This study deals with the toxic effects of Zn2+, Cu2+, Cd2+ and NH3 on Chinese prawn (Penaeus orientalis). The median lethal concentrations of the toxic matters on Chinese prawn were determined. Cd2+>Cu2+>Zn2+>NH3-Nm is the toxic order of these chemicals to Chinese prawn. The toxic order of concentrated Zn2+ and Cd2+ in tissues and organs of Chinese prawn is in the order. gill>shell+appendage>viscera>muscle.  相似文献

Malachite green(MG), a dye, is an antifungal agent that has been used to treat and prevent fish diseases. It is metabolized into reduced leucomalachite green forms(LMG) that may reside in fish muscles for a long period, thus being harmful to human health. The aim of this study was to develop a competitive and direct enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) to detect MG and LMG specifically. The monoclonal antibody(m Ab) to LMG was generated using a hybridoma technique. The obtained m Ab showed good cross-reactivity(CR) to malachite green(MG), but not to crystal violet(CV) and Brilliant Green(BG). The m Ab was used to develop a fast detecting ELISA of MG and LMG in fish. By introducing the conjugation LMG-HRP, the detection capability was 0.37 ng m L-1 for MG and LMG. The mean recovery from spiked grass carp tissues ranged from 76.2% to 82.9% and the coefficients of variation varied between 1.8% and 7.5%. The stable and efficient monoclonal cell line obtained is a sustainable source of sensitive and specific antibody to MG and LMG.  相似文献

孔雀石绿在青石斑鱼肌肉组织中的残留与消除规律   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
为了解运输和疾病防治过程非法使用孔雀石绿后,青石斑鱼(Epinephelus awoara)对孔雀石绿的蓄积及消除规律,以指导对孔雀石绿的禁用监管,采用3种浓度的孔雀石绿分别连续药浴5 h,以及分3次间断药浴15 min,再转移至水泥池中用海水养殖,采用液相色谱—串联质谱法(LC/MS/MS)测定青石斑鱼肌肉组织中孔雀石绿的残留。结果表明:模拟运输过程用药后,残留量依次为247、102、113 g/kg,模拟疾病防治用药后,最大残留量依次为14.3、10.2、8.62 g/kg;两种用药方式下,用药浓度为0.15 mg/L时,其残留峰值均出现在清水养殖一个月后;模拟运输过程用药后,青石斑鱼肌肉组织孔雀石绿需245 d方可降至检测限以下,模拟疾病防治需122 d。种苗阶段的非法用药也可能成为水产品孔雀石绿残留的来源。  相似文献

【目的】研究丁香酚在斜带髭鲷(Hapalogenys nitens)体内的代谢特点。【方法】通过麻醉效果实验确定适宜的麻醉浓度;于15、25℃水温条件下,将斜带髭鲷在适宜浓度的丁香酚溶液中药浴麻醉8 h,转入海水中复苏;采用GC-MS/MS法测定在麻醉和复苏过程鱼体血浆、肌肉、肝脏中丁香酚浓度,依欧洲药品管理局的动物可食用组织休药期指南计算休药期。【结果与结论】用于麻醉运输斜带髭鲷的丁香酚适宜质量浓度为7.5 mg/L。药浴温度为15℃时,血浆、肌肉、肝脏达峰时间(tmax)分别为2.0、3.0、5.0 h,达峰浓度(Cmax)分别为9.82、37.58、160.07 mg/kg;药浴温度为25℃时,血浆、肌肉、肝脏tmax分别为1.5、2.0、5.0 h,Cmax分别为12.75、46.80、185.20 mg/kg。在复苏过程中,鱼体丁香酚消除符合二室模型。15℃条件下,血浆、肌肉、肝脏中丁香酚平均驻留时间MRT(0-t)分别为6.464、4.001、6.670 h;25℃条件下,MRT(0-t)分别为6.076、3.756、5.791 h。丁香酚休药期为3 d。【结论】丁香酚在斜带髭鲷体内蓄积和消除速度快,经长时间丁香酚麻醉,丁香酚在鱼体内保持长时间低浓度存在。  相似文献

