对虾体表微型生物污着症可能是一种慢性的疾病综合症。  相似文献

Tellurium is known to be a poisonous element to human health. In recent years,determination of trace tellurium has been attached great attention in connection with thewide application of its compounds and/or with environmental pollution. Literature citedreported the determination of ppb level tellurium in waste water and artificial watersamples by atomic-absorption spectrophotometry. As the tellurium content in naturalwater is extremely low, there is not yet any sensitive analytical method for determination ofits background value in various natural water. 于1992-1993年用^1H-NMR,^13C-NMR和IR等分析技术对甲基化前后的海水腐植质(1992年从青岛近岸海水中吸附提取)的基本化学组成和结构特征进行研究,并与风化煤和海洋沉积物中的腐植质作比较。结果表明,IR和^1H-NMR谱图显示,海水腐植质主要由脂肪链化合物组成,含有一定量的肽类和多糖,芳香结构较少。采用NNE技术的^13C-NMR谱图中各类碳的相对含量为:脂肪族碳,33.2%;  相似文献

The Xisha Islands consist of more than 30 islands. large and small, as well as bars,reefs and shoals. With the exception of Gaojianshi (the Volcanic Rock), they are allcoral reefs. However, little is known about what biotic process has been operating inthe formation of these coral reefs. Some authors suggest that it is mainly due to theprocess of reef-building corals. Others consider that coralline algae (or calcareousalgae) have been rather important in the formation of the reefs. Similarly, disagreementexists on whether there are "algal-ridges" on the windward sea side. Some are of theopinion that there are "algal-ridges" everywhere in Xisha Islands, but others assertdefinitely that there are no "algal-ridges" in Xisha Islands.  相似文献

近年来,美国和日本的一些科学家公布了在南海中央盆地海底测得的36个热流值。本文结合我们所作的部分地球物理成果对这些热流数据进行初步分析。南海中央盆地热流值的分布特点有三:1.盆地中部热流值高,边缘较低,海沟(马尼拉海沟)与海槽(巴拉望海槽)处最低;2.热流的最高值(3.63HFU)出现在中央盆地西缘断裂的东侧,沿此北东向大断裂(属岩石圈断裂)的走向,集中出现大于2.5HFU的高值,此种高热流值与大断裂相伴随的现象反映了盆地高热流值与大断裂密切有关;3.盆地中大于2HFU的等值线成北东南西向展布,与构造线的方向一致,但在西沙群岛与中沙群岛的北缘,沿北西西方向,于北纬16°30'附近,序在一稍低的热流带,热流值在1.8—1.99HFU之间。此低热流带将盆地热流值分成两个区。此带以北为北区,以南为南区。北区热流值在1.9—2.46HFU之间;南区热流值较高,为2.11—3.63HFU之间。北区热流等值线为北东偏东方向展布,南区为北东向。为了进一步了解南海热流值的特点,对照了日本海、西菲律宾海、东菲律宾PareceVela海、苏禄海、苏拉威西海等西太洋边缘海的热流值与构造的关系。总的看来,与南海中央盆地类似,这些海盆的热流值大致都为中部高边缘低,最高值大多沿大断裂带或板块扩张轴的延伸方向分布。  相似文献

Changes in levels of heavy metals in seawater resulting from the addition of mine tailings were studied using plastic enclosures. Nominal concentrations of 10 mg l-1 and 100 mg l-1 of mine tailings from a B. C. molybdenum mine were added, and the metal levels were followed together with sedimentation rates, particle size distribution and other oceanographic and biological time-series parameters over sixteen days. No substantial elevation in levels of zinc, cadmium and copper was observed in the tailing bags compared to that in a background control bag with no addition of tailings. Lead showed a substantial increase in seawater following tailing addition and its removal apparently was with detritus settling following a plankton bloom, and inorganic settling of fine tailing particles.  相似文献

