通过对庄河沿海12个乡镇岸线利用情况的走访调查,搜集工业投入强度、产出效益、居民出行、服务便利情况和生态环境治理情况等多方面数据;从生产空间、生活空间和生态空间3个维度建立岸线利用适宜性评价指标体系,采用多因素综合评价模型和GIS地理空间分析方法对庄河沿海岸线进行适宜性评价,将生产、生活和生态空间的适宜性分为一般适宜、较适宜、适宜3类;在"三生"空间利用适宜性评价与实际发展情况相结合的基础上,确定庄河沿海岸线利用的生产适宜区、生活适宜区、生态适宜区,为大连庄河沿海岸线利用提供重要依据,为辽宁乃至全国沿海岸线利用提供借鉴。  相似文献

2005年11月13日至12月2日,笔者有幸参加了国家海洋局组织的赴荷兰学习与考察围海造地政策和技术的培训团。这是国家海洋局首次专门组团赴境外培训,得到国家海洋局及有关司领导的高度重视,学习、培训和考察活动取得显著成效。一、荷兰基本情况荷兰全称荷兰王国,海岸线长约1075km。国土面积狭小,东西长约200km,南北长约300km,总面积为41526km2,相当于江苏省的2/5,其中陆地面积33873km2。荷兰共有12个省份,总人口1560万。全国低于海平面的国土面积为33000km2,易受水灾影响区域占国土面积的55%,该区域人口占60%,低地生产总值占全国G D P的65%…  相似文献

The standard technique of determining the concentrations of total suspended solids (TSSs), particulate inorganic matter (PIM), and particulate organic matter (POM) by filtration with glass fiber filters is subject to an error or bias from sea salt plus water of hydration retention, when applied to saline waters. The sea salt plus water of hydration retention by the filters occurs even after washing the filter with 300 ml of deionized water, a greater volume than any wash recommended in the literature. We determined that the mass retention on a glass fiber filter, at a given salinity, is essentially constant, no matter the volume of seawater passed through the filter. We also determined that the sea salt plus water of hydration retention on glass fiber filters is directly proportional to the salinity of the seawater filtered. Sea salt plus water of hydration retention causes an overestimate of TSS; sea salt retention causes an overestimate of PIM; volatilization of water of hydration causes an overestimate of POM. Thus a correction curve is required for sea salt and water of hydration errors in the determination of TSS and PIM. Corrected POM comes from the difference between the two. Also, filter blanks (procedural control filters), run with deionized (DI) water rather than the seawater sample, are required to correct for possible filter mass loss during the analysis. We demonstrate correction curves for sea salt plus water of hydration retention for Whatman GF/F filters, 47 mm diameter, utilizing the methods of the APHA Manual, Standard Methods for the Examination of Water and Wastewater. Application of other glass fiber filter types or an analytical technique differing significantly from that employed here requires a different correction curve for retention of sea salt and water of hydration. These methods can be used to reanalyze older data on PIM, POM, and TSS.We apply these corrections to PIM and POM data from the northern Gulf of Mexico and examine the interactions of these filter corrections with corrections for structural water volatilization from suspended clay minerals in the determinations of PIM and POM. We analyze published data on PIM and POM determinations and their application to remote sensing. We conclude that sea salt and water of hydration retention on filters has an adverse effect on remote-sensing algorithms inverting radiance reflectance to estimate concentrations of suspended matter.  相似文献

The hydrological structure and the seasonal variability of marine currents in the Tyrrhenian Sea, off the coasts of Latium, are analysed using a data set obtained during several cruises between February 1988 and August 1990. Of particular interest is the fact that the hydrological surveys show the intermittent presence of a current of Levantine Intermediate Water (LIW) flowing anticlockwise along the Italian slope, at 250–700 m. This current is of particular importance in inferring the pathways of the Levantine Intermediate Water in the western Mediterranean Sea and in particular in the Tyrrhenian basin, downstream of the Strait of Sicily. These phenomena remain an open problem: our observations give support to the Millot's proposed general scheme, on the existence of a general cyclonic circulation of the LIW from the Strait of Sicily to the western Mediterranean, as opposed to a direct injection of LIW towards the Algerian basin.  相似文献

Global warming and climatic changes can lead to sea level rise (SLR) of dozens of cms over up-coming decades, along with groundwater permanent reserve losses (PRL). This study focuses on understanding the processes and estimating groundwater losses. A case study for such phenomena is Israel's Coastal aquifer. PRL estimation methodology is based upon a simple hydrogeological conceptual model. The results lead to estimation of two main components of an aquifer's PRL, and to key factors that can enhance or mitigate these losses. Such recommended measures as high-resolution topographic mapping and improved monitoring of sea level have been noted.  相似文献

The effects on the structure of the phytoplankton community of in situ environmental gradients concerning water qualities, formed during the mixing process of coastal with oceanic waters, were investigated on macro scale over a wide area of the Seto Inland Sea, Japan.The community structure of the phytoplankton varied almost constantly along the in situ environmental gradients in the community, which was shown by use of the diversity index rather than a mere listing of the phytoplankton community. These observations were considered to be the result of the direct or indirect response of the phytoplankton community to environmental gradients which occur in situ, which mean a series of variations of the habitat of the phytoplankton community. Their effects were reflected not in biomass but in the structure of the phytoplankton community. It was difficult to establish quantitatively the extent of their effects because of the variability in the degree of the environmental gradients which occur in situ.  相似文献

A perpetual salt fountain can draw up deep sea water without any artificial energy source. This is one of the ideal ways to draw up deep sea water for nutrient enhancement application. A perpetual salt fountain experiment was carried out in May 2004. The estimated average velocity of the upwelling after 48 h from the start of the experiment was about 7 mm/s, and it continued for about 3 days. The flow rate with a single pipe was estimated as approximately 45 m3/day. The amount of upwelled deep sea water by this single pipe seems too small to be of benefit, but we can easily increase the amount by deploying a number of pipes.  相似文献
