采用充氩电荷注入检测器(CID)-电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪结合HF—HNO3-HClO4-H3PO4密封溶样法,建立了适用于多目标地质调查中土壤、水系沉积物等地质样品中B、As、S的同时测定方法。方法的特点是通过加入少量H3PO4避免了易挥发元素B的挥发损失;采用Se 196.0nm谱线为内标,对残留空气对超紫外区谱线测定中的强度漂移影响起到了很好的补偿作用;该方法还可同时测定Cu、Pb、Zn、Cr、Ni、Li、Mn和V等微量元素。B、As、S的仪器检出限(3SD,μg/mL)分别为0.01、0.008、0.03,方法检出限(10SD,DF=100,μg/g)分别为2.61、3.28、9,58。用国家标准物质土壤GBW 07401-07408,水系沉积物GBW 07309-07312验证了测定B、As、S的准确性及精密度,允许误差范围之内,测定值与标准值接近,样品10次测定的RSD为4.34%~25.0%。  相似文献

采用硫脲抑制铜的干扰,不经分离富集原子荧光光谱法直接测定铜矿中的Se。方法的检出限为0.02μg/g。Se浓度在0~80μg/L与荧光强度呈线性关系。用铜矿石国家一级标准物质GBW 07233(ωSe为5.1μg/g)和GBW 07234(ωSe为0.89μg/g)进行精密度试验,RSD(n=12)为3.44%、8.06%。加标准回收试验结果,Se的回收率为93.2%~104、6%。经铜矿石国家标准物质验证,测定结果与标准值相符,方法适用于铜矿中0~8.0μg/g Se的测定。  相似文献

以K2S2O7、NaF、Al2O3和炭粉为缓冲剂,Ge为内标,电弧发射光谱法测定勘查地球化学样品中Ag、B、Sn、Mo、Pb。方法检出限为Ag0.013μg/g、B0.83μg/g、Sn0.23μg/g、Mo0.073μg/g、Pb0.37μg/g。方法精密度(RSD,n=12)为Ag4.2%~11.3%、B3.2%~6.5%、Sn2.6%~7.1%、Mo2.9%~6.3%、Pb1.57%~5.18%。测定了国家一级地球化学标准物质,结果与标准值相符。  相似文献

研究了微堆中子活化分析测定碳酸盐岩中痕量元素的测量条件和测定中的影响因素。一般样品采用仪器中子活化分析直接测定;痕量元素含量太低的样品,用1mol/LHCl浸取试样,在pH8的NH4Cl NH3·H2O缓冲溶液中用1 (2 吡啶偶氮) 2 萘酚沉淀富集痕量元素,去除大量的钙、镁基体,可降低方法测定下限,检出限为0.001~20μg/g。方法经国家碳酸盐岩标准物质GBW07108和GBW07114分析验证,结果与标准值相符,RSD(n=11)<12%。  相似文献

活性炭对无机汞和苯基汞的吸附行为探讨   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
试验了活性炭对无机汞和苯基汞的吸附和解吸行为。结果表明,在活性炭用量为0.2g,ψ=0.5%的王水介质中搅拌1.5h,无机汞和苯基汞的吸附率均达96%以上,无机汞和苯基汞的吸附容量分别为82.5μg/g和66.0μg/g。吸附后的无机汞和苯基汞分别用含有60mg EDTA的2.8mol/L HNO3溶液和5.6mol/L HNO3-1.0mol/L H2SO4溶液定量洗脱,用冷原子吸收光谱法测定,实现了无机汞和苯基汞的定量分离。对2μg/L的无机汞和苯基汞进行测定,相对标准偏差(n=11)分别为5.4%和6.2%。在实际水样中加标回收和测定,无机汞和苯基汞的回收率分别为97.8%~108%、94.0%~106%。  相似文献

研究了碘化钾-甲基异丁基甲酮(KI—MIBK)萃取-火焰原子吸收分光光度法连续测定地球化学样品中痕量银、镉和铊的主要条件。通过对火焰原子吸收分光光度计气路控制系统及雾化器的改进,较大地改善了萃取-火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定银、镉和铊的稳定性和灵敏度。选择萃取酸度为1.2mol/L HCl、水相和有机相体积配比为3:1~4:1,方法精密度(RSD,n=12)为Ag4.5%~9.6%、Cd1.5%~7.9%、T14.5%~5.4%,检出限(3s)为Ag0.004μg/g、Cd0.007μg/g、T10.011μg/g,符合多目标地球化学调查样品测试及质量监控要求。用国家一级标准物质和密码组合标准物质进行验证,测试结果令人满意。  相似文献

