基于Logistic回归的CA模型改进方法——以广州市为例   总被引:7,自引:1,他引:6

基于Logistic回归的CA模型因其结构简单和数据要求相对较小的优势,被广泛应用于城市模拟领域,但数据的空间自相关性影响了模型机制挖掘与模拟精度。通过将影响城市发展演变的各种约束条件划分为强制和普通约束条件,以及运用主成分分析降低普通约束条件的数据相关性,构建了改进型Logistic回归CA模型,并在2000~2008年广州市城市增长模拟研究中进行应用。结果表明:与传统型Logistic回归CA模型相比,改进型Logistic回归CA模型在模型拟合度和精度上均有4%左右的提高。其中约束条件划分对非城市像元模拟精度约有6%的提高,对整体精度有3%的提高。更为重要的是,降低数据相关性后,Logistic回归CA模型对于城市扩展机制的解释更符合实际。本研究旨在寻求一种简单可行且易于构建的CA模型,探求城市发展机理,为城市规划管理提供更为准确的科学依据。  相似文献

城市增长边界(UGB)是城市增长管理、控制城市无序蔓延的重要工具,但如何科学定量划定城市增长边界一直是一个技术难题。针对目前城市增长边界定量划定研究的不足,提出一种基于城市水文效应,适用于城市内涝易发区的城市增长边界划定方法。该方法整合了元胞自动机(CA)模型与区域水文模型(SCS),通过CA模型预测城市不透水面积的扩张范围与形态,并以此作为城市水文模型的参数,评估城市淹水面积的比例及风险,最后根据风险水平确定城市增长边界。以镇江新民洲为例,实证研究了该地区的城市增长边界的合理划定,研究发现该区域城市扩张规模控制500 hm2之内,城市在最大降雨条件下城市积水面积的风险水平能有效降低。研究结果可为新民洲的水文风险控制及城市规划提供依据,同时可为其他城市增长边界划定提供方法参考。  相似文献

元胞自动机(Cellular Automata,CA)是一种"自下而上"的动态模拟建模框架,具有模拟复杂系统时空演化过程的能力。CA模型的这些特点使得它在城市增长、扩展和土地利用演化模拟等方面较为合适,成为CA应用的热点。探讨利用GIS技术开发CA模型将会改善CA模拟城市扩展的环境,建立典型的城市CA模型也会发现新的参数和转换规则。基于CA原理,结合GIS与RS技术,在ArcGIS平台中进行二次开发,构建了GIS-CA模型系统。以洛阳市为研究区域,对其城市扩展进行了模拟和预测,结果表明,将人为的规划因素加入到CA模型中,打破了CA模型只能模拟城市受自然因素影响而进行的扩展。模拟结果比较真实可信,也为下一步城市规划提供决策支持。  相似文献

基于ArcGIS空间分析建模工具,将城市发展适宜性模块、邻域影响模块、约束影响模块、随机影响模块进行集成,实现CA模型的构建,并以大庆市为例对城市建设用地未来发展进行模拟。研究认为:(1) 将GIS空间分析和CA模型集成,模型结构清晰,避免二次程序开发;(2) 根据大庆市特点,考虑资源开发因素对城市发展的影响和人口增长对随机因素的影响;(3) 大庆市2015、2020年城市面积将继续扩展,城市重心将明显向北移动,并具有向东移动的趋势。  相似文献

基于动态约束的元胞自动机与复杂城市系统的模拟   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
为获得复杂城市系统更理想的模拟效果,提出时空动态约束的城市元胞自动机(CA)模型。用不同区域、不同时间新增加的城市用地总量作为CA模型的约束条件,形成时空动态约束的CA模型,并利用该模型模拟1988—2010年东莞市和深圳市城市扩张过程。结果表明,利用CA模型模拟的1993年城市用地总精度比静态CA模型提高了5.86%,而且模型中的动态约束条件可以反映城市发展的时空差异性。  相似文献

