借鉴国外过剩通勤理论,构建了城市空间结构对居民通勤行为影响度公式,并利用大规模问卷调查获取的通勤数据进行实证研究,定量分析了不同城市空间结构对居民通勤行为的影响程度。研究发现,城市空间结构对居民通勤行为的影响程度要小于个体社会经济属性对居民通勤的影响程度,因此,为了减少通勤,既要调整城市空间结构,更要减少个体自由选择职住区位的制度性约束;与单中心城市相比,各组团内部职住平衡度较高的多中心城市,在减少居民通勤距离,提高城市通勤效率方面具有更大的优势。  相似文献

Conventional accessibility measures based on the notion of locational proximity ignore the role of complex travel behavior and space–time constraints in determining individual accessibility. As these factors are especially significant in women's everyday lives, all conventional accessibility measures suffer from an inherent “gender bias.” This study conceptualizes individual accessibility as space–time feasibility and provides formulations of accessibility measures based on the space–time prism construct. Using a subsample of European Americans from a travel diary data set collected in Franklin County, Ohio, space–time accessibility measures are implemented with a network-based GIS method. Results of the study indicate that women have lower levels of individual access to urban opportunities when compared to men, although there is no difference in the types of opportunities and areas they can reach given their space–time constraints. Further, individual accessibility has no relationship with the length of the commute trip, suggesting that the journey to work may not be an appropriate measure of job access.  相似文献

Among others, one commonly identified negative consequence of urban sprawl is an increase in the length of the journey to work. However, there has been more discussion of this than serious scrutiny, hence the relationship between urban sprawl and commuting patterns, especially at the intraurban level, remains unclear. Using the 2000 Census Transportation Planning Package (CTPP) data for two Southeastern metropolitan areas, this research investigates the extent to which workers living in sprawl areas commute farther to work than those living in higher density areas. The analysis of variance confirms that workers commuting from sprawl areas to urban areas experience a longer commute in terms of time as well as mileage, though this varies when workplace and home locations are taken into account. However, multivariate statistical results suggest that there are limits to the utility of sprawl as a predictor of travel behavior compared to workers' socioeconomic characteristics, as other factors appear to be equally or more important.  相似文献

Travel behavior of the present generation of youths is being increasingly explored due to their relevance in shaping future accessibility needs and mobility habits. The present study offers an original perspective on this topic by identifying territorial disparities that emerge in youth mobility patterns in rural and urban areas. Unlike most previous research, we propose taking a global view on mobility by analyzing all trip purposes and transportation modes. This is conducted by analyzing a comprehensive mobility survey in the Barcelona Metropolitan Region, which provides data on mobility engagement, trip purposes, modal split, travel times and territorial differences. In general, youngsters account for larger daily travel times than older adults, present a higher attachment to public transportation and walk less on a daily basis. These differences are enhanced in rural territories, where while older adults overcome accessibility issues with higher use of the private vehicle, youngsters are more likely to invest larger travel times on transit.  相似文献

近年来低碳城市逐渐成为众多学科关注的焦点所在,国内外学者从多个角度对其开展一系列的理论与实证研究,但从微观层面深入探讨城市交通碳排放的影响机理的研究相对较为缺乏。利用北京市居民活动日志调查获取的第一手数据,基于居民日常出行行为计算微观层面的城市交通碳排放,并采用结构方程模型深入挖掘居住空间、个体行为以及交通碳排放三者之间的内在关系。结果表明,出行距离、机动出行概率对交通碳排放产生显著的正效应,而出行频率的影响并不显著;同时,出行结构的影响要远远大于出行总量的影响。另外,城市空间结构对城市交通碳排放产生显著影响,单位社区居民的出行行为整体具有“低碳”性质,应从低碳视角对单位社区进行重新审视。  相似文献

为深入挖掘居民不同类型活动的出行需求,进而制定更加精细化的交通政策,从活动分析法的视角出发,基于结构方程模型分析西宁城市居民家内外活动时间分配的机理及影响因素。结果表明:工作日,居民的通勤出行仍然是城市交通需要重点解决的问题。休息日,工作和通勤时间长的居民更倾向于在家内进行维持活动;而休息日不工作的居民更容易产生进行家外维持活动的出行需求。不同社会经济属性的居民对于家内外时间分配具有差异化特征。单位大院职住接近的特征对于减少居民通勤出行时间仍然具有积极作用,但维持性活动时间分配与其他类型社区居民已经没有显著差异。  相似文献

