The results of the studies within the new approach to solving the inverse problem of gravimetry are considered. This approach consists in direct (analytical) continuation of the anomalous gravitational field specified on the Earth’s surface into the lower half-space with the use of the method of discrete approximations. The solution of the problem of analytical continuation is demonstrated by the model example. In the solution of the problem of analytical continuation, the developed algorithms and computer programs were implemented in two program packages which are used both in the model computations and in practice.  相似文献

Summary A common computer program for the interpretation of vertical magnetic anomalies of spheres and horizontal cylinders has been developed. The input consists of the observed anomalies noted against their distances measured from an arbitrary point in the profile and a code number for each model. The program is written so that the positions and magnitudes of the maximum and minimum anomalies are located and their ratios and signs are used to define the initial parameters of the model under consideration. The errors resulting from these approximate values are derived and are solved for the increments to be given to the initial values. The process is repeated until the sum of the squares of the errors is less than 0.25% of the sum of the squares of the observed anomalies. The method has been tested on various theoretical examples and the results justify the validity of the programme.  相似文献

Various methods for computing the terrain correction in a high‐precision gravity survey are currently available. The present paper suggests a new method that uses linear analytical terrain approximations. In this method, digital terrain models for the near‐station topographic masses are obtained by vectorizing scan images of large‐scaled topographic maps, and the terrain correction computation is carried out using a Fourier series approximation of discrete height values. Distant topography data are represented with the help of digital GTOPO30 and Shuttle Radar Topography Mission cartographic information. We formulate linear analytical approximations of terrain corrections for the whole region using harmonic functions as the basis of our computational algorithm. Stochastic modelling allows effective assessment of the accuracy of terrain correction computation. The Perm Krai case study has shown that our method makes full use of all the terrain data available from topographic maps and digital terrain models and delivers a digital terrain correction computed to a priori precision. Our computer methodology can be successfully applied for the terrain correction computation in different survey areas.  相似文献

The new German standard specification DIN 32645 defines detection, identification and determination limit of analytical experiments and contains formulas for their calculation. The detection limit is a qualitative value, only at the determination limit a quantitative statement is possible. The identification limit is no limit of decision for analyses. The expenditure for calculating these parameters is considerable. Therefore, a computer program was developed and tested at the analysis of herbicides with GC-MS after enrichment with solid phase extraction (SPE). It proved that the program is also very useful at the development of analytical methods, because it allows a quick examination of changes of the analytical method. After optimization detection limits for the herbicides were achieved which amount 10–20% of the limit of the German drinking water regulation.  相似文献

This paper presents a computational method for the interpretation of electromagnetic (EM) profile data in the frequency domain using a thin plate model within a two-layer earth. The modelling method is based on an integral equation formulation, where the conductor is represented by a lattice structure composed of two-dimensional surface elements. Several approximations are used to simplify the theoretical basis and to decrease the computation time. The simple parametric model allows efficient use of optimization methods. We employ a linearized inversion scheme based on singular value decomposition and adaptive damping. The new forward computation method and the parameter optimization are combined in the computer program, emplates . The modelling examples demonstrate that the approximate method is capable of describing the characteristic behaviour of the EM response of a thin plate-like conductor in conductive surroundings. The efficacy of the inversion is demonstrated using both synthetic and field data. An optional depth compensation method is used to improve the interpreted values of the depth of burial. The results show that the method is cost effective and suitable for interactive interpretation of EM data.  相似文献

The decrease of density contrast in sedimentary strata may be approximated by a quadratic function. A sedimentary basin may be considered as a number of horizontal polygonal prisms of finite thickness placed one over the other. Equations for the gravity anomaly of ann-sided polygon prism have been derived using a quadratic density function. A method has been developed for inversion of the gravity anomalies using a polygonal prismatic model. An analytical method has been employed for evaluating the necessary derivatives as the computing time by this method is much slower than by a numerical method. Approximate equations have been derived for rapid calculation of the anomalies and derivatives. Efficient computer programs have been developed for calculation of the anomalies and derivatives by an appropriate use of the exact and approximate equations. The depths to the polygon prisms constituting the basin are iteratively adjusted by minimizing the sum of the squares of the differences between the observed and calculated anomalies. These methods have been applied to analyze the Bouguer anomaly map of the Los Angeles basin, California.  相似文献

针对轴对称二维非均匀介质地层,以两接收线圈的相位差和幅度比为附加条件,建立了反演地层介电常数和电导率的电磁波测井反演数学模型.针对反问题的不适定性,利用正则化方法建立了反演的选代法.为克服层位较多时整体反演在存贮量、计算量等方面的问题,考虑了一种每次反演一个目的层的多层反演方案,并针对6层和10层模型进行了数值模拟.模拟结果表明,以相位差和幅度比为测井响应来反演介质电性参数是可行的,并适合于薄层解释,但对多层模型不能采用整体反演.  相似文献

Summary A simple method is presented for computing the gravity and magnetic profiles across two-dimensional bodies of arbitrary shape. The computer programme makes use of expressions for the attraction caused by an infinitely long sheet and it takes only a few seconds to compute a profile both for gravity and magnetic anomalies and their vertical and horizontal derivatives. Accuracy of the method is shown to be as good as that of graticules and owing to the use of simpler formulae, the method appears to be faster than the method of polygons.  相似文献

