Meeting the challenge of sustainable development requires substantial advances in understanding the interaction of natural and human systems. The dynamics of regional sustainable development could be addressed in the context of complex system thinking. Three features of complex systems are that they are uncertain, non-linear and self-organizing. Modeling regional development requires a consideration of these features. This paper discusses the feasibility of using the artificial neural networt(ANN) to establish an adjustment prediction model for the complex systems of sustainable development (CSSD). Shanghai Municipality was selected as the research area to set up the model, from which reliable prediction data were produced in order to help regional development planning. A new approach, which could help to manage regional sustainable development, is then explored.  相似文献

Based on the provincial units evaluation,this paper makes an assessment for sustainable developing capability of the integrated agricultural regionalization in China.At first ,an index system of agricultural sustainable development in China is built up,which includes 5 supporting subsystems of agricultural resources,agricultural develop-ment ,environment and ecosystem,rural society,sciences-esucation and management.We selected 95 factors on provin-cial level as basic indexes.Second,a relative assets/debt assessing method is used to gain relative net assets values (relative superiority) of every provincial unit,which are as supporting data for assessment.We also overlaid the Administra-tive Divisions Map of China and the Map of Integrated Agricultural Regionalization of China by Geography Information Sys-tem(GIS) to gain the area units of assessment.Third,according to the relative coherence principle of regionalization,we transform administration units to natural units through homogenizing all provincial relative net assets values in every agricultural assessing unit.After making order and grade,we complete the sustainable developing capability assessment to integrated agricultural regionalization in China.The assessing outcome shows that the total sustainable agricultural devdelop-ing capability of China is not high.Only about 1/3 in number or in area has reached the level of agricultural sustainable development.The relative net assets values exists a reducing trend from East China to West China.It needs a long period and great efforts to realize sustainable agricultural development over all China.Finally,there is a discussion to the study method.  相似文献

There is great potential for agriculture in saline-alkali soil area in Songnen Plain, Northeast China. Butthe sustainable crop production in this area has been restricted by a few of main factors, such as less precipitation, higherevaporation and frequent drought, high salinity and alkalinity, high exchangeable sodium content and poor infiltration ofthe soil, and insufficiency and low availability in nutrition. It is also considered that there are a few of favorable condi-tions for agricultural development in this region, such as sufficient light and heat resources, rich ground water resources,plenty of manure produced by livestock, and so on. At the same time, scientific management and measurements havebeen employed; rational irrigation and drainage system has been established; reclamation, amendment and fertilization ofsoil, and suitable strategies of cropping practices have been made for the sustainable development of agriculture. A ship deployed remote control underwater camera closed-circuit TV system was developed for observation of sea floor dynamics and processes, microgeomorphology and sediment-water profile of silt-clay sediment, water visibility, activities of benthic organisms, etc.It takes photos and video tape recordings while a TV monitor shows a picture of the scene below. The instrument was successfully deployed to take a series of video tape recordings during a field test in Jiaozhou Bay near Qingdao.The instrument consists mainly of a watertight underwater cubicle with a wedge shaped lower case and a transparent plastic window. Plunged into the bottom by its own weight, the remote controlled TV-camera takes photos through the window. The instrument penetrates the sea bed to about 100-150 mm and can take close up photos with a view area of about 1 square meter.The possibility of getting real time pictures of suspended solid matter motion in the very turbid benthic layers usually found in estuaries is discussed.  相似文献

Based on the field investigations,this paper analyzes systematically the achievements and problems of constructing the demonstrating areas of the ecological rebuilding and economic sustainable development in Hexi,Gansu Province,and then the thoughts on constructing the demonstrating areas are brought forward.It is considered that all kinds of ecological demonstrating areas should be merged in order to construct large-scale characterized demonstrating areas which go beyoud the district.In other words,in Hexi Region,Zhangye District should be constructed as the largest ecoagriculture demonstrating area of high technology;Wuwei District should be constructed as the largest ecological demonstrating area of agricultural comprehensive exploitation;JinJia District,which is the shortened form of Jiuquan and Jiayuguan,should be constructed as the largest ecotourism demonstating area;and Jinchang City should be constructed as the largest ecoindustry demonstrated area.At the same time,the constructing pattern should be selected according to the actual circumstances;science and technology should be applied to construct the demonstrating areas and accelerate the industrialization in the big market.Additionally,is is important to smooth the constructing system and implement the flexible and efficacious running mechanism,and it is suggested that the committee should be organized on administer the ecological demonstrating areas in Hexi Region.  相似文献

