以兰州市榆中县为实验区,选取分区适宜性、规划协调性和空间紧凑性作为分区目标,基于目标规划和模拟退火算法对实验区进行土地利用分区优化。结果表明,不同情景下的分区方案能很好地满足决策者设定的目标偏好值;从空间特征分析的结果看,本分区方案较原有分区方案对各个分区目标进行了优化,更好地满足了农业生产、经济发展以及生态保护的要求。  相似文献

Three-dimensional (3D) land development and utilization has become the trend for urban planning in the current metropolis.This paper presents a method for building a 3D cadastral management system from survey plans with SketchUp.It concentrates on the geometric representation and topological consistent maintenance of 3D cadastral objects.In this system a complete topological model is built to express the body construction and spatial relationships among 3D property units.SketchUp is used to automatically construct 3D models with attributes and thematic information from 2D survey plans.Spatial topologic relationships and operations are analyzed with the programming and development of Ruby language.The resulting system can manage 3D cadastral objects and manipulate them with spatial operations to support spatial analysis.  相似文献

Urban land-use change is the result of coupling interaction between planning and environment systems. The aim of our study was to construct an effective model to show how the urban land-use changes under the planning–environment interaction system with multi-hierarchy and major function oriented zoning. Combining the Cellular automata (CA) model with logistic regression model, the proposed multi-hierarchal vector CA model (MH-VCA3) was constructed by mining multi-hierarchal land-use transition rules under the planning–environment interaction system. Taking Jiangyin City (China) as an example, we compared the simulated result of the proposed model to those of the well-accepted Logistic CA and traditional multi-level CA models to demonstrate the effectiveness of the consideration of top-down decomposition constraint and bottom-up updating. Furthermore, by simulating the land-use changes under different population regionalization scenarios, we found that in order to form the spatial pattern of “agglomeration in the north and ecology in the south,” the planned population growth at the global hierarchal level should be allocated to the district units according to the law of Central district > Chengxi district > Chengdong district > Chengnan district > Chengdongnan district. The proposed model is expected to provide scientific support for the formulation of urban planning schemes in the future.  相似文献

The idea of public participation GIS involves the use of GIS tools to help laypcople understand the spatial consequences of proposed projects, evaluate alternatives, and create new solutions. The widening use of information networks creates opportunities for making GIS a widely accessible decision-making tool, bypassing the constraints of location and time. This paper presents a prototype software that enables group collaboration across space and time using the Internet infrastructure. The prototype, called Spatial Understanding and Decision Support System (SUDSS), was designed to facilitate a controlled experiment in collaborative group work aimed at solving a realistic land-use planning problem. The paper discusses design considerations for a distributed public GIS and presents the functionality of SUDSS using the example of group participation in developing a land-use zoning plan.  相似文献

引入了反事实情景模拟方法来模拟土地利用变化的历史,通过重构土地利用变化历史情景来辅助评价土地利用政策实施效果。以我国的耕地保护政策对粮食安全和城市扩张影响为例,构建耕地保护政策干预下的事实情景和假设无耕地保护政策影响的反事实情景,并借助CLUE-S模型进行土地利用变化情景模拟。通过比较两种模拟结果在耕地数量、产能、空间分布以及城市建设用地数量、效益和空间扩张的差异,实现对耕地保护政策实施效果的评价。实例研究表明,现行的耕地保护政策在遏制耕地流失、提高粮食产量、调整耕地及建设用地空间布局等方面取得了积极效果。  相似文献

Current land administration systems mainly use 2D plans to define and secure ownership rights associated with properties in high‐rise buildings. These 2D plans may not effectively communicate and manage the spatial complexity associated with multi‐layered and stacked properties in such buildings; additionally, multiple pages of plans (representing sections of the building) are required to represent all ownership boundaries. In response, land administration organizations have been investigating a 3D digital approach to managing information about ownership rights in high‐rise building structures. In this article, Building Information Modeling (BIM) is proposed as a feasible approach for managing land and property information in high‐rise buildings. BIM provides a collaborative, digital and intelligent 3D data environment for managing building information throughout the lifecycle of buildings. However, there is currently no capacity in BIM for recording and representing information about ownership and boundaries of properties, which is core land administration information. Therefore, this article proposes an extension to the BIM standard, which is implemented in a prototype BIM model of a complex building to showcase the potential capability of using BIM for high‐rise land administration and for modeling 3D ownership rights.  相似文献

The world’s rising urban density expansion has resulted in a proliferation of attempts to efficiently use space and a higher level of spatial complexity in metropolitan areas. 3D geospatial data models are increasingly being embraced to facilitate communicating the spatial dimensions of complex built environments in different applications. For example, the use of 3D models in land administration systems has been recognized as a good approach for communicating the spatial complexity of legal spaces within multi‐storey buildings. The spatial extent of legal space—to which rights, restrictions and responsibilities relate in a 3D digital cadastre—needs to be accurately defined and geometrically closed; watertight. Therefore, this study aims to address the challenges regarding checking the closure of diverse 3D legal spaces and engage several techniques to formulate the watertight concept for cadastre. The research’s methodology is built on a 3D polyhedral surface using a half‐edge data structure. A primitive check is employed to assess the spatial consistency of lower‐dimensional primitives of 3D objects. Subsequently, advanced closure checks ensure the closure of volumetric legal spaces represented by 2‐manifold and non‐2‐manifold data models. The article concludes that, by adopting the proposed approaches, the internal spatial consistency of legal spaces in urban land administration will be certified.  相似文献

