白云石半焙烧物中游离氧化钙的测定

介绍了一种测定白云石半焙烧产物中游离氧化钙的方法,采用氯化镁溶液将氧化钙浸取为可溶性钙盐,进而用EDTA标准溶液滴定。该方法不同于传统的测定方法,其操作简单,分析快速,测定准确时间短,结果重现性好,适合白云石焙烧控制分析。     

安徽省淮北市小黄山水泥用灰岩矿氧化钙含量及其变化规律研究

水泥是我国目前主要的建筑材料之一,水泥用灰岩矿石是制造水泥的主要原材料。矿石中氧化钙（CaO）是水泥用灰岩矿的主要有用组分,其含量直接影响矿石质量,其变化规律直接影响矿石的优质优用和经济效益。本次通过采样分析、数理统计、数据分析方法,研究得出小黄山水泥用灰岩矿氧化钙含量及其变化规律为：矿体矿石氧化钙含量较高,沿走向、倾向、厚度方向变化较小,氧化钙含量较稳定,为一套典型的浅海相碳酸盐岩沉积矿床,矿体可以连续完整开采,并取得较显著的社会经济效益。     

吸光光度法测定卤水、油田水中微量碘的研究

研究了利用亚硝酸钠为氧化剂,在酸性条件下将碘离子氧化为游离的碘,游离的碘遇淀粉形成蓝色化合物,采用分光光度法测定微量碘。试验结果表明:碘含量在4~18μg/mL范围符合朗伯比耳定律,标准偏差S=0.068%,平均回收率可达90%。利用该法对卤水、油田水中微量碘的测定结果满意。该方法简便、快速、准确。     

干旱胁迫下牛心朴子的渗透调节机制研究

为探讨荒漠植物牛心朴子(Cynanchum komarovii)响应干旱胁迫的渗透调节机制,采用不同浓度（0~25%）的聚乙二醇（PEG-6000）对愈伤组织进行模拟干旱胁迫,检测了不同程度干旱胁迫下牛心朴子中渗透调节物质K+、Na+、脯氨酸、甜菜碱和可溶性糖（果糖、蔗糖和海藻糖）的含量。结果显示,与对照组相比,处理组牛心朴子的脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量显著升高（P<0.05）,且具有浓度和时间依赖效应。在可溶性糖中,果糖和蔗糖只在高浓度处理组有所增加,而海藻糖含量在所有处理组均明显升高（P<0.05）,且增幅较大（10%PEG浓度组为31%,25%PEG浓度组为98%）,同时海藻糖含量与PEG处理浓度的相关系数最大（R2=0.9437,P<0.01）。以上研究结果表明,海藻糖是牛心朴子响应干旱胁迫主要的渗透调节物质。     

阿拉善荒漠区几种抗旱植物游离氨基酸和游离脯氨酸的分布特征

以阿拉善荒漠区生长的多浆旱生植物梭梭(Haloxylon ammodendron)和霸王(Zygophyllum xanthoxylum)、少浆旱生植物白沙蒿(Artemisia sphaerocephala)和柠条(Caragana korshinskii)、中旱生植物沙米(Agriophyllum squarrosu)和绵蓬(Corispermum mongolicum)为材料, 对其游离氨基酸成分及游离脯氨酸的分布特征进行了比较研究。结果表明, 供试植物根中的总游离氨基酸含量均低于茎和叶中的总游离氨基酸含量, 其中叶中的游离氨基酸总量最高; 不同植物中的主要氨基酸组成不相同, 同一植物的不同部位主要氨基酸组成也不尽相同。少浆旱生植物体内大量积聚游离脯氨酸, 其整株中的游离脯氨酸是中旱生植物的6.0~16.0倍, 是多浆旱生植物的1.8~25.0倍。白沙蒿植株的根到茎、茎到叶, 总游离氨基酸含量以2.0倍和5.7倍的增幅增加, 其中游离脯氨酸含量增加最明显, 增幅达3.0倍和10.5倍。柠条植株也表现出同样的趋势。可见, 大量积累游离氨基酸, 特别是游离脯氨酸是少浆旱生植物适应干旱荒漠生境的重要机制。从根到茎、由茎到叶, 中旱生植物沙米和绵蓬与多浆旱生植物梭梭和霸王总游离氨基酸含量增幅都并不十分显著; 二者中的游离脯氨酸积累不占主导地位。故中旱生植物和多浆旱生植物并不主要依靠积累脯氨酸来调节渗透势确保水分的供应。     

塔克拉玛干沙漠腹地大气气溶胶中游离氧化铁的测定

大气沙尘气溶胶中铁氧化物含量的测定对研究气溶胶吸收特性有重要的研究意义。采用柠檬酸盐-重碳酸盐-连二亚硫酸盐(CBD)和漫反射光谱法(DRS)对塔克拉玛干沙漠腹地塔中站2006年4月9~11日沙尘暴天气过程前后TSP沙尘样品中的游离氧化铁进行定量和半定量研究,研究得出,塔中游离氧化铁占全铁含量的变化范围在4.55%~8.16%之间(平均值6.36%),全铁占样品总量的5.16%,游离氧化铁占样品总量的0.32%;反射光谱一阶导数曲线峰值在435和560nm对针铁矿和赤铁矿具有识别指示意义。     