高效液相色谱法检测水产品中的孔雀石绿和结晶紫   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
样品中的孔雀石绿、结晶紫经试剂盒提取,浓缩后用经固相萃取柱净化、硼氢化钾还原、反向色谱柱分离,使用荧光检测器检测,孔雀石绿、结晶紫的加标回收率在76.1%~92.5%之间,相对标准偏差1.9%~5.8%,检出限均为0.5μg/kg。结果表明:该方法检测孔雀石绿(MG)、结晶紫(GV)处理简单,灵敏度高,节省时间,可用于大量样品的快速分析。  相似文献

Heavy metal pollutants are a worldwide concern due to slow decomposition, biocondensation, and negative effects on human health. We investigated seasonal and spatial variations of the five heavy metals and evaluated their health risk in the Liaohe River, Northeast China. A total of 324 surface water samples collected from 2009 to 2010 were analyzed. Levels (high to low) of heavy metals in the Liaohe River were: zinc (Zn) > chromium (Cr) > copper (Cu) > cadmium (Cd) > mercury (Hg). Spatial and seasonal changes impacting concentrations of Cu and Zn were significant, but not significant for Cr, Cd and Hg. The highest concentrations of heavy metals were: Hg at Liuheqiao, Cu at Fudedian, Zn at Tongjiangkou, Cr at Mahushan, and Cd at Shenglitang. The highest concentrations of Hg and Cr were found in the wet period, Cu and Cd in the level period, and Zn in the dry period. The surface water of a tributary was an important accumulation site for heavy metals. Health risks from carcinogens and non-carcinogens increased from upstream to downstream in the mainstream of the Liaohe River. The total health risk for one person in the Liaohe River exceeded acceptable levels. The total health risk was the greatest during the wet period and least in the dry period. Among the five heavy metals in the Liaohe River, Cr posed the greatest single health risk.  相似文献

Total mercury in soil,water,plant,insects,fishes and bird feathers were determined to study mercury distribution and accumulation in typical wetland ecosystems in the Sanjiang Plain,Northeast China.Results show that total mercury concentrations in soils of Deyeuxia angustifolia wetland and Carex lascarpa wetland are 0.046 mg/kg and 0.063 mg/kg,respectively.Total mercury concentration in water bodies is 0.053 μg/L on average.Of four plants studied,total mercury in moss is the highest with the mean of 0.132 mg/kg.Of 10 terrestrial insect species studied,total mercury in centipede(Scolopendra spp.) is the highest with the mean of 0.515 mg/kg while total mercury in grasshopper(Oxya spp.) bodies is the lowest.Total mercury concentrations in the herbivorous,omnivorous and predatory insects are 10.18 ng/g,16.47 ng/g and 213.35 ng/g on average,respectively.Total mercury concentrations of the adult feather(549.88 ± 63.04 ng/g),nestling feather(55.15 ± 23.53 ng/g),and eggshell(22.05 ± 5.96 ng/g) of the Grey heron(Ardea cinerea) are higher than those of the Great egret(Egretta alba)(adult feather:446.57 ± 90.89 ng/g;nestling feather:32.99 ± 17.15 ng/g;eggshell:21.02 ± 3.17 ng/g) in the wetlands of the Sanjiang Plain.The bioconcentration factors decrease in the order of piscivorous fish muscle > omnivorous fish muscle > herbivorous fish > insect.  相似文献

Abstract Zinc (Zn) and copper (Cu) concentrations were determined in the tissues (muscle, stomach, liver, gills, skin, and gonads) of five commercial fish species (mullet Liza haematocheilus, flathead Platycephalus indicus, mackerel Scomberomorus niphonius, silver pomfret Pampus argenteus, and sea bass Lateolabrax japonicus) from Laizhou Bay in the Bohai Sea. Metal bioaccumulation was highest in the metabolically active tissues of the gonads and liver. Bioconcentration factors for Zn were higher in all tissues (gonads 44.35, stomach 7.73, gills 7.72, liver 5.61, skin 4.88, and muscle 1.63) than the corresponding values for Cu (gonads 3.50, stomach 3.00, gills 1.60, liver 5.43, skin 1.50, and muscle 0.93). Mackerel tissues accumulated metal to higher concentrations than did other fish species, but bioaccumulation levels were not significantly correlated with the trophic levels of the fish. Zn and Cu concentrations in the tissues were generally negatively correlated with fish length, except for a few tissues of sea bass. Risk assessment based on national and international permissible limits and provisional tolerances for weekly intake of Zn and Cu revealed that the concentrations of these two metals in muscle were relatively low and would not pose hazards to human health.  相似文献