本文提出了基于遗传算法来寻找CA模型最佳参数的方法。CA被越来越多地应用于城市和土地利用等复杂系统的动态模拟。CA模型中变量的参数值对模拟结果有非常重要的影响。如何获取理想的参数值是模型的关键。传统的逻辑回归模型运算简单,常常用来获取模型的参数值,要求解释变量间线性无关,所以获取的城市CA模型参数具有一定的局限性。遗传算法在参数优化组合、快速搜索参数值方面有很大的优势。本文利用遗传算法来自动获取优化的CA模型参数值,并获得了纠正后的CA模型。将该模型应用于东莞1988~2004年的城市发展的模拟中,得到了较好的效果。研究结果表明,遗传算法可以有效地自动获取CA模型的参数,其模拟的结果要比传统的逻辑回归校正的CA模型模拟精度高。  相似文献

元胞自动机(CA)在划定城市增长边界方面具有重要作用。以往研究多侧重于传统规划理论下约束性CA的应用方面,而在保持景观的完整性及与规划目标(如城市发展方向、优质农田保护及生态环境保护等)的显式结合方面则较为不足。该文以徐州市中心城区为例,借鉴"反规划"理念,运用多准则判断CA模型,通过嵌入生态保护及城市发展方向等规划目标,模拟出徐州市2020年城市空间格局;在此基础上,进一步划定研究区的城市增长边界;将其与规划结果对比发现,该方法具有较好的适用性和可靠性,可为辅助规划实践及城市管理提供决策支持。  相似文献

元胞自动机(CA)作为城市时空动态模拟应用最广泛的模型,可以有效模拟填充式和边缘式城市扩张过程,但是在飞地式扩张模拟方面稍显不足。本文提出一种改进CA模型—APCA,在传统CA基础上利用近邻传播聚类(AP)搜寻城市扩散增长的“种子点”,实现城市增长扩散过程和聚合过程的同步模拟。以武汉市为研究区域,使用APCA模拟其在2005—2025年间城市扩张的时空过程。结果显示:① APCA在设置“种子点”数量为1~8个时模拟总体精度均高于Logistics-CA,当“种子点”数量为6时,模拟新增部分精度最高,达到0.5217;② 2015—2025年武汉市飞地型增长面积约为8.67 km2,占新增城市用地总面积比例为6.30%;③ 武汉市1995—2025年间“先扩散后聚合”的城市扩张过程符合城市增长相位理论。APCA在一定程度上了完善了传统二维平面CA框架,将城市扩张模拟维度由面维扩展到点维,为准确展现城市用地空间扩展规律提供参考。  相似文献

基于InVEST模型探索了广东省1980-2010年陆地生态系统的碳储量变化及城市扩张对碳储量的影响,并借助元胞自动机模型(CA)模拟了广东省2040年城市用地的分布,评估未来城市增长对碳储量的作用。结果表明:1980-2010年,引起碳储量减少的土地利用变化中,城市扩张所占比重持续上升,从1980-1990年的28.11%增长到2000-2010年的46.13%,表明城市扩张对生态环境的压力在不断加剧。其中,珠江三角洲城市扩张导致的碳储量减少占全省总量的80%以上。进一步结合CA模拟结果发现,2010-2040年城市扩张导致的碳储减少量比1980-2010年有所增加。其中,新增城市用地面积的来源以高碳密度的林地为主,由此导致的碳储减少量占总量比重为55.07%,比1980-2010年增长了近一倍。模拟结果也表明未来珠江三角洲仍然是碳储量减少的主要区域,其减少量占全省的70.27%。  相似文献

元胞自动机CA越来越多地被用于模拟复杂的城市系统,但这些模拟基本不考虑城市的发展密度。不同的城市发展密度会对城市的形态有很大的影响,有必要将城市的发展密度引进CA的城市模拟中,以获得更好的模拟结果。本文将密度梯度函数引进了CA模型的转换规则中,并定义‘灰度’来反映状态的转换。利用该模型对不同可能的城市发展组合进行了模拟,为城市规划提供了辅助依据。  相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world's largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. This review aims to distill and synthesize the existing information on the use of models to describe and predict the distribution and movement of metals in lacustrine sediments. As such it examines the causes of metal diagenesis, the origin and form of the equations that govern these phenomena, and the predictability or measurability of the parameters that appear in the models. The paper concludes by highlighting some seminal results from modelling studies, including the determination of the factors controlling the formation of surficial Mn-Fe-enriched zone or layers, the substantial contribution possible from metal reduction to organic matter regeneration, the calculation of mixing-corrected metal input histories to lakes, and the prediction of growth rates and morphologies for both deep-sea and lacustrine ferromanganese nodules.  相似文献