古尔班通古特沙漠生物结皮中微生物量与土壤酶活性的季节变化

研究了古尔班通古特沙漠生物结皮土壤中微生物N量与酶活性的季节变化。结果表明：微生物N量及蔗糖酶、碱性磷酸酶、脲酶、过氧化物酶和多酚氧化酶的活性在不同月份差异极显著;微生物N量春季>夏季>秋季>冬季,在3月达到最高值;蔗糖酶在4-9月均保持较高的活性,酶活性在4月份最高;碱性磷酸酶、脲酶、多酚氧化酶、过氧化物酶的活性均呈单峰曲线变化,其峰值分别出现在3-7月;土壤有机质和全N含量在3月和9月明显高于其他月份;微生物N量与碱性磷酸酶、脲酶之间,蔗糖酶、多酚氧化酶及过氧化物酶与土壤温度之间,蔗糖酶、脲酶和过氧化物酶与土壤水分之间均具有极显著的正相关关系。微生物N量的增加为脲酶和碱性磷酸酶提供反应底物或能源物质从而增加酶的活性。土壤酶活性的季节变化可能是由土壤水分和温度共同影响的。     

典范对应分析在重金属污染区土壤性质及土壤酶活性关系中的应用——以阳朔县思的村为例

运用典范对应分析（Canonical Correspondence Analysis,CCA）对广西阳朔思的村铅锌矿尾砂坝坍塌后的污染农田土壤酶活性、土壤性质进行研究。结果表明：pH值、全铅和全锌是影响土壤其他因子（碱解氮、有机碳、速效磷、阳离子交换量、蔗糖酶、脲酶和碱性磷酸酶）的重要因素。该区污染土壤尽管经过当地农民长达逾40 a的耕种,但土壤有机质、阳离子交换量、速效磷和碱解氮质量分数仍处于较低的水平,彼此之间的相关系数与其在CCA排序图中的夹角变化规律一致。土壤碱性磷酸酶活性与全锌质量分数呈正相关,因而在CCA排序图中,土壤碱性磷酸酶活性与全锌质量分数的夹角较小。尽管铅-锌污染物与蔗糖酶和脲酶的相关性不显著,但铅-锌污染物的存在造成蔗糖酶和脲酶活性的降低,因而在CCA排序图中,土壤中的铅-锌污染物与蔗糖酶和脲酶基本处于相反的两端,从而弥补相关分析结果信息量不足的弊端。鉴于CCA排序图能够直观展示土壤酶对重金属污染物的敏感强度以及土壤有机碳与养分循环物质之间的相互关系,因此可作为探索土壤因子内在联系的重要工具。     

铬胁迫对旱伞草生理生化特性的影响

采用水培实验,以不同质量浓度的铬溶液胁迫旱伞草(Cyperus alternifolius),研究其对旱伞草总叶绿素含量、蛋白质含量、游离脯氨酸含量和丙二醛含量的影响,并对旱伞草对铬的去除效果进行了测定。结果表明,铬胁迫使旱伞草的叶绿素含量下降,叶绿素a/b含量比上升;过氧化氢酶活性增强,超氧化物歧化酶活性降低;丙二醛含量先降低后升高;游离脯氨酸先降低后稳定;过氧化物酶活性在低浓度铬胁迫时出现降低,在高浓度铬胁迫时出现升高;蛋白质含量的减少后稳定,由此说明旱伞草对铬胁迫具有一定的抗逆性和耐受性。在培养液中,在铬质量浓度分别为2 mg/L、5 mg/L和10 mg/L胁迫下,六价铬的去除率分别达到了96.88%、92.55%和46.5%;总铬的去除率分别达到了76.4%、73.18%和36.83%。这说明旱伞草对低、中浓度的重金属铬具有较好的去除效果。     

南方红土的剖面风化特征

对地处九江的南方红土所作的观察和元素地球化学分析表明 ,南方红土在剖面上存在风化强度的系统变化特征。剖面下部对应网纹红土的层位风化强度大大高于剖面上部对应褐黄色土的层位 ,其中氧化铁游离度从下部 90 %降至上部 4 5 %左右 ,相当于从砖红壤环境转变为红壤环境。这种风化强度的系统变化在北方黄土地层中没有相似表现 ,但可能与黄土记录的中更新世晚期以来粉尘通量逐步加大、干旱化程度逐步加深有着某种关联 ,暗示中更新世晚期以来可能存在较为普遍的气候恶化趋势。

Deserts and Aeolian Desertification in China: Book review and some thoughts

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.