在26±2℃水温下,每天投喂含有恩诺沙星药物的饲料,研究恩诺沙星在凡纳滨对虾Litopenaeus vanname肌肉、肠和肝胰脏组织中的代谢和残留消除规律。残留药物用乙腈提取,液相色谱串联质谱仪检测。结果表明:恩诺沙星在凡纳滨对虾体内可代谢为环丙沙星,对虾体内同时有恩诺沙星和环丙沙星两种药物残留;环丙沙星在肌肉、肝胰脏和肠组织中的消除时间分别为6、8、10 d,而恩诺沙星在这三组织中的消除时间则为12、14、16 d。建议把肠作为该药残留监控的靶组织,凡纳滨对虾的休药期不少于16 d。  相似文献

Pectenotoxins (PTXs) are a group of marine algal toxins. In this study, the accumulation and depuration of pectenotoxins in brown crab Cancer pagurus were investigated. Crabs were fed with toxic blue mussels Mytilus edulis for 21 days and then depurated for 42 days. Toxins were extracted with methanol from the digestive glands of contaminated crabs, uncontaminated crabs (control group) and from blue mussels for comparison. Extracts were analyzed by liquid chromatograph coupled with tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS-MS). The concentrations of PTX-2, PTX-2 SA, 7-epi-PTX-2 SA, and PTX-12 were analyzed in two batches of toxic blue mussels and the crabs. A one-compartment model was applied to describe the depuration of PTXs. The half-life of PTXs was estimated to be 6–7.5 days. After depuration for 42 days, the amount of PTXs measured in the crab digestive glands was less than 1 μg/kg. Supported by Norwegian Education Funding “Quata”(2005)  相似文献

Based on surfaced-related multiple elimination (SRME),this research has derived the methods on multiples elimination in the inverse data space.Inverse data processing means moving seismic data from forward data space (FDS) to inverse data space (IDS).The surface-related multiples and primaries can then be separated in the IDS,since surface-related multiples will form a focus region in the IDS.Muting the multiples energy can achieve the purpose of multiples elimination and avoid the damage to primaries energy during the process of adaptive subtraction.Randomized singular value decomposition (RSVD) is used to enhance calculation speed and improve the accuracy in the conversion of FDS to IDS.The synthetic shot record of the salt dome model shows that the relationship between primaries and multiples is simple and clear,and RSVD can easily eliminate multiples and save primaries energy.Compared with conventional multiples elimination methods and ordinary methods of multiples elimination in the inverse data space,this technique has an advantage of high calculation speed and reliable outcomes.  相似文献

Turbot Scophthalmus maximus, an important aquaculture species in China, currently suffers from epizootic diseases because of high density aquaculture. Enrofloxacin has been used to treat various systemic bacterial fish infections. However, studies concerning the pharmacokinetics of enrofloxacin in turbot are limited. In this study, the pharmacokinetics of enrofloxacin and its metabolite ciprofloxacin, were investigated in the turbot following intravenous and oral administration at 10 mg enrofloxacin/kg body weight, at 16°C and 10°C water temperatures. The concentrations of enrofloxacin and ciprofloxacin in the main tissues (plasma, muscle, liver and kidney) were detected by HPLC. The results show that the plasma concentration-time data for enrofloxacin were best described as a two-compartment open model after intravenous and oral administration. Three pharmacokinetic equations were established between the concentrations and temperatures. The kinetic profile of enrofloxacin was temperature dependent. The absorption half-life of enrofloxacin was 1.99 h and 2.17 h after oral administration, whereas the elimination half-life of the drug was 98.63 h and 136.59 h at 16°C and 10°C, respectively. The peak concentration of enrofloxacin in plasma and tissues was higher at 16°C than that at 10°C, and the peak plasma concentration time in the liver was the shortest at both temperatures among those of other tissues. The plasma C max /MIC ratio varied between 11.08 and 5 540.00 at 16°C; and between 7.92 and 3 960.00 at 10°C. The AUC/MIC ratio was 467.82-280 690.00 at 16°C, and 359.48-215 690.00 at 10°C. These ratios indicate that it is possible to obtain therapeutic efficacy. Very low levels of ciprofloxacin were detected. The AUC ratios of ciprofloxacin and enrofloxacin in plasma suggest that plasma ciprofloxacin might play a minor role in enrofloxacin treatment for turbot.  相似文献

