根据海上油气资源勘探开发特点,在SPE油气资源分类理念下建立了具有中国海洋石油特色的《海上油气资源储量和潜在资源量分类》体系。分类体系将已发现油气资源划分为储量和潜在资源量2个类别,作为油气资源的分类基础。采用2个维度体现分类的主控要素,垂向上为油气田商业性状态和勘探开发阶段,横向上为油气资源的动用情况和开发状态。油气田划分为含油气构造、正在评价含油气构造、认定商业性油气田、在建设油气田和在生产油气田5种状态。油气资源的动用情况划分为已动用和未动用2种情况:已动用包括在生产中动用、方案中动用和计划中动用;未动用分为方案未动用和计划未动用。储量划分为已开发和未开发2种状态,潜在资源量划分为待开发和暂不开发2种状态,难动用储量划分为原油难动用储量和天然气难动用储量。  相似文献

海南省海域共圈定新生代油气沉积盆地18个,成藏地质条件良好,资源潜力巨大,具有良好的开发前景。位于南海北部的珠三坳陷、琼东南盆地和莺歌海盆地距海南岛较近,开采条件优越,是我国最早进行海洋油气勘探开发的区域,目前已经形成了东方、乐东、崖城和文昌4个油气田群,是我国海上油气的主产区之一。今后海南省油气资源勘探开发方向主要为上述三大油气盆地,通过对探明储量的进一步开发和对中深部层位的勘探,达到接续增储的目标;随着陵水17-2大型气田的发现和天然气水合物试采成功等一系列技术突破,海南省海域油气勘探开发正向着中深水和非常规能源领域进军。因此,海南省要依靠区位优势,借助油气体制改革的机遇,深入参与国家油气勘探开发活动,推动地方经济发展。  相似文献

Given the increasing competition for marine resources, regulatory strategies that benefit multiple stakeholders are increasingly important. Offshore wind power generating facilities are becoming more common in the marine environment and alter the characteristics of the fisheries in the surrounding area. Floating wind turbines can act as fish aggregating devices (FAD), thereby increasing the catchability for some species. Many marine recreational fisheries are open access without effort restrictions; therefore, control of total harvest is difficult. Creating a limited entry recreational fishery and excluding commercial fishing from the area surrounding offshore wind turbines may aid in controlling total harvest and may benefit several important stakeholder groups: (1) recreational and commercial fishermen in terms of higher recreational catch rates and potentially higher overall yield, (2) fisheries managers in terms of more precise control of recreational fisheries harvest, and (3) owners of offshore wind power facilities in terms of reduced risk of damage to infrastructure due to fishing activity. We discuss the compatibility of wind power facilities and fisheries, conditions conducive to this compatibility, and provide an example from a proposed offshore wind power facility in the Adriatic Sea and its potential to affect the fisheries management there, particularly for bluefin tuna (Thunnus thynnus).  相似文献

近年来,北极地区油气资源备受瞩目,北极地区油气资源开发利用开展得如火如荼,为北极国家能源产量增长带来了新的契机。文章以北极国家为出发点,采用文献梳理法,系统研究俄罗斯、美国、挪威、加拿大等北极国家在北极地区的油气资源勘探、开发情况;采用统计分析法,分析北极地区待发现油气资源与已发现油气资源的空间分布特征。研究发现,北极地区的油气资源在空间上呈现出极不均衡的特点。伴随着油气勘探技术的突破以及北极航道的逐渐开通,北极国家纷纷加快北极地区油气开发活动的进程,目前北极国家油气开发活动主要在陆地,而未来将逐步迈向北极近海。中国作为北极事物的重要利益攸关方,可以积极与北极国家开展合作,进而参与到北极地区油气资源的开发进程。  相似文献

The increasing global demand for animal protein is a major ecological concern due to its impacts on land use, climate change, global grain supply and fisheries. One method for harvesting animal protein is to grow marine fish. This is widely practiced in coastal environments, but also leads to environmental problems associated with habitat loss and nutrient loading. One alternative is to move marine aquaculture further offshore, away from coastal land-use conflicts and towards ocean currents, which can efficiently dispose wastes. This concept creates a logistical challenge, however, since operators have to transport large amounts of food, fish and fuel to and from offshore cages on a regular basis and in varied weather conditions. In this paper, we discuss the economic feasibility of using offshore oil and gas platforms as bases for open ocean aquaculture in the Gulf of Mexico. We develop net-present value models of a platform-based operation and describe sensitivity analysis of the model output. We conclude that offshore platform-based mariculture may be commercially viable under favorable assumptions, that its viability requires economies of scale and depends principally on the yield per unit of cage volume achieved. The European Blue Growth strategy aims to expand the new maritime sectors of aquaculture, energy, biotechnology, coastal tourism and mineral mining. Growth of these sectors will increases pressure on the seas, particularly on those areas that are densely used by traditional sectors such as fisheries and transport. This has triggered interest in developing multiuse of space and multiuse platforms at sea. This paper assesses the feasibility of offshore mussel production project in wind farms by design and ex-ante evaluation of a mussel aquaculture system in the North Sea. A system for mussel cultivation in the Dutch Borssele offshore wind farm was designed, producing both mussel seed and consumption-sized mussels with semi-submerged longlines. Based on the economic model and the risk assessment, this paper concludes that mussel aquaculture is an appealing commercial model for increased returns in offshore wind farms. The economic models shows that the internal rate of return and net present value are positive and based on the sensitivity analysis, it can be concluded that these results are robust.  相似文献