构建考虑多维特征的城市居民非通勤出行群体画像概念模型,提出一种按序结合相关系数矩阵与二阶聚类的方法,以进行非通勤出行群体画像。利用苏州市手机信令数据,基于非通勤出行时空规律和社会属性将城市居民出行者进行群体划分,并结合城市居民非通勤出行群体画像概念模型对不同类型非通勤出行群体进行多维度解析。结果显示:① 城市居民出行者可划分为:活跃?波动?工作日主导型群体、非活跃?稳定?均衡型群体。② 不同类型非通勤出行群体画像在多维特征上存在显著差异。③ 根据群体画像标签关联分析,除显性关联外,群体画像不同标签间存在隐性关联。  相似文献

中国各大城市交通供求不平衡的问题日益凸显,如何科学合理地分析、预测、引导交通出行需求已成为城市可持续发展的核心问题。西方对城市居民出行需求的研究已经由基于出行的分析转向基于活动的分析,并且认为家内/家外活动决策与出行需求的产生密切相关;而国内少有从家内/家外活动时间分配的视角透视居民出行需求的产生机理的研究。基于2012年北京市居民日常活动与交通出行调查所采集的第一手数据,本研究以北京上地—清河地区为例,构建结构方程模型,分析工作日与休息日家内/家外的非工作活动的时间分配特征及其影响因素,以此尝试对居民非工作出行需求的产生机理进行解读。研究表明:家内活动与家外活动之间存在显著的替代关系;家内/家外非工作活动时间分配受到工作与通勤时长、社会经济属性的影响,并且不同类型的非工作活动的家内/家外时间分配存在内生联系。研究结果将为居民出行需求预测与引导提供参考依据。  相似文献

The simultaneous implementation of daily activity–travel schedules of individuals in a given spatial environment generally gives rise to time- and location-varying congestion levels, which affect the conditions for subsequent activity and travel choices. Although such dynamics are commonly recognized, current activity-based models typically ignore the adaptive behaviour of individuals. In this article, we propose an agent-based simulation system that allows one to simulate, in addition to activity-scheduling behaviour, also the execution of schedules in space and time. Congestion levels at specific times and places emerge in the system and may lead to discrepancies between scheduled and actual activity and travel times. Agents respond to such unforeseen events by reconsidering an existing schedule (within-day re-planning) and by adapting their expectations about traffic conditions for subsequent days (learning). The system is illustrated using the activity–travel diary data collected in the Eindhoven region, the Netherlands, to better understand the choice of urban parks in the study area. We discuss the merits of the system for transport and spatial planning and identify avenues for future research.  相似文献

移动信息通讯技术的发展和全面渗透融入社会生活,导致高度压缩的时间、空间和距离,重塑了城市居民行为活动模式。共享单车作为“互联网+共享”的新型出行方式改善了居民的出行方式。但既有成果对共享单车的研究尚不充分。使用摩拜单车1周的骑行数据,剖析广州中心城区共享单车出行轨迹的时空间分布特征,基于地理加权回归方法进一步探究建成环境的功能密度因素对共享单车出行的影响及程度。研究发现,共享单车在工作日和休息日的出行均具有明显的早晚高峰特征。公共交通站点POI密度、功能混合度、机动车道密度等因素的边际作用表现出显著的空间不稳定性。研究能为共享单车企业提升运营水平和政府优化慢行交通环境提供参考。  相似文献

Modern urban transportation systems continuously challenge, and are challenged by, the changing nature of 21st‐century travel demand. Today, congestion is the norm in cities of the United States, and researchers and practitioners are seeking solutions to these problems. Urban commuting is identified as contributing to the suboptimal performance of transportation systems. This paper offers a review and critique of recent research on urban commuting, emphasizing geographical dimensions of this topic. Three broad areas of research related to urban commuting are discussed. These include (1) urban sustainability, (2) land use, and (3) geographic information systems (GIS). Major themes are examined in an effort to elicit thought on future geographic research. At the conclusion of the paper, summary remarks are provided and avenues for research are outlined.  相似文献

Travel time uncertainty has significant impacts on individual activity-travel scheduling, but at present these impacts have not been considered in most accessibility studies. In this paper, an accessibility evaluation framework is proposed for urban areas with uncertain travel times. A reliable space-time service region (RSTR) model is introduced to represent the space-time service region of a facility under travel time uncertainty. Based on the RSTR model, four reliable place-based accessibility measures are proposed to evaluate accessibility to urban services by incorporating the effects of travel time reliability. To demonstrate the applicability of the proposed framework, a case study using large-scale taxi tracking data is carried out. The results of the case study indicate that the proposed accessibility measures can evaluate large-scale place-based accessibility well in urban areas with uncertain travel times. Conventional place-based accessibility indicators ignoring travel time reliability can significantly overestimate the accessibility to urban services.  相似文献

