Iron is a vital micro nutrient for growth of bloom-forming Microcystis aeruginosa and competition with other algae,and its availability is affected by humic acid.The effect of iron and humic acid on growth and competition between M.aeruginosa and Scenedesmus obliquus was assessed.The results showed the growth of M.aeruginosa and S.obliquus in mono-cultures was inhibited by humic acid at low iron concentrations(0.01 mg/L);the maximum inhibition ratios were 67.84% and 38.31%,respectively.The inhibition of humic acid on the two species was significantly alleviated when iron concentrations were1.00 mg/L,with the maximum inhibition rate reduced to 5.82% for M.aeruginosa and to 23.06% for S.obliquus.S.obliquus was the dominant species in mixed cultures,and the mutual inhibition between M.aeruginosa and S.obliquus at low iron concentration was greater than that at high iron concentration.The inhibition of S.obliquus on M.aeruginosa was reduced at low iron concentrations;it increased at high iron concentrations,as concentrations of humic acid rose.  相似文献

以C、N、P为主要限制性因子研究了芽孢杆菌和微囊藻在水中的生长率 ,并据Monod方程了解种群增长率与营养浓度之间的关系 ,以判断藻菌资源竞争的结果。研究结果显示 ,氮浓度的升高或磷浓度的降低 ,即N/P比值的升高 ,有利于芽孢杆菌的生长 ;而当氮浓度一定时 ,C/N比值越高 ,芽孢杆菌生长得越好。而微囊藻作为一种自养的光合植物 ,其生长与水中的C源无关 ,与氮磷浓度有关。氮磷浓度越高则生长越好。在此研究结果基础上进行藻菌生长动态的比较表明 ,在氮限制条件下 ,微囊藻的生长率稍高于芽孢杆菌 ;在磷限制条件下 ,芽孢杆菌的生长率总是大大高于微囊藻的生长率  相似文献

【目的】探索波吉卵囊藻胞外滤液对铜绿微囊藻的抑制机理。【方法】采用Illumina平台,对使用BG11培养基(对照组)和波吉卵囊藻胞外滤液(实验组)培养的铜绿微囊藻(Microcystis aeruginosa)进行转录组测序,筛选差异表达基因并进行通路富集分析,并对部分差异表达基因进行qRT-PCR验证。【结果】与对照组相比,波吉卵囊藻胞外滤液处理后的铜绿微囊藻组中筛选1483个表达差异显著的基因,其中上调表达基因788个,下调表达基因695个。GO功能分析将差异基因划分为35个子类别,包括催化活性、结合、代谢过程、细胞过程、膜、膜部分等。KEGG通路分析中,所有差异基因聚集在108个通路,其中84个差异基因注释在代谢功能类别中,而氧化磷酸化通路富集最显著。氧化磷酸化通路中,相关基因表达以上调为主(26个DEGs,20个上调,6个下调)。qRT-PCR验证结果与转录组测序结果的表达变化趋势一致。【结论】波吉卵囊藻滤液引起铜绿微囊藻氧化磷酸化途径上基因表达上调,ATP合成效率提高。  相似文献

The present study preliminarily examined the differences in maximum handling size, prey size and species selectivity of growth hormone transgenic and non-transgenic common carp Cyprinus carpio when foraging on four gastropods species( Bellamya aeruginosa, Radix auricularia, Parafossarulus sinensis and Alocinma longicornis) under laboratory conditions. In the maximum handling size trial, five fish from each age group(1-year-old and 2-year-old) and each genotype(transgenic and non-transgenic) of common carp were individually allowed to feed on B. aeruginosa with wide shell height range. The results showed that maximum handling size increased linearly with fish length, and there was no significant difference in maximum handling size between the two genotypes. In the size selection trial, three pairs of 2-year-old transgenic and non-transgenic carp were individually allowed to feed on three size groups of B. aeruginosa. The results show that the two genotypes of C. carpio favored the small-sized group over the large-sized group. In the species selection trial, three pairs of 2-year-old transgenic and non-transgenic carp were individually allowed to feed on thin-shelled B. aeruginosa and thick-shelled R. auricularia, and five pairs of 2-year-old transgenic and non-transgenic carp were individually allowed to feed on two gastropods species( P. sinensis and A. longicornis) with similar size and shell strength. The results showed that both genotypes preferred thin-shelled Radix auricularia rather than thick-shelled B. aeruginosa, but there were no significant difference in selectivity between the two genotypes when fed on P. sinensis and A. longicornis. The present study indicates that transgenic and non-transgenic C. carpio show similar selectivity of predation on the size-and species-limited gastropods. While this information may be useful for assessing the environmental risk of transgenic carp, it does not necessarily demonstrate that transgenic common carp might have lesser environmental impacts than non-transgenic carp.  相似文献

