吹扫捕集-气相色谱/质谱法测定地下水中的挥发性有机物   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1  
利用吹扫捕集-气相色谱/质谱联用技术,建立了适用于地下水中氯代烃、苯系物、氯代苯类等25种挥发性有机污染物的分析方法。采用选择离子监测与全扫描交替方式进行质谱定性,内标法定量,方法检出限为0.10~0.20μg/L,样品加标的平均回收率在83.9%~104.5%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=7)在3.23%~10.1%。方法检出限低,精密度好,分析快速,适用于大批量地下水中挥发性有机物的分析。  相似文献

建立了吹扫捕集-气相色谱-质谱法同时测定地下水中卤代烃类、苯系物、氯代苯类等20多种挥发性有机物的方法。对吹扫捕集条件、气相色谱条件和质谱条件进行优化,并对实际水样进行测定。方法检出限为0.03~0.28μg/L,基体加标回收率为88.8%~111.0%,精密度(RSD,n=7)为2.21%~5.31%。方法准确,灵敏可靠,可满足地下水中痕量挥发性有机物的分析要求。  相似文献

建立了DB-624和DB-FFAP双柱定性,吹扫捕集-气相色谱-质谱联用法测定地下水中卤代烃、苯系物、氯代苯等27种挥发性有机物的分析方法。考虑到环境介质的复杂性及干扰的不确定性,选择DB-624柱和极性较强的DB-FFAP柱优化了分离条件;采用分流进样模式,确定了目标组分灵敏度较高时的分流比10∶1;选择离子监测(SIM)方式扫描,提高了各扫描周期内组分的灵敏度;DB-624和DB-FFAP双柱定性,确保了结果的准确性,在DB-FFAP柱上可实现间二甲苯和对二甲苯异构体的完全分离。方法检出限为0.02~0.10μg/L,基体加标回收率为93.3%~109.5%,精密度(RSD,n=7)为0.9%~8.5%。对外部监控样品和实际水样进行测定表明,方法准确,灵敏可靠,可以满足地下水中痕量挥发性有机物的分析要求,适合于批量样品分析。  相似文献

利用吹扫捕集气相色谱-质谱法检测地下水中挥发性有机污染物,建立适用于全国地下水调查中卤代烃、苯系物、氯苯等25种必检组分测定的分析流程,同时增加分析过程的质量控制与质量管理。各组分标准曲线线性方程相关系数均在0.999 5以上,方法检测限为0.1~0.4μg/L。标准添加样品测定值相对标准偏差为1.73%~5.53%(n=7),回收率为88.8%~112.0%。建立的分析方法检测限低、精密度好、方法简便、准确,适用于地下水调查等大批量挥发性有机污染物的分析。  相似文献

应用吹扫捕集-气相色谱-质谱法测定岩溶地区垃圾渗透液中36种挥发性有机物(VOCs)的含量。获取样品溶液5 mL于吹扫瓶中,利用TELEDYNE TEKMAR型吹扫捕集直接进样,经DB-VRX毛细管色谱柱分离、电子轰击电离(EI)全扫描检测,选择特征离子,再用外标法进行定量测定。结果表明:36种挥发性有机物的质量浓度在1~100 μg·L-1 范围内,与其峰面积呈线性关系,方法检出限在0.03~0.27 μg·L-1 之间,加标回收率在88%~110%之间,相对标准偏差(n=7)在2.32%~6.51%之间。   相似文献

应用吹扫捕集-气相色谱质谱法分析土壤中卤代烃、氯代苯、苯系物类等54种挥发性有机物,应用选择性离子扫描(SIM)的方式进行分段扫描.与全扫描方式相比,SIM方式对土壤中多组分的定量分析更具有积极作用.采用内标法绘制校正曲线,方法检出限范围在0.20×10-9~1.20×10-9之间.基体加标回收率范围在82.0%~112.5%之间,准确度相对于全扫描的方式高出0.1~14.5个百分点.  相似文献

利用吹扫捕集-气质联机,建立了以污染场地的污染物质为标准物质、对地下水中挥发性芳烃进行定量分析的新方法。该方法标准物质容易获得,定量数据可靠,定量信息全面,地下水中挥发性芳烃的方法检出限达0.22 μg/L,且用色谱峰面积百分比对地下水中苯系物(BTEX)定量与用BTEX标准物质定量结果比较,相对标准偏差RSD<5%。  相似文献

Pant-y-ffynnon Quarry in South Wales yielded a rich cache of fossils in the early 1950s, including articulated specimens of new species (the small sauropodomorph dinosaur Pantydraco caducus and the crocodylomorph Terrestrisuchus gracilis), but no substantial study of the wider fauna of the Pant-y-ffynnon fissure systems has been published. Here, our overview of existing specimens, a few described but mostly undescribed, as well as freshly processed material, provides a comprehensive picture of the Pant-y-ffynnon palaeo-island of the Late Triassic. This was an island with a relatively impoverished fauna dominated by small clevosaurs (rhynchocephalians), including a new species, Clevosaurus cambrica, described here from a partially articulated specimen and isolated bones. The new species has a dental morphology that is intermediate between the Late Triassic Clevosaurus hudsoni, from Cromhall Quarry to the east, and the younger C. convallis from Pant Quarry to the west, suggesting adaptive radiation of clevosaurs in the palaeo-archipelago. The larger reptiles on the palaeo-island do not exceed 1.5?m in length, including a small carnivorous crocodylomorph, Terrestrisuchus, and a possible example of insular dwarfism in the basal dinosaur Pantydraco.  相似文献

The solubilities of columbite, tantalite, wolframite, rutile, zircon and hafnon were determined as a function of the water contents in peralkaline and subaluminous granite melts. All experiments were conducted at 1035 °C and 2 kbar and the water contents of the melts ranged from nominally dry to approximately 6 wt.% H2O. Accessory phase solubilities are not affected by the water content of the peralkaline melt. By contrast, solubilities are affected by the water content of the subaluminous melt, where the solubilities of all the accessory phases examined increase with the water content of the melt, up to 2 wt.% H2O. At higher water contents, solubilities are nearly constant. It can be concluded that water is not an important control of accessory phase solubility, although the water content will affect diffusivities of components in the melt, thus whether or not accessory phases will be present as restite material. The solubility behaviour in the subaluminous and peralkaline melts supports previous spectroscopic studies, which have observed differences in the coordination of high field strength elements in dry vs. wet subaluminous granitic glasses, but not for peralkaline granitic glasses. Lastly, the fact that wolframite solubility increases with increasing water content in the subaluminous melt suggests that tungsten dissolved as a hexavalent species.  相似文献

Calcite samples were extracted both from the rock matrix and the superficial coating of a karstified fault plane of an underground quarry, located in the eastern border of the Paris basin. The karstification is dated as Quaternary. Analysis of mechanical calcite twinning reveals that only the calcite matrix has also undergone a compression trending WNW that can be attributed to the Mio-Pliocene alpine collision. Both coating and matrix have undergone a strike-slip regime with σ1 roughly trending north–south, that could correspond to the regional present-day state of stress, a strike-slip compression rather trending NNW, modified by local phenomena.