The extraction of offshore oil and gas deposits has resulted in installation of massive steel and concrete platforms in progressively deeper and more hostile waters. Concern for the safety of platform personnel, potential damage to the environment, and the assurance of profitable, unimpeded, extraction of these offshore resources is a concern of host-country governments and the offshore operators.Requirements for underwater inspection of these structures and the techniques and tools to conduct such inspection vary widely from country-to-country. In some instances periodic inspection is required by law; in other instances there is no requirement whatever once the structure has been installed. The instruments to conduct underwater inspections also vary; their effectiveness is sometimes questionable, and the cost of underwater inspection to the operator (which will eventually be borne by the consumer) is high and will get higher as the water depth and complexity of the structure increases.The purpose of this six month study was: 1) to identify and describe all actual or potential underwater inspection requirements (national and international) for fixed concrete and steel structures promulgated by the governments of offshore oil and gas producing countries and by the offshore operators themselves; 2) to identify and assess the state-of-the-art in underwater non-destructive testing/monitoring/inspection of offshore structures; 3) to evaluate the capability of servicing and hardware producers to meet the inspection requirements identified; and 4) to describe and establish priorities for specific tasks for technology development that should be undertaken to satisfy current and future requirements. While this study concentrates on fixed offshore oil and gas structures, the results also reflect the state-of-the-art in underwater inspection/testing for other offshore structures as well, e.g., floating power platforms; offshore terminals and deepwater ports.The data for this study were collected in three stages. First, an intensive literature review was conducted to initially identify those organizations and governments active in projects related to the study goals (the results of this literature survey are presented in Appendix I). Second, telephone interviews were conducted to further identify “Requirements” sources and suppliers/manufacturers of inspection/testing capabilities in the U.S. and Europe. Third, personal interviews were conducted with individuals active in hardware production or inspection services. Personnel and organizations contacted (both by telephone and on a personal basis) are identified in Appendix II (Requirements) and III (Capabilities), respectively. Approximately four months were required to satisfy the data collection phase; the remaining two months were spent analyzing, reducing and synthesizing the data obtained.  相似文献

非黏结柔性管道是海洋油气开发的重要装备,在海水环境中,抗拉铠装层发生腐蚀会对安全运行产生严重威胁,因此明确抗拉铠装层腐蚀机理、对柔性管道的检测和对抗拉铠装层的腐蚀评估十分重要。抗拉铠装层腐蚀与环空的气体环境和水环境有关,采用合适的检测方法和设备检测环空,可以帮助判断其腐蚀情况,并为腐蚀疲劳寿命评估和应对策略制定提供参考。针对抗拉铠装层腐蚀机理、非黏结柔性管道检测、腐蚀疲劳寿命评估和腐蚀应对措施进行了总结,指出机理研究和检测评估方法的不足,为国内柔性管道抗拉铠装层腐蚀研究和完整性管理提供参考。  相似文献

工业革命以来,近1/3人为排放的二氧化碳被海洋吸收,海洋负排放潜力巨大。海洋碱化技术被认为是最具有固碳潜力的海洋负排放技术之一。硅酸盐碱性矿物橄榄石风化速率高,在自然界中具有广泛的分布。海水增汇效率受到橄榄石的溶解速率、扩散速率等因素的影响。基于近海橄榄石海上反应平台,利用清洁能源将橄榄石破碎、研磨加速其溶解,再由海流将高碱度海水进行扩散促进毗邻海域对大气二氧化碳吸收的方法具有广阔的应用前景。随着我国近海油气资源的开发,基于海上油气平台发展橄榄石碱化增汇技术,降低海上碱化反应平台基建成本的同时,可捕集油气生产过程中的二氧化碳,随碱化后海水入海,进一步提高碱性矿物增汇技术的碳封存效能。  相似文献

