安徽省城市创新联系的空间格局演变

为顺应经济地理学及区域经济学对城市创新的研究热潮,以安徽省16个地级市为研究对象,选取RD经费投入额、RD人员数量、专利授权数量和工业企业新产品产值4个指标,运用引力模型及其拓展指标对2011-2015年安徽省城市创新联系的空间格局演变进行分析。结果表明:安徽省城市创新联系空间布局呈"核心-边缘"特征,合肥和芜湖作为核心城市与其他城市的创新联系不断增强;创新能力较强的城市主要集中于安徽省中部,合肥于2015年从二级创新中心城市转变为一级创新中心城市;芜湖城市创新辐射范围呈显著分化特征,合肥和滁州城市创新辐射范围呈缩小趋势,马鞍山和铜陵城市创新辐射范围呈扩大趋势;安徽省16个城市的创新辐射强度均发生变化,总体呈随距离衰减态势。     

武汉都市圈经济联系的空间结构

都市圈空间结构是城市体系中最综合、最富于变化的热点部分。基于武汉都市圈近年来的统计资料,构建经济联系强度模型,定量分析武汉都市圈空间竞争与范围的动态性特征:中心城市对外经济联系存在主要方向,具有时间惯性,空间极化明显;地域空间上经济联系作用强度距离衰减,形成圈层结构分异。从点、线、面组合关系角度,构建节点中心性、通道网络性、范围系统性指标,定量揭示出武汉都市圈经济联系的空间结构等级层次性特征:中心城市中心性等级差异明显,空间分布不均,与交通地理区位紧密相关;主要通道与侍服能力也存在等级层次性,明显形成两城际交通走廊;中心城市腹地范围与自身外向经济联系强度密切相关,受自然地理、行政区划影响明显。     

广东省城市创新联系的空间格局演变及优化策略

城市创新联系的研究对揭示创新空间结构特征、制定区域创新发展策略具有重要意义。本文运用空间相互作用模型对广东省2003、2012年21个地级城市的创新联系空间格局进行测度,分析空间格局演变的特征,并探讨广东省创新联系空间格局的发展与优化策略。结果表明：广东省城市创新联系的空间格局呈现新型“核心—边缘”结构,珠三角仍是这一结构的核心,但有弱化和分化趋势;区域整体网络化程度增强,珠三角外围地区有反极化趋势出现。2003-2012年,创新中心城市由5个变为6个,其辐射范围大小及方向发生变化,辐射强度仍维持强强联合的格局。未来应促进现有创新联系空间格局的优化,在区域整体层面上形成多中心网络化的创新结构。     

基于夜间灯光数据的淮海经济区经济空间格局演化及中心性测度

基于1998年、2003年、2008年和2013年DMSP/OLS夜间灯光数据,选用加权标准差椭圆、引力模型与社会网络分析等方法,对淮海经济区经济空间格局演化与城市中心性进行测度。研究结果表明:1)淮海经济区经济总体水平较低,各地市经济发展水平差异显著,苏北和鲁南地区经济水平明显优于豫东和皖北地区,徐州市经济发展质量最优;2)城市间经济联系呈现以徐州市为中心,以济宁市、临沂市和枣庄市为重要节点的放射状分布,经济区边缘城市与外部的经济联系强度最弱;3)徐州市作为淮海经济区的中心城市,对周边城市有很好的经济引领作用,但尚不能对位于该区域边缘地带的城市形成较强的辐射和带动作用,其作为中心城市的带动力仍有较大提升空间。     

基于引力模型的内陆型区域物流空间联系研究——以浙江金衢丽地区为例

以浙江中南内陆金衢丽地区为例,采用修正的引力模型测算各县(市)的物流联系强度,结合中心职能指数、物流联系隶属度和最大引力线来确定物流中心城市及物流联系方向,并利用断裂点公式分析中心城市对周边地区的物流空间辐射效应。结果表明:区域内各县(市)物流空间联系分布不均衡;浙中城市群物流联系最密集;兰溪市与金华市区,浦江县、东阳市与义乌市的物流联系紧密;义乌市、金华市区两大一级物流节点的中心地位突出;衢州市区、永康市、丽水市区作为二级物流节点,对周边相邻县(市)产生局部影响。基于研究结论提出了发展内陆型物流的若干政策建议。     