【目的】探究铜绿微囊藻(Microcystis aeruginosa)藻际微生物群落组成以及与溶藻细菌侧孢短芽孢杆菌(Brevibacillus laterosporus)Bl-zj共培养对藻际微生物群落的影响。【方法】将侧孢短芽孢杆菌Bl-zj与铜绿微囊藻共培养4 d后(BL组),收集样品,以单独培养的铜绿微囊藻(BG组)为对照,提取样品总基因组DNA后进行16S rDNA扩增、构建文库、测序及生物信息学分析,比较BL组与BG组间藻际微生物群落的差异。【结果】测序平均获得高质量序列85390条,946个OUT(Operational Taxonomic Unit),BL组特有OTU 339个。物种组成分析显示,BG组微生物群落主要以微囊藻属(Microcystis)为主,其余相对丰度由高到低分别为假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas)、中慢生根瘤菌属(Mesorhizobium)、短芽孢杆菌属(Brevibacillus)和红杆菌属(Rhodobacter)。BL组微生物群落主要以短芽孢杆菌属(Brevibacillus)为主。BL组的微生物多样性相较于BG组显著下降(P<0.05)。经预测,BG组微生物功能集中在能量代谢与外源生物降解与代谢,BL组微生物功能集中在碳水化合物代谢和氨基酸代谢功能。【结论】侧孢短芽孢杆菌Bl-zj与铜绿微囊藻共培养,打破了铜绿微囊藻藻际微生物群落的平衡,与Bl-zj的溶藻进程有关。  相似文献

In this study, the 454 pyrosequencing technology was used to analyze the DNA of the Microcystis aeruginosa symbiosis system from cyanobacterial algal blooms in Taihu Lake, China. We generated 183 228 reads with an average length of 248 bp. Running the 454 assembly algorithm over our sequences yielded 22 239 significant contigs. After excluding the M. aeruginosa sequences, we obtained 1 322 assembled contigs longer than 1 000 bp. Taxonomic analysis indicated that four kingdoms were represented in the community: Archaea (n = 9; 0.01%), Bacteria (n = 98 921; 99.6%), Eukaryota (n = 373; 3.7%), and Viruses (n = 18; 0.02%). The bacterial sequences were predominantly Alphaproteobacteria (n = 41 805; 83.3%), Betaproteobacteria (n = 5 254; 10.5%) and Gammaproteobacteria (n = 1 180; 2.4%). Gene annotations and assignment of COG (clusters of orthologous groups) functional categories indicate that a large number of the predicted genes are involved in metabolic, genetic, and environmental information processes. Our results demonstrate the extraordinary diversity of a microbial community in an ectosymbiotic system and further establish the tremendous utility of pyrosequencing.  相似文献