Nanoparticles,or particles in size of 1-100 nm,are extensively used in the world in different applications.For instance,single-walled carbon nanotubes(SWCNTs) are commonly used in consumer products,such as biosensors,drug and vaccine delivery transporters,and novel biomaterials.Although nanoparticles do not cause safety concerns to consumers who use nanoparticle-containing products,these small particles are potentially harmful for workers who produce them in factories or in cases of discharge to aquatic ecosystems.SWCNTs do not have a natural analogue,so the effects on health of their disposal remain largely unknown.In this study,we evaluated the effects of SWCNTs on a population of the green microalga Chromochloris zofingiensis and the profile and production of pigments and fatty acids.The alga was incubated with SWCNTs for 6 days in 0(control),40,80,160,or 320 mg/L concentrations.SWCNTs showed both positive and negative effects on the growth of C.zofingiensis,with a biomass enhancement at low levels(40-160 mg/L) but inhibition at high levels(320 mg/L).By contrast,a decreased accumulation of fatty acids and pigments of C.zofingiensis was observed over the range of the tested concentrations.These results indicate that the markers on the inhibitive toxicity of SWCNTs are increasingly sensitive in the following order:biomass and fatty acids < primary carotenoids < chlorophylls < secondary carotenoids.C.zofingiensis is a suitable microalga for evaluating the ecotoxicological hazards of SWCNTs,especially in terms of pigmentation response.  相似文献

在水温26±2℃、盐度28条件下,恩诺沙星(enrofloxacin,EF)按5 mg/kg的剂量腹腔注射和口灌红笛鲷(Lutjanus sanguineus),用反相高效液相色谱法研究恩诺沙星在红笛鲷体内的药代动力学和组织分布。结果显示:注射和口灌后红笛鲷血浆的药时数据均符合一级吸收二室模型;血药达峰时间(tp)分别为0.75和1.5 h,血药质量浓度峰值(cmax)分别为5.22和3.94μg/mL,药时曲线下面积(AUC)分别36.98和17.24 mg/(L.h),消除半衰期(t1/2β)分别为13.28和9.18 h;恩诺沙星在组织中分布较广,注射和灌服给药肌肉、肝脏和肾脏的cmax分别为3.53和3.40μg/g、4.08和3.98μg/g、11.23和5.40μg/g,tp分别为1.5和2.0 h、1.0和2.0 h、0.75和1.5 h,AUC分别33.17和23.12 mg/(L.h)、39.36和18.20 mg/(L.h)、98.97和56.69 mg/(L.h);EF在红笛鲷体内消除速度较慢,注射和灌服给药肌肉、肝脏和肾脏的t1/2β分别为22.08和83.32 h、41.52和94.47 h、20.94和21.81 h。表明恩诺沙星注射给药在红笛鲷体内的吸收和消除均快于口灌给药。  相似文献

Vegetation restoration has been proposed as an effective method for increasing both plant biomass and soil carbon(C) stocks. In this study, 204 publications(733 observations) were analyzed, focusing on the effects of vegetation restoration on soil organic carbon(SOC) in China. The results showed that SOC was increased by 45.33%, 24.43%, 30.29% and 27.98% at soil depths of 0–20 cm, 20–40 cm, 40–60 cm and 60 cm after vegetation restoration, respectively. Restoration from both cropland and non-cropland increased the SOC content. The conversion of non-cropland was more efficient in SOC accumulation than the conversion of cropland did, especially in 40 cm layers. In addition, the conversion to planted forest led to greater SOC accumulation than that to other land use did. Conversion period and initial SOC content extended more influence on soil C accumulation as the main factors after vegetation restoration than temperature and precipitation did. The SOC content significantly increased with restoration period after long-term vegetation restoration( 40 yr), indicating a large potential for further accumulation of carbon in the soil, which could mitigate climate change in the near future.  相似文献