近20年珠三角城市群城市空间相互作用时空演变

利用改进的引力模型和潜力模型,结合GIS空间分析方法,从地级市和县域两个空间尺度分析了近20 a珠三角地区城市间相互作用的时空演变。结果表明:珠三角地级城市空间联系总体逐步加强,并充分体现出广州的中心城市地位;县域尺度上,空间联系强度较大的主要是各地市市区之间及广-佛都市区的县市间和各地市市区与其所辖县市之间,其它县市间联系强度则较小;珠三角核心区内大部分县市之间联系总体呈逐渐增强趋势,核心区外的县市之间及其与核心区内的县市间联系强度有升有降,规律性不明显。广-佛都市区和深圳-东莞-惠州都市区的城市潜力较大且变动较大,对外辐射带动作用强,其它城市潜力相对较小且变化不明显;珠三角城市潜力的区域不平衡态势明显,城市潜力的空间分异和空间辐射的特征与演变规律明显。     

东北地区城市经济联系的空间格局及其演化

基于空间相互作用的重力模型、潜能模型、隶属度模型等方法,以东北地区41个城市为研究对象,定量分析1992~2012年东北地区城市经济联系的空间格局及其演化。研究结果表明：经济联系强度与区域空间结构关系密切;东北地区经济联系强度南方高于北方、中部地区高于两侧,时空差异明显;近20 a来,以沈阳、长春、哈尔滨为代表的区域性经济发展格局基本形成,区域中心城市没有变化,但最大引力联结城市变化明显;最后,提出了流域型城市及其格局的概念,并进行了具体分析。     

武汉城市圈创新体系的空间分析——基于区域规划的视角

区域创新体系是一种多主体、多机制、多空间层次的复杂系统,其空间结构是以产业集群为基本节点的多重空间组织网络.武汉城市圈的创新资源总量丰富、特色鲜明,但空间组织路径不畅、网络节点关联松散,致使区域创新能力空间失衡.区域创新体系空间优化的参考路径之一是构建基于市场联系的产业集群网络,通过武汉市的辐射带动,促进区域创新的空间均衡发展,提升城市圈的创新能力和核心竞争力.     

全球城市技术合作网络的拓扑结构特征与空间格局

采用2015年PCT专利数据,构建全球城市技术合作网络。利用复杂网络分析和空间分析方法研究全球城市技术合作网络的拓扑结构与空间分布。研究发现：拓扑结构上,全球城市技术合作网络的密度较低,城市节点对外联系强度极不均衡。网络为无标度网络,社团结构明显。空间格局上,全球技术合作网络中城市节点的专利总量和对外联系次数都呈一定区域性,城市节点主要通过全球知识网络获取知识。巴黎和东京无论是专利产出还是合作数量都具有领先优势,对外联系紧密,枢纽性强。网络中城市节点度中心性的空间分布上与专利产出的分布格局基本相同,而介数中心性的分布格局更为集中。     

2004-2013年滇中城市群城市空间联系强度时空演变

以引力模型、城市流模型、交通可达性模型、信息通达性模型为基础构建城市群空间联系强度综合评价模型,结合GIS空间分析方法,研究2004—2013年滇中城市群城市空间联系的时空演变。结果表明:1滇中城市群城市空间联系强度逐渐增加,区域差异明显,联系强度总体偏低;2城市群空间联系方向以昆明为中心呈圈层式向外辐射及沿南部、东北交通干线呈轴线式空间拓展,西北部空间联系强度最弱;3城市经济发展水平与交通状况对区域空间联系强度影响较大,通过产业结构转型及交通道路网完善,可以实现城市群的协调发展。

Deserts and Aeolian Desertification in China: Book review and some thoughts

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.

Sciences in Cold and Arid Regions （SCAR） is a bimonthly journal that publishes in English the latest research achievements in processes and the pattems of the Earth surface system in cold and arid regions. Researches in cold regions emphasize particularly on the cold-region-characterized physical,