The increasing use of pharmaceuticals has become a major environmental issue in China.The presence of antibiotics in water may have deleterious effects on non-target aquatic organisms such as microalgae.In this study,a cyanobacterium and an alga species in surface waters,Microcystis aeruginosa and Chlamydomonas microsphaera,were exposed to 0,0.1,0.5,1.0,2.0,5.0,10.0,and 20.0 mg/L of oxytetracycline dihydrate(OXY) and sulfamethoxazole(SMZ) for 96 h to determine the effects of these antibiotics on the growth and surface morphology.Moreover,the photosynthetic activity and the contents of superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA),and protein were measured to examine the biochemical characteristics of M.aeruginosa and C.microsphaera under OXY and SMZ stress.The effects of both antibiotics on the growth of both species were concentration-dependent and characterized by low-dose stimulation and high-dose inhibition.C.microsphaera was more sensitive to both antibiotics than M.aeruginosa was.The algal cell membranes of both species disintegrated after exposure to a high concentration of OXY.All of the physiological parameters measured in this study were relatively stable at low concentrations of OXY and SMZ.After exposure to high concentrations of OXY and SMZ,photosynthetic activity decreased significantly,whereas lipid peroxidation and the abundance of SOD,MDA,and protein increased significantly.Thus,low-dose antibiotics may increase algal blooms in eutrophic waters.  相似文献

Four bromophenols were isolated from the extract of marine red alga, Rhodomela confervoides by column chromatography and HPLC methods. By means of spectroscopic methods including IR, MS, 1D, and 2D-NMR techniques, their structures were elucidated as (1) 3-bromo-4,5-dihydroxy benzoic acid methyl ester; (2) his (2,3-dibromo-4,5-dihydroxybenzyl) ether; (3) 3,4-dibromo-5-(methoxymethyl)-1,2-benzenediol and (4)3-bromo-4,5-dihydroxy-benzaldehyde. Compound 1 was first isolated from the algae in nature, and 1, 4 were found to have selective cytotoxic activities against KB, Bel 7402 and A549 cells, 2 showed powerful antibacterial activities against Staphylococcus aurens and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.  相似文献

Seaweeds are known to exhibit various antimicrobial properties,since it harbours an enormous range of indigenous bioactive compounds.The emergence of drug resistant strains has directed to the identification of prospective metabolites from seaweed and its endophytes,thereby exploiting the properties in resisting bacterial diseases.The current study was aimed to assess the antimicrobial activity of extracts obtained from Ulva reticulate,for which metabolites of Ulva reticulata and its endophytes were extracted and assessed against human pathogens like Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Salmonella typhi,and Bacillus subtilis.It was observed that the hexane extract of isolate VITDSJ2 was effective against all the tested pathogens but a significant inhibition was observed for Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli.Further,Gas chromatography coupled with Mass spectroscopy(GC-MS) revealed the existence of phenol,3,5-bis(1,1-dimethylethyl) in the crude hexane extract which is well-known to possess antibacterial activity.The effective isolate VITDSJ2 was identified to be the closest neighbour of Pseudomonas stutzeri by phenotypic and genotypic methods.The crude extracts of the seaweed Ulva reticulata was also screened for antibacterial activity and the hexane extract was effective in showing inhibition against all the tested pathogens.The compound in the crude extract of Ulva reticulata was identified as hentriacontane using GC-MS.The extracts obtained from dichloromethane did not show significant activity in comparison with the hexane extracts.Hence the metabolites of Ulva reticulata and the bacterial secondary metabolites of the endophytes could be used in the treatment of bacterial infections.  相似文献

The increasing occurrence of cyanobacterial blooms in water bodies is a serious threat to the environment. Efficient in-lake treatment methods for the control of cyanobacteria proliferation are needed, their in-vivo detection to obtain a real-time response to their presence, as well as the information about their physiological state after the applied treatment. In-vivo fluorescence measurements of photosynthetic pigments have proved to be effective for quantitative and qualitative detection of phytoplankton in a water environment. In the experiment, chlorophyll and phycocyanin fluorescence sensors were used concurrently to detect stress caused by electrochemical oxidation applying an electrolytic cell equipped with borondoped diamond electrodes on a laboratory culture of cyanobacteria Microcystis aeruginosa PCC 7806. The inflicted injuries were reflected in a clear transient increase in the phycocyanin fluorescence signal(for 104 %? 43%) 24 h after the treatment, which was not the case for the chlorophyll fluorescence signal. In the next 72 h of observation, the fluorescence signals decreased(on 40% of the starting signal) indicating a reduction of cell number, which was confirmed by cell count(24% reduction of the starting concentration) and analysis of extracted chlorophyll and phycocyanin pigment. These results demonstrate the viability of the combined application of two sensors as a useful tool for in-vivo detection of induced stress, providing real-time information needed for the evaluation of the efficiency of the in-lake treatment and decision upon the necessity of its repetition. The electrochemical treatment also resulted in a lower free microcystins concentration compared to control.  相似文献