胜利油田海上勘探区 ,位于渤海湾南部的极浅海海域 ,其范围为 :西起四女寺河口 ,经套儿河口、老黄河口、新黄河口、小青河口 ,东到潍河口 ,海岸长 4 1 4km,胜利矿产登记线内面积 4 870 km2 ,水深一般 0~ 5m,最深 1 8m。截止 2 0 0 0年年底 ,已完成二维地震 71 3 6.1 km,三维地震 1 588.58km2 ,完钻探井 1 0 2口 ,测井解释油气层井 87口 ,试油 85口 ,其中 74口获工业油流 ,6口获低产油流。发现了埕岛、埕北 3 0、新滩 3个油田 ,在明化镇组、馆陶组、东营组、沙河街组、中生界、上古生界、下古生界、太古界中发现了 8套含油层系 ,6种类型的油气藏 ,已探明含油面积 1 45.8km2 ,石油地质储量 3 860 9万 t;控制含油面积57.5km2 ,石油地质储量 894 8万 t,其中埕岛油田是渤海域发现最早的亿吨级油田 ,目前已建成 2 1 6万 t年生产能力 ,累积产油 1 0 57万 t。根据两轮资源评价及勘探实践的认识 ,与本区有关的 8个生油凹陷 (岐口、沙南、渤中、埕北、桩东、青东、莱州湾、潍北 )总资源量约 1 2 .0亿 t,目前已找到探明加控制石油地质储量为 4 .75亿 t,仍有较大的勘探开发潜力。今后将对 8个构造带 (埕子口、埕岛、埕北 3 0、长堤、垦东、青东、青坨子、潍北 )进行勘探 ,落实探明储量 ,进一步投入开发 ,为胜利油田  相似文献

Introductorily the mereorological conditions, wave climate and bottom composition in the North Sea are reviewed briefly. They are determining factors for design as well as for operation. 基岩油气藏是一种特殊类型的油气藏。随着渤中19-6凝析气藏、永乐8-3-1基岩油气藏及渤中13-2油气田等取得重大突破,证实中国海域基岩油气藏具有巨大勘探潜力。截至目前,已在渤海盆地、北部湾盆地、琼东南盆地、珠江口盆地获得多个高产基岩油气田。中国海域基岩油气藏具有分布广泛、纵向层系多、岩性多、类型多样的特征,主要发育前寒武系变质岩和混合花岗岩、古生代碳酸盐岩、中生代火山岩以及花岗岩侵入体、中生代碎屑岩等4套储层,尤其以前寒武系变质岩和中生代花岗岩侵入体为主。研究表明基岩油气藏主要表现为新生古储,其形成主要受控于富烃凹陷、构造运动、储盖条件等多种控制因素的影响。在总结前人成果的基础上,指出了中国海域未来基岩油气藏勘探应重点关注6大勘探方向:渤海盆地残山,北黄海盆地东部坳陷东北部局部凸起,南黄海盆地凸起带,东海陆架盆地低凸起,北部湾盆地涠西南凹陷、珠江口盆地惠州凹陷和琼东南盆地松南低凸起,南海南部中建南盆地和万安盆地。  相似文献

针对我国海上风电场开发建设的现状和发展趋势,结合海上风电场基础结构设计研发现状和存在的问题,探讨海上风电场基础结构设计的关键问题——设计理念、设计方法和设计标准等,分析海上风电场基础结构的结构、荷载和服役特点,分析海上风电场基础结构与水工结构和海洋石油平台设计的异同。并根据海上风电和海洋石油的行业特点,分析API规范和DNV规范对于海上风电场基础结构设计的适用性,阐述了海上风电场基础结构设计的特殊性、荷载取值和参考标准等问题。基于我国海洋工程技术发展水平和海上风电产业的发展趋势,提出发展适合我国国情的海上风电场基础结构型式及设计,指出我国海上风电产业发展应注意和避免发生的问题。  相似文献

