硼酸对硫氧镁水泥力学性能的影响

硫酸浸出法制备硼酸的废弃母液经过浮选法分离产生的硫酸镁中通常含有硼酸等杂质,为了研究硼酸对硫氧镁水泥凝结硬化及力学性能的影响,以改性硫氧镁水泥(MOS)为基础体系,测试了硼酸含量对硫氧镁水泥凝结时间、抗压和抗折强度的影响,讨论了硼酸对硫氧镁水泥抗水性、水化产物及微观形貌的影响。结果表明:硫氧镁水泥的凝结时间随硼酸含量的增加而延长;硼酸可以明显降低硫氧镁水泥的早期强度,对后期强度的降低作用不及早期明显;试件浸水28 d后,较高含量的硼酸提高了试件抗压强度的软化系数,而降低了抗折强度的软化系数,因此硫酸镁中硼酸含量不应超过0.7%;硫酸镁中硼酸含量不影响硫氧镁水泥水化产物的组成,但降低了水化产物的结晶度并改变其显微结构。     

粉煤灰浸取液与盐湖富镁卤水制备镁铝水滑石

近些年来,粉煤灰和盐湖老卤镁资源的综合利用逐渐成为人们关注的焦点之一,绿色制备低成本类水滑石是有效的解决方式之一。本文以Na2CO3和NaOH为沉淀剂和pH调节剂,以高浓度粉煤灰浸取液中Al3+和近饱和富镁卤水中的Mg2+为金属离子源,采用共沉淀-水热法,成功制备了镁铝水滑石。通过XRD和SEM的测试分析探讨了陈化温度、陈化时间、镁铝摩尔比、碱液浓度等因素对镁铝水滑石形貌结构的影响。结果表明用加料方式A：将铝源与镁源依次加入碱液中;陈化时间6h;陈化温度140℃;Mg/Al摩尔比为3;摩尔比为1;粉煤灰浸取液滴加速度为0.3mL/min（料液体积为9mL）;富镁卤水滴加速度为0.6mL/min;反应温度60℃;NaOH浓度4mol/L时,合成的镁铝水滑石为六边形片层结构,形貌更为规整（颗粒粒径为100-200nm）,结晶度更高。本文研究为粉煤灰浸取液和盐湖老卤废弃物的高值化利用奠定一定的理论基础。     

利用盐湖氯化镁-石灰制备硅热法炼镁用煅白的实验研究

以盐湖副产水氯镁石为原料,与一定比例的石灰反应得到氢氧化镁和氢氧化钙的混合沉淀物,该混合物经过滤、洗涤、烘干后在一定温度下煅烧得到符合皮江法炼镁用的合成煅白。实验结果表明,该工艺是可行的,在石灰/氯化镁摩尔比2.05~2.10：1,反应时间1.5,煅烧温度为800℃,煅烧时间为60min时,合成的煅白中钙镁摩尔比： 0.95~1.07：1,煅白的平均水活度达34%,符合硅热法炼镁用中间原料煅白的参数条件。该技术可为利用盐湖氯化镁制备金属镁新工艺开发提供了数据参考。

盐湖氯化镁制备炼钢用镁钙造渣剂的实验研究

本文探讨了盐湖副产氯化镁应用于炼钢冶金造渣的可行性。以盐湖水氯镁石和石灰为原料,通过化学合成制备了氧化镁,再将氧化镁与石灰、粘结剂混配成型制备炼钢用镁钙造渣剂,考察了粘结剂硼酸的不同用量时造渣剂形成的球团强度和抗压强度及微观结构变化;同时研究了不同煅烧温度、煅烧时间、氧化镁掺杂量的情况下,造渣剂的活性及杂质脱除率。实验结果表明,利用该方法制备的镁钙造渣剂应用于钢铁冶金造渣过程,可有效地脱除碳、磷、硫、硅等杂质成分,提高转炉冶炼的冶金效果的同时实现了盐湖资源再利用,具有较好的推广应用前景。     