滑坡稳定性评价是滑坡防治中关键问题之一, 滑坡失稳破坏判据研究可为滑坡稳定性评价提供支持。为了提高滑坡稳定性评价的精度, 以滑坡深部位移监测数据为基础的滑坡失稳破坏判据不失为一种有效方法。基于滑坡深部位移监测数据, 引入滑带完整性指标, 推导得到了滑带完整性指标与滑坡抗剪强度参数之间呈正比例关系; 运用滑坡稳定性计算方法和三峡库区堆积层滑坡简化模型, 获得了滑带完整性指标与滑坡的稳定性系数之间呈正比例关系。建立了考虑滑带完整性指标的三峡库区堆积层滑坡失稳破坏判据, 即: 当滑坡滑带土完整性指标大于滑坡滑带土完整性指标的临界值时, 滑坡处于稳定状态; 当滑坡滑带土完整性指标小于滑坡滑带土完整性指标的临界值时, 滑坡发生失稳破坏。以三峡库区典型堆积层滑坡——五尺坝滑坡为例, 通过实例分析发现该判据具备可靠性, 对堆积层滑坡适用性好。研究成果表明, 滑带完整性指标失稳破坏判据可以用于评价滑坡的稳定状态, 为滑坡失稳破坏判据研究提供了一种新思路。   相似文献

Planation surface, a surface that is almost flat, is a kind of low-relief landforms. Planation surface is the consequence of the denudation and planation processes under a tectonic stable condition. The quantitative expression of the characteristics of planation surface plays a key role in reconstructing and describing the evolutionary process of landforms. In this study, Landform Planation Index (LPI), a new terrain derivative, was proposed to quantify the characteristics of planation surface. The LPIs were calculated based on the summit surfaces formed according to the clustering results of peaks. Ten typical areas in the Ordos Platform located in the central part of the Loess Plateau of China are chosen as the test areas for investigating their planation characteristics with the LPI. The experimental results indicate that the LPI can be effectively used to quantify the characteristics of planation surfaces. In addition, the LPI can be further used to depict the patterns of spatial differentiation in the Ordos Platform. Although the present Ordos Platform area is full of the high-density gullies, its planation characteristics is found to be well preserved. Furthermore, the characteristics of the planation surfaces can also reflect the original morphology of the Ordos Platform before the loess dusts deposition process evolved in this area. The statistical results of the LPI show that there is a gradually increasing tendency along with the increasing of slope gradient of summit surface. It indicates that the characteristics of planation surfaces vary among test areas with different landforms. These findings help to deepen the understanding of planation characteristics of the loess landform and its underlying paleotopography. Results of this study can be also served as an important theoretical reference value for revealing the evolutionary process of loess landform.  相似文献

水道是连接两侧大陆或岛屿的狭长水域,是水上的生命线。在海洋中,水道通常与岛屿相伴而生,特别在礁体丛生的海域,岛礁与水道间的关系更为微妙,岛礁的价值在某些方面体现在其对水道安全的影响。本文以岛礁和水道的空间配置为出发点,提出基于Voronoi图的岛礁水道空间配置模型,利用岛礁对水道的控制强度,从水道的安全角度,描述岛礁的价值。最后,利用相关数据计算岛礁对水道的控制范围及强度,对岛礁与水道间的空间配置关系进行探讨。结果表明,空间配置关系是影响岛礁对水道的控制的重要因素,在空间相互关系的制约下岛礁的区位优势更能凸现其对水道的有效控制。该模型对海洋中岛礁分布区的水道安全及岛礁价值的研究有着重要的意义。  相似文献