Twinning elements of reality gains a growing interest in support of decision-making, learning, and simulations: a single and shared model should provide a unique integrative basis for managing assets of any replica of the real world. From a technical viewpoint, sharing and opening information requires both an exchange format and a high degree of freedom and flexibility. It should allow an important number of users to manage this information, to modify it, etc. Storing and manipulating spatial information concerning the urban built context currently focuses on ensuring consistency thanks to relational databases and predefined schemas. Following a paradigm shift from a relational database to a NoSQL database, a schema validation middleware is proposed to improve the flexibility of storage by conceding a share of its consistency. The flexibility improvements thus provide users a common basis that is able to evolve all along the lifecycle of their models and applications as required for twinning things. It allows users and their applications to take advantage of new storage features such as common: versioning, partitioning, prioritization, applications profiles, etc. The middleware and their new capabilities are illustrated thanks to the CityJSON encoding and its simplified schema for a document-oriented database.  相似文献

To evaluate a planning area or to implement plan procedures, planners need database in the form of land use, population density, housing density and point information regarding various facilities. At present planning tasks are carried out by manual methods where analytical capabilities are limited. Therefore, there is a need for reliable data as well as comprehensive database information indicating physical factors and good analytical tools. In a development plan various standards are specified in zoning regulations for the development of a city. To get an overall view, how these standards are implemented on the ground in planning period, a GIS application can be useful in analysing various amenity standards with respect to population and distances. In this study, for part of Bhubaneswar, basic data was generated from 1988 aerial photographs and other related information was gathered through field survey and secondary sources. The derived information in the form of a map has been entered into computer through digitization. Vector information was later converted into a raster form for the analysis. As per the planning standards catchment areas were created for limited facilities/services like schools, parks, play ground and accessibility to bus stop from main road. The population actually served by these facilities were calculated and compared with the existing planning standards. This particular study demonstrates the use of GIS in one of the planning tasks especially analyzing the residential areas as per the set standards such that improvement schemes can be proposed accordingly in the deficient areas.  相似文献

Adaptive zoning is a recently introduced method for improving computer modeling of spatial interactions and movements in the transport network. Unlike traditional zoning, where geographic locations are defined by one single universal plan of discrete land parcels or ‘zones’ for the study area, adaptive zoning establishes a compendium of different zone plans, each of which is applicable to one journey origin or destination only. These adaptive zone plans are structured to represent strong spatial interactions in proportionately more detail than weaker ones. In recent articles, it has been shown that adaptive zoning improves, by a large margin, the scalability of models of spatial interaction and road traffic assignment. This article confronts the method of adaptive zoning with an application of the scale and complexity for which it was intended, namely an application of mode choice modeling that at the same time requires a large study area and a fine‐grained zone system. Our hypothesis is that adaptive zoning can significantly improve the accuracy of mode choice modeling because of its enhanced sensitivity to the geographic patterns and scales of spatial interaction. We test the hypothesis by investigating the performance of three alternative models: (1) a spatially highly detailed model that is permissible to the maximum extent by available data, but requires a high computational load that is generally out of reach for rapid turnaround of policy studies; (2) a mode choice model for the same area, but reducing the computational load by 90% by using a traditional zone system consisting of fewer zones; and (3) a mode choice model that also reduces the computational load by 90%, but based on adaptive zoning instead. The tests are carried out on the basis of a case study that uses the dataset from the London Area Transport Survey. Using the first model as a benchmark, it is found that for a given computational load, the model based on adaptive zoning contains about twice the amount of information of the traditional model, and model parameters on adaptive zoning principles are more accurate by a factor of six to eight. The findings suggest that adaptive zoning has a significant potential in enhancing the accuracy of mode choice modeling at the city or city‐region scale.  相似文献

为了健全现行国土空间规划体系中市县尺度主体功能区的划定方法。该文以主体功能区基本理论为指导,综合地理国情信息中的地表现状数据与DEM数据,结合专题调查与经济社会统计数据等空间信息,利用GIS空间分析、多元统计分析、基于规则的分类模型等技术,研究细化上位主体功能区进行市县主体功能区划定的方法、指标与分类体系、与上位主体功能区的衔接机制。提出了一种基于局部功能单元的市县主体功能分区方法和流程。并以榆林市为实证研究对象,进行实证研究,划定了榆林市42920 km2的市县级主体功能分区。探索将主体功能分区的空间尺度延伸到具体的地理单元,发挥主体功能区在国土空间规划体系中基础性作用,为主体功能区战略格局在市县层面落地提供科学依据。  相似文献