原料配比对硫氧镁水泥力学性能、物相和微观形貌的影响

以盐湖提锂副产镁渣为原料,经洗涤煅烧制备活性MgO,并与七水硫酸镁混合制备硫氧镁水泥。研究了原料配比(活性MgO:MgSO₄:H₂O,摩尔比)对硫氧镁水泥试件凝结时间、安定性和抗压强度的影响,并利用XRD和SEM分析试件的物相组成和微观形貌。结果表明：固定H值,随着M值的增大,MOS浆体的凝结时间缩短,28 d的抗压强度先增加后降低,主要水化产物517相先增多后减少,晶体的微观形貌经历了由针丝状晶体—针丝状、短棒状晶体并存—凝胶状、针棒状晶体并存的转变过程;当M=9时,MOS浆体的安定性较差,主要水化产物逐渐变为Mg(OH)₂相;固定M值,随着H值的增大,MOS浆体的凝结时间延长,28 d的抗压强度先增加后降低,主要水化产物的种类没有发生明显的变化,当H≥26时,MOS浆体的安定性较差;得出较佳的M值范围为5～7,H值范围为20～24。     

硼酸镁晶须的制备及生长机理初探

以六水氯化镁、硼砂为反应物,氯化钾作助熔剂,通过高温助熔剂法在不同镁硼配比区域制备出尺寸和形貌不同的硼酸镁晶须,直径0.5～20μm,长30～500μm。镁硼摩尔比例1∶1～1∶4之间的对比实验结果为只在n(Mg):n(B)=1∶2～1∶4时,生成烧结块表层晶须;随着硼比例的增高,底部晶须的长径比增大。这表明高硼配比对硼酸镁晶须的完全生长至关重要;并推测硼酸镁晶须的生长机理可能为SLS机理。     

共沉淀法制备SrAl2O4：Eu^2＋，Dy^3＋发光材料及其性能表征

研究了在液相共沉淀法制备长余辉发光粉体SrAl2O4∶Eu2+,Dy3+的过程中,原料锶铝比、煅烧温度、保温时间对前躯体和煅烧产物的物相组成以及产物的长余辉性能的影响。采用X射线粉晶衍射仪(XRD)、荧光材料余辉特性测试仪对发光材料的物相组成和性能进行测试表征。研究表明,液相共沉淀法制备长余辉发光粉体SrAl2O4∶Eu2+,Dy3+的最佳条件为锶铝量比为1∶2,烧结温度1200℃及保温时间为3h;长余辉材料的物相组成以SrAl2O4相为主晶相,并存在富铝相Sr4Al14O25、SrAl4O7和SrAl12O19。     

基于动态降温结晶工艺的盐湖卤水镁锂分离研究

青海盐湖卤水锂资源储量丰富,高镁锂比卤水存在镁锂分离难的问题。基于非平衡动态降温过程中不同盐组分结晶行为存在差异的原理,开展了强制分离高镁锂比卤水的研究,考察了卤水镁锂比、降温速率、流体状态和卤水温度对镁锂分离效果的影响,并分析了结晶过程中镁锂分离的介稳性特点。结果表明,通过非平衡动态降温结晶析出MgCl₂·6H₂O,可以实现卤水脱镁和镁锂分离,当降温速率为-1.25℃/min、卤水温度在70℃至50℃范围内,镁锂比在10∶1～80∶1时,镁锂分离因子最高可达到1.876,结晶的MgCl₂·6H₂O纯度最高为99.42%。非平衡动态降温结晶工艺相较于经典的盐田工艺,最多可将锂损失率从模拟盐田工艺的38.39%降至7.56%。该工艺为盐湖卤水镁锂分离提供了一条新的思路,也为后续高纯锂盐的制备奠定了基础。     

锂光卤石X-ray衍射标准图谱

盐湖卤水提锂过程中需了解与掌握锂元素结晶析出与赋存状态,锂光卤石(LiCl·MgCl_2·7H_2O)作为重要的中间产物,其结构与种类均需鉴别,但由于缺乏锂光卤石的X-ray衍射标准图谱,使得常见的Xray衍射方法无法应用。利用相图原理,通过湿固相法制备高纯锂光卤石,然后对其进行X-ray衍射分析,从而提供锂光卤石X-ray衍射的标准图谱,为高镁锂比盐湖卤水提锂过程分析提供可靠的理论支撑。

Deserts and Aeolian Desertification in China: Book review and some thoughts

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.