In recent decades, research of the Alps, Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, and Cordillera have made great progress in understanding the phenomenon of permafrost. For the most part, this has been made possible due to temperature monitoring. However, the permafrost parameters in an area of more than 2 million square km of the mountainous regions of northeast Asia, for the most part, remain a blank spot in the scientific community. Due to the lack and insufficiency of factual materials, in 2012 the P.I. Melnikov Permafrost Institute began to take temperature measurements in the upper part of the permafrost in the central part of the VerkhoyanKolyma uplands, namely the Suntar-Khayat ridge. The article describes the temperature characteristics of air, surface and rocks of the active layer in the range of heights from 850 to 1821 m, in various landscape and topographic elements. For the observation period from 2012 to 2019, we obtained information on temperatures in the soils of the active layer at depths of 1 m, 3 m, 4 m, and 5 m and also air and surface temperature parameters. The availability of data on automated monitoring of rock temperatures in the active layer and the upper horizons of the layer of annual heat rotations made it possible to substantiate the most typical conditions of the temperature conditions of the permafrost zone of the characterized region. The parameters of permafrost existence and development are in favorable conditions. This is shown in the analysis of temperature data of air, surface and active layer. Soil temperatures in the active layer of annual heat rotations are most clearly represented at a depth of 1 m. Currently, on the territory of the mountain regions of Eastern Siberia, there are no more such sites for monitoring the temperature regime of soils. Information on the permafrost parameters in the region will allow us to begin the process of creating new models or checking existing forecasts and the distribution of the temperature pattern. It will also make it possible to evaluate the response of sensitive and vulnerable frozen soils of mountain regions to climate change.  相似文献

The"5.12"Wenchuan earthquake in 2008 triggered a large number of co-seismic landslides.The rear boundary or cracks of co-seismic landslide are generally located at the steep free surface of thin or thick mountains.Dynamic process of this kind of landslides could be divided into two parts:the seismic dynamic response of the slope and the movement process of rock mass.Taking the Laoyingyan rockslide as an example,the amplification effect was studied by single-degree-of-freedom system analysis method.Besides,the dynamic process of landslide under seismic loading was simulated by the finite difference method(FDM)and discrete element method(DEM).The amplification coefficient of the rockslide to seismic wave is 1.25.The results show that the critical sliding surface of the Laoyingyan rockslide was formed at the 23 th seconds under the action of seismic wave.At the same time,tension failure occurred at the rear edge of the sliding mass and shear failure occurred at the front edge.The maximum displacement was 0.81 m and the initial velocity was 2.78 m/s.During the initiation process of the rockslide,the rock mass firstly broke down along the joints which are along the dip of the rock stratum,and then collapsed bodily along the secondary structural planes.In the process of movement,the maximum velocity of rock mass was 38.24 m/s.After that,the rock mass underwent multiple collisions,including contact,deceleration to 0 and speed recovery after rebound.Finally,due to the constant loss of energy,the rocks stopped and accumulated loosely at the foot of the slope.The longest distance of movement was about 494 m.Besides,the smaller the damping ratio,the farther the rock mass moved.Compared with the results without considering the amplification factor,the movement distance of landslide by considering the amplification factor was more accurate.The study of the Laoyingyan rockslide is helpful to strengthen our field identification of potential co-seismic rockslides.At the same time,understanding its movement and accumulation process can help us better predict the hazard scope of the co-seismic rockslides,and provide a reference for the design of treatment projects.  相似文献

本文笔者认为,宇宙事件是地壳运动的主要动力之一。与地壳运动有关的宇宙事件共有12种,其中6种为正常事件,它们改变地球自转速率,并进而引起跃变地壳运动;另6种为灾变事件,它们直接启动岩石圈的板块运动,并导致突变地壳运动。地质历史上,可相应地划分出12个宇宙事件构造旋回,它们各自对应着不同型式和规模的宇宙事件和地质事件。质量较大的小天体对北冰洋、太平洋、大西洋和印度洋的4次冲击,塑造了全球地幔对流和海陆分布的基本格局。  相似文献