运用Landsat 5号和7号获得的遥感数据,评估广州地表热特征。为了量化城市土地利用程度和开发密度,对研究区基于子像元的非渗透表面丰度进行了分类。通过选择一定的非渗透表面丰度域值定义城乡边界和城市开发密度,应用陆地卫星热波段研究城市热格局。分析认为:可以基于量化的城市土地利用程度和开发密度确定地表热特征和格局。广州城区在日间具有热效应(热源),这种热效应与城市开发密度高度相关,即高丰度的非渗透表面通常与高地表温度相关联。基于植被冠层覆盖信息,证明城市非渗透表面丰度的时空分布及与其关联的热特征是量化城市土地利用、开发密度和城市热格局的有效资料。  相似文献

城市规划和政策若追求减少小汽车依赖,增加公共交通的吸引力和改善生活品质,职住平衡是当中不可忽视的问题、甚至是策略。既有职住平衡研究很少审视发展中的城市,尤其是中国西部城市。本文提出了影响职住平衡的6 组因素,而职住平衡影响通勤效率。6 组因素对于不同发展阶段的城市影响也不同。因此有必要辨识出影响发展中城市的具体因素以便改善其职住平衡和通勤效率。改善职住平衡和通勤效率有助于这些城市吸引人才和提高它们在交通机动性、生活品质和可持续方面的竞争力。利用2011 年西安市居民交通调查的59967个样本,研究了该市的通勤效率、职住平衡和过剩通勤,并和其它国内外城市可比指标进行比较。本文发现西安平均通勤距离较短,通勤效率较高。从交通分析小区的水平,西安职工的平均通勤距离和工作岗位/居民数量和工作岗位总数成反比。当地单位大院的职住平衡和通勤效率较好,但正在降低。  相似文献

利用2010年北京两个典型郊区社区(天通苑、亦庄)居民出行的GPS数据与活动日志调查数据,测度了不同交通方式环境下居民每日出行过程中PM2.5和CO空气污染暴露度,并分析了不同人群PM2.5和CO空气污染暴露度的差异性,进而构建结构方程模型分析郊区社区居民PM2.5和CO空气污染暴露度的影响因素。研究表明:① 机动化出行率对空气污染暴露程度的直接影响最大,其次是出行次数与出行时间,即机动化出行率越大,出行次数越多、出行时间越长空污染暴露程度越高;机动化出行率通过影响出行时间和出行次数间接影响空气污染暴露度;职住距离对居民空气污染暴露度也存在影响,职住分离程度越高空气污染暴露度越高,职住距离通过增加出行时间进而增加空气污染暴露度。② 不同社会经济属性群体的出行空气污染暴露度存在一定差异性,中等收入群体显著高于低收入群体和高收入群体,租房者显著低于购房者;未婚群体的PM2.5污染暴露度显著高于已婚群体,驾照持有群体的CO污染暴露度高于无驾照群体。  相似文献

Geographies of home and work have changed as public investment has favored central and distant suburban locations and as income inequality has increased. These changes result in shifting geographies of advantage that (dis)benefit gender and racial/ethnic groups unevenly. We examine commuting differentials by gender and race/ethnicity based on combinations of wages and commute times using data for the New York region.We find that Black, Asian, and Hispanic women and men are concentrated in jobs that have long commutes and low-wages, and Black and Hispanic workers’ concentrations increased from 2000–2010.Although Asian men and women remain overrepresented in that category, their share decreased in the 2000's.The urban core has become a region of heightened advantage, as White men, and an increasing share of White women, commute short times to well-paid jobs. Disadvantage has expanded for Black and Latina women whose long commutes are not compensated by well-paid employment.  相似文献

哈长城市群作为引领东北地区高质量发展的重要增长极,其城市韧性的提升对提高东北地区高质量发展的强韧性及可持续性具有重要意义。以2010—2018年哈长城市群11个地级市为例,基于"生态-经济-社会-工程"的评估框架构建城市韧性评价体系。采用熵权-TOPSIS评价模型对哈长城市群城市韧性进行综合测度,并运用ArcGIS空间分析工具、BP神经网络模型等方法探讨其时空格局演变规律及动态模拟。结果表明:①哈长城市群城市韧性整体水平较低;较高、高度韧性主要分布在核心地区,呈"点状零散"分布,低度、较低韧性主要分布在外围地区,呈"边缘广泛分布"的空间格局。②从其演化趋势类型特征看,2010—2018年,呈发散趋势的城市多于呈收敛趋势的城市,表明城市韧性在演化过程中空间差异呈逐渐增大趋势。③经济恢复力、工资收入、金融资本、公共资源保障、教育水平、交通设施水平等是影响哈长城市群城市韧性的主要因素。④在动态模拟方面,2020—2030年,城市韧性发展较缓慢,韧性等级逐渐降低,且以一级韧性和二级韧性为主,韧性等级较高的城市所占比重较少。在未来发展趋势上,城市韧性时空差异明显,东西方向上呈现"东高西低"态势,...  相似文献