The problem of interpretation of geoelectrical resistivity soundings has been studied and a compromise method of interpretation developed. A simple depth sequence of increasing bed thickness is taken and resistivities assigned to the various layers so that a good fit is obtained to the observed apparent resistivity curve. An initial estimate of the resistivities is made by a direct method but the model is then altered to give an improved fit by the indirect method of curve matching. The whole method is computerized and input data to the computer program consists of spacings and apparent resistivities. The method is extremely rapid, about one third of the computation time is devoted to obtaining the resistivity transform by the method of convolution. A normal type of solution, incorporating additional information if necessary, can also be obtained.  相似文献

The application of the R-approximation method based on the use of the Radon integral transform within the framework of the method of linear integral representations to the interpretation of detailed gravity and magnetic data is considered in this paper. The results are presented for some research areas located in Russia and in the Crimea (Ukraine). The method determines the distribution of anomalous field elements, construction of the analytical continuation of fields, and their linear transformations with a sufficiently high degree of accuracy.  相似文献

Adsorption analysis is a method for describing an overall isotherm of a mixture of unknown composition such as natural organic substances or chemical industries wastewater by dividing into fictive components of different adsorbability. The adsorption behaviour of the fictive components is characterized by using the Freundlich isotherm. The competitive adsorption between these components is described by the Ideal Adsorbed Solution Theory (IAST). Usually, at given Freundlich parameters K and n, the initial concentrations of the fictive components must be adjusted in order to obtain a good fit between calculated and measured isotherm data points. The results of this adjustment depend to some extent on the minimization criteria. Previously, the modeling was done with empirical or numerical methods which required a lot of computation time and sometimes caused numerical problems which made the interpretation of the results difficult. This paper describes a mathematical method for the evaluation of isotherms by adsorption analysis.  相似文献

The interpretation of magnetic anomalies on the basis of model bodies is preferably done by making use of “trial and error” methods. These manual methods are tedious and time consuming but they can be transferred to the computer by making the required adjustments by way of the method of least squares. The general principles of the method are described. Essential presumptions are the following:
  • 1 the assumption of definite model bodies
  • 2 the existence of approximation values of the unknown quantities (position, dip, magnetization, etc.)
  • 3 a sufficiently large number of measuring values, so that the process of adjustment can be carried out.
The advantages of the method are the following:
  • 1 substantial automatization and a quick procedure by using computers
  • 2 determination of the errors of the unknown quantities.
The method was applied to the interpretation of two-dimensional ΔZ- and ΔT-anomalies. Three types of model bodies are taken as basis of the computer program, viz. the thin dyke, infinite resp. finite in its extension downward and the circular cylinder. Only the measuring values are given to the computer. The interpretation proceeds in the following steps:
  • 1 calculation of approximation values
  • 2 determination of the model body of best fit
  • 3 iteration in the case of the model body of best fit.
The computer produces the end values of the unknown quantities, their mean errors, and the pertaining theoretical anomalies. These end results are given to a plotting machine, which draws the measured curve, the theoretical curve and the model bodies. Interpretation examples are given.  相似文献

This work describes the basic approaches to the solution of three-dimensional (3D) problems of geoelectromagnetism with the use of the finite element method and the possibilities of the GeoEM program complex for its implementation. The methods of modeling geoelectromagnetic fields for the most widely known types of controllable sources and the mathematical apparatus for the solution of problems of magnetotelluric soundings are considered. Examples of the calculations of 3D fields for the horizontal and vertical electric lines in planning electric exploration works on the shelf are presented, as well as an example of the 3D interpretation of array transient electromagnetic sounding data during the search for deep-seated target objects in conditions of a mostly heterogeneous upper part of the section.  相似文献

Abstract. The protection and cleanup of aquifers is a matter of high priority for all states and the federal government. One concept that is receiving increased attention is that of wellhead protection. Capture zones showing the area influenced by a well within a certain time are useful for both aquifer protection and cleanup. If hydrodynamic dispersion is neglected, a deterministic curve defines the capture zone. Analytical expressions for the capture zones can be derived for simple aquifers. However, the capture zone equations are transcendental and cannot be explicitly solved for the coordinates of the capture zone boundary. Fortunately, an iterative scheme allows the solution to proceed quickly and efficiently even on a modest personal computer. Three forms of the analytical solution must be used in an iterative scheme to cover the entire region of interest, after the extreme values of the x coordinate are determined by an iterative solution. The resulting solution is a discrete one, and usually 100-1000 intervals along the x-axis are necessary for a smooth definition of the capture zone. The presented program is written in FORTRAN and has been used in a variety of computing environments. No graphics capability is included with the program; it is assumed the user has access to a commercial package. The superposition of capture zones for multiple wells is expected to be satisfactory if the spacing is not too close. Because this program deals with simple aquifers, the results rarely will be the final word in a real application. However, the program is useful as a first phase in developing wellhead protection or aquifer cleanup schemes.  相似文献
