广州市人居环境可持续发展水平综合评价

在探讨人居环境与可持续发展关系的基础上,从居住条件、城市生态环境、公共服务基础设施和可持续性4个方面构建了广州市人居环境可持续发展的评价指标体系,并采用简单算术平均方法计算出近11年广州市人居环境的各指标及其可持续发展水平评价分值,对广州市人居环境可持续发展现状及其与经济发展之间的关系进行了定量评价.结果表明,广州市人居环境正朝着可持续方向发展,与经济发展的阶段基本一致,但滞后于经济发展.     

城市经济可持续发展研究——以广州市为例

论述了城市经济可持续发展的内涵与特点,讨论了广州市经济增长与环境发展、经济增长与社会发展的不协调性,并从大力发展循环经济、发展科技、加强基础设施建设和加大教育投资等方面提出了实现广州市经济可持续发展的有效途径.     

城市交通与房地产开发的关联与协调——以广州市为例

分析广州市房地产开发与交通发展的特征和城市交通与房地产开发间的相互关系,论述了房地产开发对交通的诱导作用和交通对房地产开发的影响.在此基础上,提出城市交通与房地产业开发协调发展的策略.     

基于出行链的建成环境对居民小汽车通勤出行的影响

城市建成环境对居民出行,尤其是小汽车通勤出行的影响是交通需求预测的基础性命题,长期受到关注.已有研究大多以单次出行作为研究对象,较少关注出行链影响下的出行协同决策问题.论文基于2017年广州市居民活动日志调查数据,采用Logistic模型检验了出行链视角下城市建成环境对工作日选择小汽车通勤出行的影响.研究发现,出行链中...     

广州市城市湿地生态系统服务功能价值评估

在实地调查和试验的基础上,依据资源经济学和生态经济学的理论和方法,以及广州市城市湿地资源的特点,分析广州市城市湿地资源的价值,并对广州市城市湿地资源的直接利用价值和间接利用价值进行了货币化评估.由此得出湿地资源的总价值量为66.805 3亿元人民币,其中湿地生态系统直接利用价值为66.3318亿元人民币,占99.3%.评估结果表明,广州市城市湿地资源资产价值主要表现在湿地生态系统的直接利用价值.因此,保护好广州市城市湿地生态环境,合理开发广州市城市湿地资源,才能实现其可持续利用,保证区域经济的可持续发展.     

广州大都市批发市场空间分布研究

以广州市为例,对大都市批发市场的空间分布规律进行了初步研究.研究发现,大都市批发市场的集聚分布是一种常见现象;广州市批发市场的空间分布类型可大致分为老城区传统型、交通枢纽导向型、城市内部交通主干道沿线型和城市外围快速干线沿线及交叉口型4种;批发市场的空间分布主要受区位、交通、集聚度、城市规划等因素影响;批发市场的功能、分布与其所面向的市场需求密切相关.     

北京城市街区尺度对居民交通评价的影响

居民交通出行质量是影响城市宜居性和可持续发展的重大问题,国内越来越多的地理和规划学者开始关注城市建成环境对交通出行方式的影响,尤其是街区尺度成为相关政策的重点,但细化讨论建成环境对居民交通感知的研究尚不多见。本文以北京为例,结合街区尺度等建成环境客观数据与居民交通评价调查主观数据,采用有序多分类逻辑模型探讨街区尺度特征对居民主观交通便捷性评价和交通安全性评价的影响。研究表明：小街区的模式下交叉路口多,易于设置公交站点,有利于提高居民交通便捷性评价,并且避免了大马路带来的交通隐患,对居民的交通安全性评价也有提升作用;容积率、区位、公交站点等对交通评价具有促进作用。最后分析表明,交通评价还与居民自身属性有关,交通建设需充分考虑不同居民的需求及其分布特征。本文的结论可为推行街区制提供理论支持。     

新加坡出台未来可持续发展蓝图

日前,为确保新加坡拥有可持续发展的社会环境,新加坡政府公布了其未来10年至20年的可持续发展总蓝图。新加坡政府将重点倡导绿色环保,从居住、交通、休闲和工作环境等四大方面着手,通过推出和落实各种措施,逐步提高本国的节能效率,完善居住环境。     

广州市城市道路交通问题及对策

通过分析广州市城市交通的现状, 认为广州市的交通问题已相当严重, 必须及早对其采取措施。针对目前的行车难、乘车难、停车难、车流量大、污染严重以及管理落后等问题, 提出了严格控制市中心区规模、征收交通影响税、大力发展城市公共交通、限制私人交通的发展、完善静态交通管理以及实现交通管理现代化等措施。     

国际都会·文化名城——论广州城市形象

随着广州市城市建设的发展,当今广州的城市形象可以定位为国际都会、文化名城,体现在繁荣的经济、便捷的交通、优越的商务环境、比较富裕的生活水平、历史文化名城、现代城市风貌、岭南文化等.广州至2010年将基本实现现代化,按此目标,塑造国际都会、文化名城的城市形象,尚有较大差距.

Deserts and Aeolian Desertification in China: Book review and some thoughts

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.