Worldwide demand for energy is growing and predicted to increase by up to three times by 2050. Renewable energy will play a vital role in meeting this demand whilst maintaining global climate change targets. Around the British Isles, development of wind farms has entered Round three, with large, high capacity wind parks being planned to enhance energy security and achieve 2020 renewable energy targets. Such developments place additional pressure on existing sea space and may result in conflicts with other marine activities and users. Co-location of certain activities, marine protected areas, aquaculture and commercial fishing in particular, has therefore been proposed as an option to ease demands on space. Using the UK guided by EU and regional policy, as a case study, following the criteria-based planning system, co-location is legally feasible. Crucially, co-location options will depend on site specific characteristics and site management plans. The biology, ecology and hydrology of the site as well as consideration of important commercial and economic factors will be determining factors of success. For marine protected areas compatibility with conservation objectives for the site will be fundamental. Where possible, it is suggested that activities suitable for co-location will develop in tandem with renewable energy projects. The importance of developing joint projects in this manner is particularly true for aquaculture projects to ensure tenure security and commercial viability. Adaptive management will be a basis for evolution of the concept and practice of co-location. Pilot projects and continued monitoring will be essential in shaping the future of co-location of activities. As the Marine Management Organisation continues the development of marine plans for the English inshore and offshore waters, a study into potential solutions for resolving sea use conflicts is timely. This paper therefore provides a concise overview of the current regulation affecting co-location of key marine activities within wind farm zones and provides suggestions on how co-location projects can be adopted and taken forward, using the UK as a case study.  相似文献

中国很多海上油田已进入开采中后期,设备设施普遍老化,故障概率加大。由于海上油气井生产维护成本高昂,对油气井潜在故障的准确识别至关重要。通过对标准SPC控制图进行优化,建立适合海上油气井的生产参数预警模型,自动判断海上油气井生产参数异常。同时,结合业务专家经验,提出一种基于加权决策树的组合参数故障诊断模型,预测所发生的故障类型。该预警模型提高了海上油气井故障识别的时效性和准确率。通过在南海西部海域油气井的应用实践,该模型可以缩短措施反应周期至少8.4天,预警成功率91.18%,可见该模型能够实现油气井生产异常和故障的智能识别,保障海上油气井的高产稳产。  相似文献

There has been global interest in the exploitation of rich hydrocarbon resources in the Arctic for decades. However, recent low oil prices, a low carbon economy climate agenda, and technical challenges of Arctic oil extraction have curbed interest in these Arctic resources. Despite a recent reluctance to explore and develop an offshore Arctic drilling industry, a resurgence in oil and gas prices could spark renewed interests that could pose unacceptable risks of pollution from oil spills. These risks are further compounded by complex governance and sovereignty issues between circumpolar nations. This paper (i) compares cycles of Arctic hydrocarbon exploration and exploitation activity with global energy prices; (ii) outlines current pollution abatement techniques under pan-Arctic national regulations to identify potential gaps; (iii) describes current international frameworks for Arctic governance to highlight how problems could arise if offshore oil drilling returns to the Arctic and associated spills migrate to international waters; and (iv) provides policy recommendations to aid both national and international policy-makers regarding pollution abatement methods for future Arctic drilling.  相似文献

相比陆上油气开发工程和其他海洋工程而言,海洋油气开发工程有其自身的特点,海洋油气开发工程环境影响评价应关注的内容与其他工程有所不同。文章通过分析海洋油气开发工程的特点以及对环境影响的特点,提出海洋油气开发工程环境影响评价要点,即包括施工期悬浮泥沙及钻井液钻屑排放对海洋生态环境的影响、运营期含油生产水排放对海洋生态环境的影响、工程建设对海洋环境敏感目标的影响、溢油事故环境风险分析、污染防治及生态保护措施,并针对目前海洋油气开发工程环境影响评价存在的问题提出改进建议。  相似文献

The Mesoamerican Barrier Reef System has considerably changed after a series of natural disturbances, especially hurricanes and extreme coral bleaching, and is further impacted by anthropogenic threats. Located at a tri-national border between Belize, Guatemala and Honduras, the Sapodilla Cayes Range is specifically impacted by tourism, commercial fishing and other anthropogenic activities occurring in the three countries and by the fact that Belize only claims 3 nautical miles of Exclusive Economic Zone in the south pending a settlement to a border dispute with Guatemala. This area represents a source of income and food to several coastal communities and to Belize's economy. Key fisheries products harvested in the area by the three countries are the same but fisheries legislations and the number of fishermen are different, creating conflicts between fishermen. This paper summarizes the key problems that arise in southern Belizean fishing waters and the efforts made by the three countries to ensure the sustainability of the fishery.  相似文献

海上油气田开发由于所处地理环境恶劣、地质条件复杂、投资巨大,是一个风险较大的行业。海上油气田开发在地质、开发技术、工程技术、政治及经济等方面较陆上油气田有更大的风险,特别是开发建设投资占比大,因此分析其开发风险因素,提出相应对策,对后续海上油气田开发项目管理有着极为重要的意义。此文结合我国海域已投入开发的油气田案例,探讨海上油气田开发项目的风险因素,并由此提出关注的一些技术问题,以期在开发管理过程中降低风险、提高项目经济效益提供一定帮助。  相似文献