Mercury (Hg) concentrations in the tissues (muscle, stomach, liver, gills, skin, and gonads) of five fish species (mullet Liza ha em atocheil us, flathead fish Platycephalus indicus, sea bass Lateolabrax japonic u s, mackerel Scomberomorus niphonius and silver pomfret Pampus argenteus) collected from Laizhou Bay in the Bohai Sea of China were investigated. The results indicate that Hg bioaccumulation in the five fish was tissue-specific, with the highest levels in the muscle and liver, followed by the stomach and gonads. The lowest levels were found in the gills and skin. Fish at higher trophic levels (flathead fish and sea bass) exhibited higher Hg concentrations than consumers at lower trophic levels. Mercury bioaccumulation tended to be positively correlated with fish length in mullet, silver pomfret, mackerel, and flathead fish, but was negatively correlated with fish length in sea bass. The Hg concentrations in the muscles of all fish species in Laizhou Bay were within the permissible limits of food safety set by national and international criteria. However, the suggesting maximum consumption of sea bass is 263 g per week for human health.  相似文献

涌水是矿山安全生产的重要威胁之一,掌握涌水的水源是预防这类灾害的重要依据。基于多期次的水化学监测数据,提出了利用主成分分析(PCA)和残差分析来识别涌水的水源数量和水源类型。主成分分析能够充分提取高维数据的结构信息,消除变量冗余。残差分析利用主成分分析结果,提取不同的主成分个数重构离子浓度,得出重构离子浓度和原始离子浓度之间的残差,利用残差的结构性信息来判断可能的涌水水源数量和水源类型。结果表明:随保留主成分个数的增加,重构离子浓度的精度越高,离子残差的结构性得到消除且表现出随机性。在实例应用中,通过利用5个主成分重构离子浓度消除了所有主要离子残差结构性,保证了信息的最大程度提取,因此,确定研究矿山涌水水源数量为5个;同时,利用每个主成分对残差结构性的影响程度及离子相关性分析,确定了这5个水源类型为海水、第四系孔隙水、富钙基岩水、富镁基岩水和淡水。  相似文献

复方新诺明在罗氏沼虾中的药代动力学和组织分布   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
研究了单剂量肌肉注射给药[甲氧苄氨嘧啶(SMZ)0 60 mg/kg]、口灌给药[磺胺甲基异噁唑(SMZ)100 mg/kg]和复方口灌给药(SMZ 100 mg/kg和TMP 20 mg/kg)三种给药方式下,SMZ和TMP在罗氏沼虾中的代谢动力学,分析了SMZ和TMP血淋巴、肌肉和肝胰腺中的分布特征。结果表明,SMZ以肌肉注射方式给药后的血淋巴中,药物经时浓度曲线符合二室开放房室模型,而SMZ&TMP口灌给药后却不能用房室模型拟合。肌注给药后,SMZ的消除半衰期(t1/2β)为24.92 h,单方和复方口灌给药后SMZ的消除半衰期(t1/2β)分别为40.70和47.197 h。复方口灌给药后TMP的消除半衰期(t1/2β)为28.77 h,TMP对SMZ的药代动力学并无显著影响。口灌给药后,SMZ和TMP在肝胰腺中的药物浓度高于同时间肌肉中的药物浓度,但肌肉和肝胰腺中的SMZ消除速度基本一致。  相似文献

The present paper reports Zn,Cu,Pb,Cd,Ni,Fe,Mn and Co contents in the tissues of oyster,solen,red-tail prawn,sea eel and kelp,taken from Meizhou Bay(and analysed by flame atomicabsorption spectrophotometry after wet digestion)in June 1992,and also the concentration factors esti-mated from the mean metal concentrations in the organisms and water there.Heavy metal concentrationsin every species of the organisms followed the pattern:Fe,Mn,Cu,Zn>Pb,Cd,Ni,Co and in variousorganisms showed considerable variation.In general,levels of most of these metals were in the order:softtissues of the bivalves>the kelp>muscles of the red-tail prawn,the sea eel.The greatest concentrationof most metals was found in the gill or viscera of the sea eel,whereas the muscle tissues,in general,con-tained only low concentrations of them.The Cu,Zn concentration factors of the oyster were higher by1—2 orders of magnitude than that of the other organisms.The observed heavy metal levels were closeto those reported from various waters  相似文献