Since the end of 19th century, large amounts of studies have been made on marinehydromedusae fauna all over the world. According to a preliminary statistical survey,there are about 450 species of marine hydromedusae in the world. The record of marine hydromedusae in the China Sea Areas began in 1879 andaltogether 21 species had been reported fragmentarily until 1940's. Beginning from1950's, the range of investigation had been enlarged to the whole China Sea Areas andthe study had been more systematically carried out. Qiu (1954), Zhou et al (1958),Gao et al (1958, 1962), Xu and Zhang (1964, 1974, 1978), Xu (1965) and Zhang (1977)respectively reported in detail hydromedusae species around China. 用磁力浮沉子法溶液密度测量装置,在15—25℃之间的三个温度下测定了黄河口渤海湾36个站位海水样品(于1989年7月和1990年7月采集)的密度,发现所有实验测定值与根据其盐度和温度由1980年国际海水状态方程的计算值比较,均有明显的正偏差,此正偏差随海水盐度降低而增大。在黄河口渤海湾海水样品全部盐度范围内,已发现其海水密度正偏差与海水[Ca~(2+)]/s,[Mg~(2+)]/s,[SO_4~(2-)]/s之间呈指数曲线相关,而与碱度之间呈S形曲线相关,但在盐度25.72—31.57范围内都可近似看作直线相关。黄河口渤海湾海水的高碱度、高[Ca~(2+)]/s为其特征,这也是其密度正偏差的主要影响因素。本文还给出了计算黄河口及渤海湾海水密度的公式。  相似文献

Monthly collected water samples from two different stations in the Xiamen Harbor in one whole year were analysed for crude oil and diesel oil degradation by nature microbe flora. The results indicate that the difference between degradation rates of the two stations is related to the material type, temperature, oil degradation bacteria counts of the environment and season. The degradation velocity of diesel and crude oil in seawater is influenced by microbial degradation time. The calculated degradation velocity of crude oil and diesel oil by natural microbe flora in Xiamen Harbor sea areas based on the measured degradation rates were 0.02-0.19g/d·m2and0.004-0.61 g/d·m2 respectively. This provides, to a certain extent, a scientific basis for preliminary evaluation of the oil pollutant purification capacity of the described sea areas.  相似文献

獐子岛海域浮游甲藻及有毒微藻的年际变化研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
2011—2017年,每月一次,通过对獐子岛海域29个站位浮游甲藻的调查,探究浮游甲藻种群结构的年际变化特征。发现了浮游甲藻19属47种,其中原多甲藻属(Protoperidinium)种类最多为17种,鳍藻属(Dinophysis)和角藻属(Ceratium)各4种,裸甲藻属(Gymnodinium)和原甲藻属(Prorocentrum)各3种,膝沟藻属(Gonyaulax)和环沟藻属(Gyrodinium)各2种,原角藻属(Protoceratium)、夜光藻属(Noctiluca)和凯伦藻属(Karenia)等均为1种。浮游甲藻种类数呈逐年递增,季节上呈现夏季和秋季较多,春季次之,冬季最少。浮游甲藻密度变化区间为(2.376—339.323)×10~4/m~3,平均密度为65.479×10~4/m~3,亦呈现夏季和秋季较高,春季次之,冬季最低,但密度呈逐年递减,且不同站位间差异较大。调查期间,不同季节优势种类有相同性,如三角角藻(Ceratium tripos)、梭角藻(Ceratiumfusus)和亚历山大藻(Alexandriumsp.)为四季优势种,但亦有差异,如鳍藻(Dinophysisspp.)和夜光藻(Noctilucascintillans)为夏季和秋季优势种,网状原角藻(Protoceratium reticulatum)为冬季和春季优势种。优势种中有毒微藻呈逐年增多趋势,有毒的链状裸甲藻(Gymnodiniumcatenatum)、米氏凯伦藻(Kareniamikimotoi)和具尾鳍藻(Dinophysiscaudata)等非优势种在獐子岛海域首次发现。浮游甲藻群落的香农-威纳指数、丰富度指数、均匀度指数均为秋季夏季春季冬季,呈逐年递增趋势。近年来,獐子岛海域浮游生物群落甲藻化和有毒化趋势明显,可能与海水营养盐比例失衡、海水酸化、北黄海冷水团、双壳贝类大规模养殖等有关。  相似文献