报道了以NH4H2PO4为基体改进剂,采用悬浮体制样石墨炉原子吸收光谱法直接测定琥珀中微量铅的方法。试验了影响测定的主要因素。在优化实验条件下。方法的检出限为0.038μg/g,Pb的质量浓度为0~80μg/L时,工作曲线线性关系良好。对于ω(Pb)=5.71μg/g样品的测定,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=5)为6.83%。  相似文献

采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法同时测定沉积岩样品中K、Na、Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、Ni、V、Ga、Cu、Zn、Sr、Ba、Cr和B等15个元素。在应用混合酸处理样品的过程中,加入适量的甘露醇能够抑制硼的挥发。在优化选定的仪器条件中,15个元素的检出限为0.0010-0.032mg/L。对岩石国家一级标准物质GBW 07105~GBW 07108进行检测,各元素的测定值与标准值吻合。方法的回收率为93.3%~106.0%,测定结果的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=10)均小于5.2%。  相似文献

青海大场金矿床流体包裹体特征及其地质意义   总被引:8,自引:5,他引:8  
采用Linkam冷热台和Renishaw激光拉曼光谱仪对大场金矿床石英-方解石中的原生流体包裹体进行了系统研究。结果表明,流体包裹体类型主要有气液两相、含CO2三相及富CO2包裹体。测温结果显示成矿流体温度为180~260℃,盐度w(NaCleq)为0.2%~8.3%,密度为0.69~0.78g/cm^3,计算成矿压力为40.33~86.69MPa,由压力值估算成矿深度为5.03~7.63km。成矿流体以H2O-CO2为主,含少量CH4、H2S、CO、N2及H2,并有微量的QH2、C2H4、C2H6、C3H8及C6H6等有机质。成矿流体主要来源于大气降水,并混有建造水和少量岩浆水。在金的成矿作用过程中流体不混溶作用和有机质的存在起了重要作用。  相似文献

Pant-y-ffynnon Quarry in South Wales yielded a rich cache of fossils in the early 1950s, including articulated specimens of new species (the small sauropodomorph dinosaur Pantydraco caducus and the crocodylomorph Terrestrisuchus gracilis), but no substantial study of the wider fauna of the Pant-y-ffynnon fissure systems has been published. Here, our overview of existing specimens, a few described but mostly undescribed, as well as freshly processed material, provides a comprehensive picture of the Pant-y-ffynnon palaeo-island of the Late Triassic. This was an island with a relatively impoverished fauna dominated by small clevosaurs (rhynchocephalians), including a new species, Clevosaurus cambrica, described here from a partially articulated specimen and isolated bones. The new species has a dental morphology that is intermediate between the Late Triassic Clevosaurus hudsoni, from Cromhall Quarry to the east, and the younger C. convallis from Pant Quarry to the west, suggesting adaptive radiation of clevosaurs in the palaeo-archipelago. The larger reptiles on the palaeo-island do not exceed 1.5?m in length, including a small carnivorous crocodylomorph, Terrestrisuchus, and a possible example of insular dwarfism in the basal dinosaur Pantydraco.  相似文献

The solubilities of columbite, tantalite, wolframite, rutile, zircon and hafnon were determined as a function of the water contents in peralkaline and subaluminous granite melts. All experiments were conducted at 1035 °C and 2 kbar and the water contents of the melts ranged from nominally dry to approximately 6 wt.% H2O. Accessory phase solubilities are not affected by the water content of the peralkaline melt. By contrast, solubilities are affected by the water content of the subaluminous melt, where the solubilities of all the accessory phases examined increase with the water content of the melt, up to 2 wt.% H2O. At higher water contents, solubilities are nearly constant. It can be concluded that water is not an important control of accessory phase solubility, although the water content will affect diffusivities of components in the melt, thus whether or not accessory phases will be present as restite material. The solubility behaviour in the subaluminous and peralkaline melts supports previous spectroscopic studies, which have observed differences in the coordination of high field strength elements in dry vs. wet subaluminous granitic glasses, but not for peralkaline granitic glasses. Lastly, the fact that wolframite solubility increases with increasing water content in the subaluminous melt suggests that tungsten dissolved as a hexavalent species.  相似文献

Calcite samples were extracted both from the rock matrix and the superficial coating of a karstified fault plane of an underground quarry, located in the eastern border of the Paris basin. The karstification is dated as Quaternary. Analysis of mechanical calcite twinning reveals that only the calcite matrix has also undergone a compression trending WNW that can be attributed to the Mio-Pliocene alpine collision. Both coating and matrix have undergone a strike-slip regime with σ1 roughly trending north–south, that could correspond to the regional present-day state of stress, a strike-slip compression rather trending NNW, modified by local phenomena.