China is a large marine country. Developing marine economy is an effective way to solve a series of problems with which man is faced, such as the want of natural resources, space limitation, the environmental deterioration, etc. This article analyzes the rich resources of marine biology, harbor, offshore oil and natural gas and coastal tourism resources in China and describes the developing features and regional differences of marine economy. To realize the sustainable development of marine economy in China, what we need to do are as follows: 1 ) to list exploiting ocean into national development strategy; 2) to realize integrated economy of sea and land; 3) to develop ocean by science and technology; 4) to perfect legal institution of marine environment; 5) to establish new idea of sea defending.  相似文献

The paper deals with a transformation model of a backward district into a prosperous one. The district is geographically located in Lixiahe region, Jiangsu Province. The region had long been known as one of the poorest area in China, and had been alternatively attacked by flood, waterlogging, drought, salinization, and plague of insect. Since the seventies of this oentury efforts to open up trenches on lowland and to level up the shoaly land have been made. A kind of tree, which is tolerable to high watertable, was used to afforest the land. Cereal crop, vegetable and beans are grown. In some cases, the shoaly land is used for sheep grazing and fishery. A favorable combination of forestry, agriculture, animal husbandry and fishery has been set up in the region. There are five types of managements in the system: 1) forestry-agriculture complex management, 2) forestry-fishery complex management, 3) forestry-aquatic plant-fishery complex management, 4) forestry-animal husbandry complex management, and 5) forestry-edible mushroom complex management. The principles and ecological benefits of this system can be identified: 1) Increase soil fertility by piling mud from marsh land on top soil, and thicken the arable layer. 2) Enhance the utilization rate of sunlight and energy, due to the change of microclimate in field. 3) As a result of multiple layer cultivation and multi-cropping, the production has been greatly increased. 4) Accelerate the cycling of matter and conversion of energy and nutrient of the system. 5) Decrease the consumption of soil fertility and increase the capability of controlling insect pests. 6) Improve ecological environment by afforestation. 7) Raise income and provide jobs for local peasants, even some ones from other part of this province.  相似文献

可持续发展战略已成为中国今后发展的必然选择。南阳是矿产资源丰富的地区 ,如何把握矿业在可持续发展中的地位和重要性 ,怎样推动矿业走上可持续发展道路 ,是一个十分重要的课题。南阳地理位置优越 ,矿产资源丰富 ,具有发展矿业的有利条件。但是 ,南阳矿业存在着观念落后、经营粗放、污染环境和矿业管理滞后等因素 ,制约着南阳矿业可持续发展。实现南阳矿业可持续发展的思路 :必须处理好近期与远期、局部与全局利益的关系 ,处理好资源开发与保护的关系 ,处理好资源开发与保护生态环境的关系 ,促进矿产资源开发利用方式从粗放型向集约型的转变。为实现南阳矿产资源真正成为社会与经济长期发展的支柱产业 ,提出六条对策 :①加强宣传 ,转变观念 ,提高资源意识 ;②对矿产资源严格管理 ;③依靠科技 ,提高利用矿产资源水平 ;④扩大对外开放 ,积极推进矿业权改革 ,促进地勘事业发展 ;⑤加强矿产资源开发中的环境保护 ,保持经济发展和生态环境的协调统一 ;⑥搞好高铝三石———蓝晶石、矽线石、红柱石资源综合开发利用。  相似文献

从胶东所处的板块构造位置和区域控热构造入手,根据地热传导理论,对胶东温泉的地热属性进行分析研究,认为胶东半岛温泉地热属性为毗邻板块边缘高温地热带的板内中低温地热系统,它以偏高的大地热流值为地热背景,以局部控热构造聚敛的大地热流为热源,以地形高差影响和相应的水力压差作用为动力,入渗的大气降水被岩石中的热量加热,并沿断裂出露形成温泉地热水。根据山东半岛温泉地热属性的特点和地热水开发中所面临的问题,提出保持胶东温泉可持续开发的相关对策。  相似文献