Based on the non-dimensional general function for the thermal structure features presented by S. A. Kitaigorodsky et al. (1963, 1965)[10,11]. this paper tries to establish semi-empirical and semi-theoretical models bfor the thickness of the upper homogeneous layer of the ocean, thermocline intensity and lower oundary depth of thermocline by consecutive observations from 159 stations in the Bohai Sea,Huanghai Sea and East China Sea in the warm half of the years from 1957 to 1964 and the heat budget at the sea surface computed with the simplified computing formulae proposed by Wang (1983)[22]. This model indicates the main factors forming the thermal structure features in the upper layer of the ocean and their function. With the model, one can directly use the sea surface temperature, air temperature and wind speed to compute the thermal feature in the upper layer of the ocean.  相似文献

There is a close relation between the circulations of the low latitudes over the ocean as well as their. variations and precipitation in China.Rainstorms and droughts which often cause disasters are two extreme cases of precipitation. Therefore it is practically and theoretically significant to forecast both of them. 本文基于2012年12月南海西北部陆架海区的温盐和流速实测资料,分析了粤西和琼东陆架海区冬季三维温、盐结构和流场特征,给出沿陆架和跨陆架方向的水体和热盐通量。结果表明:(1)在50m以浅,粤西和琼东海区温度均由近岸向外海递增,深层则相反;冬季近岸海区混合层较深,外海密度跃层位于60—120m深度且层结较强,浮力频率大于10–2/s;(2)海流大致沿等深线向西南流动,30m以深流速大小在0.03—0.40m/s之间,且随着深度增加而略有减小;琼东海区100m等深线附近在60m以浅水层观测到水体辐聚并有明显温度锋面存在;(3)沿陆架方向的水体和热盐输送均大于跨陆架方向,其中粤西单位面积沿/跨陆架水体通量平均值为0.13×10–6/0.03×10–6Sv/m2,低于琼东海区的0.91×10–6/0.56×10–6Sv/m2。  相似文献

Chaetoceros muelleri Lemmermann was cultured in solution of different concentrations of Cu2 , Pb2 , Zn2 and Cd2 , and in mixtures of any two of them. After 6 days the effect of these heavy metal cations on the growth rate and chlorophyll contents of the diatom were determined and an Opton microscope was used to observe the morphology and size of the cells.The experimental results show that the effects of toxicity of these four heavy metals on Chaetoceros muelleri are: Cu2 >Pb2 >Zn2 >Cd2 . However, the cells did not differ significantly in their morphology and size from the controled ones.In any of the mixed metals cultures, its growth rate came close to and was higher than that of the single metal culture of higher concentration.  相似文献

I. INTRODUCTION AHP resin is a new type of adsorbent and has been studied by the units concernedfor several years. There is little report about this work so far. AHP resin was synthesizedin aqueous phase with tetra-ethylene pentamine (TEPA), epichlorohydrin (ECH) andC-reagent as raw materials, and basic zinc carbonate (P_Z_n) and rubber solvent oil (120Gasoline) as pore-forming material. Compared with the technique of the amorphous lumpresin and that of the resin synthesized in oil phase, the new technique of resin synthesizedin aqueous phase manifests many advantages, such as raising the capacity of uranium-adsorption of the resin, simplifying the after-treatment process, reducing the cost, etc. Sea water, in which all kinds of cation and anion exist, is a system of electrolytes,and the concentrations of many ions are higher than the concentration of uranium for  相似文献

Self-diffusion coefficients of five major ions have been determined by a radioactive tracer method (capillary tube method) in seawater of salinity 34.86 at 25°C. Data are presented for Na+, Ca2+, Cl, SO42, and HCO3, which constitute about 95% by weight of sea salt. The influence of temperature and salinity on these coefficients has been studied for Na+ and Cl which are the major components of sea salt: self-diffusion coefficients of these two ions have been measured in seawater, at different temperatures for a salinity of 34.86 and at different salinities for a temperature of 25°C. Diffusion coefficients of the same ions have been determined at 25°C by using another radioactive tracer method (quasi-steady cell method). In this experiment, seawater ions were allowed to diffuse from natural seawater into dilute seawater. Data have been obtained at 25°C for Na+, Ca 2+, Cl, SO42− and HCO3, corresponding to different salinity gradients.  相似文献
